I love the thin crispy crust with pizza that goes all the way to the edge. This pizza sauce has a great flavor

We love Donatos being from Cincinnati and love having one close to us here in Orlando. When will this location be done with renovations?

I solely believe every place you should have to visit a couple times at least to give a proper review not like some of these local google critics (cough… Christina.. cough) who pretend like they’ve never had a bad dish from their favorite place before. With that being said I grew up with this chain in Ohio since I was a little kid (40 now.. yay..) and they’ve gotten better and better throughout the years and are a very unique tasting pizza that no other place has ever come close to their style. I would never order regular pizza from here because the thin crust is their specialty. When they opened this store I got very excited because it’s the 1st one I’ve seen down here since I moved in 2008 to Orlando and it’s just like I remembered. The crust is nice and chewy with a crisp and the sauce, cheese and toppings are absolute FIRE. I truly hope they open more stores down here because I’ve been waiting a long time to have some difference in this town aside from the same old pizza chains. Favorite pizzas: Hot Chicken and The Founder’s Favorite! Their cauliflower crust is banging too. Worth every penny 🙌

App was acting a bit off so I called to place order, spoke to DJ who kindly took my order for a bunch of pizzas, said I would get my points, he set up delivery and all was good! The food was delicious and loved by all! Delivery was on time! A repeat customer and never disappointed! Thank you DJ and crew!

We just ordered here for the first time and never again. The cheese breadsticks tasted freezer burned and the marinara dipping sauce was straight out of a plain tomato sauce can. Zero flavor. We ordered a mushroom and bacon calzone but we got a veggie Stromboli with red sauce and no ricotta in sight. It was also charred on the bottom. Very disappointing.

We ordered on Uber eats. My calzone was so burnt I had to toss it (that really sucks). The cinnamon twists were also burnt but I scraped some of the burnt off. I called them and the girl just told me to go through Uber eats in just FYI: DON'T ORDER FROM THEM ON UBER EATS. We don't use it much but I've been sick and didn't have time to go to the store. Over never had a food auLity issue like this on Uber. What want burnt was cold. There were 4 pf us and we didn't really get to eat much cuz of the burnt issue. We heated up the pizza and bread cuz it was cold and that was ok at least. AWFUL quality tho and the one time I had an issue with an order sending me the wrong thing, and they asked if we could pick it up and added a ton of extra food (when I called the restaurant). I called Donato's about their nasty burnt food and they said "go through Uber Eats". Bad service, dude.

Check the box before you leave the store! Order # 0264 4440 0563 2170 Based on the website pictures, I ordered "Extra Pepperoni" expecting the pie to be covered like the website images, but there was hardly any pepperoni on it (Img attached). Same for "Xtra Ground Beef" There was just a sprinkle of toppings, nothing like any of the website pictures. I should have looked in the box and refuse it immediately, but was home by the time I noticed. Super disappointed! and frustrated I fell for such a gimmick. Check the box before you leave the store!

Was disappointed in the poor food quality and little flavor of the pizza. I had a $9 local flavor coupon for $30 value large pizza and order of stuffed jalapeño peppers. The peppers were disappointing. Peppers with ONLY a SMALL amount of bacon and cheese melted inside. Pizza wasn't any better than a chain like Domino's. 4 Cheese, beef and olives were my topings. Olives had most flavor sadly. Spongy with little flavor. I threw most into garbage sadly. Absolutely not worth more than $9 spent. Would be 1 star if I didn't get it with the coupon.

I really love Donatos and miss this pizza since I've moved. If you like thin crust you'll enjoy this!

I love my visits to this restaurant. The atmosphere is always bustling and the employees there are equally friendly. Always a good choice!

Very understanding, helpful to the public patrons as some may have an unfortunate day/night and being honest with them they open there hearts and make sure your not hungry at the least

Wings were like dominos small and not great. Pizza is mediocre. I didn’t notice any extra cheese I paid for. The establishment is not very clean, I noticed upon picking up my carry out order. The staff was nice though

We had the famous thin pepperoni pizza. The sauce was delicious and after each bite it made me want to eat more. Service was excellent and the facility was clean. We ordered two subs ago and one was a meatball sub and the other was the ham and cheese.

I had an amazing experience at Donatos Pizza, and their Works thin crust pizza truly exceeded my expectations. The combination of sausage, pepperoni, and vegetables on this pizza was absolutely perfect, delivering a burst of flavors in every bite. I can't wait to return and explore their other menu items, especially their subs, as this visit left me eagerly anticipating more delicious meals from Donatos. This place is a gem for pizza lovers and they aren’t over priced!

Ordered delivery, food came in decently on time. However, the pizza was awful. The outer crust was burnt black. My real problem (ordered the thick pizza) was that I could not tell the difference between this pizza and a cheap frozen pizza baked in my oven. It was below average. I don't plan on eating here again.

Very clean little pizza place that is less than a mile from my son's future college campus. Good prices on yummy food and the employees were very nice. Overall great experience.

You order at the counter & the bring the food to your table. The pizza is unique in that they use provolone instead of mozzarella. The jalapeño poppers were toasted, not fried & were excellent.

I absolutely love the pizza here!!! Unfortunately in some way our order is usually messed up. I've only ever seen kids working there and they are rude when you tell them it's wrong. Great pizza, poor customer service !!!!

I order their pizza and subs for delivery from time to time. They offered me a free sub today. For whatever reason is, this warmhearted deed deserves to be commended.

Very nice place and reminds me of home. Even has a Brutus Buckeye painting on the wall. Staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. Wish one would open around me, over here by Universal Studios. At least this one is in Orlando.

I left a review on Uber Eats and this place is so good that I had to leave one here. Been ordering from them for a hot minute over the span of 2 moves and a ton of ups and downs and let me tell you THIS PLACE DON'T MISS!! order the Founders favorite again today and the Big Don ITL and man oh man all is right with the world again. THANK YALL FOR EXISTING!! the taste alone not to mention the price! love you guys!

We haven't had Donatos since we moved from Ohio. Went out of our way to stop for lunch. It was great as always.

Donatos is SO consistent that it’s almost boring lol…No, just kidding, Donatos is simply the Best!…if only i didn’t have to Drive All The Way From NEW SMYRNA BEACH to get pizza, i’d eat Donatos so much more often…(maybe i’m biased because i grew up in Columbus Ohio eating Donatos 🤷‍♂️)

I order from here several times a month and the food is always spot on! My child and I love it and it I'd a definite go to on a busy day when I don't feel like cooking! The cinnamon bread is amazing!

They got great pizza and the service was actually pretty good. The ambiance of the place was nice would definitely go back for pizza the pizza.

Honestly disappointed. After reading reviews wanted to give this place a shot. I cannot rate atmosphere or service as I had it delivered. I will say..the sausage is delicious and flavorful. Not a fan of the pizza they way it's cut, other than the sausage, no real flavor. The Italian bread sticks were extremely dry with no butter or garlic flavor to be found. I would give this place another try, but would dine in this time. Hopefully the visit will be a redeemer for this pizza spot.
