I volunteered for the Special Olympics state bowling championship. What a great time. If you have an opportunity to volunteer for the organization, it is a rewarding experience for you and the athletes.

Clean, fun, drinks were good. I gave it a 4 because of the price. $40 for 1 hr is a bit high, in my opinion.

Josh was amazing , I came to visit from Houston. Had a fantastic time with an old friend. It was so busy but Josh stayed on top of our table . Checked in with us often. Super nice guy , He made our visit so wonderful. Recommend 10/10 if Josh is there, 8/10 if Josh isn’t lol

Wonderful times with friends. Affordable, enough lanes to not feel squished, and friendly staff. Chase was very polite and helpful with setting my family up for the night. He even answered my questions about joining a league in the coming months.

My dad and I have been coming here for months just to play billiards after work. We had a great time and conversation with Josh. We ordered food along with drinks and we have no complaints. He’s a cool dude who made the room feel full. Unfortunately I lost against my dad and this place feels just right so we’ll be back for sure 🎱

Today I visited this bowling allea for the first time. It's excellent, I loved the Arcade area, it's great and the super lines are very big. I think I will celebrate my oldest son's birthday in December.

I had my son's birthday and everything was amazing! We had a wonderful time with our host Talia. She was very nice and pleasant. She was very helpful and always attentive with our newda. I have to say everything was perfect. I do recommend boardwalk bowl for birthday party!!!

On 8/4 my family and myself came to the bowling alley to celebrate my nephews birthday. We paid for 2 lanes. Lanes 63/64. From the moment we started setting the lanes up we noticed a problems with lane 64 when the cage that reset the pins would not actually reset. It showed that the games was ongoing but the cage never lifted from the pins. I had to go reported twice and it took over 20 mins for someone to come to fix it while the time we paid for was running. Once fix they reset the time. Half way through the game the balls stop coming back, stopping the game on its track. Once again it had to be reported twice and after 10 min someone came to tell us what the problems was. Ultimately, telling us, with an attitude: “we will give you 15 more min to finish the game and then you guys are done.”So the bowling alley knew the had a problem with the lanes and rather than moving us they decided to give us the ultimatum before holding themselves accountable for not properly maintaining their lanes. It’s not our jobs as patrons to know what is going on with the lane. Is their job as the owners of the establishment to ensure their equipment works properly.

We have had multiple corporate events there, the team headed up by Allison McMullan are amazing & customer focused!!! She and team do everything possible to accommodate, go above and beyond to please the customer! The food is so tasty don't skip the brussel sprouts!! They are life changing❤️ the wings, pizza all of is great! Not your typical "bowling alley" is bright, clean and tons of things to do and enjoy while there!

If we have our future Conferences in Orlando, we will definitely use Boardwalk Bowling Center. It was an absolute pleasure working with you and your staff.

We recently went for the FleetDJs Music Conference Duke's & Boots Southern Soul Bowling Tournament Great place nice and clean alot of space and plenty of things to do if you don't bowl.

Grandson bowled in a tournament. Ordered Chef Salad it was perfect. Nice clean place 🙂

The lanes is broken many times during your game. Not replace the time.

The young guy named Anthony at the customer service was very helpful and respectful and had a great attitude when you asked for something was no problem answering anything and it was cheap

We took our summer camp students and was super great!

I used to go to Boardwalk religiously for Billiards. Went back today and everything had changed. Most good, but a few key areas kept us from spending our money there. First, the only reason we went there, the pool tables. They moved them to a separate room from where they were and replaced them with, get this, cornhole. Additionally, the price model they used before for the pool tables was affordable and we'd actually spend more time there, buying food and playing arcade games. Speaking of which, the food and drinks have also gone up in price. Instead of the affordable model, they opted for five dollars for a half hour game. In other words you are being timed instead of playing at your own pace. It's a disgrace to what made Boardwalk great. The last point I'd like to make is about the arcade, the pricing specifically. While the quality certainly increased, so did the price. The amount of credits you receive however went down. Before you could get 200 credits for 50 bucks, however, 50 now gets you nearly half what you used to get. They have weaponized shrinkflation to squeeze blood from the stone. I don't recommend this place, not at the moment. I'll update this when they decide to put the consumer first.

Bowling was great, however they have the worst DJ I have ever heard. The DJ blares the same air horn sound bite every 10 seconds in every song. There is no reason for an air horn sound bite to be thrown in pop songs. Please get a new DJ.

Here because of that god awful DJ. Every beautiful sound played was ruined by the DJ. Felt like I was in an insane asylum hearing the same air horn sound bite every 5 seconds. Ruined the entire bowl.

We had a great time for family event. The facilities are lively and in great condition. The service was friendly and the food was good. Overall we were very pleased and we'll be back again.

Great server and fun places to bowl n play but not to clean

Really gross business,used to work here and there's moldy food storage. Also treat employees very poorly.

This place has gone downhill in the last year or so. Machines are broken and there is a problem every week at league, which results in league taking longer than it has to. Not to mention, staff is a big part of the problem. Foul lights don’t work. So on and so forth… Sadly I will only be coming back next Fall for the Tuesday league and won’t be bowling this summer. Perhaps over the summer, these issues will be fixed and I’ll enjoy bowling here again.

It's a good spot, only gripe is that pool is really expensive 🫰

The bigger side of the place was 100% empty but there were no lanes available for 3 more hours with no explanation why.

Went their for a fighting game local and had an absolute blast. The space was great and seemed like good vibes all around.

Decided to leave a review after a few visits. My fiancé and I come almost every Wednesday night for their $14.99 AYCB. The first time we went our server was right at our lane as soon as we got set up, was on top of everything a very quick and extremely friendly; had a very fun time. This most recent time however was very different. No server came to our lane at all, we had to get up and use the ordering screen for everything and then go all the way up to the bar for our drinks. We tried to excuse that it was busy but it was busy the first time too. I don’t know what was up this time but it’s okay stuff happens.

Boardwalk Bowl has an amazing staff. They were very professional and courtesy. My students thoroughy enjoyed themselves!

The women's bathroom is disgusting. And the drinks and food are super expensive.

Very nice place to bowl. No lane issues, clean and modern.

I met up with a friend here and let me tell you. The drinks at the bar are A1. Bartenders are kind and courteous. They have a section with a live DJ which was a vibe in itself. Would Def return. I didn't bowl nor play arcades, come for drinks and a good time. You will be pleasantly surprised.

Excellent experience, good attention, my spring break camp was excellent.

This place is absolutely unbelievable. I came here with my kids since i last came in 2012. First of all, the pizza had hair in it, same as the beer. The bathrooms were absolutely dirty, toilet paper everywhere,pee, ect. Random kids running around my area like its a playground and taking my balls. And one of our rows were malfunctioning like do better. May or may not coming here. Susan was not happy.

This place is one of the worst bowling alleys I have EVER been to. My kids Noah and Sara had to wait 5 minutes each round just to bowl. Pizza was disgustingly gross and had hair in it. The service was very bad and I did not have a good experience at all. I’m very dissatisfied with this place. Never coming back.

I didn't get to bowl, but THE FOOD WAS SOOOOOO GOOD I honestly can't even put it into words. Had a grilled cheese, tater tots, and pepperoni pizza, honestly some of if not the best pizza I've ever had. God Bless that chef. Some of the arcade machines are scams though, watch out.

If it wasn't for my commitment to my team, I wouldn't bowl another game at boardwalk bowl Until they prove they actually care about the bowling experience. Fix the machines. Perform proper Preventative maintenance. Higher management and staff that actually understands bowling. The amount of stops has been comical and you see the same problem on the same pair of lanes For several weeks in a row without being addressed. I have heard similar complaints at their other bowling centers as well. It seems that aloma bowling centers have gotten too big for their own good.

Event staff were falling over themselves to plan and execute an event for 200 people in the best possible way. It went amazingly well and my group could not have been more appreciative.

I celebrated my daughter's 20th b'day on New Year's eve. It was awesome had a great time. Plus ended up winning a karaoke machine. Highly will recommend to others. Thank you!

Not worth the money for food, drinks or bowling. NO COLD MUGS, no beer specials, 6 French fries with a kids meal. Come on. It’s a potato. We spent $150 in 2 hours

I love this place- good food and nice vibe.

Really bad experience. My family and I were in line for about 15 minutes and we got to the cashier they told us there was a waiting period of 1 hour and 40 minutes, we said ok and waited. when got a phone message our turn is good for bowling and we got to the cashier they told us we needed to get back in line with the rest of the people that had just gotten there. That was not fair at all. Me and my family and friends and coworkers will never step inside this place. They didn't even apologized, they didn't even warned us about the process to bowl. Very Unsatisfied customer

This place is ridiculous. We signed up to an 1 hour and 20 minute wait time. Then when we received a text that our lane was ready, we went to the desk. We were then told to go to the back of the line. The line reached all the way back to the cafeteria area. When I asked can we just go to our lane, they said it's policy and I'll have to wait in line again. I asked for a manager and waited for a little bit, only to have another employee who was not the manager tell me it's policy and would have to go to the back of the line. At this point it's been 30 minutes after I received the text my lane was ready. I got upset we had to wait just so we had to wait agian. The messed up part is, we came here all the way from Lakeland because I use to go here as a kid.

This place has a lot of great lanes and a lot of leagues. My son is here on Monday nights for Jr Gold. Food and people are amazing I only wish they had melted cheese for the cheese fries but hey I can survive.

This review is for Kenny Santiago. He did amazing at helping us whenever we had problems during league. The power went out twice, causing issues with the lanes and scoring. He was there to help get everything back on track. We had a last minute request to have some extra pins added to each lane and he had it handled before practice even started. There were mistakes made with drinks and food, but he was there to check on us and made sure we were taken care of. I don't usually have this many issues when I bowl at Boardwalk, but Kenny ensured we still had a good night of league despite the problems.

We had our year end event at Boardwalk Bowl Entertainment Center on Colonial drive...This facility has more than just bowling, they have beautiful billiards tables, large game room, and cornhole games set up for use. The Ladies in the event department are top notch! We had a breakout room for our "white elephant event" and Chance our server and the bartender were fantastic. I HIGHLY recommend Boardwalk Bowl for events or a great night out of fun with the family.

Great space here many lanes , food and beverages are great. We where there early afternoon , and had a great time with the kids as well...... kid friendly place has arcade to entertain them , and pool table in the back... and a restaurant up front that was open yet .....very cool place to spend time wit family or friends.

My grandson loves the arcade. Great variety of games. My son-in-law absolutely enjoys herself every Thursday night bowling. It could have a little less influence of alcohol around the children at bowling lanes I don't see that much alcohol in the arcade. The arcade seems to be more child friendly That's why I personally give it 3 stars due to the serving of alcohol at the lanes.

We held our World AIDS Day Tribute Reception at Boardwalk Bowl last week. I cannot say enough good things about our experience there. We are a small nonprofit without a large budget and Boardwalk Bowl Manager, Ali and her assistant Mary were phenomenal at helping us determine what food/beverage choices were best for our event and our budget. Additionally, Ali was available and as involved as we needed her to be while we were setting up for the event. The event staff and food servers went above and beyond, as did the bartending staff. We did not find one person who was inconsistent or less than professional. That is hard to find! I am a bit of a picky eater and don't typically enjoy finger foods. The food was excellent. It was brought out on time, was hot, and came with everything we needed. We received personable, professional, and fair services from Ali and all her staff. We can't wait to work with her again!

Watched the Baltimore Raven game at Brooklyn South Bar at Boardwalk Bowl. Nice overall facility with lots of entertainment options. Nice spot to get a large group of people together.
