Staff is great. I wish they would not change the food all the time. I'm on a certain diet for health reasons and every time I find something I can eat, it gets changed. The pancake sandwich was all my children will eat, it's gone, the hot honey bacon sandwich was great, it's gone. Or at least an option for regular white bread or brioche buns all the time

We like DD but when it's in there own location, just passing by, spotted this location but really don't stop in location were DD is sharing a location. But it was ok.

Donuts were fresh, staff was courteous.

They have my favorite and fresh donut.

Granddaughter had the doughnut ate before we got where we were going and said it was good.

Consistently make a good cup of hot latte.

Had to downgrade my rating. I get a coffee and a breakfast item 5-6 days a week. Time at drive-through is going up. OFTEN items at 8:00am are not in stock. The lower the workers' age, the slower they move. If I had another place to go on my way to work, I would certainly entertain switching.

Dunkin donuts are the best. Fast service here and is usually crowded in drive through. Especially on Sat and Sun.

Is it hard to answer a phone call when there is over 5 employees staffed? My order was incorrect, I was given no receipt and it was not resolved by manager because of their unacceptable attitudes. Where is corporates number 😂 and how do I get a refund

Cayden & the other lady at the window were fantastic. Made the visit personal by cracking jokes & talking about how we had the same name but which was spelled better, workers are absolutely hilarious. Definitely deserve a raise if they haven’t already or some type of recognition. I have not had an experience like that ever here. Was around 11:30 am 1/4

This is the slowest store ever I know how Duncan is supposed to be ran. I have been in plenty. Dunkin’ Donuts, and I have had many friends and have seen owners of Dunkin’ Donuts run their store a lot better than this one. I have seen Dunkin’ Donuts and Palm Beach County owned by Mike Patel a lot better than this Dunkin’ Donuts, they are slow they have the worst attitude and they have people waiting 1520 minutes for their food and the food is not being made properly

really nice staff, they just get your order wrong, i got a bagel sandwich and 2 bacon snacks and they gave me a croissant instead and only one bacon snack, i caught the bacon and they gave me my second one but i missed the sandwich. the back of the gas station where the line is smells really bad too

Good and Coffee is great I just notices in all the Dunkin Donuts I visit their pretty much always short staff which causes long lines… the other day I sent a mobile order for a ice coffee and a sourdough egg sandwich and a donut and all that was ready was my ice coffee..: so I just got a refund because the wait was to long..

This is a late review. However, I've been around for some time now and have been going to this station and dunkin' for as long as I can remember. The old dunkin crew was not good. That was back some time ago, but since they have new people working here, it's been great, very nice people. However, the problem is that many tend to stay, and the ones that do need people certain shifts The people who have been working here so far have been nothing but great and hard working, and I say the manager should give what they need and people for the right shift they need covered. So if you're waiting in line for a while, have some patience cause they are always working their best to get to you.

The redhead kid up front. ( there is only one) blatantly ignores order requests and goes with what is fastest. (Puts real sugar when I asked for liquid sugar) and now I'm chewing on a solid half inch of sugar in my coffee. This has happened 7 times in the last 3 months. I am done with Dunkin Donuts due to one stupid, lazy kid.

Can’t recommend as they have given me the wrong mobile order and couldn’t replace. Person at counter said to use call booth next time or I would be served. The food item bag was also soaked in something…uh I’d avoid this one.

Dunkin customer service is great

Great spot, I deliver DoorDash from this location a lot. And the orders are always ready, plus they’re super nice. My grandma also loves there coffee:)

Don't always get coffee right, and staff isn't very friendly.

I stayed at the counter and a woman said someone else was going to help me. 10 minutes passed and having 3 people I got completly ignored. There was only a car outside and myself inside the store 👎

As crazy as it gets with long lines. ..this place keeps it moving. Employees are always cheerful and full of fun.

Went today and stood at the register for 10-15 mins before I eventually left from no one coming to the counter- no they weren't busy- There was maybe 2 cars in the drive thru and another couple inside of the store. I've had issues at this location before and decided to give them another shot needless to say they don't get another chance with me as a customer. They need new management or better employees 🤷‍♀️

Watch your cups. Instead of over kill with ice, you have to be hyper aware of the whip cream filler in your drink.

I just ordered a medium iced caramel coffee with cream and sugar, it tastes like dirty water. Very disappointed! Absolutely disgusting I can't even drink this.

Order on the app if you want to save some time. I get good service at this location.

To be completely honest if you're eating food from the Taco Bus located within this establishment let me tell you all I saw was flies on top of flies and fruit flies inside this gas station. I was only purchasing chips and some cigarettes. Glad I wasn't there for the food

A very nice little coffee nook. Although the atmosphere —or more specifically— that coffee shop feel is dissipated by the fact that it's inside another establishment, drowning out the sounds of the espresso machine, the smell of the coffee beans and donuts. Not saying it is a bad thing. This is immediately redeemed by the fact that the employees are incredibly nice and polite! Thanks for the breakfast sandwich and the 20oz Coke!

Seems to recurring Obstacle with this dunkin no "Hi how are you today" more of wait then what do you want to order and so quick to rush you through your order then so quick To make you park ( for 2 drinks and a wrap) must have a timer or something and parking is Manipulating times There has been times where I've seen 3 to 4 people parked they hardley ever toast the wraps and when they do thier burnt no one taking orders seems to be pleasant. This is all over the years i have been going and just this last time person swipes my card tells me pull up no receipt didnt even ask had the person go back in after bringing me my food.There are times im in and out and a pleasent expereince but to many times these other occurrences have happen my review will change when i see change.all ways pulling people up long wait. Did a mobile order this morning picked it up should of checked my food but hey I guess giving the benefit of doubt to the store is overrated you forgot two sandwiches and 4 orders of HB. 2. When you go back up there to get food when I went back to get the order corrected they seemed oblivious to the fact I just called 3 Don’t try handing me a completely wrong order to get me out of the establishment 4 When I correct you that’s not my order no attitude needs to be had and you sure don’t need to be cussing about the customer from beyond the wall where the customer can hear you maybe a change in leadership is needed

This location being situated inside of a circle k gas station represents some challenges when going in to order. Also they seem to be out of certain items later in the day. Admittedly I have not tried the drive through but speed of fulfillment doesn't seem to be a priority when ordering inside. The staff in the gas station itself seem to be a bit confused on pricing items.

Everytime we go they don’t want to make anything you want, and they’re just always super annoyed by anyone ordering like we’re trying interrupting their lives. This place is the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been too.

Absolutely crazy how they have you pull forward and wait in the parking lot away from the window because of something with these orders being timed. It wouldn't be that bad if they didn't mess your order up every single time! So now I go to Einstein bagel.

They usually get my order wrong. Got it right this time. 90% of the time it is wrong. But it is Duncan. So even the wrong coffee is goid.

Terrible service, they run around like chickens with no heads in this place… I ordered a grilled cheese melt, 2 wraps, 2 orders of hash browns and 2 coffees… they gave me one order of hash browns, this entire week I have gone there a total of about 5 times and they have messed up my order every single time, my fiancé had to walk back in there 3 times the other day just to get her coffee right

Very nice staff. Busy store though. Service varies honestly but I've never had a truly bad experience. Sometimes they forget stuff you order and you have to remind them. Again, it's a really busy store.

I actually went to the gas station that's a apart of the Mulrennan gas station there. Good gas prices there .

They ran out of iced coffee. Clerk said it would take 15-20 minutes to make. Really? Coffee add ice. Voila iced coffee.

I have visited a few times and have no complaints. For being a smaller Dunkin connected to a gas station, they have never been out of any of the donut options I'm interested in.

Been going here Mon thru Fri for over 5+ years and I LOVED IT... buttttt for the past couple months or so the service has not been good at all, the coffee don't taste the same. it taste old & the bottom of the cup looks like they just threw a tbsp of just ground coffee???. It's just not what I look for 1st thing in the morning any longer😔..

I love my chi tea here. I always go inside to pick up and I’m always amazed how Jasmine The assistant manager is all hands on. And did I mention she makes the best knock your socks off chi tea? I don’t care how long the cars line up in the drive through they are on the ball getting them all through. I like to go inside just to see them all in action..

This Dunkin always gets my macchiatos right!! All the others make them WAY too sweet. This is one of my favorite places.

This Dunkin is located inside the Circle K they are often busy and like most places they are hit or miss on service. My favorite is iced coffee with cream and one of the many flavored seasonal swirls which at this time is Pumpkin...I have also discovered that I love their hash browns their a great little snack.

Can not say enough about them. Good staff and better bosses. Have know this Dunkin Group for 20 yrs. Very particular about staffing as well as how things are run. Not all Dunkins are owned by the same person. The person who owns this particular group will not tolerate anything other than perfection or your fired.

The ladies that work there are great they pretty much know me now

Used to rate this a 5 star but they seem to let all the good people go. They still have a few good people 1 girl in the morning, and 2 guys in the evening. Mackenzie, Keagan and Chris are great people who strive to give you great prompt service the other people not so much.

Multiple visits, service always very friendly, food was perfect.

Great crew, very clean establishment with extraordinarily professional and friendly employees. Whether I go through the drive thru or eat in I always have a great experience here. Prefer this location to others in the area simply for the superb customer service and quality of the product, myself among many others are regulars here and go every day to get our morning coffee among other things whether you want a full breakfast meal or just a donut for a quick morning snack they prepare everything very well and make sure you're served very quickly so you can start your day. I highly recommend this Dunkin donuts but this location above all others.

I'm in and out of here usually in less than 3 minutes. They always have fresh donuts and have my iced coffee ready quickly and never mess up my order. Employees are friendly and that is why I keep returning!
