My food came to me half cold and some half burnt

This location is absolutely the worse. I ordered a cold brew cold foam and got ice coffee. The receipt clearly reads cold foam cold brew. The owner of this store should be ashamed of the quality and integrity of the product leaving the store. I do not recommend this store. An absolute failure to deliver quality products. Very disappointing

Had the best experience ever at THIS LOCATION!!! The store is under new management and staff, and WOW is it CLEAN and EFFICIENT. The staff is personable and fast. Stop by and see Sara, Jolie, and the rest of the team, their personalities are as sweet as the doughnuts!!!

Amazing place to morning start!

I couldn’t get past the kiosk. It was slow, didn’t display very many items, not an intuitive menu, I couldn’t find donuts on the menu. They do serve donuts at Dunkin’ Donuts, don’t they? Some hand sanitizer right next to the menu that everybody touches would help. This rating does not reflect this particular store, but the franchise in general.

Passing by today , Donut was very fresh , so were the hasbrowns ! and coffee was amazing !

I don’t know what happened to this place, not sure if it’s under new management at all but if it is… then whoever is managing it should be fired from the company. They got kids working in this Dunkin, kids that don’t care about servicing customers. I’m in the store as we speak and they got 2 guys at the front counter playing around with each other while running behind making 8 drinks at the same time. That’s just what I counted in front of them. I ordered online to pick up my coffee because the drive thru line was too long. Took forever for my coffee to come out and the 2 guys playing around at the front counter were being really stupid, making fart sounds and laughing hysterically with a line full of customers and backed up line at the drive thru. I count six people behind the counter and not one person moving like there was a match lit under them. These guys shouldn’t be trusted making anyone’s coffee. While I was in there waiting there were 3 customers that were ahead of me prior that came back into the store after leaving to correct their orders. Who fills up a large Dunkin cup 3/4 of the way with milk and then pours 2 drops of coffee then mixes it? Irresponsible idiots that’s who. Those guys should be fired because I’d tell you if I saw them acting that way making my coffee, this conversation would be with their management face to face and they wouldn’t like it very much. I even went to the counter after I ordered online from out in my car because then my daughter told me she wanted some munchkins. The one guy playing around just kept making drinks and walking past us, not even looking at us, acknowledging us, no customer service skill whatsoever. Not even sure how or why Dunkin Donuts would hire people like that. That’s how you’re going to lose customers and from what I’m seeing here, it’s looking like they have been getting more lower reviews than high. Management needs to fix this

Long wait per going inside, slow service, bought a dozen doughnuts, they were supposed to have jelly, and cream filling, very little filling- almost none, all doughnut.. Go to different location!! *** when I asked what flavor the jelly filling was, the kid said “ I don’t know, it’s red” lol… that should sum up the visit!!

My online order was missing three items, and when I went back they told me one was discontinued. If something is discontinued, don't just leave it out of the order without telling anyone. And maybe be a little nicer about your mistake. I'll be avoiding this mess in the future.

There’s this one lady that works there named dymon, she is very rude and doesn’t treat her fellow employees with respect. She is very unapproachable and very disrespectful.

I ordered 1 dozen donuts nothing with sprinkles. Got 1 dozen donuts every one loaded with sprinkles. Neighbors will get them cause i sure dont want them and I'm friken pissed.. be a LONG time before I go there again. Krispy cream has a new customer.

No napkins are included when you order food. Hashbrowns were haphazardly tossed in the bag.

The last 3 times I’ve ordered it seems they don’t make donuts here . They have continuously not had jelly donuts and only had a selection of 2 -3 to change out instead . I mean it’s a donut shop that never has donuts

This Dunkin is good. I come here almost every morning and have a coffee, Chai tea latte, or latte. The staff is friendly and they do their best to make your drinks properly and promptly. There have been a few times when my drink wasn’t made perfectly, but I asked the staff to make it right, and they have. I am a regular customer and I like Dunkin very much. Diamond has helped me multiple times and she makes my drinks right. I appreciate her. Kayla is very nice too. I appreciate her knowledge and help. Most people there are good and want to help. Please do tell them if you do experience a problem, they are good to help and give them the chance to make it right. I have talked to Dunkin customer service through email a couple of times and they have been good to resolve my issues. I use the Dunkin app as well to save $ and earn points. It’s a decent app. Be sure to use your rewards before they expire because they go away. Also, a girl at Dunkin helped me learn how to navigate my Apple Pay on my phone. I didn’t use it much before having her help and I appreciate that she gave me information to help with my Apple Pay. My favorites include the chai tea latte, apple spice donut, French cruller donut, double chocolate donut, and the jelly filled munchkins. I do like their avocado toast on occasion. My friend likes their old fashioned donut. It is a treat for me to go to Dunkin.

If anyone asks me about this dunkin donuts I would tell them to stay from this store because first I went to buy 2 dozen donuts and when I went inside there hardly any donuts made I ask the girl if they are going to be making any she told me and the other 3 people behind me hell no we are making donuts for you or anyone else then she told me if I wanted 24 donuts I better go some where else cause you are not getting them here then the other girl started laughing I did not see nothing funny about this

Got nothing I ordered and food tasted of cleaning supplies(?) Went there around 1pm to order; grilled cheese, hash-browns & chocolate frosted donut (which for some reason is not on receipt but was definitely put on screen) The sandwich bread was a clear indication that it was microwave due to it being so soft/squishy not grilled, when I took a piece to taste it it had a “cleaning” taste to it, I ate a hashbrown only to taste the same odd taste from the “grilled” cheese.. was very disappointed but figured I’d just enjoy the donut, when looking at it it didn’t have the hole in the middle so I paranoidly tore it half only to see it had pudding filling that I did NOT ask for, I remember she repeated “chocolate frosted donut” back to me which was correct but the order was not.. My entire order was ruined and I was left with frustration & no more appetite. Horrible service & horrible food, wasted money as well.

Bacon was fried so hard it broke into little pieces, has browns were still cold and mushy. This place is only getting worse than better. Update 11-30-23 long lines, orders wrong, under staffed, cold food. Management is probably more of the problem than workers.

Diamond, I believe her name was, is one of the most disrespectful and nastiest employees I have ever had the pleasure of veiwing. Instead of actually being able to re-educate or re-teach different drinks to new employees, she will belittle them in front of clients. I know for sure this location will never get my money again, nor will that "manager" is still working at this location. If Dunkin Donuts truly doesn't enable their workers to be happy and feel safe while working for the company, then you deserve to be shut down for your behavior to the workforce. Also, for a company that is so strict with how their employees should make a cup of coffee, you would think there were normal rules applied to managers who clearly see there is a line but would rather pick on their nails and talk to the phone with their friends than help a struggling new employee out. How dare this company for allowing such a person to manage a team of people and shame on the woman who knows nothing but how to scream brutally at people. Please, get demoted or fired Diamond. Servers named "Diamond/Evette" is extremely snotty and short with customer through drive through. Unhelpful, other staff members made excuses for her behavior.

This place has gone downhill with everything. Plan on waiting a long time for your order as well as getting orders mixed up.

Im probably gonna get some backlash from the way I describe this girl, but it is what it is.. the "big" black girl needs a attitude adjustment. Also the coffee tastes like tea. Yuck.

Very roomy for those wishing to dine in. Plenty of seats and tables. Staff is very professional. The drive-in window is popular, probably due to the location

Dunkin’ Donuts ran out of coffee, I didn’t even know that was possible. They must be going out of business, because that seems to be the trend lately.

Never coming back to this location. Night time crew needs serious help. I typically come during peak down time in the evenings to get an ice coffee. I’m here almost every day, and the kid with curly hair that works this location is ESPECIALLY rude. Always has an attitude. Always in a rush. My drinks will be covered in coffee on the sides. There is constant confusion with others when ordering any of the signature lattes. And I’m not even making modifications to my drinks. Why is that complicated? Store floor is always sticky like I walked on glue pads for bugs. This place gets worse every time I visit. Don’t get me wrong, there are some good employees there, but few and far between. And you better hold on to them. The one on Bloomingdale and bell shoals is leaps and bounds better in cleanliness, service, and quality. Oh I can’t understand why this place has such an issue staying stocked up on supplies for iced and frozen coffees. Figure it out please.

No complains with food or service. Location is not really clean, you walk and it feels and sounds like you are walking on a sticky matt, restroom is also dirty.

Ok, so I had just got a brand new card have not used it once yet. I go through drive thru get my son and I frozen coffee's. So our coffee's are done sitting at the window I can see them. The lady tells me the amount I hand her my card. It takes her about 5 minutes with my card after she already charged my card. I got the notification from that charge. Well at 2am that night my card was trying to be used in Atlanta Georgia as a pre pay for something. Like if she took a picture of my card or wrote the info down. The lady was a bigger woman she was black and had something coving her hair. When she hands me my card she says thank you very much but the way she said it was weird even my 13 yr old son thought it sounded funny. I will be cancelling that card and ordering a new one but please be careful going through this Dunkin donuts drive thru. No reason anyone should have your card for more than a few minutes after the charge went through.

Just received a box of doughnuts and once I opened it, it had over 2 dozen ants inside. This was the final straw from this location. The team members are rude and the food and doughnut quality have gotten worse over the past several months. Spending my money somewhere else.

I visit this location almost every morning, and it's the best run Dunkin in the area. The staff is friendly and efficient, and my order is always correct. Even when they have a long line, I rarely wait more than 5 minutes for my drive-through order. The staff runs like a well-oiled machine. Whoever trains them and runs the morning shift needs a raise.

I got a sweet tea and it had that sour taste to it like it was going bad or old

I have been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts site for the last 20 years regular customer. And I have never been treated so rudely by the morning manager. I had to wait for my coffee and they put the coffee to the side and never told me that my coffee was ready. I guess I was supposed to be a mind reader, and realize that that was my coffee. I visit other Dunkin’ Donuts owned by the same company and no other employee has treated me so rudely like this manager at the valrico I will never go back to this Dunkin’ Donuts.

Got an iced coffee with liquid sugar, creamer and mocha. It was perfectly balanced. My order was handled with such care. Thank you Brandy! (I think that's her name)

My closest Dunkin'. It has your typical Dunkin' stuff. Except one time, they were out of most donut varieties at noon. I learned they have sausage egg and cheese croissants whenever they are open. Nische!

I come here every morning Monday thru Friday, today was a normal day until I got to work with my sandwich. Needless to say I was very upset that I just paid almost $6.00 for some bread with cheese. They literally didn’t even put a whole piece of bacon on it. Here we are again, same store. Why would someone want a sandwich with one piece of bacon? Second picture is from a separate day, so this is 2 times now that they have done this to me. Looks like I will have to find a new store to stop at cause this one don’t know how to give people what they pay for. 11/23

By far the best coffee in the world!

I walked in at 9:45 PM and there were no donuts at all. The girl at the register said they just threw them all away. I asked what time they closed, she said 11 PM. She said they start the closing before 10 and then “mop the lobby by 10:30.” What’s the point of being open till 11 PM if you’re not going to have anything to serve before it’s even 10 PM. Very disappointing. I think the hours should be changed. Or the employees need to start their closing procedures during closing hour.

Went a few days ago the woman at the register was so nice she suggested my mom get a Peach Passion Fruit refresher item and she loved it and they actually have the peanut butter swirl syrup for my latte about $10 for our 2 large drinks wasn’t bad cheaper than Starbucks. Wish dunkin would get pistachio or cashew milks they have almond which I find too watery coconut is a great choice however.

Even though it was very crowded, the service was good and efficient. Coffee was good, as well as the donuts we had. Tight parking!

Terrible slow service. You have to repeat orders to cashier and then wait over 20mins for just coffee. Not a good spot to enjoy a cup of joe.

When I worked here management was terrible. There 2 bosses over 50 who didn't do anything and a girl barely older than me calling the shots. One of the managers would harass the staff and inappropriately touch some. Right after I quit they got a new manager (with the same name weirdly enough) she seemed alright. I hope it's better than it was but I can't help thinking of when I was there.

The worst Dunkin’ experience I’ve ever had. Hash browns were oily and burnt. Had MOLD on my breakfast sandwich. They messed up my coffee. I will NEVER be back

Love this location. Best frozen coffee in town and they properly make coffee unlike the one further down on 60 which is always way too dark, bitter or rich and poor ratio's of coffee to add it's like Carmel or Rasberry. This location has just the perfect mixes as well as properly made coffee.

The lack of competency at this location is astonishing. More than half the of the time, my order is wrong.

Careless drive thru person decided to hand my husband a piping hot coffee without taking the two seconds to make sure the lid was on it and then dropped it in his lap trying to hand it to him… Now we’re going to the hospital. Thanks, Dunkin.

Other trips were better but this trip was bad as they did not take the time to place the lid on my coffee very good and my truck and myself wore a lot of it!

Sometimes its hit or miss. But overall I'd recommend coming here. The donut holes (specifically raspberry filled) were amazing and mine and my fiance's coffees were great! I recommend trying Almond milk instead of cow's.

How hard is it to put three donuts in a box or bag? Seriously? I ordered three donuts and 3 munchkins. Waited nearly 20 minutes for them and my kid couldn’t even sit down to eat them without being tardy for school so we had to take them to go. Oh, and when she went to eat them in the car they STILL gave us the wrong kind of donuts. They aren’t short staffed, plenty of people there watching me wait and ask three different times “can I please get my donuts” then responding “someone will be with you in a minute” while they continue to just stand there and talk.

The only encounter with decent staff is week day mornings and that is the only time your order will be correct as well. Any time after that your met with hostility, nastiness, crude disrespect. Not to mention they never have fresh coffee, let alone donuts of any sort and its the consumers fault some how. My entire family have been regulars for years but we are learning to like Starbucks!

Drive thru line was long but moved quickly, got my order fast and it was correct and tasted well. Staff was friendly. I got the Caramel craze iced latte with almond milk and it is pretty good. Dissapointed they keep discontinuing so many drinks, but overall it's good.

Donut selection in the cabinet was sorely lacking. I know times have probably changed, but Dunkin' used to have a wall of donuts when "Donuts" was still in the name. It's like they're trying to become a mediocre coffee shop instead of a premier pastry shop.
