I love this Dunkin! I’ll say like any fast food it depends on who makes your food and drink, but the people that work there are so friendly and I feel like a family member going there. I love Athena she’s wonderful. And I can’t remember her name but the older lady manager that works inside is so sweet as well.

My iced coffee tastes like pure espresso. You guys gotta start mixing the coffee so I don’t have to throw it away every time it comes out like that .

Shop is in a convenient store there is no atmosphere. But the service and donut holes and coffee was great

These people are only interested in helping people at the drive-thru. I have stood at the counter for 20 minutes with no worker approaching to help me. The employees have been told to only help drive-thru customers. These people have been told to ignore store customers in order to force store customers to go through the drive-thru. I know one employee told the powers to be that the customers aren't going to like that, to which the bosses said, "tough." If they insist on helping drive-thru only, then they should close the in-store window completely rather than making you stand there for 20 or more minutes for nothing.

Donuts are stale, food quality has gone way down, prices way up, too much for what you get.

Two bagels with very very little cream cheese and wasn’t even like spreaded out… took a flat 10 minutes to get my drink out.

This is one of the best dunkin's I've been to. The staff are always kind even with the morning rush, I have never had a bad or rude experience. They are very communicative if something is unavailable and give you replacement options instead of subbing stuff out on their own. Definitely my favorite dunkin shop to stop!

I love this Publix. The staff is so helpful and polite. The store is very clean. The special things are easy to find. Shopping here is a pleasant experience.

I go through the drive through. They are forever running out of donuts. It may be when I am able to go it is usually after 7pm. However I will get a coffee. My husband orders the fancy coffee.

Came through drive through asked for two americano. They specifically say on the label of the cups our request. Still incorrect. So we were walking in to see if they would fix it. The line of people complaining their order was incorrect. So decided we would just leave and not come back.

Went there this morning, staff was great. Ebony, Katie, and the cashier were all awesome. They were busy too.

They Fired The Whole Crew And Hired A New Crew that they need to Train they wasn't Baking fresh donuts in the morning and the drinks are not being made properly ? Idk What They Been doing 😑

I love Dunkin for the coffee. But the donuts, not so much. The 2 I bought were dry, no filling. Just crumbled. I live a good distance away, so just tossed them in garbage.

The rudest experience I ever had. I placed a mobile order but I walked inside explaining I selected it for drive thru pick up but the line was long. And this lady cut me off mid sentence like oh well I need a name. I’m trying to tell you where to find my order. And sad part is I think it’s a manager

I'm not one to usually do reviews, but twice now I've ordered an iced caramel macchiato and gotta an original macchiato with caramel drizzle. That's not the same thing. It was awful and has no sugar in it. Caramel macchiato has vanilla syrup in it.

The only reason I give five stars 🌟 is because Juan Encarnacion is the best cook and best customer service and service provider that's the only reason 👌

Not sure what’s going on here but in the drive thru line for 30 minutes just to get a drink…Unacceptable, management needs to remove slow moving employees from the drive thru

I go here all the time. Hopefully this review reaches ownership. The other day I went through the drive through. I ordered a medium caramel frozen coffee. I will note the place was unusually busy. The cashier was handed my drink, and I noticed it was a small. So the cashier went to hand it to me then noticed as well that it was a small and was supposed to be a medium. No big deal. They’re busy. I planned on just taking the small because my rather large self don’t need the medium anyways. Well, the cashier took the drink, went around the corner for no more than 20 seconds, and returned with a medium cup containing an extremely watery “frozen coffee”. Bottom line they took the small around the corner, put it in a medium cup, filled it with water, mixed it up, then had the audacity to hand it to me out the window. So against all common sense I took a sip and sure enough, it tasted just how you would image it would. I had to go inside. when I told the employees about it they asked no questions and made me a new one. It was delicious. But they knew. They knew when I walked in the door. The employee knew what she did. Absolutely no excuse for manipulating the product and serving it to the customer. It was ridiculous and uncalled for. These types of things can lead to litigation. I can wait another 2 minutes while they make another one. Mistakes happen. TO MANAGMENT; Please let your employees know that putting quality product out of the window consistently is the most important thing behind safety. I’m a regular customer. At least 4 times a week. I hate having to wonder if my drink is gonna be good today. Dunkin is a large chain and franchises are required to not deviate from the recipes and meet the quality standards set forth by Dunkin. No excuses. THAT BEING SAID, I have seen major improvement at this location over the last year or so. Especially when it comes to product in stock. This place used to never have anything. Along with consistent horrible service. It is a lot better now. This was an isolated incident on a very busy day. I felt the need to write this review due to the unacceptable nature of the incident. This comes in good faith.

A good old sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant always hits the spot. Their service was fast and efficient but some how the vanilla chai doesn't taste the same as it did a few years back in NYC.

This location has the absolute best customer service. Ms. Kathy makes something as simple as a drive-thru order a fun experience. She is professional, kind, and extremely helpful. We pass 3 other Dunkin location on our way to church every Sunday and only stop at this location because of the amazing customer service.

This has got to be the nastiest Dunkin I have been too. And let tell you I have been to a lot all over the U.S.A .Do not order food from here. Food has been cooked for hours before you get here. Something as simple as bacon is cooked and cold for hours. Then they throw it in a bag and hand it to you. Then have the audacity to get mad when you tell them it's cold and old. And the manager is the main problem in this location all I hear are excuses and the thing is she is totally okay giving customers old cold food and rude to boot. Just plain disgusting. I mean if you want to be disgusting do it in your home In your time Not in your place of employment.

Although a little slow they always are super friendly and get my order right every time. I still gave 5 stars for service because they are always short staffed and that is not their fault.

I go here every morning I live on Dunkin donuts they always make the same coffee for me and they never make it wrong I have been there so much they memorized my coffee and they are all nice I prefer this Dunkin more than any other Dunkin around the other 2 Dunkins always messes up my order because they are in a rush instead of taking pride and having passion for there job

I love everyone here! The customer service is amazing. There's so many wonderful women here and unfortunately I don't know everyone's names but major shout out to the woman with gray hair who works the window most weekdays, Jenna and of course LINDA!! I come many times a week for the amazing iced coffee and am always greeted with a smile and kindness that kicks off my mornings. The coffee is good but the service is even better and the two combined are why I keep coming back. 💞

Went through DT. On Apr 6 1030ish. Speaker was so friendly and I wasn't sure on the order, she was kind and I didn't feel rushed or an inconvenience of holding up the line. She assisted on helping. I was there around 11 a.m. on February 18th. The woman at the window was very nice but the girl who is making the hot food was so loud and rude that I heard her from the window. She had already messed up my order once and was mad I asked it to be fixed. When it was returned to me she had purposely burnt it to be petty. Everyone else was nice and understanding, but she was mad because she couldn't do her job right in the first place.

We went on a Saturday morning and man was it busy . However the staff was so amazing everyone in there was left and right trying to get everyone’s orders out .

This location must have new people in it because now I get everything I need they're not out of stuff all the time and the people are awesome

Quick drive thru experience. Double egg double cheese English muffin sandwich is delish! Coffee is also tasty and full of caffine.

I was heading into work when Hurricane Nicole hit and every coffee store was closed, except this DD!! I swung thru the drive thru and ordered a cold brew. Ms Donna was taking my order and told me I should try the cookie butter cold brew because it was so good and would make my face light up like a Christmas tree. Of course I had to try it and she was right! The drink was amazing and the staff, especially Ms Donna, were fantastic!

Super friendly and never makes my drink wrong. My daughter dropped her Halloween donut on the ground by accident last week so I went to purchase a new one and was nicely given a second for free instead. ALWAYS a pleasant experience at this location.

I was leary to go here opposed to the other local Dunkins just because of it being located in a gas station. This by far the best Dunkin I've been to, and I go regularly. The food is always fresh, everything in stocks, and the employees are so sweet. I will only be going to this location from now-on!

I go to this specific location all the time and literally ALWAYS have the best experience. Customer service is always great even early in morning, late in the evening, and when they’re super busy. And my coffee is always made perfectly. 👍🏼

I absolutely love dunkin coffee, I understand they're short staffed at the moment so some days the wait is long but Rarely have an issue. And Ms. Donna is a Gem, she is the biggest reason I still go to my location. LOVE Ms. Donna

These guys are working hard. However the consistency of the drinks or the quality of the food may lack occasionally. For example getting a wake up wrap and it feeling room temperature to cool in my mouth. Not sure they make stuff when ordered of if the food is made and waiting on someone to order it. Or they put it in the bag and when I pull it out all the components have fallen out of the wrap. But it's dunkin. 🤷🏻‍♀️
