The girl that took our order the black girl with the bob was really nasty had a stank attitude the entire interaction and the manager that was there with her also has terrible customer service and they gave me old fries I’m so tired of coming to McDonald’s and the workers act like they don’t even want to be there this company needs to really start paying attention to who they hire customers should be treated with respect

If there was a negative star option, I would give it. I ordered 2 drinks and been in line for 35 mins. I mean, it's absurd!

Stores refuses to fill Door Dash orders on time

Around 1 in the morning, I was done doordashing. I saw 7 cats walking around the lot and I bought my food from them and decided to throw them some crumbs and got screamed at by a miserable staff acting extremely rude as if they own the McDonald's. If they took better care managing their trash, cats won't be loitering around. I felt vocally attached. She said, "Don't be feeding them cats in this lot. Take them in your car and go home". She screamed at me from the driver thru like I stole her food.

This place nasty, don't bother with mobile order they'll never bring it out. Drive thru the same, sat at the window with no response

Used to be a reliable location with fresh food and accurate orders. Now the employees are scraped from the bottom of the barrel. Drinks are flat, half empty with 4 cubes of ice. Large fries is only half full with stale fries. They didn't get the order correct and when I told them they didn't even fix it. They refunded the wrong item and said I would have to wait in the drive thru a second time to reorder the item THEY RANG IN WRONG. This ghetto experience is not worth the $20 price tag.

This is the slowest McDonald’s, ever! It seems like every morning they have their slowest workers at both Drive thru windows. There is nothing fast about this food. Be prepared for at least a 15 to20 minute wait in their drive thru. SMH, DO BETTER!

Slowest location ever. Doesnt matter what time of day it is you will spend 20 minutes in the drive through. Hasent improved in years. HOURS LIE NOT 24 HOURS

It's a below average mcdonald's. The food is passible, but they charged me $. 50 for extra tartar sauce on my filet or fish, which is rediculous to begin with, and then didn't even add it to the sandwich! I'll not be back! There are other options down the road.

Normally it’s ok for what it’s worth, but I’d like to just say for them to do better! For example, when changing shifts and customers are at the drive through and say hello to the speaker please say something! A courteous “miss we will be with you in a moment we’re changing shifts does wonders”!! Don’t have the customer saying hello hello hello repeatedly without anyone replying it’s rude! Then when we drive around to the window managers still count the drawers and ignore the customer and still no acknowledgment of the customer just continue to ignore the customer! After all that I go inside to ask to speak to the manager to offer advice, only to be encountered by yet another rude manager named Mashi who chose to be evasive about getting a manager! Do Better!!!!

I am upset wit this place. I TOLD THE PERSON TO GIVE ME A NON SPICY DELUXE MEAL AND FANTA. I got a spicy meal and orange juice. HORRIBLE HEARING I WAS STARVING UNACCEPTABLE

This McDonald's was very unprofessional this morning.i waited 30 minutes just to be told that if the door is locked it's not open.well the manger could have told the 4 people waiting outside to eat that it wasn't enough staff to open the restaurant instead of being sarcastic.i worked all night just for someone to tell me they're not going to serve me d Food.if there's not enough employees to open the building what's the purpose in having a building or business,

Bought nuggets and got no sauce that I ordered through the app. Waited in the drive thru for 20 mins then when it was my turn waited another 5 minutes for fries just to get home to NO DAMN SAUCE!

Store staff just accepting orders and they refused it once you get there. Waisting time.

Worst customer service ever!!!!!

Kim one of the managers truly takes pride in her work. She is patient kind and respectful. McDonald's ms Kim deserves a nice little vacay and raise Please and thanks. Everyone be blessed

This McDonald's is in the hood and even for the hood, the people who work there are very disrespectful and do not care about how they prepare or cook your food ,food it's always cold crack heads and drug dealers always there If you ask me, this place needs to be closed down

the food was js bad compared to other mc donalds, the interior was clean and nice to look at, the employees very depending on when ur there but usually alr.

Do NOT order via app at this place. I've done it over 3 times now and each time it's been messed up and I ended up waiting forever at parking lot for them to fix.

Bathrooms didn't work right the mans bathroom over flooded nothing was done when I was their left in a hurry environment I. Side didn't feel right not a welcoming place

I've dined in 3 times since January, and I've received the same consistent friendly and accurate service each time. They are super friendly, ask how you're doing and they hustle. My orders have been hot fresh and fast. I'm super impressed. Only thing I would change is the seating. The chairs are uncomfortable. Only cushioned seating are stools that aren't very comfortable either.

Drive thru be long at times but they move you through fast most of the time

Omg I live in Altamonte and I stopped in to order food for my kids on the way home from practice. I went inside because drive through was no moving. I over heard a conversation a customer had with the mama about wrong order . The customer mentioned it happen a few times with in a week . Well I don't know the story but after she left with her replacement order . The manager and a young man from the kitchen were laughing and talking about dropping her bread on the floor her they made her cheese burger since she wanted to be difficult! 😳 The lady said it was messed up few times with in a week. That doesn't seem like a mess up. That seems more intentional. I guess she has a difficult order and they don't like that or something. My kids eat hamburgers plain. I felt afraid for the safety and just left the food I paid for and took them to a McDonald's by our home. It's save! I emailed the news . It's always talking about customers going crazy but these employees are dropping food on the floor as a punishment for hard orders . Omg this location should be shut down immediately!

The night shift NO MATTER the day INCLUDING managers are rude, disrespectful, unprepared, store nasty, never stocked, and don’t know how to run a store. The absolute WORST McDonalds EVER.

The great thing about duplicatable businesses you know what you’re gonna get and when I pull into McDonald’s, I know what I’m gonna get for the most part. Basically the food is the same. I can expect to taste exactly what I taste and the service may vary from place to place but this location pretty on point… friendly no food left out no order mixup asked me if I wanted to use my McDonald’s app so is a pretty good experience…

McDonald's is something I take seriously. Everytime I eat there it's fresh. And the employees are well trained in using the app which I love

Chicken nuggets were cold, rubbery. About what I expected.

I ordered a 40 PC nugget and some other items, the fries were undercooked and cold, and the nuggets were old, cold and chewy. Stop giving people food that's been sitting around for longer than it should have. It's disgusting. Management really needs to do better here. Always have an issue with our orders. I'd never come here if it wasn't the closest one to my house and Mom wants your terrible food sometimes.

Horrible, the mcflurry looks like they barely even fill the cup anymore and like someone took a chunk out, secondly the sweet tea tastes like it hadn't been cleaned out in years, thirdly the fries have been coming out a bit cold waaaaay too often. I'm expecting my food to be on the hot side at least.

I would give this place a zero of possible. The staff is rude and nasty. I also am of the belief that they are borderline racist too. The last time there I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich meal almost 10÷ dollars and as you can see from the pictures I didn't receive anything like that. I would definitely not recommend this McDonald's to anyone ever!!!

I ordered the two cheeseburgers meal through door dash and got two hamburgers instead and no straw in the bag.

Don't waste your time. Even in times when few in drive thru it will take 20 to 25 m to get even a soda! Getting a burger with just ketchup.... a nightmare

I went to the drive through and ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes and the mcgriddle meal. My big breakfast only had hotcakes, i was missing a hash brown, and my decaf coffee was cold and watery. I made a u-turn and went back to the location and they told me "sorry we are out of everything". So they gave me mcgriddles instead of a biscuit and they gave me folded eggs. I asked for a partial refund as I did not want folded eggs or the mcgriddles instead of the biscuit and she said no because it would have been the same price. What the heck how can you make substitutions then charge me for that? Then she said when I come back in just ask for a free meal, AS IF they will believe me. Also last time ive been to this mcdonalds was over 2 years ago. Im not a daily customer. Ridiculous.

We came around 1am and of course there was a long line like any other night, but they were super nice, did our orders perfect and even when there was a problem with an app they got everything done quick and with no problems)) Food was fresh and tasted great one of the first times I really enjoyed McDonald's)) God bless you)

I don’t understand how yall slow after 2 in the am!!! Sat there almost 30 mins for yall not to say anything!!! Yall didn’t have nobody in drive thru . There’s no way yall should be that slow at this time of morning !

Went in 9/9 at 1p. We had a problem with the kiosk so went to the cashier, that was a bigger problem. 3 times had to go over the order and still when we got home it was wrong. Quarter burgers were dried out and fries lacked salt. We get handed 4 drinks and I asked for bag and drink carrier and she walked away ignoring us. Never going to go by here again

My daughter is collecting the Marvels movie toys and needed 2 specific ones. The girl behind the counter took the time to look for and give to my daughter the ones she needed in our 2 Happy Meals. It was Saturday afternoon on Aug 5th. This employee made my lil girl's weekend! Excellent customer service and very friendly.

Highly wouldn’t recommend. Even if you starving, drive faster. I went through drive thru. No response. 2 other cars past me on the second lane. Go pass the window, the girl with the braids just sweeping 😳 . Go inside, girls flirting with a guy, not acknowledging anything. Go back in drive thru, had to call inside twice. No apologies, concerns or anything. Very rude and very nasty. *ne ne voice* I strongly recommend firing the whole crew and rebuilding it for improvements. Bunch of kids running the show, where is the adult? The gudance??? The manager????? Awful as hell.

This place has and will always be a time waste. Do not stop here unless you have no concept of time management. The idea of fast food is to not wait fifteen or twenty minutes to get your food

Very Racist at this location. Have been there several times in the past and have been ignored and waited on after other customers who came in after me. Both in store and drivethru.

Wound up having to go inside after issues with placing a breakfast order on the mobile app. An alert showing that my card was charged appeared as usual but the app said there was an error placing the order. The manager was quick to assist getting my order and I was on my way. Thank you very much for the service and kindness during your morning rush.

The service is horrible , I went there at 5am In morning to get breakfast the manger name was Casey he was very rude !! I wouldn’t recommend eating here

The food is eh (but I think it’s just McDonald’s in general now) but I’m all about service. Even tho they made a mistake, they fixed it and were nice about it. Gave me the wrong size but I won’t hold it against them, mistakes happen. Thanks for being courteous.

Drive thru is always slow. Orders are more wrong at least a third of the time. Prices are ridiculous...but Hot fries makes the problems tolerable

Manager was very professional and great customer service

First time attempting to use curbside pickup at this location and I waited over 20 minutes and eventually had to walk inside the store to pick it up, horrible store!

Ok I have dumped my old review and wrote this new one. Today 4/28/2023 I decided to try and get some food on my way to work and stopped in at 5:43 to grab something. I sat at the drive through for 5 minutes waiting and no response but saw a guy emptying trash and asked him if the drive-thru was open and he said to give him a minute...OK sure...then he continued to grab more trash from the restaurant and make a second trip. At this point there are people behind me waiting now so another 2 minutes goes by and he goes inside. So I gave him another 2 minutes to wash his hands and get ready to take my order....never happened. I sat there for 9 minutes total and decided the hell with it I would hit the one past my work on John Young. As I drove by the guy is standing at the front counter talking...WITH THE OTHER PERSON THAT WAS THERE! If you don't feel like working and doing your job then quit so someone who actually wants to work can be hired. By far the worst non service I have ever experienced at a McDonalds. Would not ever recommend this restaurant.

I can't do zero star but it's a zero. Just waited in line to be told they stopped taking drive thru orders and are only taking door dash. They need to send someone out and cut off the drive thru instead of waste my time.

Food was fresh but service wasn't the best

IF your order is correct, then the food is decent (can't expect much with "fast-foods"). The drive-thru can take FOREVER sometimes, depending on what time, and days, you go, "it's a coin-toss." The staff is pretty much hospitable (thank you, management), and the interior is kept quite clean. Not many other viable choices in the area, so they picked a good location to make you to accept any flaws in food, delivery, service, AND THEIR OVERLY-INFLATED NEW PRICES FOR "FAST-FOOD!" (Wth???) "Nothing is perfect," tho, right??? The place is "okay" if you're starving, heading home, or need a quick bite while out, and just have no better options... 🤷🏾‍♂️

I usually like this location, however, the young lady in the drive-through had NO customer service training! She never acknowledged us, just handed us the bag.

Fish sandwich and French fries freshly done, simple but nicely done no complaints looking forward to my next visit.

At 710 am door was locked and no response by manager.

Terrible they removed the sticker on the apple pie telling me if the pie is still good or not....

Service sucks, prices ridiculous.

I was able to order my meal on the app, and give the code in the drive thru to pay for & receive my meal.

I don't like going to McDonald's but it was the closest place in the moment of my 2 and 1 year old crying for food. But no salt on fries means no salt but I guess they fries come salted naturally

Horrible customer service and they didn’t even apologize about the mistake that was made on their behalf. I had to get my sandwich remade 3 times !!! Wouldn’t recommend this location for breakfast
