I walked into this Wendy’s to place an order my friend needed a drink Because the soda machine wasn’t working, he went to give her a cup and she said it was nasty without explanation. She pulled away and didn’t explain to my friend why she couldn’t accept the cup. This is a Manager talking and acting that way !! On top she kept being rude talking to l nasty to her employees this is not good or in a good experience. She shouldn’t even be acting like that in front of clients or her employees lead by example.

Never been so annoyed at a Wendy’s before! I went on a Sunday night and the person, who I assume was the manager, was at the front. He had a rude attitude towards the clients and staff, interrupted the other workers when they were helping clients, and would talk very loudly and non-stop about irrelevant things that just made being there dreadful. He also had a narcissistic and childish attitude of always wanting attention and making unnecessary comments, and was not providing proper customer service to clients. For example, when a client asked a worker for sauces, one, they didn’t have anything but honey mustard and ketchup, and two, the manager interrupted and spoke over the worker who was already answering the question. At this time, the manager was also trying to make unnecessary jokes with the client instead of just giving them what they needed. This is just an example, but the manager was acting like this the entire time I was there. The sit-down area also had a self-serve area that didn’t have anything, no napkins or nothing. When I needed something, I wish the area had been restocked to avoid going up to where the manager was.

To the girl who closed on 06/05/2024 who had a pony tail, there was no need to give attitude just because fries were ordered 10 minutes before closing. If you can’t handle the food service then time to find a new job :)

Wendy's is good but I never went there

Mr. Edwin apparently does not like his job with very rude treatment towards the client, which makes me sad...

After I had paid for my order and it had been registered in my bank, they did not want to deliver it to me because it supposedly did not appear in their systems. And it wasn't enough with that and the hostility of the supposed manager named Francisco, I had to stay in the store while I called my bank to cancel the transaction when I heard him talking disparagingly about me to another customer. I think that a person like that should not work serving the public.

Fast service all The employees are friendly. It can get busy at times but that’s expected when the food is so good. If your shopping and feel hungry grab a bite to eat

The employee in this Wendy's not nice to their customers. They either ignore them or short when serving the customers. One gentleman simply asked for some ketchup. There was one employee that was about to give the some ketchup, but the employee wearing black stop the employee and said not to give him any ketchup. He needs to go to the condiment station and get it with a sharp tone. Today, we came in for a quick snack. I wanted to try the new pumpkin frosty. They serve me soupy frosty. I told the server this is firm it is so soupy. He completely ignore me and serve the customer behind me. Last time I am coming here.

When there is hunger and not much time for work, a Wendys is the solution $5 dollar only 😋

Manager and service workers were completely disrespectful unprofessional and disregard the customer completely. This is not the first time. Management has much to be desired I don't pay money to have bad experiences. Disgusted

After having a 2 hour drive through the turnpike and wanting to obtain food for my sons before we got home, we arrived at 6:47pm and the gates were open. The managers had taken care of us quickly we stood there until the gates closed. some of the staff we're working so hard cleaning the lobby this location is by far the best clean and fast food service I've seen. I give 5 stars to everyone including all the managers.

The purpose of business hours is to know when a business closes. I understand some of the staff wants to get home at a decent time. Either get staff willing to keep the doors open in time or close earlier. This is a very big inconvenience to consumers. Hope they can rectify this soon!

Their behavior to customers is very rude and they’re not giving the exact items what we order 😓so discomfortable

Ordered taco salad. Didn't get chili or chips. Only got lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream and salsa. This is not what I paid for.

I come into Wendy every day and this Employee gives me my meal fast and perfect just the way I like it. I also see him cleaning every time I come into Wendy he is a hard worker he should be employee of the month in know time. Thank you for cleaning the tables.

Could be better, not clean enough...

Wendy’s isn’t given enough credit in my opinion. It is my favorite fast food restaurant. My family and I recently moved to the area and have found ourselves enjoying this Wendy’s quite a few times. The staff here are friendly, and the food is always good but tonight it was fresh and brought me to writing this review. Thank you Wendy’s!

Decent Wendy's inside of Walmart. The burgers were pretty good but nuggets were a little over cooked or dried out. The staff was nice and hand washing station was a huge plus.

Well after doing grocery shopping in Walmart, my sister & I were too exhausted to go home & cook. Since we also hadn't eaten all day, we decided to do Wendy's for dinner. Since Wendy's was already located inside of Walmart, we thought, "GREAT!" My sister is the Wendy's fanatic. If I want or crave a burger, my 1st choice is BK (Burger King). Now, the customer service was great; quick and friendly. The burgers & chicken sandwiches were okay. The drink however was so sweet, it was like drinking syrup..."YUCK!" I had to keep adding water. Then there were the chicken nuggets. Now normally, the only thing I like about Wendy's is their nuggets. But the nuggets we received? They had to be used as charcoal in another life. They looked delicious, smelled great, and to look at them you could see they were well seasoned. However, both orders were hard as rocks! These were the WORSE nuggets ever. To add insult to injury? My fries were burnt. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. I never in my life had charcoal nuggets from Wendy's. I don't eat fast food often, but I'll NEVER visit this Wendy's again & it's turned ne off from Wendy's in the future.

I bought nuggets at the Osceola Parkway Wendy's. By mistake I ordered spicy not realizing what I did. The manager refused to changed my nuggets. For $1.49 they lost me as a customer. What a shame.

Something spilled on the floor, and before I could walk up to it, Alexis immediately went to it. She cleaned it up right away and apologized even tho it wasn't her fault. She continued working and helping customers. I was dining in for a while, Alexis customer service is 100% outstanding!! She handles tough customers w Ease! I'm returning to this Wendy's!

Wow this is so awesome...First time seeing a Wendy's inside Walmart...The young lady and manager was very polite and nice...Her name is Raymiya and the manager name is John...Loved both their personality and hospitality and Raymiya needs to be a manager if she's not already one...Her patients is a virtue..Thanks to John and Raymiya hopefully I spelled her name right...Your Customer service goes beyond a W.O.W...Keep up the wonderful work that you're doing! from Mz Monae...By the way thanks the frosty was wowlicious 😍😍😍

Over the years, I have enjoyed Wendy's taco salad. Now, it is the reason that takes me there regularly. Unfortunately, yesterday, I drove there to get me another delicious taco salad, only to find out that this branch, closest to my house, does not carry any salads any more. Oh well, it looks like I'll be making less visits to Wendy's.
