After entering the door, the floor was greasy and slippery. I couldn't imagine the hygienic condition of the food. Leaving without ordering.

Very slow service to order food. More than 30 minutes waiting and then saying that part of the order had been finished if I wanted to complete with something else.

I arrived 30 minutes before closing and it was closed. I think closing before 11pm is too early. They should close at 12am.

This was so horrible! We ordered for about 90 dollars. Our entire order kept being wrong and there was bones in the chicken when i had paid extra for it being the ones without bones! We didnt get ANY dippings or our sodas and we complained many times we were missing it. Yet they just started giving us more food or other stuff when we just was asking for the dippings, until i had a rough tone to them and they just gave us a bunch of 1 kind of dippings, not the one we ordered though. It took them long of trouble waiting for these dippings and cups. There is giant spots of mold by the ventelations. Im not talking tiny im talking a spot of the size of a medium big dog! And it was dirty and the service was just so terrible. One of the workers went home in the mid of making an order also! They looked like they had no idea what they were doing, and it wasnt busy’ yet some was running around while others were walking around not doing anything but looking. I didnt take any photos, yet now i regret not doing that. But their bbq nuggets were good.

Chicken bones in the twister wrap!?! Our $70 order was totally wrong. Missing items. Twister wrap had boned chicken leg in it rather than a tender!?!? 12 nugget box contained 6 nuggets. 3 large fries missing from order. The staff could not care less. They locked the doors so walk in customers could not enter. Just messing around in the back. VOID at all costs. The franchise owner needs to be more involved, team there are just running it down.

The person that took our order was rude and disrespectful. She did not offer options. You should give costumer service training in this store.

I was treated real bad by the employe in charge. She gave me mash potatoes with no gravy and I asked her for a breast she said yes a never gave it to. She was very disrespectful

Horrible experience, my order is taking over 30 min I had to ask what happened with my food, and they barely said they are making the chicken, no communication, at this place… if I could I will give 0 starts

I went to pick up an order for delivery. The girl who was in front, very kind, told me this list in a few minutes. At those moments the person taking orders at drive tru comes and brings the drink and with a bad attitude puts it on the counter. Then that same girl brings the order, which is a little box. I asked him if he could please give me a bag and with attitude he told me that that doesn't fit in a bag. In a bad way he brought me a regular bag for small orders instead of giving me the larger one that is for delivery orders. I asked him to please give it to me because I knew it would fit. I threw the bag on the counter and left. I don't understand what his lack of respect for others is if no one had disrespected him. The other employees were like nothing happened. And everyone listened to how he spoke to me. In a very bad way and in a very loud voice. Regardless of whether you have a bad day, at the end of the day you are providing a service where you have to treat customers well. Especially if they haven't treated you badly. The example starts from the top, which would be the manager on duty, who apparently did not care about the situation at all. Terrible service.

It says when they close at 12am and at around 10pm it is always closed any day of the week. Not even in self service

The location said they closed at 12a and they closed early. For someone that gets out late that’s very disappointing especially on a Friday night. I rushed over there just make it on time for them to be closed early. Smh

I arrived at this KFC at 11 pm under the impression that they close at 12 am as it's advertised on Google. I arrived and I was told by one of the employees that they were closed.

Cold food, no crispy, reheated food. Worst service

Food is good. Staff are terrible. Last 3 visits, order wrong every time, when using the app and ordering in store. When I used the app, they charged me for everything, but missed an item (chicken pot pie). When I asked about it, the lady said they were out, but wouldn't refund any money or swap for another item. Said I had to take it up with the app not them!

Bad service, they close before the time they say, their service is terrible, they have nothing because I was too lazy to work and I arrived at 8:30 and according to what they close at 11, it is false

It could be better, the chicken wasn't dry from the fat, it was actually quite greasy. Good quantity, but I paid $20 for 8 pieces, which was kind of expensive.

Paid $8.00 for chix tight, drum stick, mash with gravy and a biscuit. The chix was so small, it would be great for a 2 year old.

I went today at 11 and they rudely told me that they had already closed. I don't think so because their schedule says they close at 12:00pm. I am a recurring customer and it seems unfair to me

I haven't ordered from KFC in years and now I see why. I just got my order from Uber . It's not even my whole order. The chicken has all the skin off of the chicken I'm missing my sides and extra biscuits I paid for. The biscuits are smashed. This is ridiculous. I work in the food industry and this is not acceptable

Window server got upset because she couldn’t figure out my change which was a simple 10$ and the gave me attitude while handing my drink and then because I didn’t get the sauce I asked her for sauce and she got them while saying I’m waiting for her to get out the way. I’m sorry my order wasn’t complete. No napkins no sauce and soggy fries. Smh 🤦‍♀️

It was really good, the service by a worker of the name Jesus helped us when we had a small inconvenience, he immediately did his absolute best to take care and make a quick solution to the lil' inconvenience, over all it was the best and kindest service I have dealt w/, thank you.

Very Good for a KFC! There’s a reason its star rating is higher than the rest in the area. Food was fresh, warm, and they had great customer service. Will def come back for my guilty pleasure !

The food is always great and comforting ☺️ ❤️. Very efficient and helpful staff. The inside dining area needed to be cleaned and wiped down. The restrooms are handicap ♿️ available. Handicap friendly entryway and handicap ♿️ parking is available. Recommend this restaurant for the best 👌 comforting food.

The famous bowl had very little chicken in it and the chicken it did have looked like undercooked nuggets. The price of the famous bowl isn’t on the menu so they could make up any price they want. Probably won’t go here again. Fries were good. Staff wasn’t rude or anything but the food is lacking.

Went here two days in a row! The staff was very nice and made sure my food was nice and fresh! The manager what I noticed while in the drive thru has a good working relationship with her crew, which is important if you ask me because if your crew is comfortable and enjoying their job then the food will be GREAT!! 👍🏾

Tried new chicken sandwich. It was very dry and brittle. Fries were cold and soggy.

This is the 2nd time of me eating here since I've been in Florida, there won't be a third. The chicken doesn't stand out like a KFC should. The service is questionable, we ordered through drive thru and the employee started snapping on us after we asked for Nashville sauce. Not sure if she was taken off drive thru but it seemed like a different lady finishing our order. So we get our food and go park I grabbed a piece of chicken and started eating while looking for utensils and stuff. Come to find out there were no utensils, no condiments, my sons food was cold and the rest of the order was wrong. So we go back and the in training manager offered to recook our food. I just wanted a refund this time so she asked the manager Maria to help her. The whole time Maria is side talking about giving the refund. Her customer service is Not Polite and her smartmouth she needs to work on. I will NEVER go here again!

The place needs a remodel but it is clean! The staff is super friendly and helpful!

First all the employees here need to learn customer service. They basically look at you and roll eyes when your trying to ask for items that missing out your order. It's not my fault yall mess up my order. The chicken was fry to much very oily and had to much breading. I was not happy with spending alot money and the quality of food recieve.

Floors were sticky. My order was incomplete and scanty.

Very disappointed today. This place was very filthy trash everywhere and the tables all of them dirty. My husband tell them about it they said in a minute they would send someone to clean but never happened. We stay for over a half hour no one clean.

El pollo es delicioso, toda la comida que venden tiene un gran sabor, te atienden bien. Lo malo es que solo tienen dos baños, uno para damas y otro para caballeros, te imaginas la fila que sé podra hacer cuando esta lleno?

We got 2 crispy 3 pcs and a 3 Pc original with Cole slaw & biscuits. Iced tea and Pepsi. Biscuits seemed small as did the serving of slaws.
