very uptight and lacks that extra kindness to help ppl out. Definitely the “if you mess with me I will beat you up” type of ppl. The food literally tastes like it’s stale. I remember one time where I ordered hash browns; let me tell you, those things were SO STALE, Cold, very unimpressive. I recommend the location on aloma, left side of dean it’s on the other side of where texas road house and publix is. That one, at least ppl are more courteous and less cold food.

Really Dunkin?, you sugar your jelly donuts on just one side now? Is it really that expensive that you cant put it on both sides? And hardly any glaze on the glazed donut? Come on guys, 7-eleven should not have better donuts than you guys!

It's too hot outside, I'm a costumer and I asked for a cup of water and they wanted me to pay for a cup of water!!! I was just picking up an order and it's just crazy how I have to pay for a cup of water!

I go here a lot I always ask for a quarter cup of ice they always put half or more. Let it slide 2x Call manager he acted like he didn't care. Spend too much money there to get shotty service. Wake Up Dunkin 🙃 NEW NEWS They woke up. Very happy with them.

I go to this specific dunkin over other in my area because they are ALWAYS on point. The service is always quick and ACCURATE. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 would drive past other Dunkin’s to go to this one specifically.

Some how the girl mistook me asking for cream in my drink, for using cream as the ENTIRE drink. Like seriously she thought I meant all half and half no coffee. Threw it out of the window

Plenty of seats to enjoy a coffee break. Nice decor inside. Good music playing at a confortable level. The cashier was nice. This location is very busy so be patient if you order food. $3 for the sausage and egg croissant is a steal!

This is the 2nd year that I came to this Dunkin donuts. And,for the 2nd straight year. They deny Veterans a free donut. Every other Dunkins participants on Veterans day(Along w/other establishments/restaurants).I do not understand why. Anyway,this will be the last time I will visit this location.

Ordered iced coffee with outmilk. Has little bit of outmilk and no pumkin swirl. Nobody awnsers when you call this location. Update, ordered an iced coffee. Its nothing but cold foam and oatmilk. Like no coffee whatsoever. I said something to the person in the window and they just shrugged me off. This place needs new managment. They do not reflect the mission dunkin is trying to achieve. Update: Better service. Iced latte was a little warm but it was better overall.

We used the drive-thru. Very fast service. Hot coffee and fresh Donuts.just recently used a coupon card for donuts. This store is so welcoming , I love coming to this location.

When I take my grandchildren into store they really treat the courtesy and politeness! My grandson asked for Dunkin' Donuts regularly he and I love going over there together when we go my grandson Little Tornado 🌪 absolutely loves the strawberry sprinkles Donuts

Wow what a great breakfast i had..i got sweet pepper bacon and egg on a croissant..it was so good i got a frozen frap coffe drink..i didnt even know they had them there..they should advertise it cause it was that delicious

Love getting the iced macha latte really good but they put in a lot of ice so after like 5 sips of it, its all gone even if it's a medium. So always ask for light ice

Great service and the employees are very caring and friendly. Joe handled my order and was amazing. He definitely deserves a raise. He cares about the customers and the quality of the food.

First, the cashier (heavyset male) was being low key rude. The iced caramel latte was more like milk with a splash of coffee. Hash browns were a little burnt. The chicken croissant was only item decent.

1st time I had a frozen hot chocolate. 😍🥰 I'm in love. Absolutely delicious and ordering on the app made it super fast and easy to get.
