Cold, burnt, tasteless, consistency of cardboard

Ordered the tavern style pizza on sale at pizza hut. Very disappointed in the pizza. Worst pizza I have EVER had.

This is a complaint on the company as a whole. What happened to the quality I remember from when I was a kid? Dominoes at least have properly coated wings instead of soggy nuggets in a sad grease puddle. I got a personal pan pizza, 4 slices, but didn't realize if I'd done the math I'd be paying for a Red Baron microwave pizza. Now for location complaint. All three pizza's were cold. we live 15 minutes away, and left for pick up after ordering. Two personal sized pizzas, and one regular stuffed crust, boneless wings, and cheese sticks. Ordered sauce as well, but didn't get any. They weren't busy, but my husband was told we "ordered a lot". Probably because no one's ordering. For the price you're getting ripped off and quality is mournful.

I ordered a large meat lovers it was burnt and ther was hardly any meat on it I basically had cheese

I had looked online about ordering from Pizza Hut and had a price for what I wanted. Rather than putting in all my information, I decided to call. When I placed the order, I was told it was going to be about $10 more than what it showed up on the app. I explained the situation and they resolved it. The food was good - especially the bacon cheese breadsticks- but I would suggest you look up the pricing on the app before you place an order or you may overpay.

The lady that took my order was helpful, and friendly.

Employees giving out personal information and doing harm to Black customers..she should be fired who knows how many times this has happened...

Don’t go to this place. They let employees take your information and send it out to people!!!

The employees are very helpful and always seem to be on top of things. Never had bad or cold food and I've never really had to wait long either. Also try the mild boneless wings they are with the 💰. Two 👍👍's up. Try the new hot honey 🍕.

Well I just ordered food from the pizza hut in lake placid and when it got to my house it was brought by a door dash person so I called beck up their an ask why did they not have any drives the manager said yes we have one driver but he is doing my prep for the next day and I think this is B's the driver is their to deliver food not to do the managers Jody so I'm done with pizza hut that's why I gave them zero stars

Fire the female who gave her boyfriend a paying customer's personal information so that he can go to where he lives to threaten him. #Insane

There is a nasty girl that works there and shares your info if you get into it with her...be cautious!

I didn’t even get to order. The girl put me on hold, no problem there, I heard her complete the order in front of her and saw them leave the building. She then (without knowing I was in the parking lot looking straight the building) she walked outside (I heard the door open and close on the phone). She proceeded to have a personal phone call with someone outside on her cell phone. Got done with her call then walked back inside (I heard and saw her) she put me on hold again then remembered I was holding and answered the call. I told her I didn’t want anything anymore and told her I wished to talk to the owner. I then went to dominos pizza.

Delicious and delivered hot and quickly.

I ordered 4 dinners with bread sticks and 8 wings. Got dinner but not breadsticks and wings were hard and dry with NO sauce that I asked for. They said they will have me $15 off total for sticks but didn't bother to call back about wings. How hard of and order is that?

All pizzas where undercooked Pan pizza wasn't as thick as usual, couldn't tell which was handtossed and which was pan pizza. Too light on the cheese.

Food was perfectly cooked and flavorful. Boneless are awesome. Bread sticks fresh and amazing as always.

I ordered a new Yorker an it was cold an notwhat I ordered wasn't correct I complained to manager they will give me another pizza but I had to pick it up I paid for delivery had company . I complained to pizza hut on line an no one contacted me so I called to about a credit that I could not see in my account she will give me 13 for pizza I paid thirty with delivery it was bad . I'm disappointed I have spent lots of money on pizza hut to be treated like this. I love thier food but this was not a good experience an I hope someone will contact me an take care of me.

Pizza was cold upon arrival and the wings were only 7 as opposed to 8. Was emailed a survey, stated these facts on the survey then received updated charges on my account that added to more money. I guess I won’t be ordering from them anymore.

Pickup pizza & pasta. Saturday 730pm, went in and paid for items. Cashier didn't say it wasn't ready just took the person behind me. You sit and wait. No one tells you anything. Eventually you go up and ask her if its ready and it comes out of the warmer after being there who knows how.long. what a disorganized mess

We always have a good experience when ordering from Lake Placid Pizza Hut. There have been times they were out of an item I ordered through the app, and they are quick to call and notify/fix the order. Always on time with deliveries and friendly drivers.

The website hours and store hours so not match.

This place is awful! They are literally 3.7 miles from my house and online it says they won’t deliver. Call the establishment and they said they in had one driver and it would be at least 50 mins. While I had the woman on the phone I asked her about the website saying how it wouldn’t deliver to my address and she started screaming at me saying we only deliver to a certain address. Listen… I literally live in town and am 3.7 miles away. I have seen your delivery car pulled up to my apartment so why won’t you deliver to me, also… why do you only have 1 delivery person. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER and I’ll NEVER EAT AT ANY Pizza Hut again!! EVER!

Nice to have the Edge back for at least a little while.The Edge needs to be a menu item.

The Sauce will give you acid reflex. you will feel like you have vomit in your throat when you lay down and go to sleep for 3 days. Take plenty of antacids before you eat.

I have always loved Pizza hut, I used to have then deviver to my home, when they changed location they still deliver, but not to my area any more. I ordered a pizza on line to pick up , they had a poewer outage and lost all of the orders, when I got there they apologized and offered to make me a new one, but I couldn't wait another 35 minutes, I askerd for a refund on my card, was told they didnt have that authority, but since the order was lost it should go back on my card automatically when I check the card the order was there. Im not blaming anyone accidents do happen, but it was extreamly poor.

I paid for 3 Ranch dips and never got them. I spent over $138.😒

Lately the app and website ordering has been making mistakes within my orders but the store has caught them and corrected them before i could even catch it myself..The only downside is now im going to be eating way to much pizzahut..😁 Thanks to the whole team for giving us back pizza nights..

Pizza was greasey and tasteless. There was barely any ham on the pizza and the pepperoni was sparce. Very disappointing.

On the pizza, I asked for black olives, but they were burnt and hard.

They are normally within 30 minutes on delivery. Could start by offering specials - when ordering especially for delivery calls. Usually correct and hot.

So my boyfriend and I had a race between Pizza Hut and Dominoes to see who could deliver the fastest. Same address. Called at the same exact time. Used the same card to pay with. I ordered Pizza Hut.my boyfriend ordered Dominoes. Let’s me just say, thank you Pizza Hut!!!! We won!!!!!! Dominoes forgot his 2 liter as well and had to run to the store and get it.... tried to tell him Pizza Hut was better!!!!

Pizza Hut is one of the only places in town to get pizza and I would expect it to have decent food. I ordered a medium hand tossed supreme pizza with garlic seasoned crust, they charged me for that and gave me a small cheese pizza. I told the waitress that she got my order wrong and give me the finger. I continued to my meal and the pizza was cold the cheese was expired it left a sour aftertaste and I left an unhappy customer.
