Great diet cokes...never had the food but 5/5 diet coke

I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese combos and they gave us Canadian bacon instead and didn't tell us they didn't have the regular bacon. They should have told me they only had Canadian Bacon because I do not like Canadian bacon. I could have ordered something else if that was the case. Everyone does not like Canadian bacon. It's a bunch of young kids working there who are lazy and dumb and don't know what they're doing. I wasted my money and will not be returning to this McDonald's. I see why more people are no longer eating out at these restaurants because these kids and young adults don't know what they're doing, they're lazy, and selfish and don't care about the customers. They're only there for a check. And the food did not taste very good, so I threw the rest of it away. Save your money and don't return to this place.

This mcdonald’s is always my go to location. I never really have problems here. There has been times where I’ve been missing items but they resolve it with no problem. Good experience regardless of the time: morning or late afternoon.

I love this McDonalds. Good customer service even though there is sometimes a wait, the food is always fresh, seasoned and tasty.

This is arguably the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! Very clean, everyone is so nice, tasty fresh food. There is definitely attention to detail, and it seems like the employees actually take pride in where they work.

Long wait, bad service, wrong and missing food. Been going to this location since it opened as is it is close and convenient. Don't let them ask you to pull forward into a parking spot. You will wait there. Once you are parked, you're not a priority anymore. They care about cars that are in line. We got our order very late and wrong yet again. Will not be going to a 2-lane location anymore, especially this one.

So I asked the girl at the window to make sure they put my sauce sweet and sour sauce and the new garlic sauce that I paid for in my bag because she asked me to pull up to the next window. She forgot to put the sauce in the bag so I had to go back and get the sauce she handed me a bag with sauces in it the sauces were burst and stuck together I feel like she did that on purpose. However I did not go back because I did not want to get stuck in traffic at the loop. As I live in Apopka

Who ever made the fries at 12:20pm 6/30/2024 needs a raise. They need to become the official fry maker. Give them a bonus! Give them free McDonald’s for life. Whoever made them today god bless you. They made me McHappy!

The kid working buy himself in the morning was trying hard. But when you're handling payments and making the orders there are bound to be mistakes. Why not hire extra help for the kid?

Ordered breakfast and they refused to make it. This location SUCKS!!!! The managers are rude and don’t know how to do their jobs. Do not waste your time here.

My recent visit to this McDonald's was beyond disappointing. I specifically ordered a Filet-O-Fish with extra pickles, only to find that there were no pickles at all. This simple request was completely ignored, indicating a lack of attention to detail and care for customer satisfaction. The situation was further aggravated when I asked for an Inside Out toy. The manager curtly informed me, "We don't sell them," and displayed a shocking level of rudeness and unwillingness to assist. This unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and leaves a lasting negative impression. Inconsistent service and a dismissive attitude from staff make this McDonald's an establishment to avoid. I am thoroughly dissatisfied and will be rating this location zero stars.

Terrible. Poor service and they always make mistakes with Uber Eats orders. Last time we ordered my daughter's nuggets and when we opened them, there was only sauce in the nuggets box. How can they make such a mistake? My husband had to pick up the order delivered to his home and go back to McDonald's.

Cockroach came crawling out of my bag right after I got the food. They need to get health inspectors in here. The food can be good, but we really don’t know the conditions they’re being made in the majority of the time. This confirmed that for me. I had been to this McDonald’s before, but I will never go back here again after that occurrence.

what's the point on hold on to the sauces, is not coming out of your pay check guys and corps don't Give a.. they can fire you easily. i already asked for the sauces during the order but once you get it they never f put it. they want you to leave and forget, is on the receipt that i requested is needed for these dry nuggets and fries. when you always ask for it they give you a face, just quit if you have a issue like damn your not getting any commission for hold it. are you guys saving it for skinny dipping full of sauce. The two MGR is standing there like deers staring at headlights, ignore you knowing you need something. they all look at you and just keep walking. once you ask and it sauce OMG is like they are dying. GIVE THE PEOPLE ITS SAUCE. you're not saving the world holding it

Do yourself a favor and don't come here go somewhere else, this is the nearest mcdonalds to my home but they are just horrible, the other day i bought 2 mcchickens and they send me to the third window where they forgot about me i had to wait over 15 minutes for 2 Mc chickens and also i had to scream and knock the window so they can notice me.Today i came for a coffee and they make you park in the numbers for anything and i also waited 10min for a simple small coffee they are just awful

Drive thru service is not very good. They are not very attentive to what the client asks for

I just went to eat inside with my husband and let me tell you first time ever we got an amazing person take our order. Polly was so nice , patient and polite. She was just very sweet. That’s something you don’t get anymore. Thank you Polly for making our visit very pleasant.

This place is great. The service is fast and the employees are really nice and keep the place spotless. I was surprised how nice it was to just had some coffee and take care of some work while in here.

Just left the drive thru water 10 minutes 10 piece nugget meal received hot nuggets and cold fries which was half way full ask the young lady who gave me my order if she can give me new fries waited again about a minute when I drove off it was the same half box of cold fries I am highly upset called the store no answer probably because the music blasting in the kitchen never again

this was a joke this morning got to the window after waiting about five minutes from placing the order then they wanna park you for three sausage McMuffins and a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. How long is it gonna take two or three minutes they told me I'm not parking. I told them I'm gonna wait here manager came to the window told me to give me the receipt back you'll just refund my money so I can Just leave so I didn't bother you in the receipt either all of a sudden my food shows up then he starts to lecture me as his hand the next time you need to park hold up all the customers why should I Care about the other customers I paid for my food I don't pay to park then on top of it. Two of my three McMuffins were burnt.

I had an issue with an order I made through the app. The receipt was correct. The grill ticket was correct. However, the burger still had onions which I cannot eat. I called the store and talk to the manager, but I was too far away and they couldn’t refund it over the phone, I ended up passing by this location the next day talk to one of the managers they refunded it. Mistakes happen. They owned it and made it quick to fix. Says a lot about management there!

They try to teach the production rate or a production timer by making you send in a drive-thru parking space that doesn't matter what you order it could be a family so that you have to go there sit and wait for someone to bring you your food which is freaking ridiculous

Last night we placed an order through the application, we return to this place and when we went to pick it up they told my husband that there were no ice creams and he told them what we could do because they had already charged it to the card to which the worker and tells him that she can't give it to him because the ice cream machine is already off (?) He insists and tells her that they had already charged us for it and the worker tells him to ask the manager if he can turn on the machine... For them to turn off the ice cream machine would be my question where first they say that there is no one assumes that it is because either they do not have ice cream or the machine was damaged not because they have it turned off, they gave me the ice cream after I assume that the manager authorized that way There was ice cream, and to add to that the food was horrible, the nuggets looked overheated and had a rancid taste and the potatoes were watery.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, I PAYED FOR MY SHAKES AT 10: 30 ITS 11:46 and I still haven’t gotten them, my friend said he found a raconns body part inside m mchicken, my friend named said he found a rat in his shake

I stated only cheese on the my hamburger clearly the one making the food was not paying attention and when I requested to give me a new one as I order I had to return mine instead letting me give to a homeless they rather trow it out it sad that they like to waist the food like that is not the staff fault is management fault this is the main reason I stop working for them

I ordered a large HOT coffee with creams and sugars and I got my coffee. It was ice cold, and it looked like there was no cream and no sugar in my coffee. And it taste like it was a day old. I was so disappointed that’s all I wanted was my coffee and I couldn’t even have that….

Utterly disappointed with the service here. I understand mistakes happen, however when an order goes through the hands of 3 people and it's the WRONG ORDER, it's a wonder if there's any order in this establishment. Even worse when the receipt reads the right order, but the contents are wrong. Again, mistakes happen. But that's why one should double check AND triple check. Last time I'm at this location.

If you order from online or drive thru, please make sure to check your order before leaving. This place is infamous for forgetting items in your order. It's obvious they do NOT check the receipt to make sure the order is correct. 0 stars

La comida es deliciosa el lugar es acogedor

The wait times here are ASTRONOMICALLY long! I’ve spent upwards of 30+ minutes in this drive thru, from arrival to departure. I only have an hour lunch break! The most imperative meetings of teenagers (who can’t count chance) at each widow is ridiculous! Conversing amongst themselves about personal issues comes first! I’m sure they aren’t teaching each other the value of learning to count coins! Or how to be better employees, or improve customer service/wait times. I know because I hear them! These dummies often forget to turn their mics off! Many of them have an attitude. (Did you have this attitude when you needed this job?) I always have to wait “one moment please” at the menu board, after having to say “hello…anyone there?” to even be acknowledged! They park EVERY car that comes through drive thru, engines off, people just waiting. In a year, this problem hasn’t been resolved. McDonald’s corporation should bring back the 90 second drive thru thing and watch this location sink!

If you going through the drive through, be prepared to wait 10-20 minutes. Never fails! Every time I come to this one (closets to home) they always have you park at the side at a number and it seems like they forget about you.

One of the workers went to bathroom not wash her hands I made sure she had gloves on while on the grill won't go there again

Serves old pies to customers. Food delivered for my girlfriend at late 4 pm. The pies were made at 8 am & had 3 hour time period. The stamp of the pie says 11am & the pie is hard & cold !!

The only reason why i stop at this location is because of convenience but they definitely need new management. I stopped in, during the day, around 2pm. I waited for 10 minutes at the cashier to pay for my order. The person who was manning the register thought it more important to walk around while on his phone showing coworkers videos and being everywhere else but the register. When he finally decided to come over, there was no greeting, no polite exchange, or an explanation as to why he walked by 3 times and did not provide service. When we finally received our order, again there wasn't a polite exchange (different worker) such as "enjoy your meal" or "have a good day". Instead the bag was slammed on the counter and the person just turned their back on us, not even asking if we have everything or if we needed anything else. I have the food 2 stars because the burgers were super dry, the fries were not as hot as they could be no was salt added (the only location in Kissimmee that does this) their customer service is horrible. I truly dislike coming to this location unless, like i said, I'm heading home and need to stop to get something but i will usually look for other locations just to avoid coming to this one. For further context the drive thru was not flooded and the indoor service was not crowded.

Soy frecuente de este local, casi diario, llegue por la APP, e hice un pedido a las 10:33 pm , ya a esa hora no aceptaba curbside ( cosa no entendi ) Lo pido por drive thru) y me paro en la fila luego de 8 minutos que veo que nadie avanza y nadie del local hablo a por el speaker, me acerco a la ventanilla y le hago la observación a la “cajera” y me dice que ella no escucha nada!!, le indico que tiene varios autos en fila hace minutos y me bajo a buscar mi pedido, me atiende otra joven, y le dice que no me puede dar mi pedido por ahí, por que no lo ve!!! Y por que ya están “cerrados” que Rafael, el manager mano a cerrar a las 10:30, pero ellos seguían abiertos de mentira pues! Regreso al auto a buscar mi bendito pedido, y otra vez nadie responde, me acerco a la ventanilla, y si, LA ÚNICA persona amable me indica que solo la hamburguesa y unos nuggets me podía dar, por que ya la máquina de helados, y otra vez Rafael, el Manager la había cerrado temprano, Resultado, no hay helados y esperar unas horas que me den el refound En resumen, SI ESTE LOCAL QUIERE CERRAR TEMPRANO CIERREN, no acepten pedidos y no dejen las personas en la fila esperando sin atención Si no quieren trabajar pues ese no es su trabajo adecuado Lastima, este local antes era de los mejores, creo que quien esté a cargo debería revisar su personal, o cierren mas temprano y ya!
