Every employee at this location ALWAYS has a great attitude, and gives awesome service. Diksha was quick, efficient, and made good conversation. All while making sure everything was made perfectly!

Store#12926-0 Diksha provided excellent customer service. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name that also helped me, but he was great as well. The store was extremely clean too! Highly recommend this location!

Store 12926-0. Young lady this morning that made my sandwich was wonderful. Very nicely dress groomed clean. Use all properly procedures to make food. Greeting was very nice. Sandwich looked very fresh. Bread and veggies fresh. Follow directions great. My sandwich was very tasty not messy. My new favorite store. Personally i think subway has best sandwich than anyone else. Bread always soft.

I have visited this Subway multiple times for take-out sandwiches and I am always impressed by how clean it is and how friendly and efficient the staff are. In addition, the sandwiches I've ordered have been excellent.

Every time I've ordered from this particular store there's been problems with food quality and orders never made the way I specifically asked after 3 times IM DONE WITH THIS STORE ! I recommend Not ordering online bc these ppl can't read or don't read tickets ! I honestly feel like these pol don't care what they serve !

Ordered a veggie sub got 2 pieces of onion. 2 green peppers and 2 tomatoes Customer service was horrible 15th st subway has better service

I ordered a roast beef sub and there was less meat on it than a corner store sub Literally a few strands of meat.. for 12$ you can eat better literally anywhere else

Stopped in for a quick dinner after a long day, had a great experience, and the girl behind the counter was pleasant, professional and also cute 😄. My sandwiches were made quickly and exactly as I asked. Will definitely frequent this subway as I've had issues with others in the area.

I walked in and was greeted with a friendly “hello” by one of the employees. Little did I know this would be the best subway experience! As I started requesting for ingredients, I noticed the staff was very friendly and happy to help. When it came time to get spinach, the lady looked out for me and told me the spinach had not been great that day, and that I better stay away from it! I’m happy because the sandwich still ended up being super yummy and she threw in a cookie for me due to me spinach situation! I can gladly say I’m satisfied and for the price of a footlong it’s pretty great considering other places! When I left, the staff wished me a wonderful day and that’s always a great thing. To be served by people who are happy to work. I’m very pleased with this Subway!

I got a tuna salad, my hubby some kind of sandwich. I really wish you offered gluten free options. And the tuna was mixed with way too much mayo it was kinda mushy... now... the young lady behind the counter was a wonderful delight, she was fast professional and courteous while being able to be friendly and a great conversationalist. What a polite young lady.

Not the best subway I've ever been in. The veggies didn't look the best so I limited myself on what I normally put on it. When you go out to eat you expect fresh food and order what you like especially with the cost of everything.

Went to have lunch I had a cheese steak sud it was very delicious employees very nice 🤗👍👌💯💯💯

This location gave very very skimpy portion sizes, they guy literally put 5 single slices of turkey on a foot long sandwich. And a very very think layer of tuna on the tuna sub. I asked for a little more on the portions 3x and the guy ignored me. I also asked if they had a fresher lettuce and the girl told me that it is fresh it was just wet which is why it was all BROWN and WILTED….. definitely not going back

The prices are getting stupid. Since they rolled out slicing their own meats you can tell they are getting stingy. I can see the slicer is set at the thinnest setting. I'll be making my own sandwiches from now on.

Fairest price for what you get. Eat fresh. My go to restaurant. Also, terrific broccoli and cheddar soup. This is no longer true. This place is a dump. The disgusting Indian who owns it is filthy on a personal basis. The restaurant is disgusting. He refuses to honor corporate coupons. There are 3 other Subway locations within 2 miles of this one. Go somewhere else do not support this pig. I will be contacting the corporate office and will make sure no one I know ever goes there again.

Always nice, always have the order ready if ordered ahead. Never have old gross stuff out. This is probably the best subway I’ve been to!

Definitely NO stars earned! 6” multigrain Italian BMT with fresh mozzarella toasted please The lady then attempted to repeat me and clearly could NOT SPEAK ENGLISH! she kept looking at her co-worker I repeated myself, he said that will extra $1.00 per mozz piece I said I do not want extra cheese that is my cheese choice, still $1.00 per piece😡Okay I will have provolone no mozz. Had to repeat myself several times for toppings & still at the end; I said may I please have red wine vinegar packets & she picks up the plastic bottle and ( has I am saying no thank you) Thank you for creating a soggy toasted Turkey BMT. Learn English you are in USA primary language ENGLISH. It is so FRUSTRATING and DISRESPECTFUL

This use to be a pleasant place to get a sandwich. No longer however! I'm a senior citizen living on a fixed income so any bargain coupons are important for savings. I was at this location today & there was a sign that indicated coupons were no longer honored here. I asked the young man who approached me for help & I asked about it. He said vaguely that " oh no, coupons are good"....so I started to order & he said: " no, only from left side menu ( cheaper items & sides) Coupons that come in the mail are for left side menu sandwiches. The man was not explaining well at all & seemed dismissive. I asked where the nearest Subway was & he did tell me. It was a bit of a drive, but that location was MUCH friendlier & the shop much cleaner. I will drive the extra miles. Never returning to this shop. You don't accept coupons? Fine. You lost my business for good.

The Food and Service Was Great..

I change my mind on this place. Last time I placed an order I had to come inside because it's not even registered on the app anymore. The the last time I manged to use the app for this place my entire order was wrong, missing most ingredients. I came in a couple minutes to early and was treated rudely when I jokingly said I should've arrived a bit later. But the last time I ordered since the app no longer acknowledges this one I had to come inside to order, I was perfectly fine with this. However the worker seemed like she wanted me gone, rushing me the entire time. Before I even got to finish what I wanted on my sandwich she wrapped it up and basically forced me check out. Next time I want subway I'm just gonna go over to the one closer to home, this one's not worth it at all.

Sandwiches were made well, however ordered online. Pickup was at 1:10. Came in at 1:15 the order hadn’t even been started. (Btw this was after 30 minutes quoted online) Waited 15 more minutes. What’s the point of online ordering if it is not treated accordingly?

I drive past four other Subways just because this location makes our orders perfect every time. It’s worth the drive.
