More than a cafeteria, it is a combination of the concept of a bakery with a restaurant. It is small, but very cozy. It has a family and very Puerto Rican atmosphere, they took care of every detail. The food tastes delicious. We went Sunday at noon and the service is spectacularly fast despite the line. It's always packed and I already understood why. My grandchildren love this place. Thanks to Shelymar for all the recommendations and his service. Definitely, every time we visit Orlando, we come back ❤️

Incredible, I order a ham cheese sandwich and I'm waiting and these people arrive, familiar with someone from the kitchen. I see when the employee comes out to ask them what they want, they order the same thing as me and then the order comes out before mine and then they ask me how. If nothing, yes, they haven't given me my sandwich yet, of course not. If they gave it to the family member of the employee who arrived after me 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ they are useless

Delicious! A bit pricey, but worth every penny. Ask them to make sure you get that delicious coffee with a motivational message on the foam...

The attention is very bad, first you have to wait 10 or 15 minutes for the person in front to be dispatched, then wait 10 more minutes for them to dispatch an empanilla that is already ready 🙄 There must be 2 people In front, only one person can't, and he filling of the dumplings like The chicken and meat have no seasoning at all, they don't taste like anything. Many things to improve.

The biggest sandwich I've ever seen. Daughter was in down. Took her and boyfriend to eat. Found on Google search. Definitely worth the visit. 5 of us fed for 50 total. Full size Cuban sandwich about 14 inches total. Definitely will be hitting this place again. See you there

I ordered and paid online for pick up. You have to give it about 30 minutes, though. Parking is a little difficult to spot. I found one on the pure sand. People inside (cashiers) are a 10 stars. Food is delicious. I ordered 2 sandwiches, and they were huge. Prices are decent. Coffee is hot and good (I ordered mocha). The atmosphere here is very nice and fresh.

Ordered online. Arrived to pick up and they told me they didn’t have pastrami to make my order. When I arrived they told me they called me to change my order and that wasn’t the case as I wasn’t told anything until I arrived. Had to wait for the cashier to attend everyone in line to get refunded as well. Rude cashier on top. Not my fault you don’t have what’s listed and no one contacted me to inform me it wasn’t available. Would probably never comeback and wouldn’t recommend either.

We had the Cuban and bistec sandwich which were wonderful. I would definitely come back.

Great place for lunch, their Philly cheese steak it awesome, the price and amount of food it's great and don't forget the desert, you must come in to witness yourself.

I drove 65 miles just out of curiosity to see what appeared to be a small and remote place. Love the environment and the atmosphere. Quality of food was great and the amount for the price paid is more than good enough. Any person yearning alfor a piece of Puerto Rico can be sure they will find it here. Most definitely will be headed back.

The sandwich was ok. Huge but a little salty so couldn’t enjoy it . The service is not bad not great , just ok . But what really discouraged me from coming back was the restroom . The bad smell was a tremendous disappointment of the place in general .

Really bad experience overall they made my sandwich wrong and I tell them to change it and they didn’t want to started arguing really bad with my wife when the customer have the right.

I asked for a late coffee and they gave it to me burnt, boiling, tasteless and completely sweet, so much so that not even my eyebrow could grab it and they put a double glass in it so they could give it to me, I wouldn't go back to that place!

The latte they gave me was scalding hot, the milk burnt and super sweet. I wouldn't go back for coffee. But I would return to try their pastries that looked delicious, this time I only tried the coffee and it was not to my liking, unfortunately. But the place is pleasant even though it is hot inside.

The Cuban sandwich was delicious! The portion was very good too! My wife and I were able to share a half of sandwich and be completely satisfied! My girls ate the empanadas beef, cheese & pizza! They gave the place 2 thumbs up! Highly recommend this location! Keep up the great job ladies!

😒For years I have visited your business, and I have even taken family members to eat when they have come on vacation and everything was excellent. In reality, I don't know if they have changed management but the last few times everything has been terrible. 🤔🙄 ​​PS. I used to recommend the pastrami and fries sandwich to all my relatives because I thought it was the best in Central Florida, but to my great surprise it is now the worst. 😬

I got a medianoche sandwich and it was reeeeeally good except there was NO CHEESE, which is my favorite part :( for a $10 sandwich it sucked honestly lol the rest was pretty good but not exactly what I wanted/ expected. Maybe I'll try again sometime and specify to make sure there is cheese ? I would feel like a jerk asking that kind of. I don't speak much Spanish also. Other customers there seemed happy and pleased and the staff was amazing and friendly. The wait was also not very long at all especially considering the number of customers there and time of day on a weekend

Great sandwich spot if you are looking for a an authentic “Criollo” style sandwich like they make on the island of Puerto Rico. Also coffee is made with cafe Yaucono a favorite in Puerto Rico.

UPDATE: Went there twice since last review and ordered a Cuban Sandwich and a Media Noche. OMG! It was delicious and made fresh! Still a year later, and the food is still fantastic. I hope they continue to go out of their way to provide fresh delicious food. I am definitely a fan. Great job! Went there for the 1st time in ate a media noche and it was delicious

Love this place, amazing prices and HUGE portions, everything from the coffee to the bistec sandwiches to the pastries and the enormous empanadas were on point. So happy to have the place around the corner, hours are limited so you gotta get in before 3. This place reminds me of the Puerto Rican version of Paul's deli in Kissimmee.

It's been a long time since I had a really good pastrami sandwich like this one 😋 👌🏻. Along with some great 🇵🇷 coffee ☕️

Costumer services, the cashier doesn't even know what she has on the display to sell, with a slightly bitter attitude.... the one who brought the order to the table, very nice and friendly but lost... Just barely and the drinks don't arrive. We ordered cassava alcapurias to snack on, the truth is that they were very dry, hard and the meat had no taste. For the price of $4.50 each, I expected quality. For the sandwich I ordered a pastrami one with everything and it didn't have cheese. toasted bread but the meat was cold, the other chicken sandwich was just as cold that the cheese didn't even melt, two pieces of tomato and a few pieces of lettuce. I don't recommend it, the only thing that was worth it was the guava juice.

They took the Puerto Rican experience to the details, and I’m not referring to the coquí playing in the background (which is nice). Service was 0 stars which is normally what you get in the island. Pastrami on the menu included onions, we were told that was inaccurate and there was a $1 charge. We were told the empanadillas were fried to order. My pizza one was so soggy I had to return it after just biting into it. The server then said just the ones not ready were made to order. And the biggest one, $8.99 for an egg and cheese! Seriously?!? Overpriced is an understatement. On the plus, the place is nicely decorated, bread was good, pastrami was good. We drove 40 mins because of the reviews, but the service just made this a one time deal for us.

I loved it, true Puerto Rican flavor! I recommend it, I loved the mofomgo, the fried meat, the sandwiches, not to mention the sweets, and the special treatment.

I think they changed part of the staff and the service is getting worse every time.

I ordered chicken and beef enpanadas and it was the worse I've ever had so far, the chicken was dry and no taste, the Beef was even more disgusting it has potatoes in it which I was like tf. No pecadejo should be in an enpanada, all of it is for my dogs as it was also old. MAN THERE ARE BETTER PLACES TO GO, PLEASE DO SO! Not worth the money.. CUSTOMER BEWARE!

Came here for breakfast and was not disappointed.

For a sandwich Cubano, the meat and bread was good, but, there was no cheese on both sandwiches that I ordered. Also, I asked for no mustard and they still added mustard. I asked for pickles on only 1 sandwich and got none. I also asked for tomatoes and lettuce which I was charged for and realized I got no tomatoes. I didn't ask for a peril sandwich. Still trying to find a good sandwich Cubano out here. Perhaps their other sandwiches would be good. Next time I won't leave without checking my sandwiches. They also don't answer the phone and it appears to be a cellphone.

Update: 12/29/23 Ordered a cubano again this visit and it was perfecto!! Meats were flavorful and seasoned well. Friendly service again :) I noticed this time they had table numbers available for customers waiting for food orders and window seating that was designed for young children. Very family friendly. I’m in visiting family and take quality coffee serious. Google search led me to El Punto Sandwich Cafe. I appreciated having the option to order online. Good variety of sandwiches and drinks. The website kindly asked for 30 minutes to prepare my order. I ordered at 1:57p and arrived after 2:30p. My cubano was ready and nicely wrapped to eat on the go, still perfectly hot. The sandwich is a generous size, kindly pre-cut for me. One of the best Cuban sandwiches I’ve had, the bread was fresh and held together well the meat juices and sauce. The meats were delicious and seasoned. One note, I like salt and this was a bit salty for me after a couple bites. I also ordered a cappuccino that was made to order when I arrived. I was asked how much sugar I would like and if I wanted whip cream. I appreciated having the option. The cap was fantastic. Smooth and hot. Lastly, the ladies preparing my order were helpful and welcoming. The cafe was clean, the decor and music reminded me of a little slice of PR, like walking into a family’s shop. So glad to find this cafe convenient to my family’s home in Kissimmee.

Quiero dejar mi primer review que hice a este negocio. Sigo siendo cliente recurrente, los visito minimo 2 a 3 veces mensual pero estas ultimas veces pues como que ya no es como antes. Justo ayer fue mi mas reciente visita y que mal gusto es que se tenga preferencia con algunos clientes sin respetar los que estabamos ya esperando. My first time there and I love it. Great coffee, we ordered a pastrami sandwich and it was delicious, el quesito was pretty good but la mayorca with cheese and guava was the best omg soooooo delicious. I like the place, the people everything. I definitely going back. The only thing was that if they put the whole order together and bring it to the table will be better.

Fuy con mis dos hijos a comer.. Compre el Beeftrami sandwich. Wao! Comienzo con decir que CLASE SANDWISH! Super grande! Llenito de carne, y el savor super rico.. tostado a la perfección. Y note que le pasaron como un poco de mantequilla derretida con una pisca de ajo.. Bueno yo usualmente no hago muchos reviews pero definitivamente este pequeño lugar grande en savor y hospitalidad lo hiso.. La joven que me atendio con exelente servicio.. yo trabajo en restarants por mas de 22 años.. la muchacha hace tremendo trabajo con los customers y limpio el area en 3 segundo.. el precio del sandwish valio la pena me costo $10 pero yo huviera cobrado por el $15 lol

Really love this sandwich shop! Jane and the team were super friendly and made us feel right at home. The Tripleta was amazing – so tasty. Also, the drinks were great and went well with the meal. The whole vibe of the place was chill and welcoming. Fantastic experience and can't wait to go back!
