ebony (tavernier location) is a one man band she had people in line in the drive through as well as people in the shop and was all by herself she remained professional and patient. she spoke to everyone equally and attended to all patrons. cudos to her 🙌🏼🙌🏼

Stopped here on the way down to Key West. It's a nice Dunkin', and our orders were correct, but it was hard understanding some of the employees accents.

Average food, average service, but the premises is disgusting. Trash everywhere and nothing is tidy.

Bad service. Dirty toilett with no toilet paper. Do not stop.

I came to this store Monday morning. The service was great. I came to this same location today 6-19-24 . The guy taking our order was ignorant. He was over talking me as well as mocking us . When we would try to order he was cut us off & then start yelling at us . Horrible service . I didn’t get his name. He shouldn’t be in customer service !

Not well kept. Person who took order barely speaks english and couldnt get order right. Person in back was worried more about what tips they got than actually working. Place is dirty, men’s restroom not working, outside table umbrellas are torn to pieces.

New server, no problem, except she didn't know English super well so we had to repeat the order 4 times, and one drink was still wrong. She didn't smile, at all, she stared blankly at us and then the younger guy helped her. Coffee was good, Churro latte was correct, that was positive. You can tell the evening shift before didn't clean well, or at all. Had to use the restroom, huge tp roll was on top of the dispenser.. I mean if you can put it on top, you could probably grab the key and refill the inside. The floors, handles, and doors were filthy, like really filthy, I used more tp to open the door in the restroom. The level of cleanliness here is not good at least from our customer perspective, hopefully it's better behind the counter. This was 930am, it really looked like it wasn't clean from yesterday, or a few days. The manager needs to do a better job ensuring the workers are performing their duties. A clean presentation would have given us more confidence to come back. The positive is that there's room for improvement. I hope they do so this location survives.

Customer service is awful, every time I go some machine is not working employees are rude and food is average, not going there anymore

Says open till 7pm. Got there at 6:20...door locked. Lady finally unlocks door...says...I won't make any more coffee today! Stay away from here!!

Worst customer service I've experienced at a dunkin. I told the person to hold on while someone was looking at the menu and the person continued to ask what I wanted 3 times in about 5 seconds. After the 3rd item was ordered the person said that completes your order pull ahead. Wasn't finished ordering though.

Just don’t waste your time or money there. During our family trip from the keys to Miami, we decided to make a quick stop. Unfortunately, our experience was not pleasant. Our order was incomplete. The bag we received was dirty. The coffee tasted burnt, overall just bad customer service. After we placed our order, I decided to check the reviews of the restaurant and saw the negative feedback dating back six months. It's surprising that this place is still in operation, especially considering that their phone number is disconnected.

I don’t know if our server was having a bad day or what, but she was miserable, even when we gave her a big tip. The donut I had was dry and the coffee was not good (tasted burnt) but not so sure if that is because we are so close to Cuba and that is the style. The lights didn’t work in the total and the store was dirty, I don’t recommend.

Rude service, tons of attitude. They automatically give you a large if you don’t specify size.

Only one person to serve all customers inside and drive through.

One person working, the other employees standing outside smoking cigarettes. I waited for a while, then gave up.

Always closes early. If your hours are different than posted, change them online.

They closed before 6pm when online and store signage states they close at 7pm.

I had to wait 7 minutes at drive thru to order, I ordered LG Caramel frozen coffee and sausage, egg cheese croissant, the coffee was not what I asked for, no caramel in it...people not nice, very rude at window

It was pretty good. The guy who made the drink was great. The ppl making the food were a bit rude, but they were busy, they gave me the wrong sandwich.

I have been going to Dunkin for over 40 years. I still love their doughnuts even though they are mass produced. The staff here was more interested in sharing who did what to who. I really don't care to hear about their friends issues. More concern about the customers would be nice.

It’s is a good Dunkin donates. Customer service was friendly. Coffee and donats as expected. Avocado sandwich was a pleasant surprise.

We were here on our way to Orlando, stopped by to enjoy coffee along with everything bagels which are hit and fresh, filled with cheese. They have their own restrooms as well. Enjoyed Americano, bagels and doughnut

Deborah was all of the atmosphere in this store! She was great behind the counter and was the definition of hospitality. Everyone who came in knew she was taking care of them!!! Would for sure come back for more doughnuts and Deborah.

Made to go order in store, server didn't put finished drink in the "to-go" area for me to know it's ready. Then when I walked up the server decided to start cooking my order, btw the center was still cold. Just as I was walking out we noticed little Sugar Ants on the bar counter top, disgusting...

Chairs on tables, so obviously not wanted to dine in, that's fine outside seating was available. They were very short staffed, like every where. But the attitude was unnecessary. Working retail (specifically food) it very difficult. I go out of my way to be helpful and understanding. Not everyone coming in is out to make your day worse!

Very busy all weekend. They were out of most menu items. No drinks in cooler, no iced coffee, no bacon, etc. Cashier stated corporate doesn't send them enough and they run at early every weekend. Someone needs to do better ordering for this franchise or at least make a sign stating what they're out of so you don't have to wait in a long line to find out.
