Seems that this location has had bad reviews for years and nothing is done to fix it. High turnover rate. I almost see someone new every month. They are overworked. They close when they want to close. Many hospital workers rely on this location for our lunch. They close early almost every time I want to come. I have resorted to ordering online. Even after I placed my order I walked by and the employee was already half way through putting everything away. My order was placed around 9:20pm and he didn’t see it before closing up. So I had to remind him to check the online orders because he didn’t see mine. Thankfully he took some stuff back out to complete my order and I was able to eat. Another employee bursted into tears after a nurse was questioning why they were closing early(30 min early). They never have lettuce towards the end of their shift. This is a terrible location and managed very poorly. The hospital should shut them down and bring in something else. I’d take Jimmy John’s over Subway. Edit: changed from my 1 star review. they have gotten better and my favorite employee is Steven. Always kind and friendly despite how busy he is. He definitely turned the place around and deserves a raise!

They are supposed to close at 10pm and they are already closing at 8:30.

I went to buy some bread with tuna. And the white man. I told him mall pan con atún and he used racism with me because he said he didn't understand what I wanted. Did it look like he didn't want to work or was he stressed or did he talk bad to me?

Closed 30 minutes early refused to serve me. I was trying to buy my husband who just got out a surgery a sandwich since it’s the only thing open here.

I'm a patient from HCA Florida Osceola Hospital. One of the nurses had to get my food. I could give less than one star or nothing at all. I ordered something online and they sent something completely different an cheaper than what I ordered. When the nurse claimed they just gave the wrong order. They should be honest and tell me that on the phone. I called them three times and they hanged up. Thursday, July 6th, 2013 at 8;25 PM

First time here the lady didn't want to make me a sandwich

This Subway has a high volume of people consistently due the location As a result, the pizza was raw inside. The middle of it was completely frozen. The same person who prepared the food, took the cash at the register which is unsanitary. I was disappointed with this location after going to other locations.

Everyday they choose a what time they want to open. Today are two employees there but @0939 they still telling ti the costumers that they are close until 10. On the web site say they are supposed to open @0900

They’re supposed to be open at 9 o’clock they never open at 9 o’clock open 11 or 12 o’clock is very inconvenient Because I work in the hospital and I never have a chance to eat because the hours that they open I asked the manager what time they really open and he doesn’t answer me I also ask him what time they close he didn’t want to answer me and they never open by the time that we really need them so they need to do something I bought it if not they’re not gonna be making much money I am not the only one that’s a lot of people complaining in my job about the same Situation so somebody in the high need to do something and check them out

Working overnight at a hospital where the only option to buy food is a subway that's open til 10pm is hard enough.... When that subway is unmanned from 9:15pm to now 9:35 so far... It's ridiculous. Hospital workers don't get adequate breaks, why is it ok for subway workers to abandon us in the final minutes we can get something to eat in a 13 hour shift? Ridiculous and changes need to be made immediately or else we need to boycott this place and put them out of business so somebody that actually CARES can service this staff.

Me decepciona un poco que es la segunda vez que vengo a consumir al lugar y el horario dice que a las 9am están abiertos y nunca están listos a las 9am, hoy mismo son las 10:19 am y aun no están abiertos, deben cambiar el horario de la tienda para que comiencen sus preparaciones antes de que el horario de apertura comience. El servicio fue bueno la primera vez, pero creo que es una exageración el aun no estar preparados.

The worker was very disrespectful. I being the only person there waited while she washed her hands to serve me. Before she was done a lady walks up to the counter and instead of taking my order she walks right by me and greets the lady who turns out to be her friend and proceeds to serve her before me. I walked away because I refuse to shop where I am not respected. December 15, 2022 around 3:15pm. If management reads this and cares.

Phenomenal expertise from a young man named Isiah, he went above and beyond to help me and fellow customers in line to not only speed up the process but to also make sure we were given everything we had asked for 10/10
