I'm always treated with respect and greeted with a smile .my 1st couple visits there was a couple little mess ups on a couple pizzas but it was clear to see that they were definitely shorthanded and busting their butts to do their best and had no problem replacing my order. All in all I'm very happy with this Domino's even when it looks like there's only one person in the whole store running around crazy they still get it right and get it out quick..... I purchased a pie and returned home only to find that it was old and dry, resembling something that had been cooked in a microwave. I promptly called the store to inform them of the issue, but the responder's reaction was dismissive, simply asking, "Okay, what do you want me to do?"

2ce in two separate orders. Not all came. 1st time instead of a two litre they brought a 16 once. Then 2nd order. No Caesar salad no two liters soda.

Well, let me tell you about my recent experience with Domino's Pizza, and it wasn't a slice of heaven, let me tell you. So, we were all excited for a pizza night, right? I mean, who doesn't love sinking their teeth into a cheesy, saucy pie after a long day? But oh boy, were we in for a disappointment. We ordered what was supposed to be a large pizza from Domino's, but when it arrived, it was more like a personal pan pizza on steroids. I'm talking tiny, folks. I've seen bigger pizza slices at a kid's birthday party. It was like they took a regular-sized pizza and put it through a shrink ray or something. Now, I get it, sizes can vary a bit, but this was ridiculous. It was like they were playing some sort of cruel joke on us. And let's not even get started on the toppings. It was like they were rationing them out like it was the apocalypse or something. I mean, come on, where's the generosity? To add insult to injury, the crust was so thin it was practically see-through. I felt like I was eating toppings on a cracker. And don't even get me started on the taste. It was bland, cardboardy, and just overall disappointing. I've had better frozen pizzas from the supermarket, and that's saying something. So yeah, needless to say, Domino's Pizza won't be getting any more of my dough (pun intended). If you're craving pizza, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. You'll thank me later!

This particular Domino’s can’t seem to do anything right. I’ve had pizzas cut abnormally wrong on several occasions — it looks like a 3yr old cut them! The severe lack of toppings and cheese; just so skimpy when other “chain” pizza shops don’t skimp. The new Pizza Insurance is a joke! They screw up your order, no matter how bad or what it was (say a large pizza) and their plan is to fix it with a medium? Are you joking? I worked at a Domino’s back in my college days and this level of poor quality would not pass back then. Not sure if this is the standard today, but I’m pretty much done with this brand if this is it.

Pizza was very very doughy! I called to complain and the assistant manager Mariam was extremely rude to me. Arguing with me that the pizza wasn’t doughy and if it was and I didn’t want it that way I should have said I wanted it well done. Very rude to me as a manager. Arrogant and worst behavior of employees. They just make what they want and do it what you order. When asked if you want take it or wait for 1 more hour to get what you wanted. Worst dominos franchise ever

I will gladly change this into a 5 star review when the franchise owners spend the $100 to get blinds for their windows. Their employees have to work in direct sunlight shining into their eyes from 3pm until sunset. The owners obviously couldn't care less about the people that make them their money. Shameless.

If I could give a half of star I would, We ordered pizza tonight. I took 45 minutes. The driver pulled up to the wrong house called me. I told him where to go and in l the process, He left my food on the hood of his car dropped it going down the road told me he had to go back and remake. Then brought me back the food that was dropped 30 minutes later. It was cold , all fipped up side down, my tater tots was all in one corner, the boxes was all smashed. and everything. I would not waste your money at the store. I'm pretty new in town but I've ordered delivery at least half a dozen times and each time, I get good hot food quickly that does not disappoint! And unlike other delivery services I've used, there has never been an issue of not being able to find my address!

Done ordering from this location. Food was ordered online and it said give them 18 minutes max to finish it. I show up 18 minutes. They had a large order ahead of mine, cool. I can wait a few minutes. Wait a few minutes before anyone even approached the drive through window just to tell me it hadn't even been prepped yet. It said it was baking on the tracker online. Tell me to wait another 10 minutes. I leave, come back - STILL have to wait 5 more minutes for my last item. After receiving my food I looked into the prep area and notice not a single employee had gloves on or anything to prevent contamination. Idk why I even gave them another chance it's happened so many times to me. It's now been 1 hour and 15 minutes since I placed my order online which had an immediate confirmation that it had been getting prepped. Save your money or spend the time to go to a different location.

I got a thin crust pizza. Unfortunately it was dry (lack if sauce) and burnt around the edges. Inside was very clean and staff were very nice. It was after 7 pm on New Year Eve..so I'll definitely give this location another try.

September 24th at 3:04 p.m. I called to confirm if they received my online order and the girl that answered not only did not hear my request but after putting me on hold for a while hung up on me. I called back cuz I wanted to confirm my order end the call gets immediately disconnected. I have been a Domino's customer for probably 5 6 years same store I always tip well and I usually order the same things. If you can't get that store straight I guess I'll be calling Papa John's or Pizza Hut. I called back at 3:14 p.m. and a male answered and acted like he could not hear me which is a common complaint on the reviews I see I will not be ordering from this location again.

Placed an order earlier tonight at work as I cannot leave the facility I'm at for lunch. Order arrived with items missing. Tried to resolve it over the phone twice. The first time the person I talked to tried to act like he couldn't hear me after I told him the issue and then hung up on me. The second time I called the same person acted like they were having difficulty finding my order despite me giving them the full information needed to look it up. After the phone conversation was mostly resolved I was informed that a driver would come by with the rest of my order. The missing items were never sent.

First time and the last time I will order from this location. The pizzas were being delivered when the tracker was still on the “in the oven” phase. Ordered 2 Med pizzas on 5/24/23. The delivery guy got completely lost. Was way out in the middle of nowhere. We live 2 miles from the pizza place and it took 20 minutes from the time the delivery guy left the restaurant to the time we got the pizza. We called and spoke to a manager on shift, and we were told that they were busy and there was nothing they could do about it. When we told him we were going to file a complaint because the pizza was cold, he told us to go ahead and file it, and hung up on us.
