I got the Iced Latta and Jelly Munchkins service was awesome as usual I try to stop here on the way home once a month

Dirty floor, dirty counter, dirty bathroom, flies buzzing around donuts

Asked for Omelet bits and got some kind of egg stuff mix with something that did not taste fresh. Awful tasting Look like throw up

Last 2 times I've ordered bagel and cream cheese the cream cheese tastes of low quality. My wife ordered an avocado toast was spoiled with a bitter aftertaste. Also the empanadas taste like cheap cafeteria food. Taking a long break from this Dunkin. Still love the donuts.

My food was not toasted. My friends food the cheese on the crosont was cold and the whole thing was just cold. The morning crew were to busy messing around and that's probably why everything sucked.

Slow unattentive service, more attention placed on the drive thru window than actual customers at the cashier. To order a coffee to go, it took about 11.5 mins, and I was the only customer at the counter (albeit the drive thru was busy). The bathroom is large and appears clean.

The team at the LP Dunkin' are amazing! They try to match the menu as close as possible and are always kind and quick. Love it!

This location was on par with what I expect when I enter any DD anywhere in the country. It's usually very good. No complaints at all. DD is very consistent.

Not your typical Duncan structure but great service, fast and efficient. Even accommodated a special order request for me as I was on vacation and needed a favor.

i've been going to this dunkin for years but this one experience really ruined it. I was ordering and the worker taking my order couldn't hear what i was saying cause they other workers were taking loudly. Then when the person taking my order told them they were too loud one replied "We don't care." which was quite rude if she was joking.

I'm sorry but the coffee was horrible. Way too strong and bitter. But donuts were good.

Don't buy the Avocado toast or the side of bacon. Huge disappointment.

The whole experience is always great at Dunkin in lake placid fl. The staff are always Soo helpful and knowledgeable about their drinks. I told the cashier I would like a caramel iced with whip cream not knowing the drink and she told me right away and it tasted awesome. Great environment. 5 out of 5 all day long!!!

Ordered one dozen assorted donuts, drove 15 minutes back to my house. Opened the box took a bite of a donut that tasted at least 3 or 4 days old. They were so stale, I had to throw them away. Very disappointed, I will never buy from that store again. Will be sure to pass along to the public. Worst donut's ever.

Dunkins is Dunkins, whether in New England or Florida. Dependable.

They never have any Boston Cream Donuts. I can't get there before 10am, but each time I go anytime between 10am and 2pm the same answer is. Were Out! I had to ask, do you actually make them? The answer was there our biggest seller and we run out fast each day. Now if they were the stores biggest seller wouldn't think the manager would have the common sense to stock there top selling product from open to close.

Very friendly and helpful service. Our food and beverage was prepared quickly and was very good.

lack of labor, every time we come to your establishment, we seem to have an issue. either the price is different every visit or one or multiple items that we order are incorrect. not to mention we get the same two coffees every time, no changes, besides today. we decided to get espresso shots, probably not the best decision. not only did we pay more money for the shots, we didn't receive them and the ticket didn't even have it on there. let's not mention the cold cold foam my wonderful wife HAS to have on top. if something if anything could be changed. i would say start by replacing every staff members, including scabbers. well that should be all thanks.

A female worker, bigger, Hispanic made my coffee with no sugar ON PURPOSE because she attempted to flirt with my husband and heard me in the background. When we pulled up to get a new coffee she was very obviously pointing and chatting with other coworkers about it. Knowing what she did. A job is no place to be looking for a man

Bad service and bad coffee not worth the money I spend..just water and coffee..

Showed up at 8:10 and it was closed even though their signs and Google said it closed at 9pm.

Gets my order wrong every time go here. Now they can't even be bothered to put cream cheese on bagels.

10 a.m. and doughnuts tasted like they were 3 days old. This is typical of this location from last several visits. They were fresh & delicious when they first opened in Lake Placid but they have certainly changed towards the negative. Yuk!

came in tonight around 8. there was two girls working. if you wanna call it that. the heavier one was talking to some guy flirting and using profound language. we waited until 8:10 when we asked if we could order. the girl gave us an attitude and told the skinnier one that we were waiting than the heavier one says to us what do you want. very rude. just got our drinks a coffee and a tea at 8:15. absolutely unacceptable and disgusting service when there is absolutely no other customers. if you don’t wanna work than quit. period.

HUGE shout out to MIRANDA! I’ll admit, I messed up my order and forgot to add milk! She came to the drive thru window sweet as can be and fixed my order with a smile. I’m so thankful for people/customer service like hers. Thank you again.

Good staff. Welcoming and mostly attentive. Busy at 11am. Yummy donuts and chicken croissant sandwich. Poor knowledge on jelly donut flavors.

Wish the app would not switch stores on me all the time. I usually select a store on my way, and sometimes it changes the store on me.

So I don't normally Wright any reviews but in this case I'm very satisfied with my sandwich because eveytime I order from Avon park Dunkin’ donuts they seem to mess it up wrong sause wrong cheese no bacon bit in lake placid they got it right the 1st time very satisfied

Slow service..woman at drivethrew window very rude

Slow service! Not very efficient with several customers waiting. Often, they do not get orders correct and have to make up the order again. I think they survive because it's the only show in town. Probably wouldn't survive it there was any decent competition in town. They give a "seniors discount," but when I noticed on my invoice that I didn't get it, I asked and was told, "You have to ask for it. "..... Tables need to be cleaned a little more often. At times, the employees seem to be more focused on their social interaction with each other behind the counter than with customers.

My breakfast sandwich was cold and hard. It tasted like they microwaved it. The coffee was good and the muffin was fresh. Over all other than slow service it was not bad.

The customer service was excellent. Our cashier was pregnant and with a great attitude.

Service is slow and you are lucky if your order is right. Garbage right outside of the front door needs to be emptied. Overflowing.

Super busy location in the mornings, especially during season. Not uncommon to be out of regular staples, like today, out of regular Espresso Beans!

Walked in this morning and couldn't get anyone to take my order. They had the main registers closed off and supposedly were taking orders at the pick up counter. Two employees were right there but never took my order focusing solely on drive through apparently and ignoring walk ins. Another employee asked if I had been helped yet and still nothing happened. I was patient standing right where they said to go at the pick up counter for several minutes.

I asked for two large iced coffees and I got more milk than I did coffee. I had to give them both back to the server and have her pour out some more of the iced milk and add more coffee.

Can't keep doing g the same thing expecting so Etching different. This location will never figure it out. Don't go through this drive-thru if your in a hurry, they clearly don't care enough to make changes. They have this I don't care attitude. They ate not the busiest drive-thru, but the slowest. They should address this bit They won't. I hate coming here, but my kids love it

It’s a hit or miss at this Dunkin’. Sometimes your better off going to Wawa. Management is very rude and it’s not the first thing you want to encounter in the morning.

Great people working there. We had the tomato pesto sandwich, minus the cheese, (we're vegan). It was fantastic! Get one soon!

Ordered early am pickup and this place decided not to open on time, causing me to have to leave my paid for order ...in order to get to work on time. Lazy workers are the worst! I'm sure not all here are the problem, but THAT early Sunday morning opener created this one star! 😡

My double toasted everything bagel with plain cream cheese was perfectly assembled. The counter person was friendly and cheerful.

They have never messed up my order my only issue would be if fact that they open at six on Sunday I got to be at work at five and I would like to get a coffee before then but that’s OK I go back when they open

The iced latte I got seemed to have more expresso in it compared to other dunkins. Im not sure if this means the hoppers have not been cleaned, the hoppers were cleaned with spic&span, or the amount poured in was too much for a medium. Not the first time the coffee here and had a strong taste/dark color too it. I'm not too worried about it however, the staff was nice so I didn't bother to ask about it.

Service is great. Midnight coffee was excellent. Had the sourdough breakfast sandwich twice in the last week. 1st time was really good, second time was just boring. Not sure what was different, but knocking down a star for consistency.

We were in Lake Placid and stopped at Dunkin Donuts. This beautiful young woman asked if she could help. I hadn't been in a Dunkin Donuts in a long time and didn't know what I wanted. She took the time to ask several questions to find out what we liked. She even made us a small sample! I have a new favorite drink called the Chocolate Stout because of this awesome young woman! THANK YOU SO much Jamariea McCray!! I will be going to Dunkin Donuts on a regular basis to get my new drink! I hope your company knows how lucky they are to have you as an employee!!!

The donuts were fresh. Store was horribly busy with a line of cars in drive-thru and several people inside.

Franky and the tall beautiful young lady at the register (sorry didn't get her name) have amazing customer service. I was in on 7/7/2020 around 8pm. They were both so sweet just like the donuts!

I've been to a lot of Dunkin Donuts but this one is consistent with great service whether drive thru or walk in.

Good donuts and nice people. Better now with new owners.

I visit just about every day haha. Some days the staff service takes up to about 15 minutes waiting time after ordering, but most days have quick, superb service.
