This place is VERY BAD, the coffee dispensing machines are a disaster and the staff is unfriendly, wait for more than 20 minutes for them to condition the coffee machine…. At 5:30am it is something that should be available to those of us who are also working and enter these types of establishments in search of MORNING COFFEE

Arrived at 8:15 pm to purchase two slices of pizza as in my second trimester I crave ONLY 7-11 pepperoni pizza.There were 4 slices of cheese pizza only and two things of the tacos.I kindly asked the lady working behind the register if she could make the pepperoni slices.She looked over and said there’s 4 slices right there, and I informed her, they were only cheese.She then proceeded to say well it’s 9 o’clock and I’ll lose inventory.“I don’t know what to do” were her next words and she walked away and said let me ask him, as she pointed to another employee taking the trash out.Once he was back inside he washed his hands and she kept talking him that it was late and she wasn’t sure what to do.The gentleman apologized to me and said he wasn’t sure either and the female responded back by saying she was going to call “unknown” and walked away.The male worker continued to apologize and advise he was not sure what to do and sorry for not being able to help.After few mins she returned back, pizza in hand and kept saying it was pointless and going to be audited because it was so late and she wasn’t sure what to do.I stood back from the counter and looked at the ice cream as my 7 year old was with me and asked for some.The coworkers were speaking amongst another and I asked were they going to be able to do it.She says no, as she’s unwrapping it, and again reminded me of the waste and cheese pizza they had to throw away already bc nobody was buying at this time of the night.I then expressed I was pregnant and apologize but I crave their pizza and I’ve come to the store before with only cheese as an option and asked for pepperoni and have the two slices made.She continued to state that it was a going to a waste making a whole pizza, so at this point, I stated “go ahead and make the whole thing then I’ll buy the entire pizza” Her response back was “no, you’re not going to tell me what to do I don’t like that” as she continued to put the pizza in the machine. She then informed me that she did not like me telling her to “go ahead” and that she was not selling the pizza to me and she doesn’t have to do anything.She continued to yell and go on about how she works nights there and never seen me and didn’t care if I was pregnant or not and to leave.I asked for her name and she said “nothing” then stated Sandra and laughed.Because I wanted to make a report to corporate and she was not willing to give me her information, I called to file a police report.When she heard me on the phone with 911 she yelled wow, pulled her up hoodie over her head and called someone on her personal cell.The male employee still working went to talk past my daughter and I to fill the coolers and he apologized once again saying he was sorry this happening.I asked him if I could please just buy the entire pizza and leave because at this point the female worker cut the pizza up and put them in individual boxes and had them sitting outside the container so I could access them.The male worker then dropped the crates he had and went back towards the register and told the female she’s just going to buy it and leave and she responded back by saying, “no she wants to call the police, we will wait until they get here” I tried again to purchase and she told me no she’s not selling to me.I then waited outside with my daughter for law enforcement as the arguing was just escalating.As I waited she was speaking loudly to other incoming customers letting them know about the situation, and looking at me and laughing in my direction.Needless to say the police office advise there wasn’t a report that could be made and she had the right to deny me service.He then informed me that she did not want me on the property, but was not trespassing me.I asked for her information again so that I could report the situation and because she refused I could not obtain it.So here I am hoping that Sandra knows that I apologize for my inconvenience to her audit but I just wanted to satisfy my pregnancy craving and this was my closest 711 store.

Today I went to spend my money at this station and a girl, tall, dark, who serves tea at 6 am, treated me very badly. I wanted to buy a lottery ticket and she treated me very rudely and very badly, she didn't care. I don't give that lady a single point. If she doesn't like her job, she shouldn't do it anymore because it's not fair that I'm going to spend my money there so they treat me badly. It's not the first time it's happened. Take action on the matter. Why am I not going to borrow? I am constantly spending my money there and I don't deserve treatment like that! Just a normal deal! I'm complaining here because today she made me feel embarrassed serving everyone except me. I'm extremely sad about that lady's treatment of me! It's not fair that they treat you like garbage, it's not and it's not the first time, she's bitter all the time, I'm extremely sad about this situation.

Morning of 6/10/24 ……Coffee spilled on the floor by the coffee counter, hot dogs been sittin there lookin like it’s been there for three days and y’all have one person working this morning! The poor woman was in there tryin the best she could to do her job! I felt bad that she didn’t have adequate help! Y’all need to do better by her because she was helpless! She better get a raise

this one is well protected and discourages loitering. located next to a car wash and a very busy intersection

It should not take months to fix the lock to the men's bathroom, stop being so cheap.

They don't know how to add their gas station to Google maps

Worst 711 I’ve ever been to. No coffee whatsoever on a Monday morning, I’ve come back several times on multiple days and is the same. Place is dirty and not tended to properly. Horrible!

ALWAYS THE MOST INCONVENIENT PLACE TO STOP FOR GAS!!! THE WORST CARD READER SYSTEM A PUMP COULD EVER HAVE!!

I have been stopping on this 7-11 location on a consistent basis for like a year now, I give this 7-11 a 5⭐️ cause of the night shift workers Mia & Alexis, I am a truck driver & I need that fresh brew coffee every morning, I thank those girls for their hard work making sure that store is ready for business when loyal customers like myself coming! Thank you, Mia & Alexis!! Great Team Work!

I come in every time during night shift and the associates that work there are hardworking (with the amount of times I’ve visited it’s like they live in the store lol) but they’re very sweet but also diligent, especially Alex.

Hot dog was good. Friendly fast service

Everytime I come into this specific 7 11 I always am amazed by how Mike keeps the store on his shifts. Everything is always fresh and stocked ! I don’t know what people are talking about in these reviews. I frequent this store and they have always been great to me. The main one to always assist and give service is Mike. People are always so quick to talk about their bad experiences but can never take the time to write about their good ones. I love this store.

Ive been to plenty of 7/11s before but this location im particular is by far the best i’ve ever been too !! I never have an issue finding anything , Mike greets me everytime whether he’s tending to a costumer or not, excellent costumer service , and the store is very clean and organized !!

Staff is very friendly and always willing to help, when I spoke to the manager his name is mike he was very helpful with revolving my issue. I go here often now just because of him he's a great asset to the company 😊

I love this store, it is such a joy to see Nancy's smiling face in the mornings. She is always helpful and staying busy. She greets you and conversates with you like she's known you forever. I always leave with a smile on my face to begin my day.

The new management is Turing things around I love the friendly environment the store brings .Nancy and jasmine are a great team as managers always clean and the coffee at this location is the best I will not go to any other 7-11 to get coffee and think god I don’t have any homeless people asking me for money when leaving the store I hope the people you have now You will have in the future Thanks deena

I come to this 7 -11 every morning coffee is always fresh and store always looks clean the staff is always friendly and very welcoming my two favorite people are Nancy and Jasmine they have really turned this store around from what It use to look like Nancy has been there along time she is sweet girl and hard worker Nancy can run circles around some of the old managers and staff . Hope the store stays the way it's going keep up the good work 😊

The staff is always friendly and nice, BUT the pumps are ALWAYS SLOW. It took me 15 minutes just to get to $25.00 in gas.

Person was really nice. An the service was quick even know that it was packed.
