Second time with delivery from Pizza Hut we order through their app but for their delivery they have DoorDash drivers drop off the food. It takes them a hour or longer when we live three miles away, they don’t answer calls or texts the driver just sits outside our gate. When you’re spending $50+ & you get cold gross old food. We did call the store three times & finally reached a worker who was very kind & understanding to fix the issue with store credit.

The application is a success, order the pizza and it is very fast and accumulate points with each purchase and get some free food

Is the third time buying chicken wings and is one less when arrived home.

I just wanted to say my first pizza came out burnt along with my chessesticks. But I called and spoke to the manager named Doug not only did he replace my full order. But he brought it himself and only toke him 20 minutes to have it made and deliver it. I give him 5 stars.... thank you very much Doug.

The guy running the register was very polite..... pizza wasn't the best this visit. Hopefully better next time I decide from this location.

Order through the mobile app a deal that included a drink. Order was sent via door dash which was fine, but no drink arrived with the order. Which is not the issue I had, super easy to rectify. I called the number online and was transfered to the store and was immediately hung up on. Not one. Not twice, 4 times. I called the main line and asked for a manager to contact me as contacting the store was obviously pointless. That was Sunday. It's Friday and nothing. I see pizza hut is starting to go under, now I don't wonder why.

I ordered online for delivery and the order arrived incomplete I called and they don't want to solve everything either, they want to solve it with a "I'm very sorry" nowadays it is very expensive to eat out so they can come out with this

The pizza and breadsticks were soaking in grease. The crust was thin instead of hand tossed. Check your orders before you pay for them

Phone order was fast, friendly. Staff was nice when I came in to pick up pizza and had my order ready on time.

I placed an order directly with PH and DoorDash came to deliver it and it turns out that the Dasher canceled my order and my money never returned to my account and every day I call and every day they tell me the same thing. I have to wait, but I'm tired of waiting. And if for $50 I'm going to go to the headquarters if I have to, because no one tells me if whoever canceled the order took my food. Since he didn't return to PH with her.

Pizza was extraordinarily good for being a chain. The maker placed all of his efforts and it definitely showed in his creativû6ggghh guy

What a bust this pizza order was! When the order was an hour late, we called Pizza Hut and asked for a manager, only to be put on hold for 10 minutes before we hung up. Then a DoorDash driver called and said that the store had given him the wrong address, although our account is registered with the restaurant and the manager double-checked the address for us. The driver finally arrived 35 minutes later. Because the pizza was then over two hours old, we told him to take it back. We drove to Pizza Hut, where the manager was "too busy" to come to the counter. The very nice clerk tried to help us and even gave us a partial credit, but when we attempted to get the remainder of our money back, we were told to contact DoorDash! Right now, we are on the phone with a DoorDash representative in Egypt. Oops! Now we've been cut off! Such sad service!

Excellent service, excellent result of the vegetable and half muzza pizza. I recommend ordering medium dough.

No effort in the food, Nobody picked up the phone when called, I was left on hold for 5 minutes and still nobody answered. Lobby is sketchy, not welcoming at all. On top of that people had cut us and when we spoke up nobody did anything. We left I will never be going back to a pizza hut again! This is not the first pizza hut this happened in. PIZZA HUT FIX YOUR ESTABLISHMENTS!!!

Large sausage and pepperoni had almost no sausage and 7 slices of pepperoni on the whole large pizza . Way too much money for almost no toppings . Different store next time .

Poor service. Forgot ALL 4 of my sauces. Cold. Wings were okay. Who trained you to cut the pizza. I’ve realized any food place I’ve been to in Kissimmee SUCKS NOBODY CARES.

I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve never received a raw dough pizza until today. The order was done so quickly, I realized why. Maybe I should’ve tipped more for a pick-up order. I recommend not coming to this one or at least leave a $10+ tip for any pick up orders. Even when I left a tip for a pick-up order, I guess that wasn’t enough and I got raw pizza in return. I’ve contacted support. The one in Hunters Creek is much better.

Driver failed to deliver and said it was undeliverable. Driver also stated, called and text and did not do so worst customer service ever.. Also have not received a refund for a $40 order management stated nothing they could do but the drivers work for them!

I’m so annoyed with this place. They have me the wrong order and I got home my son had taken a slice of the wrong order so I didn’t bother taking it back and all I wanted was a refund of the difference between a pepperoni which was the wrong order I got a meat lovers and the idiot behind the counter said he couldn’t do anything without the pizza basically calling me a liar cause you know I’m going to waste my time going back there just to waste time. Never going back to this place again. Let’s loose a customer over a few toppings.. congrats geniuses !!!!

Quick and easy to order. They keep record of previous orders and make it so easy to reorder.

The food is okay overall but the delivery guy was so rude. I order from here often (like once a week) and I always tip in cash. Today a new guy came, banged on my door super loud and threw the receipt at me. Literally threw it at me and then handed me my food. Didn’t wait before I actually had it in my hand before snatching my receipt and going like “thanks for the tip” very passive aggressively. I had the $10 bill in my pocket but since he decided to be rude, he didn’t get it at all. You are NOT entitled to tips. Next time he delivers, him specifically, he won’t be getting anything from me.

Staff was friendly and store was organized. Daytime manager was about to leave, then stopped and helped me because the employee was taking a phone to go order. Awesome food. Dough was NOT over cooked.

Pizza Hut is my favorite, but yesterday I ordered the Big Box for my family on DoorDash and it was awful. The breadsticks were rock hard, it was like if it was reheated or something. The cheese on the pizza wasn’t cooked all the way so it looked gross. Highly disappointed. It was my first time ordering from this location, and last for sure.

One night I ordered food and the girl who took my order when it came to pay she put the phone down and walked away after I gave my card info. Some kid came on the phone after her and was giving me the most disrespectful attitude after her asking me what did I want?! I told him I just ordered a pizza with a young lady and he told me there was no order I felt like they were doing fraud! The guy took my order and then tells me the machine isn’t working and that the wait time will be over an hour! I heard even the back laughing and then he laughed and hung up on me. Imagine I’m trying to buy food for my son and you guys are the only place open and that’s the kind of service I get? I can’t believe such disgusting people have jobs when there is poor people out there dying to work!

Got to pick up pizza and was ignored for first few mins. Order comes out after asking for assistance and it’s wrong. Simple cheese pizza couldn’t get right. Hour later and finally got pizza. Not the way to go when you have 6 hungry kiddos waiting for food.

The staff has no idea what customer service is. Don’t try calling with any sort of problem because their solution is to hang up on you. After the 4th call I had to drive to the store just so they could lied and tried to justify them messing up. Vary disappointed in the entire Pizza Hut team. A pizza order that was made online and never got delivered. Waiting almost two hours. They claimed they tried calling multiple times to try and complete the delivery but there is no record of there attempts. This was their reasoning after they tried saying I never made an order with them to begin with. I tried to hard not to take out my frustration out on them and just stuck with the refund and left. Vary upset over what was suppose to be a great night eating what I’m assuming was going to be great pizza.

I don't know the young man who delivered to me tonight but he was so polite and quick. I've always had great service from this location! Keep it up

I've always had good experiences ordering from here. I order online for carry-out and get my food on time. The staff is courteous and the place appears clean. I can't speak about delivery because I've never had them deliver.

Last time it was no sauce or pepperoni. This time it was burnt crust and very little sauce on a hand tossed pizza.

Quick stop for a personal size pizza. This location is to go not an actual sit-down. The delicious smell is mesmerizing from the moment you open the door. Halloween decors we're a hit with the kids. The only thing is that outside door needs a bit more cleaning IMO.

Normally i have good experiences here but tonight is crazy…i ordered my pizza like usual..i get an estimated wait of 35 mins..an hour passes by and nothing. I call and they have no memory or proof of me placing my order…they mention that their system shut down and erased all orderes ….they also had my number tied to someone else. I been on hold for the past 15 mins hopefully they rectify this im sure it was a mistake out of their hands but i still have no pizza…

Waste of money and a waste of my gas I ordered thru the app it was horrible both my pizzas were cold the customer service was horrible I was hung up on twice when I called all I wanted was my food to be remade they would not listen just rude hung up in my face I'm not giving them my money again.

Large one topping pizza is $9.99.. After taxes 13$ and delivery fee 20$..and on top you have to tip 5 dollar to the delivery guy or you ijgby catch some attitude.. this is outrageous..!!! Don't let this people steall your hard earned money. Little ceasar rules 😉

Had positive 5 star experience until today. This lost them 3 stars. I ordered by app got there and told them I was outside. The guy said that it wasn't ready yet, even though the app said it was. So I told him I was outside waiting. I waited maybe another 30 min. Finally I went inside and they had it right there. The rude guy said they called me, I said why would you call I already called and said I was there. He just repeated himself and didn't offer any apology or anything. I went back to my car and checked my phone. No call was received as expected. So not only did they not do they're job. They lied to my face about it. If prior experience wasn't all 5 stars thus would be a 1 star thanks largely to that kid working the front at 6 pm. If I was the manager he would be fired. He was useless and rude.

Always a great last minute meal solution and they had the specials of two medium for $6.99. You can't beat that.

Ordered BBQ pizza and it only had the sauce up top by the crust, it was mediocre. Papa John's also has better honey BBQ wings, probably better wings in general but I wanted to give pizza hut a try again.

Delivery was as expected. On time. pizza kind of dry. Need more than 1tsp of sauce as standard and more pepperoni thought I ordered pepperoni lovers. I could be wrong. Tried the chicken with lemon pepper, not that good. Should have tried something else. So not worth the 24$ spent. Tried to sign up for rewards but someone else is signed up with my phone number.

Ordered curbside, checked in and had to call store for them to bring out ( 2 employees was outside talking/phone) When the kid finally brought it out, I asked why it took so long he said a new girl was upfront ...no one seemed to care ..when I got home, my wings didn't have the BBQ sauce on them it was all in the bottom and wasn't mixed up... Just a bad experience and poor quality food...

Ordered the pan pizza and it was so dry. It tasted stale like it’s been frozen way past it’s expiration date, baked, then left out under a heat lamp for a week.

I ordered wings from here, so far I have waited an hour. My hotel is literally 0.6mi down the road. I asked for my money back and the irk said he should be here any minute. This of course is after I called 15 minutes earlier and she said he left 10 minutes ago. I will never order from them again....

Lack of basic customer service skills, I order a pizza the only dough available was thin, not my preference but considering that I love dominos let’s give a try. Get there she charges me and after I ask for marinara sauce , she replies they charge, considering that I don’t eat that dough I thought so she would spare .50 for a happy customer well she said it’s almost closing time isn’t that enough? I have it more than .50 so I tell her let me return to the car. She replies it almost closing time im not about to argue with you, you can have it. Ordered pizza, wings and breadsticks. The food arrived a little later than the time I was told, no big deal - driver was great. However, the marinara sauce was missing for the breadsticks and the wings were not with the order. My driver went out to his car and called his store then called me and said he was going back to get them. I then waited another 45 minutes to get the wings. I appreciate the fact that the wings finally got to me, but a little ridiculous I had to wait so long. The driver was amazing however and I wish I could remember his name.
