I love this mcdonald's, perfect place to kill the munchies after a long day of fishing and not catching anything lol. At least I make it up with a double filet o fish.

This place can’t get an order right to save their life

Been trying to call them for 3 days bout my messed up order but have got no answer

Horrible customer service and order is ALWAYS wrong! I hate hate hate visiting this location. We drive all the way to Key Largo, over 30 miles each way, just to avoid this location.

They usually don't make your oder when you put in a mobile order but this time they did and had our frappes in the freezer so it was frozen melted and just wasn't good and we had just came from my daughter being in the hospital

It’s McDonald’s but it was hot fresh and delicious. Cashier was pleasant. Great experience.

My last visit was very good. Although the last few visits encompassed peak breakfast time and the hashbrowns tasted like very old frying oil and that taste carried through the rest of the meal. And this happened on numerous occasions. It just so happened that we didn't order fried food on our last meal

Ms. Betty, was kind and treated my family wonderfully. She was very nice, even when we were coming back to Miami from Key West with my elderly aunts; she helped them without hesitation. Also, I'd like to highlight that Ms. Betty has a good standard because she is trying to learn Spanish and she is doing very well, to be able to help the diversity of people and cultures that there are here in the USA. We are grateful with you, Ms. Betty; and we do like to everyone who go to this McDonald's look for you. We need more people like she is. Thanks Ms. Betty, God bless you.

Service is always fast, place is always clean. I just wish that this location had sweet tea. And for some reason when you need to modify an order it comes out backwards in fact exactly backward. I ask for no pickles extra onions and they almost always put more pickles and no onions. I can’t believe you have to have a high school diploma to work here and they still can’t read the tickets they get. I’m a chef and I deal with modifications all day. It’s almost a joke how much they mess up at McDonalds and it’s not just this location. The one on Florida city off exit one is the worst. We aren’t eating McDonald Donald’s anymore anyway it makes you fat and lazy. Why they feel they need to make everyone fat and with no energy is beyond me. It’s a billion dollar corporation and they have nasty food. If you don’t want to be fat and lazy just don’t eat here.

Pretty nice MCD. Bathrooms super clean. It was early. Coffee was good and sandwiches decent. Hashbrown tasted like the oil was old. It was freezing inside.

Great service. Manager is excellent.

I pulled up and waited for 5 minutes. No other cars in line. After I said hello to the machine the person on the other end asked me something that was mumbled. So I asked them what I thought they said. After getting my order I was told to go to the parking spot. Again, no other cars in line. Waited 5 minutes again. Saw a car pull up get his food and go (assume it was a mobile order.) then my food was walked to me by the guy who took payment and told me to park. Wondering why he wanted me to park as i could have gotten my food before the car that came after me, I noticed he wanted to vape. He smoked as he walked back into the store. It all made sense. He wanted me to park so he had a reason to go outside and smoke. Not sure if that is allowed but it’s definitely not efficient or professional at any level, even McDonald’s.

Long waiting times, otherwise a typical McDonald's

The cashier (wearing a yellow vest) was extremely rude. The rest of the staff were not friendly either. The food was good though.

The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh, and our food was brought to us in a reasonable amount of time.

Very quiet and not welcoming, food was disgusting and the service was awful, the server probably used 3 words to ask if I want another drink and was rude when I asked her to repeat herself. Not the best McDonald’s I’ve been to.

So it’s McDonald’s food. It was quick, fast, hot, tasty, and ordered to go.

Just a quick point to pick some breakfast on your way to The Keys, nothing special, better places around

Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and they rang up extra cheese that's 3 pieces of cheese, the grease was running out of the box. I stood at the counter for ten minutes waiting on my food and realized my order was on the counter

The food is ok. But the drink machine has been broken for over a month. Or someone can not make a soda.

We did drive through . It was very late and as the only place opened in the keys . We had a craving for I cream cone and went back just after 2am but they had turned off the maker , we were lucky to get two guava pies - omg! Fantastic .

This is my favorite McDonald's. I have been going here atleast a few times a week for the last two or 3 years. They have made maybe one mistake on my order in that entire time and fixed it immediately. The girls working here are excellent. They are friendly, fast and intelligent. These qualities are extremely difficult to find in McDonald's employees. I'm truly glad they work at this store . My daughter loves them and their energy make us both have a better day when we see them. If you like McDonald's, go here. This is one of the best in the country in my opinion. ❤️ Keep up the good work!

The gentleman taking the orders, maybe Dave, was amazing! Super kind, attentive, and guest service oriented. He let me know there was a delay in my order, then personally brought my food and apologized for the wait. He performed these tasks while simultaneously kindly and patiently serving a large group of extremely rude customers. Fantastic customer relations, communication, multitasking, and service skills.

We ordered a chicken sandwich and it came with no meat and the fries were soggy and cold.

Very overpriced and burnt coffee. Stopped here for a quick coffee. Ended up getting a breakfast sandwich and somehow it was $10. Coffee was very bitter with a burnt taste, nothing like what McDonald's coffee normally is. There was also one staff just wasting time cleaning already clean tables and staring at everyone for no reason. I don't like giving bad reviews but this one earned it.

Five star for McDonald's but again it's just a McDonald's I was in and out quickly. I got what I expected. Standardized everything you need for a quick bite before the dive boat early in the morning

It was a good fast food stop. Regular McDonald's fare, but unusually quick. There was a lot of ice cream sold so the only thing we had to wait for was a frozen latte. We got it to go so we didn't really stay, but it was clean and the service was friendly.

Would not accept my card. Keep indicating proceeding. Manager voided transaction. But nothing happened. Waited for over 20 minutes message came back customer voided transaction. I did not void anything! Had to put in my order again ( meanwhile my food has been sitting on the counter) the second time it went through. Not the best experience.

We pulled up in a bus. We were all hungry. The staff handled the crowd efficiently.

There were a lot of service people behind the counter but it took extraordinary long time for somebody to come over to the register. Then several people while I was waiting complained about the wrong order or something was wrong with their order. My Big Mac was very good though.

Terrible service. Couldn’t use my app rewards there. Waiting 15 mins for a milkshake. I know it was in the Keys but that is no excuse for poor service.

they open 24 hours. Thats about the only good thing I could say about them. The french fries were cold not much to say about this place

This McDonald’s is fantastic in Tavenier, Florida Keys.The boss is always helpful in every way serving you. I remember when I had hip surgery two years ago. She came out to my table and brought me my food. She is such a sweetheart and all the employees are great. Captain Bob highly recommends to stop in the McDonald’s in Tavineer Florida keys.

Nice clean store and friendly service. I was able to order at the counter and not have to use the machine so that's a plus. Maybe it was just me but the pancakes seemed extra fluffy today. Definitely a lot cheaper than some of the surrounding restaurants here in the keys.

I normally wouldn’t write a review for a fast food chain unless the service is great or extremely horrible and the reason is because you almost know what you will be getting when you are visiting this kind of restaurant. I stopped at this location on my way to Key West, their service was fast and friendly the location was super clean including the restrooms. Food was freshly cooked and hot. They didn’t make a mistake while taking my order and I observed how they were greeting customers as they walked in and at the drive through! @ISAACPAIZ
