It's been a hit or miss lately. You get seated quickly in an almost half empty restaurant, and the service takes more than 10 minutes to get to the table... the food tastes good, but then it's not hot like it should be.

I visited the Denny’s (around 5am-ish, Sep 2nd, 2024) after Amazon cancelled my delivery. The witness was very polite and professional as I didn’t catch her name, at the end. The service was amazing and will be coming back here in the future again.

It's a great Denny's only problem is the parking is full most of the time. Since it's in a strip mall.

My server was rose and wow she was amazing truly made my Sunday morning. Excellent customer service extremely kind. On top of all her tables satisfied every one of her tables including mines. Quick on her feet and excelled at everything she did truly a great server. And Vanessa was doing amazing work as well. Great team work.

Breakfast has always been my favorite but it’s even better when you’re away from home and looking for the best experience. That means exceptional service and delicious food. If you’re ever in the Kissimmee area, please make sure to visit the Denny’s but sit with Maria G. She made me feel right at home and really provided heartwarming service!! Gracias Maria!!!! It’s time for a raise!!!!!

Joa was our server. She served us at 6:50 am and had been working since 11 pm . She was cheerful and did an excellent job. A fantastic server. Denny’s breakfast was very good.

We come to this location all the time it has been the best Denny’s we have been to but todays breakfast for to go was horrible the french toast tasted like it was burnt & tasted like stale bread.

But what really impressed me was their ability to handle our large group with ease and efficiency. Denny's is a great place, in my opinion. It's like a hit and miss spot. But it's great for family and friends to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The servers are serving🤌🏾

This I Have to say was the Best Denny's We have ever visited. This place was Clean. The waitress was Awesome, I had a T-bone that would Melt in your Mouth. I have to say the Best one in a long time the Cook was Amazing. Thank You Denny's it was a True Pleasure~~ We Will be back when that away again!!!

Back home in Colorado and cannot stop thinking about how amazing this place was! No Denny's can compare but what topped off my whole experience for my family and I was Maria Galindez!!! Great food at amazing prices. The atmosphere quite literally restored my happiness for the day after a bad morning. The breakfast was very tasty and this specific store is running a 6$ grand slam special. Our waiter rose was very nice and interactive and other food came very quickly. She checked on us alot and was a very likable person there was also a man of whom I didn't get the name who was very helpful and kind. They both deserve a raise; Excellent service, Amazing atmosphere, Tasty food!

I came all the way from 🗽 New york where everything is fast paced and no one really cares to stop and have a chat. Let me tell you.. what a refreshing cup of water I was served today. My server Maria Galindez was an absolute sweetheart of a woman. She attended me as if it was her own home she was hosting. The food cane out great and she reassured me it would and she didn't lie. She told me she had been a server in her younger years and it goes to show that hospitality doesn't wear off when you are an amazing server. Thank you Maria for the pleasant conversation, atmosphere and the welcoming I felt sincerely a guy thats always in a rush lol you did a great job Dennys having maria represent this company! This is hands down the best Denny’s I’ve ever been too. Portions were generous, food was tasty and the pancakes were soooooo fluffy! If I’m ever in this neck of the woods at breakfast time, this would be my spot!

Good flavor in the food, good coffee, it is not recommended to go on Mother's Day, there is a long wait to enter and also then for the food to be served, I will return another day to check the good service and waiting times, We paid for Eat 2 breakfasts, 1 Lasagna, Tenders with potatoes and drinks $80 without tip.

Austin is a great cook. Maria and all the waitresses always take good care of us whenever we come in for food to take home or to go. We always enjoy our local Denny's. God bless them all.

If you go after 12am for dine in the employee who is seated on his phone will say that is open only for to go orders. I am a current late costumer and this is happening very often Update!!!5/2/2025 I stopped coming to this dennys. But I came by today during overnight and I had a complete different experience. My favorite is the zesty nachos. And I had these best zesty nachos ever. Restaurant was very clean. And the server were very nice. Please don't change the who ever did my nachos.

We love Denny's there prices have gone up quite a bit. The wait staff are friendly enough but they always seem to be short staffed. They are a little slow because of that. I'm happy they at least have busboys. I don't like it when the busboys come out with really dirty uniforms. They should be wearing vinyl aprons they can just wipe off. It can be quite noisy from the kitchen area.

Just went in for a superslam and coffee ☕ the Chef apparently was cleaning the grease trap. The waitress very nice. The Chef decided to put the hash browns in the grease trap. When the waitress brought out the "superslam" it was more like a super greasy slam, I asked the waitress does this look alright too you, It smelled like week old grease I tried a bite and almost threw it up all over the table. The entire super slam was saturated in week old grease the only item that looked ok were the pancakes. This is not the first time I've had problems at the same location, I ordered a 1/4 pounder w/cheese and fries the other night around the same time and the burger was salted out I had to give the burger to the dog. Apparently their is no supervision with the chef and possibly because all the orders are take out he thinks he can do this. I spoke to him, he came out and apologized he said he was cleaning the grease trap. Then I said I don't want this discussing smelly greasy food I'm leaving, I said he should be ashamed of serving disgusting food too your clients, I always have had good experiences at Denny's this location, the night before the Chef locked the door and put a handwritten note saying the waitress didn't show up so you can only order. So I called and called to place an order over the telephone because I'd rather tip the employee and not the App. I couldn't order and had to wait until 7am to place an order at the front desk. Honestly Management should stay vigilant towards the nightly services because for such a nice and new Denny's they are destroying the opinion on the food they serve, that's besides the point IHOP is also 24/7 so I decided to take a short drive and get some fresh food. I'm sick to my stomach just finished brushing my teeth and I still can't get the taste of weeks old oil out of my mouth ..... Vomiting 🤮🤮🤮

This was a great stop. We had a large group that invaded this location the waiter was so friendly and such a good sport to the chaos we brought. He got everyone’s order correct and was so accommodating (we appreciate being able to get grits). It was super early and we had been driving for a couple hours when we stopped so we appreciate you all being able to handle us.

All these years later, Denny's has changed with time but their food is still Delicious. Don't forget to leave a good tip. The servers work hard for it.

We went (Group of 4 people) around 9 to 10 pm and was served no more than 25 to 30 min later which is fantastic if you didn't know. By our lovely and thoughtful server Amber. She really made sure everything was just right including the Coffee and Milkshakes!

My husband and I come to this Dennys maybe twice a month and it never ever fails to deliver. The staff is always so so friendly and we have gone multiple times when it is very full, and our food has never taken long. Speaking of the food, it is always stellar! I love this location!

We were a party of 7 and the server crystal did an amazing job of serving us! Above and beyond. The best server I had in a while we, enjoyed her. Definitely requesting her next time.

Stopped in for breakfast and the food was good. The service, excellent. Atmosphere...location is a little rough. However, if you're up for it, I don't think you'll be disappointed in your visit.

Denny's food is usually good. So no problems there. Seems understaffed and speaking English is not high in the staffs preferences.

The food was very good and arrived at our table in a timely manner. Our waitress, Amber, was excellent, friendly, and welcoming. She was busy but was able to provide each customer individual attention.

Waitress with the lollipop earrings was a rockstar. Incredible service she was fast and incredibly helpful.The only negative thing is that the prices have gone up but other than that I had an amazing experience.

Would give more stars but this location is very slow. One waitress who likes to go out to her car with people dining and waiting for food and refills. Food over cooked I believe the waitress said her name was amber. Bunch of younger "kids" maybe 18-22 being loud having no issues throwing out the f word and n word loudly while others are trying to eat. Not a good experience. Grand slam also advertised on TV for $5.99 but in person it's almost $15

The service wasn't good at all,took like an hour for the food,and the soda was bitter,and we have to swing hands to fine a server in this place well I learn from my mistakes one time ,no twice

They are understaffed the cashier is also the waitress and is also the bus boy so they’re very underhanded. The food came out late, took forever to get to the table being that they were empty inside one with the yet you will get the food quick the income around to see if you wanted more water, coffee or nothingsadly poor poor experience, very dissolution

Not a great time. Understaffed, food was cold and out of items at 10am. Service was ok but not her fault. No support and way too high of a guest to servers ratio.

The prices have more than doubled since the pandemic and is way understaffed. 1 waitress for the entire restaurant so everything took forever

The African American waiter was so good at making us laugh and making sure we had everything we needed. I'd say he gets a 10/5 I hope you give home a raise his skills to make the visit a pleasurable experience was the best we've experienced I wish I could remember his name.

Food was really good and I had a great server. The place is a little messy but overall I had a good experience.

I came a few Thursdays ago (Oct. 5, 2023) at night around 12am with my family (there was 16 of us) and the service was incredible!! There was only one waitress but she was great!! This Denny’s definitely seems to be understaffed. Our waitress was Harmony and she continuously checked up on us and provided great service while also tending to the 3-4 other tables there. The food did take a while however our waitress came back and apologized for the inconvenience. I’ve come during the day time but the service isn’t the same. when I’ve come before it was just my wife and I, our server was Rose I believe, she wasn’t attentive at all she gave my wife and I attitude when we questioned when the food would be ready. And when the check came we went up front to pay only to have to wait until the Cashier as well as our waitress were done bad mouthing another employee named Theresa while also complaining about guests. It made my wife and I pretty uncomfortable. I don’t know this place has it’s good and bad days. Coming at night seems like the time to stop by honestly. During the day there are very few servers who are actually kind which isn’t too surprising considering how understaffed they are. Management needs to do better!

Service was very slow, and I had to wait a long time to place and order and get my receipt to pay. The food was good and hot. Coffee was weak this visit. No French vanilla creamer offered. Hopefully, the service will be better for the next visit.
