This location has high turnover like most of the other locations but most of the employees are attentive and the order is always correct. This is one of 2 locations in the area that is consistent with the taste and quality of the food and coffee. They do a great job of juggling a continuously changing menu 24/7.

It was ok but not the I wanted it :(

When you wake up wanting to eat a donut and you know well what you want “fresh donuts” and you order two donuts from this establishment and you receive this old garbage and they charge them at the same price as they were fresh, I attach the photo so that you can appreciate the garbage old one that they gave me, my recommendation is that you go to Walmart because they are cheaper and taste just as old as these. It would be morally embarrassing for me to open a donut franchise to sell old donuts.

I go to Dunkin almost every morning at 3 AM before work, the morning crew is the best besides One female that wears a gray sweater has nothing but attitude and shows that she hates her job . Maybe she should try Starbucks lol

I usually come here for the fresh food and excellent customer service. However, today I experienced the opposite. The doughnuts are hard and the service is unprofessional. Ms. Bri is upset at the register, does not like to answer any questions, and has given an attitude the minute I got here. She seems to be upset at every one not just me. I feel so uncomfortable being here today.

Stopped in a few evenings ago and had to give back 2 chocolate frosted donuts that looked as if someone bit around them! Today (Saturday) I walked in, and it was mostly young adults working.. not one said hello, do you need any help or even looked my way. I guess the people that walk through their doors don't make sure they have a check... I'm definitely not coming back on wknds. These kids need to be retrained, they're rude & lack customer service skills. The morning crew during the week is probably what keeps the doors open and customer's coming.

Cool staff, understandable and not overreacting, is what my last experience was last time i came. Friendly, fast, and to the point. I'll keep coming back.

Service in the drive thru is always good. Employees are always pleasant.

The night crew on december 22, 2023 at 12:35am is literally the best. So accommodating and understanding, I had put an order wrong where I had forgotten to add 3 oldfashion donuts and they helped me fix it in the most efficient way. Thankyou so much, I will definitely reorder from here.

If I could give this place a zero I would. They charge me twice and didn’t even tell me until I brought up to the person and she was like I did a refund but did not provide me with any proof of doing so refund when I spoke to the manager she basically told me it is he said she said situation. At this point I would like it if the district manager reaches out to me because the way I was talked to on the phone I will not be letting it go. Not my fault your hire people that don’t know what they are doing.

I’d like to say over the years I’ve been going to this location and I’ll never go again to another Sarah has by far the best team in the area! I’m always greeted the customer service is outstanding and my coffee is always perfect! I’ve been to two other prior locations and my experiences have been horrible! Keep up the the good work DUNKIN🧡💕🫶

I came through drive thru, had 2 drinks, order was taken quickly. When I got to the window, Carlos greeted me with a smile and was very pleasant. Upon receiving my order, Jenesis, and Khamil, were super kind and genuinely smiling and greeting me as well. I visit a lot of different Dunkin Donuts but this by far has been the best service I have been given since before covid. Jackie was also part of the young group there that night. I wanted to leave a tip for them but no tip jar at this location, Jenesis said we just strive and focus on giving good service and that they did!! Kuddos to them for getting it right all around!! Thanks for being genuinely nice people who care about the customers needs!! I will be back!!

My chocolate cappuccino blast and it could have been mixed up better so there wasn't a big chunks of ice in it so maybe next time we'll get it right thank you

I really wouldn’t give it any stars but you have to in order to leave a review. Customer service sucks. You walk in and there is no acknowledgement its like your invisible. They dont smile they barely look at you. Theres no hi i will be right with you. Not a dam thing. Management needs to do some training on customer service because baby this just isn’t it.

I have no idea what the other reviews are complaining about. No one is perfect, everyone has bad days. When I go to this dd, the girls and guys at any shift are welcoming. The way I see it if you want perfection. Stay home and make your coffee buy your donuts from walmart or Krispy Kreme. And deal with yourself as a customer, see what they deal with. Thank you and have the day you deserve.

Islam was great in drive through,best service

The smell from the toaster oven in this place still smells like the day they received it from the factory its horrible, but the staff is friendly, and the donuts, even at 6 pm were great and fresh.

That strawberry cheesecake ice cream is the bomb

I work two jobs between being a Stage Hand and an admin at FedEx. And THIS Dunkin keeps me going. They ate my absolute favorite. I'm a regular and they're always so nice and fast. They ALWAYS make my order amazing. If I could give 10 stars I would. Shout out to Kaylee for the sweet notes she writes me. They make my morning. 💖💖💖

Best Dunkin in the area. They have jelly munchkins and make your coffee just how you ask.

I stopped by for a late night snack at 11pm Jan 23rd, and the service so was polite! They went above an beyond and even helped me switch to a better item when the other one was out! I got to try something new and it was great!

For a coffee and my delicious donuts delicious everything. Driving a long way and you need a good strong coffee

A 24-hour Dunkin! We visited this one around 9:00 pm right when other coffee shops were closing and not only did they have donuts in their case they also had Baskin Robbins ice cream, too. The Dunkin team of four was handling both businesses. There were people coming through the drive through. They had excellent customer service. My husband got the Christmas sprinkles doughnut and hazelnut coffee.

It would be nice if they fix the bathrooms once and for all. Every time I come here, they have an “out of order” sign for the bathrooms. The employees must have their own bathroom cuz I can’t imagine it being out of order for months. They make a mean latte though.

The food is not the problem. The customer service is uh… ok?….. I guess. No hello, no have a good day, nothing. All she said was “$10” didn’t say anything else. I said thank you and she didn’t even look at me or said anything. All she did was close the window on me. And it’s always the same girl too that gives poor service. Seems like she’s miserable working there or she’s always in a bad mood.

Bought crassant breakfast sandwich and hash browns they had similar oily taste like the grill wasn't getting cleaned. They also don't wear gloves when they handle your food.

It was ok just simple breakfast of a cream cheese bagel it was ok along with cappuccino but the cappuccino could have been a little bit more on the creamier thicker side almost like when you get at 7-Eleven surprisingly it's always creamier... Potato bites was okay not bad just not worth a dollar something for a couple little bites compared to a hash brown at McDonald's I like the texture but something about the aftertaste was a little bit of smokiness or some sort maybe the way it was cooked or some sort it was cooked to well done which was not bad but maybe the pan was burnt or something like that that's kind of like what the taste I was getting to but overall The bagel was okay with the cream cheese and it was rated based on being ready but the food would be based on individual rating not as a whole could use a little bit more work on quality control on the products

I order online then pickup from the drive-thru. It's always quick.

Dunkin and Baskin-Robbins in one store. What more can you ask for?

Workers are super nice and always willing to help! Ignore my dad’s earlier review as he doesn’t know what he’s talking about!! The app is also super easy to use and makes everything go by super fast. My favorite location to go to always.
