Very nostalgic flavors makes miss home even more the flautas are top notch as well as the soupy tacos :) my new fav spot in austin !

I have been coming to El Paso Flauta for almost a year now! Everything I have tried has been so delicious! Today, I tried their chips and queso!!! Amazingly delicious!! Definitely coming back for some queso!! ❤️

I got the mini birria quesadillas and they’re so delicious. The birria juice/ sauce is the best I’ve ever had it’s so full of flavor with a hint of spice!

Great burritos. Especially liked the chile Colorado with papas. Definitely want to go back to try the flautas & taquitos

Fantastic food and fantastic service. The owner has put a lot of time and effort into updating the parking lot with packed gravel, along with added lighting around hos food truck. Give El Paso Flauta a try, you won't regret it!

Taste of home and everyone treats you like family. This is my go-to place.

Firstly very friendly service by the ladies at the food truck. The Flautas were great and I would come back for more. Very fresh, very crispy and well done. The accompanying sauce had a great flavor and you could easily let it run on the Flautas. Very reasonable pricing as well. Definitely a good truck to order from while in the Easton Park food truck park.

Literally the best nachos my husband and I have ever had! The atmosphere is relaxed, family-friendly and fun with lots of picnic tables, a fire pit, and toys for kids. We will for SURE be back next time we’re in Austin!

The food had amazing flavors and the staff were extremely friendly and kind. I would highly recommend doing the sampler, if you go.

Highly customer-service oriented. Art, one of the owners, offered a sample to choose from & also openly asked, what as a vegetarian, I would like to see on the menu. They are *definitely* open to taking suggestions & catering to your specific tastebuds. Love that about this friendly, small business. Here are some possible ideas, after thinking on them somewhat: potato & cheese (which are coming up, he said!) black bean guacamole Breakfast/brunch tacos (potato, beans, & cheese)? Meatless/eggless huevos rancheros w/ beans, scrambled tofu? The options could be endless & it’s exciting to share possible ideas for them to craft in the future. 10/10 on hospitality, food quality, & portions. Will be back!

We stopped by while camping a few miles away. This place was amazing. Family owned and super friendly. The owner adapted their nacho menu to help out my vegetarian daughter. The flavor was wonderful and the portions were plentiful. Definitely worth the short drive from s Austin!!

The food her was so good. I’m from a border town in south texas and it was cool to taste the similarities and differences with each bite. Tried the flautas, fries, birria, and burrito. All of them were phenomenal, burrito was least favorite. It’s worth the drive to their new location if you want a good flauta fix!

Our first visit. Most food trucks are overrated. This is a legit rating. Wish he was closer but worth the drive.

Ok I'm in love! This place is a little gem 💎 If you haven't been here, definitely give it a try! I judge a taco place based on their limes.... and the limes here are SUPER juicy! They have even took the time to make a simple mini cheese quesadilla for my 2 year old! The first picture is the #7 "The Sampler" and the second picture is the #3 "The Cheesy Baby"

Great food and service, will come back. I had the number two (taquitos with tomato broth) and my wife had the Cheesy Baby! Both were flavorful and delicious. Looking for something extra? Add a side of fries and drop them in the tomato broth, a great suggestion from the chef. And who doesn’t love Award Winning Queso!

Very friendly owner , great flavor and presentation ! The owner even offered up some samples of several other items on the menu , must say the carnitas were some of the best I've had ! Would love to see more consistent hours of operation but it's still definitely worth the effort to catch them when they are open !

Driving by, we found this amazing place which we dont regret stopping in and getting their amazing food! Got greeted on timely matter and our food was ready withing a few minutes. We enjoyed the sampler and the cheesy baby. Highly recommend it! We will make the 25minute drive for it!

Came here with friends for lunch and the food was great! We got 5 different plates and everyone was very happy with their food choices. The chef was super nice, helpful, friendly and obviously talented! We will be back!

The food here speaks for itself! So delicious. The family here is so wonderful and personable, overall one of our faves now! we will have to visit again 😁 I recommend the flautas, the loaded fries, the #2, the birria quesadillas, the nachos, the list goes on!

Omg!! Guys, you have to try El Paso Flauta, number 1 on the menu and don’t forget the chips and queso! Food was super delicious and fresh. You will not regret it .

One of my favorite food trucks! Not only is the food amazing but the family that runs the truck are some of the nicest people ever. I think I crave this meal at least once a week, it’s that’s good! Highly recommend the #1 and the cheesy baby, my go to meal for sure. Today we tried to the cheesy daddy as well, and wow, one of the best quesadillas I’ve ever had! If you are looking for a meal that is delicious every time, and something that will make you sad when it’s over, you need to go here!!!

I live down the street from this food truck. OMG I day dream about these flautas. I have been hyping this place up to everyone I know because I enjoy them so much! Ask for some green sauce if you want spicy! My mouth waters at the thought of eating some! They also have great loaded fries and taquitos! 🤤

So delicious! If you’re in the area, stop by - you won’t regret it. And actually if you’re not nearby, make the trip anyway. This place is worth it. I had the #1 flautas, and I pretty much inhaled it all after the first bite. The meat was flavorful and juicy. The tortilla was nice and crisp. But the sauce. Ah, the sauce! The sauce, my friend is what takes this from tasty to “don’t talk to me, I’m having a moment with my food.” You know it’s good when you’re full, but it’s so tasty, you still want more! Dangerous, I know. My husband got the #2, - the tacos topped with cheese and salsa verde, then submerged in this savory tomato broth. He said it was reminiscent of Chico’s Tacos in the good old days, but better. He went back for a second order, they were so good. And the cherry on top was supporting such friendly people. The owner seemed like a genuinely good guy who loves putting his passion into cooking good food for the people in his community. We will definitely be back!

The tomato sauce and the green chile salsa are so flavorful. These really hit the spot. There is a bit of a wait but they are worth it. Very nice customer service from the friendly gentlemen today. Pro tip: put your fries in the soup too!! 😋

We enjoyed visiting with Art as he prepared a beautiful,tasty meal for us. The flautas are amazing and full of flavor. The Birria is so tender and cooked to perfection. The presentation is simply beautiful. We sampled the queso and had to order as well. You will not be dissappinted! Oh, don't forget to try the wedding galletas, they melt in your mouth. Thanks Art! Fantastic. Art is wonderful and has a great story about why the trailer exists. Fries with queso and birria are nuts.

The flautas were crispy and delicious and the loaded fries were very good as well. The sauces were pretty dang good too. Will definitely be returning to get my flauta fix and explore other items on the menu.

Tried the Birria tacos and the El Paso plate. Tacos were super cheesy and the beef was delicious! Consome had a little bit of a kick to it. The flautas were crispy and tasty too! The red salsa was also nice and spicy. 10/10 would recommend

This place is unbelievably good. We got the number 2, but The Cheesy Baby is to die for. The only negative thing I can say is it makes you miss El Paso!!!

As a fellow El Pasoan i went to El Paso Flautas with an expectation of a taste of home: beef flautas in a tomato sauce and yellow cheese and a side of jalapeño puree. The service was kind and direct. I received in my first order exactly what i asked for. On my second order i think there was some confusion as i had asked for some extra cheese refering to the yellow cheese and instead got queso dip. ( did not realize until i was 35min away). The ambiance, was a casual picnic table on a dirt floor in a warm 80 degrees: Clean and with gentle reminders of it being outdoors... little black ants walking around inserach of a crumb. And the benefit of a convince/liquor store for drinks. And a gas station to fill up just in case. The food it self is best when served hot, and because i have children the first bite was eaten luke warm. So on my second order when I arrived home I heated the flautas in the air fryer and the sauce in the microwave. Prepared my plate: warm flautas, sprinkled yellow cheese, and then poured in the tomato based broth. Added the jalapeño puree to add the heat. It was ready, for the first bite. All was present, nostalgia, hunger, and crunch, broth, slurpy mess... that took me back. El Paso so far and yet in this bite I was there. The broth was a little thicker than the one i know and missed the hint of cumin, but all in all it was good. It did its job I was home.

Best flautas in Austin. The spicy queso is unbelievably delicious!
