I tried the new chicken nuggets in the garlic parmesan I wasn't too fond of them

I applied for a job with my roommate and they told us to call later in the day and when we called they said hold on and muted us. When we called back again it was same thing. We waited a couple minutes and called again and they took the phone off the receiver so it hit a busy line. They said they wanted people to work there and told to wait for an email for two days that never came and when we called to get the information to do our onboarding was given the run around. I only wanted a job to pay my bills and this is what I got…

Probably won't be back We got multple meals in our household.. 2 times in 1 week. We received Luke warm old food. Nuggets and fries tasted stail/oil needs to be changed!chicken sandwich midlle was ice cold. Bun super dry seemed like it was close to being too old nothing in our orders was hot nor fresh... called to voice our concerns and was just told sorry and was told we'd get 2 free drinks the next time we are through. But what about our 4 meals that were wasted?...again most likely WONT BE BACK.

They don't listen to customer of what they want. I'm very disappointed in the food. It was so bad we had to throw it away.

The daytime employees are rude and if you're dying inside or taking out, your order definitely comes last vs ordering in the drive-thru. Even if it's a painfully long wait, you will be waiting and they will not care. The night crew is great

Major safety hazard as far as the floor goes... it seems like the use wax or use the same mop water with grease for the whole store. This is a injury claim waiting to happen and owners or management should do something about this ASAP.

6/13/24: I don’t know what was wrong with your drive thru staff ladies today at 3:45pm but not only the payment lady but the food lady were both rude for no reason. I said thank you not once but 3 times between ordering, paying, and receiving drinks and get met with silence. You wonder why people have no respect for fast food workers. Learn some manners. Original: Staff are always friendly and the food is always hot! This is my favorite location of the three in HC!

Lake Placid at 7:15 on 3-1-24, got two biggie bags, double stack & jr cheeseburger, both overcooked, dry, tasteless. Cold fries

I got a 4 for $4 and the lady charged me for a 9$ salad. Didn't notice until after I left.

Order breakfast from here sometimes and it’s always hot n fresh

Worst restaurant in Lake Planid by far. Everytime I come here I am always missing something it never fails. They never seem to make up for what they do wrong missing food well bring your wallet because they are going to make you pay for it again. Ordered 2 sandwiches off there "$1 menu" and a large drink, only recived a large drink and a single sandwich. Didn't even get that right and when I went back to get the food I paid for they told me I was wrong... tried to make me pay again. $10 for a large drink and supposedly $1 sandwich either yall stealing from people or just flat out not doing your jobs... I've worked in fast food before its not rocket science coming from a former manager.....

This Wendy’s does not work well under pressure there are at least 15 people waiting to order. I didn’t receive my change. My wrap was folded over so I had to rewrap it. Also I’ve been waiting 15 min for my frosty cold brew that wasn’t with my order

I ordered at a Very busy time and not one mistake and didn't even have o pull forward to receive our large order for a family of 4 keep up the good work!

The cleanliness and friendly faces

The food was very good and the atmosphere was nice and clean.

10 people in line in front of me they only rang up 2 in 10 minutes. They didn’t look short handed to me a lot of people behind the counter moving very slow and acting confused.

Hostile Atmosphere, poor customer service, no ice in the self-serve soda machine, employee has no name tag and an awful attitude, floor is slick and a hazard.

They serve the best breakfast ever. I love it! Keep up the good job. 😃👍👍

Quick and wife said it was very good.

Worst customer service I have seen in a long time. Never said hello. Just stood there waiting for us to order. Handed us a cup for our self service drink. Never said that the machine was out of ice. Had to have them fill the cup with ice from behind the counter. When the food was ready, we had to ask for salad dressing and croutons.

Stopped by the restaurant for Veterans Day celebration. Since I'm a veteran, I was offered a full meal. Also, was treated with tremendous respect from the 2 employees I met. All of this was very appreciated and I will definitely be back!

Nice and friendly place to have lunch

The Wendys in Lake Placid, FL is the quickest and most efficient fast food place I've ever been to!! And I am old with a lot of fast food experiences thru the years.

This place is a hit or miss.... sometimes the food is good and sometimes it's old and stale. My last visit my fries were cold and tasted old went back to replace them and they didn't much care or offer an apology ... Dave Thomas would have shut the door and retrained the staff on a proper fries and a sandwich... but no one cares anymore.... for $15 you would think your meal would be hot and tasty.... This store just keeps getting worse...

The fast food industry is so sad right now. They are so understaffed. The only point this place gets is that they still serve salads!

I accidentally ordered just a bacon doublestack without mentioning I wanted the 6 dollar meal deal. Felt like the guy who took my order was rushing me and he let me order just the sandwich for 3 dollars, an extra 3 dollars would have made a decent dinner but im strapped for cash now going home hungry because the manager wouldnt help me out. You guys suck for that. Go back to staring at your phones while you work because you suck at your job anyways. Night crew your a disgrace to your community.

Don’t ever get the strawberry lemonade unless you want it water down this location sucks big time drive thru is super slow and they always forget something if you see this place keep driving

Food is always good, but very slow. It takes a bit to get your order. Still enjoy going though. Staff are always friendly.

Bad and rude at the drive thru! The girl was very cocky and rude for no reason whatsoever. Would not recommend this Wendy’s until they evaluate their employees customer service skills. Maybe some customer service training might not be a bad idea. Also the food was not hot and the cheese wasn’t even melted on the burgers. 👎 If there was an option for no stars that would be my rating but unfortunately you need to give a star to write a review.

Is the Best place for fast food

Quick service, friendly staff. Love the chicken biscuits without honey and morning potato wedges. Easy in and out off of 27.

Very dirty!! Front doors and side walks needs to be pressure cleaning , inside floors are very sticky filthy tables are dirty . I will complaint to Corp . Not eating here again .

i have never in my life had worse service in my life their always super rude and how hard is it to put ONE sauce on a burger i’ve literally worked there it’s on a screen they forgot all of drink and sauce and when i ask for the things i PAID for it’s a huge problem mind you if you like eating with roaches and whatever else bugs i’ve seen in this kitchen be my guest cus it’s not clean

Didn't go into restaurant as we were attending a car show in their parking lot. Seemed to be a pretty steady flow through their drive through though. Grounds were very neat and clean.

Hi the people here were nice but the cashier didnt know how to ring up the 5/5 cookie discount. Food was hot and good though.

One off my favorite fast food places , very clean good service

The person taking the order for the drive through was rude and trying rush even though nobody else was in line. When we pulled up to the window the person there was rushing as well and spilled the drink all over my arm, thankfully it didn't go in the car. He did apologize though.

I have visited A Lot of Wendy's restaurants. From South Florida to Green Bay to Philly and in between. I have to say hands down best bacon and cheese baked potato I've ever been served at Wendy's. And let's face it, typically if your lucky enough for Wendy's to have potatoes ready to serve, they are usually very under cooked and/or not fresh. I was pleasantly surprised. It was great.

Its ok better option than one thing i can say is they dont get order wrong like mcd

I ordered through drive thru I asked for x crackers for my chili The crew person was rude with tone of voice she said they were in the bag only 2 packages of 2 but the main reason for this review is the chili is the most under cooked that I ever have received from any Wendy's anywhere I know you use a lot when it gets cold and this can't be an excuse for serving raw chili

Just stopped here on our way from Miami to Orlando, we had great service and the food was good. We'll definitely use Wendy's again. Update... 5 years later, here we are again and ever is the same. We had a great young lady take our order and she couldn't do enough to help, thank you.

Didn't have creamer for my coffee. Sat down to eat my meal. Noticed other people had creamer for there coffee. Had to go up to the counter & ask again.

Make sure you always get a receipt. And have it in your hand.The gift card my husband gave them was declined. And so we paid cash.My husband was talking to me and drove right by pu of the food. SO I guess she thought we didn't pay for our food.And said that to him "Your card was declined and made him come in..They could ask the cashier instead of the way they treated him. No sorry for the mistake or anything like that.The cashier had to walk over and say he paid.

The food there is always fresh you might have to wait a minute but I would rather have fresh food , the employees there are very polite great job

If I wanted Sit at your establishment for 30 minutes I would come in and eat but nobody should have to sit in the drive-through for over a 1/2 hour. Terrible management

The fries had definitely been sitting for awhile. They were cold and tasteless. The burger was just okay. Last trip there for me.

Bad experience with drive through window cashier, and manager with a follow up phone call to report the same. I was treated rudely and with obvious discussed and called a lier. Sad situation. Bad attitudes are unacceptable to me as a customer and will not be tolerated. I took my business to McDonald's across the street.

As always Wendy’s delivers there standard that remains the best constant burger in the States for me (Wendy’s Manila watch out for - USA grade beef really makes the difference) Thank you for such great, Quick and friendly service.

Had chicken pecan salad. It was good. They are pre-made so no custom orders. Would like mine without the blue cheese. Otherwise quite tasty.
