First time here, not customer service friendly food was ok price not in my budget might try a different location next time

Why is it always FREEZING COLD in here???

Music is played at unbearably loud volumes and today, they were blaring Christian music. Also, only four outlets, so if you need one for school or work, you better hope you get one of the four tables that let's you charge your device.

My husband and I decided to have a salad for dinner, so we said let's go to Panera Bread on Gall Blvd. We enter the lobby it is completely empty. There are two ladies up front, one putting cookies in individual bags while the other was slicing fresh bread/ dough.. so we are quietly waiting to be acknowledged. Nothing, so we wait for 3 more minutes, nothing. And another so at this point my husband is pist! And loudly ask what the hell is going on and how long we got to wait to be served! The lady is name was told to be Lisa which is probably inaccurate still has not turned around. So Kim finally comes over and ask to help us, I sweety thee only thing you can do for me right now is get your Manager. So Josh, finally comes up front and I made him aware that I have a complaint in reference to these two young ladies that have no customer service skill whatsoever. He apologized and stated that he would speak with them and he apologizes. I told him at this day and apologies are no longer good enough. Please provide me with your corporate information.These names were provided by word of mouth as no one had on name tags and I don't believe they are actually their names. Excuse the typos

What an amazing place. My home away from home and my second office! Everyone knows about the awesome pastries and bagels and cofee but the service is just as outstanding and genuine. It's always a pleasure talking to the staff especially Tiffany!! She's so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this place and kudos to management for hiring the best staff!! It matters!! Only thing to watch out for is the BREAD!! You cannot stop eating it!! Wow!!

This review is not specific to this location. I know things have to be changed up sometimes but they have taken away the only 2 sandwiches that I ever get. The steak and cheese was my favorite but the replaced it with a cheese steak sandwich that is not near as good. I am very disappointed and honestly probably won't go back unless they bring it back.

Very slow service, place dirty and not too much variety of donuts? Why is it a place that sells donuts? Running out of donuts is just mind-boggling!

I am pregnant and I didn't know if I would like what I ordered ( cheddar broccoli soup) I get home and I actually ended up loving it 😅 so I called them cause they was about to close and rushed my husband out the house to get me one more bowl lol and the manager and employees was so awesome they waited on him real quick they was so understanding and so nice. Called for delivery when the Panera site wouldn't accept my order.....I kid you not the kid on the line said, "We can't accept delivery orders on the phone." Even though I used the Panera delivery app. I am sorry. I cannot place your order until you convince the robot...no thank you

I mainly go to Panera for beverages and bagels. Their food is good, but the portions are small. All in all, a good place to get out of the Florida heat a have a drink. ( Non-alcoholic) Service is always good.

The food and drinks are very tasty plus the workers are very kind and helpful the cinnamon crunch bagel is delicious. Definitely worth trying and the cinnamon bagel sandwhich is out of this world definitely worth the money

Breaks my heart to hear staff talking badly about customers. Heard one of the employees loudly announce they'd have to make sure to scrub the bathroom extra hard after a homeless women I bought food for came out. She looked like she was going to cry AND THE STAFF LAUGHED!! This women looked so proud of herself. Real easy to bully someone in a tough situation.

We go to Panera in Zephyrhills often and my hubby loves cinnamon rolls. Today the dough was dark brown and hard as brick bat. What went wrong. Sad for costs.He had warmed trying to soften to eat????

I love Paneras however this location would better serve the community as a parking lot. Today's visit was especially painful as we were forced to listen to one employee berate another,like my son pointed out....the customer is not being served if the employees are talking at each and not to each other. The Mangement and some others sitting on there assets apparently immune to this annoyance.

Food was a little pricey but tasted good, sandwich size was enough for a snack later.

Every time we order broccoli cheddar soup now it's always watered down. It used to be thick and perfect, it literally taste like they added water to save money, that or someone is taste testing with a spoon and then usiing that same spoon again to stir it. Watered down soup is Not at all appetizing. They're online menu is always wrong, and they never answer their phones. I love Panera bread but with the amount of issues we have it's not worth it anymore. Hope yall can fix it.

The past 4 or 5 times I have gotten the broccoli cheddar soup from this location, it has been VERY liquidy/watered down and no where near as creamy as it used to be. This broccoli cheddar is no where near as amazing as the original broccoli cheddar soup recipe. If the broccoli cheddar soup is the main reason to come to Panera Bread, stay away from this location. I do not know if it is company wide or just this location, but it is not the same.

Order the 2.chicken soup and it was basically just broth. For 20.00 bucks . Go to dollar general they have better quality. Never again

Paid almost $7 for the smallest bowl of mac-n-cheese. I give my cat more kibble in a bowl. For whatever reason it isn't letting me upload the picture.

Update: Dec 2023 I decided to give this location another chance. We ordered online, and everything shows as available. Once I arrived, they were out of a couple of items. The manager was not willing to speak with me, and the rest of the team was more interested in their conversation than helping customers. Finally, i was able to get someone to help. They offered replacements that were cheaper than what I purchased. I declined. They refused to give a refund. I ended up settling with the cheaper substitutions. I will not be returning to this location. The food here is fine...however; this is where customer service comes to die. Good luck getting anyone to acknowledge your existence when you're standing at the register. When you finally get someone, they speak to you like you're a child and don't even bother to look at you. Even the manager Christina R. was more concerned with her cell phone than trying to help with an order.

Order from the menu or customize a sandwich, they'll make it delicious.

Panera is amazing. Pricey but worth it. I only go once a year though because I am poor.

I asked for no onions and added spinach I get added onions no spinach. The customer service was horrible

They have the customers needs in mind instead of their own. They are very accommodating and don't judge who you are. I love ordering from Panera on doordash too.

1st Saturday after Thanksgiving,I came into Panera with a fairly large order, Tiffany was at the register and she was very helpful and pleasant to interact with. She made suggestions and ensured all my family members I was ordering for had correct meals, the rest of the staff worked quickly and effectively to get me back to my family with lunch. Highly recommend this location and Tiffany was the best!

I was at Panera today at around noon, I order through the touch screen, requesting extra croutons for both as soup and salad that were ordered. I was not informed until my order was already paid for and ready for pick up at Panera was out of croutons I asked if there was anything to substitute in place of the croutons, and was told all I could be given was wonton pieces or almonds. I then asked about the availability of any tortilla strips to be given instead and the worker told me they did not have any. It was at this point another helpful worker interrupted and stated "yes we do right here" and pointed to a bin of blue tortilla strips. The worker then stared at me without saying anything and then I asked her did that girl just say they are tortilla strips? The worker told me yes we have those, but they would not taste good in the soup. I stated I would like some just the same and the worker put a very small handful in a cup. Upon driving halfway home my wife looked in the bag and noticed she was not given a baguette for her soup either I then had to turn around and go back to Panera upset that after not having any croutons for me, they did not even give me the baguette that is supposed to come with the meal. Upon re-entering Panera, I observed the helpful employee, and figured I would speak to her rather than the rude one, I told her not only didn’t you have any croutons but you did not give me any bread at all, it was then at the first worker interrupted again And scolded me telling me I was not permitted to stand where I was standing and speak to one of the employees and that I had to come down and see her at the pick up counter. This annoyed me even further and I did say to her I’m sorry to inconvenience you by talking over here after I had to drive all the way back for my baguette. Again, I was given no apology. The girl just put some bread in a bag and handed it to me and said here you go, I asked her why when I said how important the croutons were, would she also forget to at least give me the baguette And she then lied and said she offered me the tortilla strips and I had to correct her and tell her she did not offer them to me. She told me she didn’t have them until the other worker corrected her. She then told me well, you have your bread and gave me a sarcastic. Have a nice day, I replied, you too and I left. It is a shame that this is the way the customers are treated at this Panera because my family and I do enjoy the food but it seems this location quite often has issues which are either never corrected or corrected without an apology as if the customer Whose order is incorrect is the problem. Please update your touch screens to inform the customer when items or ingredients are not in stock and please inform your employees to try and get the order correct but if they do make a mistake, an apology is much better than scolding the customer for speaking to a worker in the “wrong place” about the issue.

I ordered a U-pick 2 tonight and a chicken teriyaki bowl from the drive-thru. When I got home the sandwich for the U-pick 2 was not in the bag and the teriyaki bowl looked like it had been half eaten. I will not be a return customer.

We got the family meal deal and it's way more food than 4 can eat. It's mostly self serve there but everything is clean and the drinks are refillable if you dine in.

Great Panera ,Tabitha was rude to me and my daughter we are part of the sip club she had attitude and was correcting us over everything we order attitude answering back .

Do not provided bread with the soups .

I just came in for breakfast for the first time. Tiffany was an absolute dream. Incredibly sweet. Even when it came to a minor issue with my food she took care of it with a smile. 10/10 customer service. Give that girl a raise.

The room inside too cold,we can’t sit more than 15 minutes

Took my aunt in for supper after having spent 4 hrs in the ER. Nobody would wait on us and when we were waited on the soup was cold. I had another customer ask me how to use the kiosk as there wasn’t anyone around.. they were around. All 4 of them in the back of restaurant on their phones. I had to go around the corner and ask if anyone actually was working there and so sorry that I interrupted them!! Wong be going back anytime soon!! We thought the restaurant was closed when we first went in as the shelves were empty of any bread/ bagels and found out they close at 10( we were there at 6) Not impressed!!

Do not eat here!! The employees are not hygienic, this place has had multiple health code violations and a closure from roaches. Just recently my son was eating a bagel with a foreign object baked right in it!! We finally figured out it was a nose cushion that came off someone’s glasses when preparing the dough. Corporate wanted to give me $100 gift card! No thanks. We are not EVER eating here again, corporates response was “What are you looking for then?” So assume that I’m looking for a handout because I made them aware of the situation. They did not care.. How about you pay for my car to be detailed since my son vomited all the way home. NASTY establishment

It was our first visit to a Panera, and we will be back! Hubby had the melted Gouda & Black Forest Ham. I had the 1/2 Southwest Chicken Ceasar Salad and Autumn Pumpkin Soup! All was delicious! We also got the 1/2 price sweet treat... a cinnamon roll for breakfast tomorrow!

Great place - comfortable friendly staff - especially Tiffany - she goes above and beyond good service - great with all the customers always makes everyone smile and feel special. Always come back here because of her great personality and attention. What a gem.

Staff isn't very attentive. Would rather cuss and talk about SAT test, rather than help customers.

This is the second time I ordered a strawberry poppyseed salad with chicken in the drive thru and when I get home my salad has no chicken but I pay the price with chicken.. young kids need to pay attention of what the customer orders.

Really good food. Nearly every table was dirty, and they couldn't serve us our food because all their dishes were dirty. Won't go back for a while.

We went in sometime before 8pm, they close at 10pm. With 2 more hours in their sevice day they were out of the bread for the sandwiches they have photos of plastered all over the windows and menu boards, out of baguette bread, out of bread they give with soup, out of bread bowls. The self serve hazelnut coffee was barley warm and watered down to the point that it did not even taste like coffee, to stretch it I recon verses making more. The medium blend was ice cold. The light roast was hot and tasted as it should. Ohh, and the pitchers of cream/milk were empty...just... seriously? $51.00 for: one sandwich and medium soup; one bowl + soup pick two combo; one regular coffee and one black cold brew; and two brownies. plus we had to BUY bread to go with the soup because they were out of the bread they give with soup... yet had bread to sell as well as at least 50 bagels they could have substituted. THE FOOD WE HAD: my Wife's Baja Bowl was missing one of the sauces you can see in the images on the website. My tuna sandwich did not have enough tuna to cover the bread. Quality and quantity very underwhelming for the price point. The soups were very good and the highpoint of the meal, the little tuna present did have great flavor, and the brownies were fantastic. SERVICE: Our experience was two fold here. Firstly, the kiosks to put your own order in on had some very official sticky notes on them with "kiosk down" written in pen; I suspect because it's easier to have people order at the counter than it is updating the system for 1/2 the things on the menu that have run out for the day. The counter attendant, Ken, was still training/learning. But, he was very nice, very patient, and very helpful as he had to go to the back and ask several times if they were or were not out of certain things or if we could do substitutions for the breadless Bread company. I felt bad for him since due to the open kitchen we could hear the snarky, nasty, and impatient way the gal in the back was addressing him each time. I'm pretty sure she was new at one point too. I'd like to say it again, Ken's good attitude and friendly disposition turned around what was otherwise an almost completely negative experience. Keep your head up Ken and keep learning. Don't let BOH asshats break your spirit and you'll be running a store some day while they are still scrubbing ovens and flour out of grout. Ms Bad Attitude informed Ken when he couldn't find where the large cold brew was on the register that cold brew only comes in a small size....as I stand pointing to the menu where it lists pricing and calories for small/large plain cold brew. An assistant manager comes out and tells us you can only get a large cold brew if you buy one of the flavored versions with all the syrup, cream, and sweetener ....again, as I stand pointing to the menu where it lists pricing and calories for small/large plain cold brew. Finally a third employee comes around, showing Ken (still training) how to swipe over on part of the menu for different sizes, what do you know, the menu was right.

Not cheep, but 2-for lunch was good. Got 2 sandwiches expecting them to be small. They were good size and tastee. A special on a pastries got me a not-fresh scone

This was the best ran Panera that I've been to. Tiffany was super helpful and sweet. They made my boyfriend's complicated sandwich, perfectly!

I went there for dinner, last Sunday evening and ordered pick 2 with salad and Mac and Cheese, Mac and Cheese was all cold, on complaining that it was cold , I was asked to use microwave to warm it up and if I don’t want I can throw it away and that too in a very loud, rude and ill mannered way by a lady( I am not sure if she was the cook, should have asked for her name). On complaining to Manager about her behavior, he offered a replacement cup of Mac and Cheese and this time it was super hot, these guys are in food industry, but have no idea on how good should be served and on top of all have the worst of customer service.

I am really really grateful for the manager josh, he is such an amazing person and the staff was amazing also. Thank you josh for your kindness

Everything is good, but prices are high.

I’ve gotten food from this location about 4 times since moving to the area. The quality of the food, the appearance of the food as well as the taste of the food doesn’t live up to Panera’s standard. I won’t be going back. I will travel all the way to Wiregrass from now on.

Bought a bagel and cream cheese toasted. All the edge was burnt!! 😡Wasn’t given knife or napkins. I would have bought a coffee but $2.59 for a small coffee is Outrageous!!

Panera bread has never disappointed me thus far. Always receive fresh hot food in a timely manner. The specialty fountain drinks are amazing in themselves. Love the healthy food experience.

I spend a ton of time at this Panera, doing business online, drinking coffee, and meeting clients. They have a drive thru, which is so convenient when I have the kiddos with me. It can sometimes take a long time to get through the line, but if I'm not in a rush, it's worth it. I love the Sip Club, although there isn't a single item on the menu that I can eat (gluten allergy).

Out side of the bun was very hard

I went to drive through to pick up breakfast. I ordered Scrambled egg and cheese on a brioche bun which was hot, delicious and buttery with a yummy rich cheese. I also got the cinnamon crunch bagel with the honey nut cream cheese. Always a favorite, soooo good, crunchy and sweet. Drive-thru staff was friendly and efficient. So glad they have a drive- through. I love the convenience

Horrible management this place was closed for two days for hygiene Department of Health shutting down. Management always on the phone, they do not pay attention to the order they're rude tours seniors and minorities it's sad to be an investment going down like that one. A lady who called herself managers they're rude

Food pretty good, but I left my bag with my wallet and they held it in the managers office after I called for 6 hours. They also poured the wrong soup for my mom but fixed right away. Typical Panera, fantastic staff!

Not as good as other out of state restaurants. Bakery was empty for lunch, absolutely nothing. Soup watered down, Turkey blt looked like dry chunks of dog food, between dry bread...

At 10am out of dark roast, light roast and half and half, when we told them they were out we were told sorry I was in the bathroom!!

We order from here a lot. I have been increasingly disappointed in the food. The menu continues to get smaller. Appears they tried to add a lot of veggie selections and got rid of some of their popular meaty sandwiches. That didn’t seem to work well, but they have not brought back a good selection yet. This week when I ordered my favorite chicken salad sandwich, I got half a sandwich on the advertised bread and the other half was on a French style bun . There was maybe a tablespoon of chicken salad on the bun…please see the picture (didn’t allow me to add). Panera is supposed to be famous for their bread, so I’m not sure how they run out of bread, or chicken salad. I am really hoping this is a fluke, and they are going to step up to the quality they previously had.

Wow. The food was terrible. The size was only about a teaspoon of filling in the sandwich. total waste of money. I Would not return. Shameful to say the least.

The soup was cold as feet 🦶 don’t recommend

The coffee was cold. No cream or 2% so i had to use almond milk. Then my soup was cold, so i took it back. Spent $34.86 on lunch for 2 people and could not even get hot soup or coffee. Very disappointing, i wont be back.

I needed a place where I could eat and get wifi internet to send an email. My husband and I ordered lunches of full sandwiches and full salads. We were busy - skipped breakfast. Then we sat down. I opened up my laptop to find no wifi. Talked to the manager - no wifi.

My hubby an I went in last night. Ordered a sandwich and soup...Best sandwich we've had in forever, when they say Avacodo, they mean real Avacodo, not that fake stuff. Very pleased, keep up the good work. Scone and cinnamon roll were delicious also..

Broccoli and Chicken teriyaki bowl, I have ordered this all over but it seems this one was made smaller less everything, even smaller bowl as I normally can not finish in one sitting. But the price certainly didn't go down. My friend ordered a sandwich can't remember name but it certainly didn't seem like everything was on it, I understand item have shortages but let the customer know upon ordering so they may change order instead of being disappointed.

Ordered a sandwich to go. When opening it up at home, they used the ends of the loaf of bread to prepare the sandwich. This made the sandwich extremely small!! What a disappointment, to lazy to get a new loaf, or out of the product?? Ugh.

The place is dirty and that is probably the reason the health department closed it down.

Prices have gone up drastically and reduced the serving size. 😡 Highly disappointed. I got a half a sandwich that barely had any chicken salad on it and was all lettuce. And they were out of everything I wanted to order.

They got shut down within days after I got violent food poisoning right after eating there, so I’d avoid this location

This place was good once. Recently went there and my order was missing avocado from the salad. Come to find out that they ran out and they were hoping I didn't find out it was missing. When questioned about it, all they had to say was "I am sorry we ran out of avocado". If I were advised that they had ran out, I would have ordered something different. Shows how much they care about their customers and providing good service. Will think about it twice before I go back again. This place is very incompetent. The manager doesn't know how to run or manage this location. Orders online are always missing food items that was paid for. Would rather go to the wiregrass location. Zephyrhills location needs new management and they need to clean up their act. Poor service overall.

Ordered online. Came home and found that I was missing the bread and the actual chicken for the salad! Went back and was given bread and a new salad. Got home and found that the bread was hard and cold the the new salad still did not have chicken in it! They refunded only the salad. They gave me 2 coupons for free pick 2 meals. My total commute with the 3 trips was an hour. My food was cold by the time I ate it. We didn't enjoy meal time together with the family. I would have preferred a full refund. The free coupons are worthless when I don't plan on returning. Panera of Zephyrhills is always missing items, out of stock, and they never find a way to fix their mistakes.

I’ve been here several times and every single time they didn’t have anything to eat. I usually come in the mornings or like 1-2 o’clock too; not even the end of the day. I’ve been here at opening before and they didn’t have bagels. Came at noon, they didn’t have broccoli. Don’t have this, don’t have that. They didn’t have bread before too - NO BREAD AT A PANERA. I’ve been living in Zephyrhills for over a year and I still have yet to eat anything from this Panera because THEY NEVER HAVE ANYTHING AVAILABLE!

Panera in Zephyrhills is a joke. I have been there at least a dozen times, and only once could my order be completed. They constantly “don’t have” coffee, or items on the menu “for the day”. Then I go back the next day and they still don’t have the item. However, I drive into Tampa where I work, 30 min later, and the Panera in south tampa never has anything not available. One day, the drive through was blocked off, I went in and just asked why out of curiosity and they said the drive through person called out. I wasn’t aware that you needed a degree or specialized training to run that window. Learn something new everyday I guess. Also, the people working at the zephyrhills location move at a snails pace and look to have poor hygiene. If the place weren’t close to home, I would avoid at all costs.
