WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN THERE?! Tried calling 4 times to place an order and got hung up and put on hold each time! Absolutely ridiculous. Lost my business.

So disappointed in this place. What happened to it?! Ordered online and got there 20 min after estimated pick up time. Pizza wasn't even started and had orders ahead of mine. One woman employee doing it all. Why owner cutting corners and not hiring at least 2 people is crazy to me. Read reviews and left without my food. Won't be trying this place again.

very good, the staff is very friendly, I know they r busy but they need to get alittle better answering the phone. but over all I love this store

Within the last month, since the new, short, Ren & Stimpy bug-eyed lady started working here, the wait times have tripled and the quality has gone to the dump. Get rid of her, she is a LIABILITY. Sincerely, Everyone.

If you weren't going to have people there to make pizzas you shouldn't allow orders and take people's money 2hrs later no pizza and they keep hanging up when you call they have lost our business and I'll be reporting this to cooperate

They were quite good when they first opened but the quality of the food has deteriorated since then, ie; taste isn't the same, no sauce for 3" in from the edge of a pizza. The staff are all friendly and polite.

Pizza was hot and ready fast, but the crust was like rubber to chew even though I asked for well done. Threw half of it away.

Worst pizza I've gotten from here. Where's the cheese? Service was good, but one male employee with long hair did not have it tied back or was wearing net. Eeuuu!

I ordered a Shaq peperoni and was told it would be ready in 15 min. I got there in 12. The pizza was ready and when I got home less than 5 min. it was cold. I think they gave me someone's old pizza. Never again...

Really really sucked, shaq a ronie had only half the ronie they advertise and it was on cardboard with no sauce. For rhe price horrable. Never again.

I am a New York raised on pizza. I have lived down here for over 13 years. This is the first time that we have tried. Papa John's pizza out of all the pizzas. This is the closest that I can find that we really liked. We will be back to buy more

We ordered delivery Friday evening. One pizza was ordered thin crust and two toppings and the other NY style with 5 toppings. It was quite expensive and did not live up to the quality I am use to from my Lakeland, Fl Papa Johns. Sadly the Lake Placid Papa Johns was very skimpy on the toppings. These were the saddest looking pizzas I have been served in a long time. In my opinion and that of my family, the pizzas were not up to Papa Johns quality.

This place has the best pizza in Lake Placid, hands down! It was hot, fresh, adequately portioned, & tasted delicious. We’ve tried several pizza places in Lake Placid & we will be going back here!

This has probably the cleanest lobby for a pizza takeout. The pizza was ready within the time estimate. After watching them make some pizzas, they took their time and didn't just throw them together. We'll be back!

Pizza was mediocre but seriously lacking on the toppings. I ordered pineapple on the pizza and 1/3 of the slices didn’t even have one piece of pineapple. It was basically just a pepperoni pizza.

We've only had a few "disappointing" experiences with this location. I say that with a loose tongue because, one time, we were waiting almost an hour after the 25 minutes we were originally given. BUT, when I get there after the 25 minutes, I go in to see the manager and (come to find out during our wait) an extremely pregnant girl who wasn't supposed to lifting or bending. I had not a word to say, but THANK YOU for not shutting the doors during the crazy "nobody wants to work period of 2021." And then another time, we were given the wrong pizza on a carry out order and of course it was the only pizza I ate lol but when we returned they not only gave us the correct order, but they told us to keep the wrong pizza also. Kids were happy with double pizza, of course. So, I absolutely give these guys 2 thumbs up and my continued business.

I am so pleased with my visit to this PJ today! I originally ordered thru Uber Eats and waited 2 hours for them to eventually cancel my order so I ended up ordering online to carry out since PJ doesn’t deliver to my house. The gentleman working today (I want to say he was the manager) was extremely kind and made up for the Uber eats delay even though it wasn’t his fault at all! I walked into that store so upset and hungry and left very happy. Excellent customer service in my opinion!!! Will definitely order straight from the store in the future.

The Shaq pepperoni pizza was all it supposed to be.. Huge with tons of pepperoni all the way to the edge.

Ok, not my favorite pizza place. My body doesn't tolerate grease, and everything so far has been greasy. The Papadia was beyond eatable for me so hubby got an extra one, which he never finished. Stepdaughter picked up pizza and brought over. I like extra sauce, light cheese. But don't drown it with sauce. And yeah, pepperoni is going to be greasy, you dab the grease off the top w/paper towels. I prefer to precook the pepperoni on mine. But the bacon fat under all the sauce and all the cheese makes for a greasy pizza. Sure, all pizza joints use the bacon fat. But come on, too much is yucky, greasy pizza...not for me, I'll make my own!

Fast service, fresh hot pizza and very helpful staff. I usually dont tip carryout orders but i was that impressed.

Easy app ordering. I typically order on a Friday afternoon from work and arrange it for when I'm driving home and it is always fresh, hot and ready to go when I arrive. Haven't had any issues yet. I wish they delivered to my home, but hopefully one day!
