I moved to Hanies City from pleasant hill rd Kiss, When I want pizza or wings I make the drive because nothing over here compares to 5 Star Pizza

This is my favorite pizzeria in Florida. Being from Massachusetts, that is a big deal.

What a trip,my daughter and I were passing through from Parrish, FL to Cocoa Beach, FL and saw a pizza sign " 5 star pizza, ordered 2 slices of cheese and 2 slices of pepperoni and let me tell you they were as big as a pillow each slice

Great Pizza but the worse service. No one said "Good evening hiw can I help you? 2 guys in front and they were like I was not there. Tall guy with a ponytail and short guy training a girl but like I said no one pay attention to me...wt...finally the Lady that was there finally came and ask me what donI need. I hope they can talk to all of them and let them know how important is the customer service.

They selectively deliver, one day they go to your location another your too far?!? Makes no sense!

We’re on spring break and came to visit from Dallas, we left universal studios at 10:10pm and this place closes at 10:30pm. It took us about 40 minutes to get to them, but they gracefully waited on me to arrive even though it was way past their closing time. My husband said this better be some damn good pizza since I accidentally ordered it on the other side of town and let’s just say I will be ordering this again before we leave. This was one of the best pizzas and wings I have ever had. Thank you to the crew that stayed behind for your kindness. It was greatly appreciate.

There's not much to say based on my 5 star ratings. Everyone working there is very nice and respectful. Pizza being made is in clear view from the counter, which is a plus for me.

Excellent pizza, the sauce makes other pizzas rank second. Order it with extra cheese and it will put you in Brooklyn NY. The Buffalo rolls are a must try you won't regret it.

5 stars for Five Star Pizza! We were in the area for a meeting and wanted to eat before heading home 3 hours away. Pizza sounded good, fast and easy. We decided to eat at the shop but it's more suited for take out. There are only two tables but they have everything you need for dinning in should you choose to do so. We got the largest pizza available. We did half meat lovers and half pepperoni, a house salad and a 2 liter of soda. Soda is soda however the salad is huge for the price and very fresh. The pizza? Phenomenal. Seriously! I look at crust, sauce and toppings when judging pizza. The crust had a nice texture and crunch. The sauce was so good. I don't kno if it's made in house or what but I wanted to take a gallon home with me. It had such a full flavor. The cheese and toppings, A-MAZING. You can tell that hugh quality ingredients are being used to make your pizza pie. It's also worth noting that the 24 inch pizza was cut into squares. I liked this presentation as it made it easier to eat such a large pizza. I can't go without mentioning how friendly the staff and owner(?) are. They checked on us multiple times and made sure we had everything we needed. If I'm in the area again and wanting pizza I'll be back. Thanks for helping us hit the road with full, satisfied bellies!

We definitely lucked up on this place during our vacation in Orlando. It’s usually hard finding good, quality pizza restaurants when on vacation. But we took a gamble on Five Star and I must say we won. We were truly pleased with the customer service provided when ordering our food, the rep let me know about a pizza special that I otherwise would have missed. It turned out to be perfect for us. The delivery guy was nice and personable, and welcomed us to Orlando. We had the 24 inch pizza and it was huge!! It was enough to last us 3 days and it was delicious. The wings were great as well!! Definitely would recommend!!

Delicious. Affordable. Variety. Friendly. This place checked all the boxed for me. The food was fresh, hot, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. I expected to pay about 10% more than I did, given that this is a single owner business. The menu had a few options I haven't seen at the national chains. The staff and owner were kind and attententive. I live an hour from here and happened to stumble upon it. I'm glad I did, and I know I'll be back!

Pizza is my favorite food so I’ve tried most places in Kissimmee and this definitely ranks up there with the best. Nice thick slices with plenty of toppings that remind me of slices up north and is always very tasty. Delivery is usually pretty quick too. Highly recommend. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Very good New York style pizza. This is an unimpressive storefront, but I trusted the reviews I had read about the great pizza. My wife didn't read the reviews, so she was a bit apprehensive when we walked in questioning my choice. I could see by the mountain of pizza boxes and the long hold time while placing the order that they were all business. We ordered 3 large pizzas and they were ready on time and hot when we arrived. Everyone enjoyed their pizza and were ready to order again a few nights later.

Just lost a customer, I been ordering from this place for a while today I call for a special and he tells me no specials for delivery. How is that good business sense.

I just experienced the worst service from here. I've been ordering from here for YEARS!! STEVEN the so called manager in charge was absolutely disrespectful, rude, and of no service or assistance. Told me I was impatient, ignorant and being rude after the fact of waiting for 2+ hours for food that never arrived. He hung up on me because he wouldn't listen to me after I told him it was unprofessional to tell a customer there was no way of refunding someones money just because it was ordered online via 3rd party. Stated there was no corporate number to give me either since they were a franchise. Placed the order at 1207 but he went on to tell me that I placed an order outside business hours when their store hours open at 12. They literally just robbed me of 28 dollars and change. No pizza and no refund.

Placed an order on the app for delivery. Which was placed at 12:07. Called an hour an a half after placing order because food was not delivered. Was told was on its way. We live down the road 8 minutes with traffic. Called again at 2. Asked for a refund was told we can't have a refund because it was places through the app. That they didn't know what to do. Then was told they would not be delivering our food. Yes my wife was mad and had every right to be. So in all they took our money now never delivered any food.

Those was the best tasting little chicken and veggie pizza I have ever had From another state where toppings prepped differently .This one much more flavorful and priced fairly.

The manager at this restaurant was honestly great. When he asked if I wanted my pizza "clean cut", without me having to ask him, I felt understood and grateful for not having to ask or explain. Religiously I cannot eat pork, so I need my pizza clean cut so it hasn't been contaminated. I appreciated that small act of kindness, truly. The pizza was also amazing, as always.

It was my first time ever trying this place and it is amazing. Even though they didn’t change my name from Sydney Davis lol because that’s what showed on my phone number. The wings were extra crispy like I like them and I didn’t even ask for them to be that way. The pizza is amazing also and it was a pleasure ordering on the phone as they are very friendly. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Order today a large 2 topping, with wings,. pizza was excellent but the wings weren't even cooked all the way only reason for the 3 stars , my job orders from here all the time. But very first time ordering wings , was dissatisfied.

What can I say? The honest, most genuine pizza, and the most wonderful people- I've come here when I'm feeling my absolute low, and like a family, they've made sure I left feeling ok, and ready for the day. I don't know if they could ever understand how thankful I am. I love this place, and I cannot wait for my next order! ☺️

Current visiting in Kissimmee…I can’t comment on their customer service but I was in town with family for game night, and someone at the party brought some pepperoni pizza and bbq wings and I tried it. So good! The other day I ordered Pizza Hut and was terribly disappointed. Next time I’m visiting in the Kissimmee/Orlando area and want to order pizza and wings, I’ll be sure to remember this place.

Have been eating their pizza for years. The best around. I always pick up so I can’t speak to delivery service. They are always courteous even the very few times things were not right. They always make it right.
