The big lady Kelly is so rude and acts like her job is a bother to her….Not to mention her nails and uniform are always dirty looking….Do not eat here!!!! They do not treat customers well

Foreigners are not welcome here. We explained that we didn't speak English very well and wanted it explained slowly. The older of the two repeated herself extremely unfriendly and at the same speed. The first time we were treated like this in the USA. We stopped going to the toilet because it was just too disgusting! We haven't seen the slightly warmed and soggy sandwiches at Subway before, so far these were warm and crispy!

Beware you may pay for food you did not get. After paying on the app and arriving at the store they said they did not have my order so I pulled the app up and show them and they said it looked like it was stuck in the app, even though I was already charged, they refused to make my food. And when I ask for the managers name, they said they didn’t know. It’s not about having an app issue it’s about how you handle the issue when you have one and how you treat your customers this principal does not appear to be taught to the management staff at this location. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location.

The lady behind the counter was polite and to the point. It’s a Subway not a 5Star restaurant. My daughters and I enjoyed our quick little lunch together. :) we sat outside.

The worst that I've been to. Extremely dirty bathroom, and horrible service, it seems like they work out of obligation.

Worst Subway experience ever. The attendants seem like they are doing you a favor. Poorly assembled snack made anyway. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Pitiful!

This is by far the worst Subway I have visited so far. Service was terrible and disorganized, one of the ladies that appears to be new was being treated poorly by the other one and the chicken was undercooked.

The sandwich artist was on Her phone The whole time. I could not tell if she was talking to me or the person on her cell phone. Bread was old and stale. Only nice thing was sitting outside.

They can use some help at this location, first by hiring more staff for rush hour so people that go on their lunch break don't have to wait 40 minutes for their order. Also, the staff they do have could go through training before put to work because both employees were so lackadaisical and they didn't even have any herbs and cheese bread ready for lunch hour, they just put it in the oven once the line was long. Needless to say I couldn't get the bread I wanted for my sub not because they didn't have any but because they didn't bake it in time for lunch rush hour.

Literally did a pick up order since 4:40 to be ready by 530. Got there at 532; the workers are sitting down and just chatting. I had to call out for them to even get up then the worker started making my order right in front of me. With no apologies what so ever and looked annoyed while doing it. Like what’s the point of having an on demand pick up order if you’re not gonna use it. There was napkins on the floor and things just like dirty and iced out. It wasn’t a good feeling and I don’t think I’m coming back here that’s for sure. Then she goes back to her seat and start watching her show again

Been here many times and always same thing The manager lady is always rude Never have any teas or juices made Bathrooms dirty and no paper products stocked Soooo bad and I wish it wasn’t because it’s a good spot for me to get lunch that’s fairly healthy The guy that works there is always super nice but the owner of this place needs to get rid of majority of her staff.

The treatment of the employee who was in front of the establishment today 09/12/23 2:00 pm was very rude.

The lady at the counter is very rude and does not listen to the customer. Due to less staff, she was in a rush to attend everyone, hence was rude and did not care to understand what customer's want. Will not recommend anyone to go to this place because of poor service and bad attitude of the staff.

Aurora is amazing. She is always happy and loves her clients. She is a pleasure to see when I come into the store.

Standard Subway restaurant and food but with great staff. They made the difference.

This is the closest subway to our house and my son likes the cheese pizza. However ever time we go there no matter the time, they tell me they don't have the pizza because it is frozen. I would think as part of the morning prep they should defrost some pizzas.

Sandwich artist was great, super friendly and professional. Short on items (olives, napkins, tomatoes looked sus in a pool of liquid) but the juice containers, yuck!

They were short staffed the day we went on. The woman behind the counter was great. She was working really hard to to keep up with making sandwiches and running the register.

Ordered a foot long roast beef. They only put 4 pieces of meat on sandwich. I questioned this and they said that was correct. So, I had to pay an additional $3.00 for double meat to get the 8 pieces that I believe is the correct amount for the foot long sandwich. The employee was very nice, and the restaurant was very nice. Would like to know if I am wrong about this.

BMT saved my life. Gosh dang I was hungry. Sub was bussin’.

They answer the phone but will NOT take a to-go order, except online. However, the website does NOT work. The only way to order is through an app. So basically have to go in person if you don't want that.

Food was fresh store clean will be back.

I went in with my father and the customer service was beyond amazing.The 2 girls that work there are so polite and fast it's was a pleasure to eat there. We are from PA and wish they where this friendly back home. Thank you girls 5 stars!!

Not sure as to the names of the girls working at this location. They were fantastic. My husband, daughter and I are vacationing here fro Ft. Lauderdale and we've had a busy and fun times..but today we decided to be lazy and get subway and its great! Girls were pleasant and made sure to give fresh bread. They were fast, sufficient and polite. These girl need to give our subways pointers. Great customer service. I used to work for subway and I'm impressed. Been long time since I've had a sandwich like this. Great job!!

The girl Tatiana is a good worker she made my food quick and it came out very delicious.

Hard to understand the employee, didn't have the my normal sandwich the "club" on the menu. I asked and was told they didn't have it or something to make it. Between masks, plexiglass wall, and her lie speaking volume it was had to hear.

Really nice staff, same good subway sandwiches you expect at any subway.

Well, I have no complaints, I'm driver. I live in a city in northwest florida but, I have been visiting this subway for the past 2 years and at least 3 times a week and I had no problems. I have been treated in English and Spanish, always in good shape, it may be that the features on my face when speaking with anyone transmit serenity and friendship. The fact that it is a place of fast food does not mean that you throw the ingredients inside the bread and then they put it in your mouth, at the same time they ask you about your family, I would feel dazed to be like that, I want a food that is ready quickly but that I can eat it calmly and to be able to disconnect for 30 minutes from the speed of the world in which we live. Once again today I visited this sub, this time for breakfast, they treated me in Spanish, honestly, I felt like I had breakfast at my house. I am a lucky man, They have not treated me badly! Bueno, yo no tengo quejas, soy chofer, vivo en una ciudad al noroeste de florida pero he estado visitando este subway por los pasados 2 años y al menos 3 veces a la semana y nunca he tenido problemas. Me han atendido en ingles y en español, siempre en buena forma, puede ser que las facciones en mi cara al hablar con cualquier persona transmitan serenidad y amistad. El hecho que sea un lugar de comida rapida no quiere decir que te tiren los ingredientes dentro del pan y luego te lo metan en la boca, al mismo tiempo que te preguntan por tu familia, yo me sentiria aturdido de ser asi, yo quiero una comida que este lista rapida pero que me la sirvan con serenidad para comerla tranquilo y poder desconectarme por 30 minutos de la velocidad del mundo en que vivimos. Una vez mas hoy lo visite, esta vez para desayunar, me atendieron en español, honestamente, me senti como si desayunara en mi casa, que dichoso soy de que no me traten mal !!!
