Service is always abysmal EVERY time we go it's always the same bad service. Direct results from the management

The amount of food vs money is not fair, $18 for a surf & stuff and the meet is less than a the meet in a Jr bacon .

The menu states that the sirloin steak is 6 onz but it’s not true!! I came really hungry was sad not to be satisfied and happy because was not enough food

I eat in lake placid alot I like too support local bussiness it's august 13 2024 five pm start with very unprofessional management they brought out to go order first after 30 minutes waiting when we arrived there were four other people our waitress lift didn't bother to tell us so girl brought the to go order out on plate I said ma'am that is too go she Said ok let me go get box start with you should have taken it back so she never came back so I go looking for her she was on her phone I said ma'am where box and where our food now I ordered onion rings while I waited on my kids they were burnt to crisp I hate complaining but I hadsib ask for manager when we finally got half of food you never bring food out unless it's all there I worked in that business for ten yrs so I was aggravated I said just bring me box I'm not hungry so new manager said I give you half off on food and take onion rings off she brings bill 67 dollars I said hello that not half off she replys I'm giving you 15 percent I said that not what you said so save your money poor food poor service and I hope the owner sees this cause I was a loyal customer was you just lost that if you don't get some experience people in there they gonna close you up sorry it came too this

It's alright. They go through a lot. Servers no great service, no great food, but it's alright.

Went to beef O Brady‘s today, Sunday early August 4th. Our waitress was a shorter Hispanic female, who didn’t seem too interested to take our order disappeared for the entire time only showed up once to the table to refill drinks wasn’t very talkative or friendly. The food was very good other than my Wifes sandwich which tasted like a dried out dish rag, we’ve been coming to this place for at least two years however this might’ve been our last visit . On top of the fact when it came time to pay, a phone was shoved into our face, not asked how the meal was or anything and then when I didn’t give a 25% tip. Huffed and stormed off, I’m disgusted. I worked in restaurants, fancy and grody, I love this place. This was a bad day for them I guess :/

New management have done a great job redecorating in a timely manner. The staff have all been great and the food is priced reasonably.

We ordered the O’Brady Burger, curly fries, mozzarella patties, and Boneless Chicken Wings. Burger was medium rare to perfection. Fries were seasoned well, crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. Mozzarella patties were crunchy-rific and melted just right. Boneless chicken was spot-on juicy and spicy. Washed it all down with their thirst-quenching sweet tea. Originally planned on running errands afterwards. That was a big PASS. Went straight to bed. 😊🥰😉 THANKS, Y’ALL!!

I had to listen to horrible rap music the whole time. I would have left immediately but I had invited a friend out to eat there. The place was nearly empty so it wasn't a customer playing it. It was an employee. I asked to have it turned off but my request was ignored. I will never never go there again.

Went in for a quick dinner on Saturday evening, we were promptly seated and forgotten. We arrived at 7:55 pm and walked out at 8:15 without being even acknowledged by a server. I am new to the area and this is not a good start for my favorite restaurant from my home during the week.

The actual worst service I’ve ever had sat for what felt like forever without getting greeted and then another 20 min (not exaggerating I was checking the time) before I got my drink which was literally a water and this was when the place was practically empty it is actually insane

Ordered takeout today, 2, 6 pc wings with bc and celery. THE CELERY WAS ROTTEN.. HOW FREAKING HARD IS IT TO CUT SOME FRESH CELERY YOU LAZY ANIMALS!!!!

This was and is a great place. I took my family there for Mother's Day, and we all had a wonderful time. I would recommend this place to everyone to go and eat.

I sure was ready to enjoy my beautiful plate.The only problem was the gravy that everything was covered with was made with about ninety five percent salt. Of the 2 pictures, the beautiful looking one is what they had in the menu.The other one is what was on my plate

I took my 84-year-old mother out for her birthday. We got there at 6 o’clock. We didn’t leave till 8 o’clock. We didn’t get our food for over an hour. Then three plates came then five more plates came myself, and my son-in-law never got our food. My brother who came from out of town got fish, tacos, and soda. My mother has came out cold and hers were warm. The table next to us got all their food before we got all our food, then you could hear the cooks yelling in the back cussing and probably sure one of them was pretty drunk. I mean what the heck is going on! We watched three groups of four people leave because they stood at the front for well over 20 minutes each. The waitress though was extremely sweet and she did her best. It’s the kitchen that is the problem there’s no leader ship there your restaurant is going to fail. I’m surprised it’s still running right now I will never return to your restaurant. And let me mention that the restaurant was not even busy. It was at half capacity.

Have tried different things at different times to give it a chance. Every time the food ist great at all for delivery. We live 2 miles away and the food has been cold every time. Just got nachos and got everything separate and had to assemble them ourselves and had to heat it up to melt the shredded cheese we were given. Fried foods had always been cold and soggy. Not to mention the blandest nachos I have ever had. I think we are done giving them chances.

this is honestly the worst experience i have ever had in a restaurant. we waited over 45 min for DRINKS. and the margarita had to alcohol in it, the food was cold, the waitress had an attitude and didn’t care. all of my party works in restaurants so we tried to be understanding but i’m completely livid. do better.

Our first visit was on a night where they had bingo ( we didn't know they had bingo). The place was packed. The wait staff was extremely busy but did their best to keep up. Our food was good. My wife had a garlic steak sandwich and I had the chicken mash bowl. We would get them again. Due to the noise level I gave the atmosphere a 3. We will go back. We know now to check the calendar first to see if any event is planned.

Used to enjoy going here it has been declining in service since the remodel. Our last visit our waitress took our order and brought us food and drinks then we didnt see her again. No refills or questions. My wifes salad had a hair in it my buffalo wrap was cold. My daughters tacos were good. But no check ups or anything. There were also 3 children running around the restrauant being loud and disruptive. Just going around sitting at empty tables making a scene. One waitress asked them to go to the back and they argued with her. I got the impression Someone who worked there brought them in they were between 11 and 13 would be my guess. We will not be returning to this location.

They were obviously slammed and the cooks in a hurry. Returned fish not done. Got replacement of a shrimp dish also undercooked. Took it home to reheat.

The food had a great flavor but the breading on the boneless chicken cooked very hard.

The remodel is awesome and there are TV's everywhere! Clean with all new tables and benches . We will definitely be back!

The only good thing about this place is the atmosphere. The food was cold, lacked flavor, and tasted of chemicals. The service was slow and left much to be desired. I would spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

The workers are the best. Work hard and always polite. When is the management going to get how to run a bar inside this restaurant? You wait 10-15 minutes to get served because the bartender is servicing tables? Really. Only two seats empty at the bar and no one there!! The restaurant is not packed. Not just tonight, every night I come in here for the last 6 months.

The renovation is nice and needed, but they didn't put any money into the restrooms, appalling. The service is good +, the food is good most of the time. We do go back.

Someone could get sick if they kept serving chicken that looked like it sat under a heatlamp for a week! The chicken was beyond dry and had a thick dried out crust on top that seemed like a long-term heat burn from sitting around past its time. They chopped it up and put it on my taco and covered it with sauce. Luckily, it was too rubbery to chew or I might not have noticed since it was covered by the onions. I didn't even order chicken, but I was going to accept it till I bit into it. I ordered steak tacos but received chicken. I have been feeling nauseous since yesterday, but thankfully, I am not sick yet. Please do not serve food like this again! People could get sick! It took 45 minutes to get our food (tacos and chicken nuggets). I will give them another try because I want to support my local business! I really hope the owners listen to the reviews and correct changes. Please do better next time and I will see you soon. I wanted to give a higher score because our waitress was so nice.

They have remodeled since we went here last year. Clean, Sports Bar. Lots of TVs. Good food, fair prices. Food was fast, and our Waitress was friendly.

Food is overpriced, service was terrible, ordered the atomic chicken I like spicy food but this was a lawsuit waiting to happen, shouldn't be served in a restaurant. Take me about 15 minutes to get to us to take the order food service was acceptable time frame but the waitress did not bring all of the order which included celery sticks seeing that I couldn't eat the food I waited for the waitress to return which took another 15 minutes and I asked for celery sticks she brought them they were probably three or four days old hollow in the center and rubbery. I spoke about it she brought out another order was exactly the same. I asked her to bring another order of fresh and she never brought it. Will not return.

Newly remodeled sports bar and grill... Very clean, family friendly atmosphere, kid friendly, sports TV placement is great not missing an important game... The food is so delicious, I love the new menu... I recommend this place for everyone who is up for good foods and drinks in Lake Placid, Florida... Great job making it very family friendly.... $10 menu worth every bite

The interior renovation is definitely an improvement, but that alone can not make up for the poor quality food. Stay away from the "Fresh Catch" and the "Rubin" sandwich. Service was extremely slow, the wait time from the kitchen was about 30 min. the server could not seem to get the beverage refill correct, and apparently, she gave up trying to find more sweet tea by the time we were finished with the meal. I haven't sampled the entire menu, so there may be something to your liking. If you have found your favorite menu item at this location, enjoy! The menu prices are about average for the area. But I do like to come away feeling I had a meal worth the price. Obviously, this was not the case. I have nothing against Beef O Brady's as a chain. I've had nice meals at others in different towns. Unfortunately, there are few dining service choices in Lake Placid. I don't usually take the time to express my opinion unless the services are very good or very disappointing.

This restaurant used to be bad. But since the new owners took over and renovated I must say I am pleasantly surprised. This restaurant has improved greatly! Food is good for the price and service has greatly improved. Will be back.

Went to share some drinks with a friend and see the new layout and decor. Very nice, great server and a bit more tight in seating.

Say what you want but at least this place is OPEN past 2pm and doesn't take "weekends off" like the "hobby" restaurants in town. Sadly the burgers pretty much suck now.. They remodeled and got rid of the slackers so things maybe looking up!
