Clean and organized store. I had my breakfast the last time I went there. I was well attended to and the morning snack came out quickly. Ample parking.

Check your order before you get home. I made the mistake by checking it when I got home. Went thru the drive thu again to tell them I went home and noticed that the cheeseburger with no onions and a medium fry was missing. The sweet girl at the window was understanding and showed her the Receipt. Next thing I hear from this wanna be head honcho that I must have had gone home ate the fry and cheeseburger and came back!!! I mean are you MF serious? I could have down packed the double fish, the big mac. It literally for the love of God for me not to rock this person.

Cashiers don’t know how to listen or take orders right. Every change made to a simple McDouble is “complex”, the food is never right and it takes half an hour to get. Please actually train your employees, and have them repeat the orders back or even just care an ounce about the job they were hired to do.

They been doing a good job keeping the drive through going instead of having to wait.

Ordered at the table 101 for delivery to the table. After waiting for too long I found that my food was sitting behind the counter waiting on me.👎

Order three biscuits and they got the order wrong three different times none of them spoke English finally got my money back and went somewhere else.honstly I would have not even gave them one star let alone any higher calling corporate office next

Prepare to wait 20+ minutes if you make a mobile order. I waited 20 minutes after ordering to show up and still watched 15+ cars get their food before mine. Insane.

Not sure if corporate got the idea or what. Hot fries! Thank you for giving me hot fies. Wait. Just checked my quarter pounder. That is the 2nd time they upgraded me to a double. I didn't sat double anything. And anyway it is a smaller piece of meat on to. But at least they didn't put cheese on. That's a good thing.

These people at this McDonald's are always on point , every time food is correct , and the staff are super friendly and respectful. Great job ,keep it up. This is why we go to this one.

They made our food fresh but the counter service was slow and unenergetic. They also made the worst Shamrock McFlurries ever.

I get it's a fast food restaurant, but God if I order something can they get it right?. I don't understand the work ethic of people. Hi can I have a double quarter pounder deluxe with cheese them yes and a number 7 but no cheese may I have that them of course. Get home no double quarter pounder with cheese deluxe and no #7 with no cheese. Like I said I get it's fast food but the least they can do is get the order right. McDonald's you're getting just as bad as Burger King . Not fresh at all. Taste like it's just been sitting there for days.

Out of stock on all ice cream and out of sweet tea For over 30 mins. Tables were all dirty. The bathroom was ok

As far as McDonald's go and what you'd expect, this particular store is pretty good. It's nice and clean, fast, usually gets the order right (90% of the time). Would be 5 star service except the order taker didn't know about the special deal plastered in front of the drive thru on a massive poster, and had to be told by the manager. Honestly, if that's my biggest concern, then you know this is a good McDonald's. 9/10, will come back again.

Good place to go when your in a hurry they normally have you in and out. Plus they're food is very good.

I'm being 100% for real, the employees here are hands down my absolute favorite! Always always polite, kind, funny, fast and efficient! When I'm running DoorDash orders, they're the fastest getting me in and out the door so I can turn trips over quick and they all have amazing personalities! Thank you guys for always taking care of me! Y'all are the best!

Took 30 minutes to get a to go order got charged 30 cents for extra lettuce on a burger and got 4 flakes of lettuce total. Couldn't get anyone up to the counter to order had to order on kiosk which I wouldn't mind if what I wanted to order originally was able to be ordered from there

The place was very dingy no lights outside whatsoever the golden arches weren't lighted up.

When I stop in there on a Thursday morning Miranda and her team are fantastic. The service is amazing she is on top of everything everybody is friendly and you just couldn't ask for a better morning crew to greet you.

McDonald's is absolutely horrible in every aspect. The hamburger patties are only 1/10 pound really small questionable color, funny taste way overpriced, if you actually get a decent tasting burger it's made wrong or food is missing out of your order and you go ask for it the employees look at you like you a criminal, they charge for a sauce no one else does every other restaurant is better and gives free food everyday McDonald's gives literally nothing. I got news for you Burger King is killing you in business McDonald's.

After being asked to wait for our paid order, we'd been left for twenty minutes with no personal contact or our food. We eventually requested a refund. No food ever received.

I ordered a sausage and cheese bagel, drove on the other side of town got home ready to enjoy my breakfast. When I opened it up my bagel was totally burnt! I am so disappointed!!!

2nd time that we've had a mobile order and they have no record of it. Even though I showed them the receipt, they would not make the food which then required a complaint to corporate. This is the last time I wait there for 45 minutes.

Disappointed for sure. Went through yesterday got 20 pieces and they were hard ate anyway cause I was already on the road for home and was hungry. I specifically asked for a fresh order 10 pieces meal and said large asked her if she heard me say large. I got medium so I go inside and tell her I asked for large she says the manager owner it says medium I go out and get receipt and it says large. She took the medium fries and dumped them in a large container and gave me the order. Seriously lady I just paid 11.00 for this and this is how you treat your regular customers ? I won’t be spending money here again. This was the owner or store manager

Ordered a McGriddle this morning and this is what I got!

NUGGETS WERE COLD AND BIG MAC WASNT PUT TOGETHER RIGHT AND MADE A MESS FOR me cause it spilled all over and couldn't take adding tomatoes

Si me gusta mucho compraron un licuado de piña con mango se llama smoothie .y sus ricos pasteles de manzana guava con queso piña con queso y durazno con queso son muy ricos aparte de tener una buena variedad de comidas rápidas cómo sus deliciosas hamburguesas y sus papas fritas y sus chicken Nuggets y sus encantos de los niños juguetes y su loncherita con jugo y su fruta y sus comidas adicionales también existe ricas comidas de madrugada atención muy buena de todo su personal laborando con amabilidad y confianza.en servirles mejor.yo se los recomiendo mucho gracias Macdonalds.

I don't like to leave bad reviews, but I had to this time around. My wife, daughter and me stopped here on our drive back to Tampa. Customer service was decent no complaint there, but the tables felt greasy and so did my daughters high chair as if it had never been wiped down. The reason I am writing this review is that all three of us got food poisoning from this particular McDonald's which made for an uncomfortable rest of our car ride and our daughter throwing up when we got home. Please be more sanitary, so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

It was by far the nastiest burger in my life I'm sure there was 0% beef in that so called 1/4 pounder. Stay away. Far away.

Only place near by where I live that has brought back the brakefast bagel so I drove 30-45 mins to get brakefast its my favorite thing I asked for Canadian bacon and extra brakefast sauce got all of the ask for no sugar add Splenda in my coffee and got none of that it was unsweetened had to go up and request some then when I order another coffee to go the same way they added the sugar and it spiked my blood sugar and had me effed up for the day food was good the people are dumb here

I tried to use my rewards the girl didn’t even ask me if I wanted a large drink but charge me for it I couldn’t even get a barbecue sauce apparently they’re charging $.25 for each barbecue sauce now when you used to get it for free with your meal I went back to work with the meal I had just got bit into the burger and saw nothing but pink MEAT!!!!please don’t even bother to waste your time .

Quick drive thru, even when it was busy.

I am a bit tired of the lack of human contact that these fast food joints are offering. They are lacking in service and in condiments. It seems like they're giving you a lot less for a lot more the only good part about it is the convenience but that doesn't matter if you are unhappy with everything else I hate the new computer system people need to talk to people but I guess that's irrelevant when the money is all that matters. I feel that most people would prefer it the way it used to be when you can have a conversation with the people behind the counter and not always feel so disconnected from Humanity.

The young red girl . The mixed one with a bad attitude needs to be fired . She rolls her eyes at customers and is very rude! I went there today as I do a few times a week and every time she is there she has an attitude. Smh she hands you your food with attitude and if you ask for ketchup she rolls eyes every time.

I stop twice a month on the way to Broward County. Ordered 1 sausage egg no cheese McGriddle. I drive away and what do I have.... Sausage no egg with cheese McGriddle. I call and she says come back again and we will make it right. July 2022 a week later. Ordered 1 Sausage Egg no Cheese McGriddle and 1 Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuit. I get 1 Sausage Egg and no Cheese McGriddle and...... 1 Sausage Egg and Cheese Biscuit. August 2022. Went last weekend for my trip south. Same order as above. Ordered 1 Sausage Egg no Cheese McGriddle and 1 Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuit. I get 1 Bacon Egg and no Cheese McGriddle and...... 1 Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuit. What the hell is so hard about reading a screen and making a sandwich? Cant be that hard. And you all want to be paid $15.00 an hour to make sandwiches that you cant even get right? Problem is that the next McDonalds is in Clewiston and by that time I am eating the interior of my truck. So Mickey D's has got you by the balls in Lake Placid.

One of the worst McDonald's to go to even though they have to drive-through lanes open there is no 1 ever at the 2nd lane and you watch 2 or 3 orders taken in the 1st lane before they get to you 1 of the worst things McDonald's has ever done Having 2 order lanes and not having cameras or designated peor designated people to take the orders when you're at 1 window you're getting answered by 2 employees employees trying to take your order while the other one is not receiving a worker

Overall Good but they need to get better at making the tea. I think Mc Donald makes one of the best black tea but some times is watery

We were in the area visiting friends and decided to stop in and have lunch. The guy at the casheir was super friendly and took our order. This was the first time in a great while where our order from a fast food place was complete and correct. While there we met the manager and took the time to complement her on her staff. Our food was done right and the fries were on point! Thanks!

Went through the Drive Thru and ordered a Iced Coffee with extra ice, and light cream which most McDonald's I've been to never seem to get it right but it was exactly how I ordered it.

Literally the absolute best McDonald's I've ever had! Everything was absolutely perfect! Whoever made it deserves recognition!
