So so delicious I am impressed. Had the decaf white mocha and bacon burrito. One of the best coffees and breakfast burritos I've ever had. Tastes so fresh. I'll be back to try the pb cup drink.

I’ve been coming to the scooters on east colonial since it opened and I usually have a wonderful experience. Today, unfortunately was not the case. I entered the drive through line and was trying to get clarification on the deal that is being offered through the app. The employee that was taking my order not only refused to help me navigate through the app but also decided to yell “Jesus Christ” at me when she thought her headset was off, solely because I was trying to understand on the special that the establishment was offering. Then I got to the window and was met with a different employee who also refused to provide me with context on the special and rather tried to give me the managers phone number instead of simply explaining the deal to me. She then offered me a “free” coffee which I greatly appreciated until I pulled off and realized that she gave me the most watered down coffee I have ever tasted and not at all the coffee I had asked for even after I insisted on paying for the coffee I ordered. Again, I am at this establishment frequently and have never been treated so poorly, I hope the scooters employees learn how to properly treat loyal customers upon my next visit.

I would come here more often if it wasn’t so far from my house. This location always looks so clean an service is always good. I get different things each time I visit. My favorite is there energy drinks.

I come to scooters at least 4-6 times a week for my morning coffee. Only reason they’re getting a 4 star is because when I don’t have time to stop in the morning, I order on the app and I send someone to pick it up for me. In the app I clearly click on HOT coffee and every single time it comes as ice coffee. The app needs to be fixed. I decided to order on the app again and picked it up my self and there was the ice coffee waiting for me at the window. I showed the girl that’s usually there with the braids, very nice and professional and she’s aware that the app says hot but they’re handling me an ice coffee. Management please fix the app! Other than that amazing staff!

The iced lattes are some of the best out there. A little pricey but worth it. The workers are always so pleasant and I enjoy coming

Update: Decided to get a frozen coffee. Haven't been there in a while. Got tired of fake smiles and glares. Left today smiling. This place is back to being the great place it once was. 😁😁😁 Congratulations Cat. You and your team know how to be kind and spread kindness. new manager is not polite. Have been going to this place since it opened. The people there are so happy, polite, great customer service. New manager doesn't fit the location. Catt should be the manager now that Lisa is gone. She helped build this location. Her and the other one's that have been there, make it a pleasure. Shout out to Monty and Cat. New manager, here's a tip.....learn to be friendly. Smile, it won't hurt. Every time I see you, you seem angry. I don't go as often as before now.

Drive through was quick and employee was nice. I ordered the Caramel Cold brew with extra ice and not sure what I got because it looked nothing like the picture online lol! Hardly any ice and it had weird old taste 👎🏻 drove from 45 minutes away 😑

The Oreo cake bites were delicious and highly recommended!

I don't know where you guys get your coffee but if you're not going to scooters you should be. The staff is absolutely incredible every time I come here they are so nice. The coffee is fantastic I have never got that weird burnt tasting coffee that you get other places and the prices are great. If you haven't come to scooters yet definitely give it a shot it will be your new favorite coffee shop I promise.

You ever get a smoothie or frozen drink, and every time you take a sip, only a little bit comes out? As if it was mostly ice or something? That's how my frozen coffee was. It tasted good, but I couldn't drink it with a straw.

Minus one star for the microwaved chewy bagel breakfast sandwich. BUT coffee and service were both excellent. Skip the food, order the drinks.

I ordered hot coffee and got it in a hot coffee cup, but it wasn't hot at all. I also ordered pretzels, and they were not hot. The service was super slow. It looks nice, but I would rather it looks like a junk yard as long as I get good hot coffee and good hot food. I don't care what it looks like.

This place has great coffee and a wonderful team. My dog loved his pup cup, it was his little reward after the vet. I also am a fan of the fact they told me to “Scoot on up”, I love a good pun.

Best drive thru coffee spot ever!

While ordering a latte, the lady taking my order asked what flavor I wanted, so I asked her “what are my options?” And she said “just look at the menu.” WOW mind you I didn’t have my reading glasses nearby how was I to know? Then I asked for sugar free vanilla syrup and they added sugar free flavoring instead of replacing the regular syrup.

Honestly if I can leave 10 stars I would I've been going everyday since last year on their grand opening one of the best cup of coffee anyone could ask for, And the team Mrs.Lisa has is a outstanding crew thank you for making my cups of coffee the right way everything. I give them A+ everyday thank you scooters coffee. Taking the time to make coffee the best possible way sometimes I go back for seconds almost 3-4 times a week. ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

One of the only places near UCF that has a white mocha and it's pretty good compared to others. Staff was friendly and service was super quick in drive-thru. Bound to be my #1 place for coffee in the future!

I needed my caffeine fix and remembered the shop was close to the area I was coming from and decided to stop by! I have tried the Oakridge location and was looking forward to this one and they sure delivered! Not only is the coffee tasty, smooth, made well abd not bitter, but the service received is always nice. To top it off you get a smiley sticker with your coffee cup! I tried their mini donuts for the 1s time and they were delish and hit the sugary craving. I will definitely stop by when I am around the area and please bring a location close to Altamonte!

Interesting and unique coffee option as an alternative to Dunkin' across the street. The flavored lattes and muffins are very sweet, you definitely get a sugar rush after, but I still enjoyed them. Service is wicked fast, rarely a line at the drive-thru and the order is ready by the time you pull up to the window. Prices are about the going rate for coffee shops. I do recommend and hope they expand to more locations in Central Florida.

We love scooters!!! The staff is literally the best, so friendly. Coffee is always great, food is 10/10. It’s always super speedy too. Kane says the pup cups are the best and the nice ladies are a close second.

Very reminiscent of Cali Coffee or Dutch Bros in regard to style. The staff was so incredibly kind especially the person over the speaker box! Quick service and yummy drinks as well. This might be better than Starbucks in my opinion.

Stop going to McDonald’s for your frap and get a blended caramelicious from Scooters! I’m a manager for another coffee company, but we don’t do blended drinks and I cannot survive this Florida heat without one 🤫 I mention this because I’m picky about my coffee after 8 years in the industry and this place has got the good stuff. The drink is always perfect and it tastes the same every order, the coffee is a nice bold flavor without being too strong or too weak, I love to add an extra shot and the staff are amazing. Never had a poor customer service experience, every single staff member I’ve encountered has been super friendly and up beat which I know can be a challenge in drivethrus, so kudos to the team for sure. The manager is on site occasionally when I stop by and she is very friendly. You can tell she cares about delivering a positive customer experience and helped me catch on to downloading the app to get reward points. I would have to say my over all favorite thing (besides caramelicious) is the pun they make when you finish ordering. I’m sure the staff thinks it’s silly but it made my day the first time they told me to scoot to the window 😂 now I look forward to it, scoot scoot. Been meaning to write a 5 star review ever since. Thank you guys for keeping me cool and caffeinated.

The blended turtle lattes were delicioso. The mango smoothie was nothing short of immaculate, the "bee's knees" if you will.

I did not like the coffee. It’s not strong and the flavors are super artificial tasting. The employees were friendly and it seems like a nice store, I just don’t care for their coffee. I need it stronger.

Drive-thru coffee house that rival Starbucks. The Caramelicious Blender is delicious. Their smoothies and RedBull drinks are too. Prices are moderate and seem less that Starbucks. Scoot on over and give them a try. P S. They are take-out/delivery only.

First time I've been there and it was a great experience! Wasn't sure what to get, but the cashier was able to give recommendations. I ended up getting the white chocolate rose blended, and it's the perfect light coffee pick-me-up for a morning! I also got the everything bagel sandwich and it was hot and yummy, sausage was on the peppery side but I enjoyed it thoroughly. Def will be back :))

First time trying this place and it was really good. I ordered a smoothie and a nitro cold brew. To everyone’s point, it is a little pricey, but cheaper than most franchise coffee shops. Would definitely return and recommend for a little pick me up.

I tried scooters for the first time yesterday. I had the peanut butter protein smoothie and it was pretty good. My girlfriend had the sausage burrito. That was terrible! I watched the worker pull it out of an oven wrapped up in something. I thought that was weird. When we opened it up it was a microwaved burrito wrapped in plastic. It was all soggy and I tried it and it literally tasted like plastic. Drink was 10/10 food 0/10 I would not recommend eating here.

On my way to work! Finally, another option besides Wawas Starbucks, Dunkin... They are very friendly there. Obviously trained well. They have a lot of SUGAR FREE Syrups. I'm so excited because I'm Keto! SF Mocha, SF Hazelnut... two of my favorites! No one else has these! Always fast service too and great APP!

I absolutely adore this coffee drive-thru. Always feel like my coffee and my food is fresh. I visit just about every day and everyone is so kind. Don’t forget to scoot on up!

I recommend this place to all my friends because its always a nice experience with them. The staff are super friendly and fast every time, and can I just say this company seems to really care about the little things, the samples before you order, the sweet and silly notes they write on the cups, the cute smiley stickers, their pup cups are the best by far, they give lollipops for the little ones, and they never miss a chance to thank you for visiting I think it gives all the more reason to keep going here although it is expensive the taste and services are well worth it.

I am LOVING this place! I used to be an everyday regular at Starbucks but since my first visit at Scooters I haven’t been back. The customer service is way better and every time i visit they’re fast and extremely accommodating, just truly delightful. One out of the very many times I’ve been they messed up my drink but still let me have it and a remake instead of letting it go to waste! I also love the flavor selection it’s not just your basics I tried the candy bar latte and it’s sweet but to die for. And don’t even get me started on the food! Needless to say I plan on being a long time regular! Thank you Scooters crew!

Awful. I've given this place 3 tries and I won't be back. The chai latte had no spice and was way too sweet. Yesterday, I tried a strawberry acai drink with coconut milk and it tasted distinctly like Robitussin. Gave two stars because the employees are great, friendly, and fast. I think the issue the recipes themselves and clearly they aren't to my taste.

I love scooters coffee and I think it’s a great addition to the coffee shops around UCF. Scooters have been popping up all over and their coffee is delicious. They are well priced, have great staff and the coffee is delicious. The red velvet cake bites wetter yummy!

So happy to have them in Orlando! I contemplated starting a franchise myself just to have one here! Being from Nebraska it’s great to have a taste of him here locally!
