Ordered pizza at 7pm on a Thursday night, 1 large 1 topping and 20 piece Parmesan bites, Davon "started" the order at 7:17,I arrived at the store at 8:00.. still not ready... didn't get my meal until 8:30.. estimated wait time was 25-30 minutes and people walking in were told 35 so 1 and a half hours for 1 pizza is outrageous!!!!

Recently ordered curbside through the Domino’s App. The process was easy and thorough. However, I waited a long while to receive my order. They accidentally cut my Pizza incorrectly but, provided another one free of charge. I appreciated that consideration..—

Ordered delivery, two chicken habanero sandwiches had no habanero sauce… It just really ruined the sandwiches, very dry and not good at all.

Domino's is not the dumb and slows of the past. The new New York pizza is so delicious.

Best Service and Team Members ever! Food arrives in a timely manner. Despite the occasional busy rushes they may have, the food always arrives hot and the drivers display excellent notification/communication even when demand may be high. This is an outstanding Domino's location. I always order to be delivered. The pizza maker is superb. The delivery persons are friendly and courteous and they always go above and beyond their job. Great Teamwork!!!!

Took 1 hr and 20 mins to get our food, then the pizza was soggy and the wings were so fatty we couldn't eat them and they tasted spoiled. Horrible food!

Delivery drivers are always so nice and on time! The people who prepare the pizza (like my Alfredo Spinach pizza) are absolutely delish, and perfectly cooked! If I ask for extra they actually do extra, not like the other pizza places I've had who skimp on their extras after I've already paid! We order from this location at least 4 times a week! Everything I give about this store is 5 and if I could give it more stars I would! A perfect 10! Between the cooks and the pizza and the drivers are all super cool and amazing!

Very disappointed. I order here every weekend the last few times were not good but today was really bad, waited an hour and a half and food was very cold and hard.

So I typically don’t give raving reviews to corporate pizza places but this location has legit always got my food to me pipping hot, and the delivery is always fast, the delivery guy is usually the same dude and I think his name is Walter but super nice dude! Both pizzas were Luke warm not hot. They forgot a topping and extra sauce on one of the pizzas. Both pizzas were dried out like they were over cooked. Very disappointed!

I just have to say every time I order from here it always comes out correctly. I've ordered from so many different places and I don't know how they keep getting it wrong but here you never get my order wrong even when I order through the app my pizza always looks amazing. Anytime I order any side sauces every single sauce I ordered always comes with it if I could give 10 stars I would. Keep it up you guys

I order online ,,starts making pizza at 11:09 pm,,here it is now 12:18pm ,,still no food and no response because the store closed at 12 but nobody informed me that I wouldn't be getting my food,,I would've ordered from somewhere Else if i knew it was never coming, smh

Unbelievable!! I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery, it was slated for 42-57 minutes...it showed up 2 hours late!! And the pizza was barely lukewarm!! Totally unacceptable!!!;.. I also called and spoke with someone who I thought was a manager..no apology, discount, NOTHING ..I said I would come and pick it up, get reimbursed for delivery fee..the so-called "manager" hung up!! C'mon now.. that's beyond unacceptable! For a Monday night too, not even Fri or Saturday!!!😡😡NEVER AGAIN!

We ordered 26 large pizzas for a beach party. They were very good and hot, ready on time, and we got a discount for our order. We'll be ordering at domino's again next year.

The food tasted great..... however.its been 15 years since I got sick like that. I only go to the hospital when I'm dying.so Monday i could not stop puking. Time after time i couldn't stop. Beware of the pasta primavera!!! 30 hrs of relentless puking and 1 day of lost work. It tasted great though.

They accidentally delivered my order to another place. I called and they fixed it right away with a fresh order. The person I talked to was very nice and understanding. Will definitely continue to order from here

This is the second time in a row where I ordered a personal pan and didn't get any sauce what so ever. This second time I ordered extra sauce, cheese AND! Pepperoni. My son's favorite. He threw the pizza strait in the trash because the was no extra pepperoni and yet AGAIN!!!!!! NOT a drop of sauce even when I selected extra robust sauce. And the pepperoni wasn't"extra" either...... I'm not going to pay extra for your sauces because your pizza guy can't read the ticket...... So now I'm 50 bucks down the drain because of some teenager who thinks they should be a star and this pizza making thing is beneath them and therefore anyone who orders from the Domino's on 57th and us 41 are going to suffer.

We order from this location sometimes 3 times a week! The pan pizza we get is almost always perfect! They get it to us super quick and the drivers are always kind and professional. Even when we forget to place our order till super last minute. Thankyall for always being our go to for a delicious dinner . I recommend Domino's with a 5 🌟 always!!

I called and ordered, didn’t bother to start it until I got there. They told me 20 minutes waited another 20. Come on!

Frozen pizza would have been better. It was dry, lacking ingredients, like pizza paper. Cheese bread was crispy on the outside and soggy in the middle. Driver was too old. Time to hang it up Dominos.

I've always liked Dominos but on December 27 just before 8pm I pick up a specialty pizza but I order extras put on it that were not on the pizza whoch I'm sure I was charged for. I'll bet this was an employee issue so I'll just try another location but still disappointed

It's exactly what you would expect from a fast-food pizza chain and they do have a lot of options these days! I would prefer fresh brick oven pizza but can't hate on Domino's. They are good for late night or quick bite circumstances and when you have little money.

We'll I visited Dominos Pizza On 57th Avenue and I wasn't happy at all the wait time was awful I was told 30 minutes and then that 30minutes turned into a bit longer and I watched two employees prepare customers good without any gloves and none of them had on hair nets also so unsanitary

My driver Walter did not read the delivery instructions specifying “money under door Matt, do not knock, leave to left of door” we have a baby sleeping in this house that he woke up by knocking, then proceeded to leave the food IN FRONT of an outward swinging door on the 2nd story and stood out the door with the food getting cold in hand on a CONTACTLESS DELIVERY. This is nobodies fault but the driver. Cooks Good job though you did great!

The pizza was good, but I wish I would have took a picture of the pizza. I felt it was more crust on the hand tossed than the actual part for the toppings. Maybe it's just me.

Terrible service! I waited an hour to get delivered a small meal 2 minutes down the road and it never moved passed Prep stage. After 5 attempts to call and getting stuck on hold, I got tired of waiting and decided to show up to see what's going on. They were not thay busy but that was the excuse. I called 5 times and never got passed hold. The cashier decided to answer the phone for someone else right infront of me. They didn't seem to care that much

An item was forgotten which I didn't even make known....within 20 minutes the same driver was back with the item....I appreciate the attentive action.. 🤗

Because of how close to our home they are, this is usually our go to pizza place. The use of their app, makes the ordering really easy, and we can adjust our order to fit the taste of 5 somewhat picky people, individually. The staff is so used to seeing us, they know who we are, and quickly get our order to us(when we order pick up). This also shows a high level of decency; to be courteous in remembering frequent customers.

I tried to order on the app and it denied me but after calling into the store and speaking with Danny ( a manager from another location, helping this store.) He assured me he would resolve the issue. He took my order over the phone. Applied my discounts to it and even got my points to transfer to the app. Stellar employee outstanding attitude and absolutely wonderful energy. This location has always been good to me but this time it deserved some recognition. Thanks again Danny ( hope I spelled it right) you are super!!

Lately Dominoes has been getting my order wrong. The first time I got my veggie pizza they just got the crust wrong so I just ate the pizza anyways no big deal. The second time I did not get all my veggies and mind you, you have to pay extra for each veggie out of the 7 veggies I ordered I only got 4. I waited almost 20mins to speak to someone at the Bradenton location by 7/11 😡

Finally! We have been trying to find a good pizza and delivery place. This Domino's really delivered! Driver was on time and polite (Alexander), food was HOT and order was correct. Thank you! We will be ordering again!

Ordered through the app and got there at the latest suggested time but they said it would be another 15 minutes. Not a big deal since we were not in a hurry and went to Winn Dixie and picked up a couple of things. It was ready when we came back and it was all hot and made correctly. We were both happy. I got the med pizza, half cheese, half pepperoni and bacon, for $6.99. Also got a hot sandwich that my bf really enjoyed, for $6.99.

It's been over a hr waiting on a refund back since no one speaks English or just not picking up the phone but I'll be in tomorrow for my money back since these folks can't simply do something correct. Because I spoke to 3 Spanish folks who said in English they couldn't talk to me because they only spoke Spanish and on top of that..F+

Placed an order on the app like always then something went wrong they claim my address doesn’t exist, even though it’s the same address that’s always been used. Call to see what was the issue maybe they went to the wrong place, they just hang up on you. Ask for the manager she does the same or just put you on hold until you hang up. Now I’m sitting here wondering how I’m going to get a refund because they claim to have completed the order.

Ordered a New York style pizza with extra pepperoni and extra cheese. It came with neither and it was burnt. Not foldable like NY pizza but blackened on the top and crisp on the bottom. I called the manager and she more or less laughed and said there was nothing they could do

Truly the worst experience of ordering food in my life and I have ordered food in 84 countries! They sent food out ot me I didn't order then when they finally bought it to me 2hrs and 10 minutes later was cold This was the first and last time I will ever order anything from Domino's!!

Not the worst and not the best. I placed my order using the Dominos mobile app and used the tracked to monitor the progress. They forgot to put the mango habanero sauce on my sandwich. Also, my sandwich had a bit too many jalapeños for my liking and not enough pineapple. The wings were good but the sauce was inconsistent. They might want to coat and toss the wings as opposed to just drizzling sauce on top of them.

I called the place my order and the girl that took my order could not place my order I was literally on the phone with her for about 30 minutes I asked you for a manager she put me on hold for about another 15-20 minutes and she still didn't get the address right so I called out back and asked for the manager the manager said he canceled my order because he had no address so they need some training or

This is a very fast paced store that gets it right every time. The manager and crew are tops. They love what they do and do it well. The store is neat and clean. The delivery drivers are an integral part of the success of this store and work hard and getting the customers food to them quickly, hot and fresh. As a frequent customer my personal faves are any of the pizzas, cheesy bread and of course the lava cakes and brownie/cookie. Another shout out for being able to customize your order to your liking, including but not limited to: the sandwiches, pastas, wings, pizza. For those wanting something healthy, grab a salad to go. Would have gave it a 4 star had the driver not asked for a tip before handing the pizza. "Hey man, would you mind leaving me a tip on the card?". Which i did, but it was less than i had intended to give.

The one star is because the pizza is OK. The Manager needs training on how to work with people with disabilities. I do not recommend that any one with any kind of disability (mental, physical or unseen) apply to work at this Domino's pizza location. Highly disappointed in managers lack of communication and compassion. Obviously the work spoke for itself or she would not have been scheduled full time and doing time trials for upper management...oh and then last time I checked, you did not need to have a bubbly personality to make pizza. The job was not needed, the experience was, and the takeaway is that Domino's Pizza needs to do a ton of management training. REALLY DISAPPOINTED.

I ordered $40 worth of things and it all had hair in it I do not recommend anyone calling this store to order

I placed an order at 12:09 and then called the store 40 mins later after I noticed my pizza still had not gone in the oven the employee seemed aggravated and told d me my order won't go in the oven for a whole hour more because they didn't have another driver I then asked to speak to a manager who was very rude and she kept saying they are short staffed when I finally agreed to wait for the food I paid for she hung up on me that was at 12:45 I waited until right before 2pm when they cancelled the 30 dollar order I waited 2 hours for and not 1 apology and now I have to wait up to 7 days for a refund and still have to order more food..I have worked in fast food over 20 years and this is just unacceptable you treat your customers like we are the reason you are short staffed but if the manager is that way with customers I can only imagine how she is with her employees

Terrible. Ordered a pizza on a Friday evening, 2 hours later no pizza the tracker said they haven't even started preparing it. I tried to call but no one answers the phone. I drive to pick it up and I was told deliver can take up to 3-4 hours. Are you kidding me, this is the worst experience I ever had. I cancelled order. Fast forward a couple weeks later on a Monday night, I got home from work and made a mistake and ordered again. . Again 90 mins later and no pizza. 2x with me is enough of terrible service. You lost me as a customer.

saturday NIGHT and this place closed?????

Was on the phone 10 minutes they answered. I got disconnected called back was on the phone for over 30 minutes waiting for them to pick up and no one ever answered. I hung up lousy lousy service. 6/10/2022 can't order on app cause the chicken alfredo comes so dry you don't even want to eat it so when you call in you can ask for extra Alfredo and it comes so soupy but soupy's better than dry hard and nasty.

Awful experience. Ordered online, the online tracker said our order was delivered but we never received our order. Tried calling the office 5 times and they keep picking the phone up and hanging up!! Will never order from Domino’s again
