Staff have careless attitude and Manager is aware of the poor customer satisfaction. After the person at the counter took my order, I stayed at the table waiting for the server to bring me the food as I was instructed and as I read in my tag number” The server will bring the food to the table “ . Twelve minutes after , when I claimed the status of my food , they said “it has been waiting inside that bag , but you did not answer when we called you “ . How come ? Either , they have a process in place that does not work or it is not followed by the staff . The manager never apologized, just placed another other order as per my request because the food was already cold. While I was waiting for my food , I heard the manager saying “ Hey send some people home , too many people here “ . It that aspect , I agree with him . However, the problem is not the number of employees, the problem is allowing the poor performance of his staff . Visiting this McDonald is an embarrassment!!!

I couldn't eat the cheeseburgers, they tasted like they were yesterday, the chicken nuggets tasted bad and the filet or fish was tiny, an experience not to be returned.

It seems wrong to me that they take the children out of the children's park at 8 pm when one comes to eat. And enjoy that for a while.

Terrible customer service, this lady is a rude taxi driver, she didn't want to process the purchase because she didn't have change for $100. At 10

It is illogical that a children's park is closed on a Sunday, they do not give any explanation, the counter only had to wait almost 10 minutes to be served and when asking for a reason why the park was closed they only responded "it is closed"...

There is a lack of friendliness in the attention and it looks a little messy

Without a doubt the worst restaurant I have ever been to in my life. Place without any hygiene, extremely dirty. The service is terrible, I placed an order, went to the table, after 30 minutes. It hadn't arrived yet and I had to go and complain twice to eat the snack I paid for. How could a network have declined so much?

As usual he has his own style in fast food and no one can make his fries reasonable prices everyone enjoys his combos and ice cream. Apple pie is not the top but ok

They offer a Burger on their screens that when you order it, they inform you that it is no longer available 👎🏼 Sometimes the service is good from the young people, the double Manager of Don Omar is very bad when serving and rude, the bad smell in the The place is Horrible, it smells like bad washing for a real restaurant, that's very bad 👎🏼

Today, July 4, 2024 at 08:12pm I came to this McDonald's located at 719 W Vine St. Kissimmee Florida 34741 with my children and grandchildren to eat and enjoy the playground, but since we entered the staff's attention was annoying and disgust. The park was closed because it was dirty, the men's bathroom was dirty, the floor was full of a smelly liquid, the tables were dirty. I asked him for help to place a take-out order and they rudely told me that I had to do it at the self-service machine, unfortunately they don't know how to use it and I asked him for help and he told me that there was not enough staff to serve me. There were only three vehicles in line and inside the establishment there were only two families with approximately 13 people, and there were more than 8 workers who could not efficiently carry out their service.

Made a mobile order and they immediately canceled my order. They told me there was nothing they could do about it. The manager was EXTREMELY rude. Will never be back to that location.

The worst McDonald's I ever been in unprofessional .

I went to this exact McDonalds a few days ago with my mom and when we ordered not only this time but every other time we go no one ever greets us or anything but that’s beside the point but anyways when my mom and I last went to this location my moms drink didn’t look like the drink she ordered so I told her to try it to see if maybe it was the drink just flat or something like that so then she took a sip and after that I noticed something in her drink to me I thought it was maybe a clump of sweet tea or something like that but when she looked at it she said it was something else so when my mom gave the drink back to the manager the manager basically snatched it from my mom and went over by the drive thru window to look at it then she came back and said it was a piece of the soda machine that fell into the cup (just goes to show you the maintenance they do on those machines) so when the manager proceeded to tell me mom she sounded like she had no remorse for the situation as well as the fact that my mom asked for a different drink which had an upcharge to it and they wanted her to pay that instead of just giving her a new drink any other McDonalds I go to I never have any issues it’s always just this one.

The play place always close I came 4 different days and hours and the managers close. Someone should report this so they can send a mystery inspectors.

We’re giving old and salty small fries and it made us nauseous and we could eat the old salty fries

To slow in service don’t have all in the menu in store.

Drive-thru was fast, food was fresh, and the lady taking orders was really nice. The iced coffee could be a little more sweet, but overall, it was a good experience.

The food was super cold, the Oreo McFlurry ice cream, the Oreo was put with a fan and nothing more.

It's a great place to eat but it's a bit dehumanized McDonald's is definitely losing its edge in the restaurant business because they're dehumanizing it so much and making it so automated that they're creating a very generic and very vanilla place to go eat

Food is okay. You have to tell them no salt on the fries to get fresh hot fries.

I love giving good reviews, but in this case, I just can’t. I don’t know if these are new hires or what’s going on, but the customer service quality at this location (719 Vine St.) is terrible now. This week alone I got coffee with mostly grounds TWICE, and my order was taken wrong. When I pointed this out, I was met with passive aggressive response and disdain. I’m done with this location and will take my business to their neighbors, Wendy’s or DD. Bye, bye McD’s. (This location. Other McDonald’s in the area are decent.)

You ask for a mobile order so that they can park you for some fries and a chessburger and fast food is not that good….

The service at this place is terrible, the employees take orders that are not from the drive truck and then the customer has to go down and wait for more than 15 minutes for their order to be fixed inside.

Wish breakfast was available until a little later.. But my crispy chicken was on point

McDonald's is each time more impersonal and lacking service. Know you make the order in a monitor and if you have doubt no one helps.

When we get to the store the hours say that it is open 24 hours and it is not the first time that they tell us that it is closed they get an attitude and completely tell us that they are closed and that it is something of the owner nothing they can do we are not the ones The only ones who arrived at the store were more than five customers of us and they tell us that supposedly they are already closed but the hours show on the door that they are open 24 hours. This is the fourth time we have arrived at this store and the store is closed the store is closed they are playing with our money and playing with our schedule our time

I recently visited this McDonald's, and I'm disappointed with their decision to charge 79 cents for a straw for a beverage. This seems like an unnecessary and inconvenient expense for customers.

Drive thru caos. Besides the drive thru beign unmanageble and waiting over 30 minutes they wont inform you theres is no sprite before oedering, so I asked for a coke and got cherry coke.

So I just orefered 3 mcflurrys. They charged me for the large size which the cup I was given seemed relatively small so I went inside and asked hey is this your large size and I was told that's the only cup they have. Weird but okay. I proceed to eat my oreo mcflurry just to find out they basically scooped me some ice cream and place oreo crumbles on top. It's not MIXED.

The food was actually great for once but again the service is insane ! It’s a drive thru ! How you mad at taken an order !? Not even a complicated order, #7 no onions or pickles. I hate to be one of those “kids these days….” But these guys are as young as me and I’ve worked some hard jobs… it’s NOT THAT HARD to say “please” and “thank you sir/ma’am” and jus have a general sense of respect, not because of the company but because that’s what sets you up in life. These guys working for 12-15 dollars but can’t even walk around the railing outside the front door to come closer to my window, instead I gottta reach over and dude didn’t even say have a good night SIR!! Come on ya just because you work at mc Donald’s don’t mean anything… in fact that’s probably why ya there, entitled and lazy. Wouldn’t be able to lay concrete or even at a Home Depot at that! Kids gotta have better respect, I’m not even 30 yet and I’ve never not shown respect even under stress in my worst days on the worst job sites… these kids want more money but work these jobs and behave ghetto while on the job. Especially shameful from a fellow Latino American..

This place has a park for children but whenever I come, no matter what time it is never in service, the excuse is that they have already cleaned it and they can't let anyone in. My question is why do they have a park for children if not? They let it be used so that they badly invested their money so that the children play in the What happened what happened

The cashier took my service badly and instead of giving me a Plain cheeseburger she gave me extra nuggets which later the manager Coral came all rude and took the nuggets from me without giving me the cheeseburger that was for my son. Coral the manager has 0 in customer service.

Came in to use a bogo survey coupon. Employees seem nonchalant but helped right away when I needed help. And when we couldn't figure it out the manager came to help while teaching the employees at the same time. Store and play area very clean.

I got the worst service I ever got I even got mistreated for the manager and the guy who gave me the wrong food 3 times and yelled at me, closed the window in my face and walked away, the manager came with same terrible attitude putting their hands next to my face, then the guy came back to the window saying he was gonna walk out and hit me in my face I got terrified for his threats and looking at me like he was gonna kill me . Never come to this location ever they all have problems the manager even apologize their mistakes and mistreats they sent another coworker to give me the burger. Mc Donald’s as a company shouldn’t ever hire this type of people . So disappointing and terrified .

First time ordering from here and NEVER again. Not only did they forget both of my hashbrowns, they even got my breakfast sandwich wrong..instead of a SEC McGriddle I got a BEC McGriddle. I am 9 weeks pregnant and I just paid damn near $30 for literally hotcakes, the wrong sandwich and water…pitiful. Do better.

38 minutes on drive through and ice cream machine is not working as usual!!!

It was clean nd the food was very good and we received our order in a timely manor.

Almost every day I buy my coffee in this place before going to work... the lady who takes the order always has a bad attitude, she is very rude... it is Monday, September 11, 9:30 in the morning and this lady is bitter terrible service.

So in a society where they are trying to destroy cash and underpay people the same people that demand $15 an hour to get my order wrong all the time want to say that after 2:00 it's a cash only menu. Does this make sense to anyone else? The only reason I can see that this being a thing is that the employees are actually stealing and ringing things in his cash because it's easier to hide that. Just like Burger King McDonald's I ask you why are things like this allowed when you see them out in the open and people call them out you are still willing to let this go you are useless corporations that will be phased out eventually trust me Even fast food is now a failure in this world you guys are useless

This is the 4th time I stopped here after work and they always said they can only accept Cash, I know they are just lazy and don't want to do their job, I'm really disappointed of the Service of this location at night, the only place "open 24 hrs" you can check how much money you are losing for all the ppl orders your employees are turning away
