We absolutely LOVE elevate!!! Literally there sometimes 3 times a day just to try a new drink…can you say addicted?? The staff is fantastic!! Haley who works in the mornings is definitely amazing as well, she tries to remember your face and get your name so she can address you by your name the next time you come through. The ladies running the shop are super sweet and always make double check ingredients. The drinks are amazing and not nearly the price of Starbucks or major coffee chains. You'll pull up and see 3 cars on either side but still leave in less than 10 minutes.

Man, I love this place and so glad it’s in Lebanon. I love being able to support a smaller business opposed to Starbucks, whose coffee is overrated and overpriced. Love the prices of Elevate. Love the sizes offered. The coffee is GREAT! The service is always sweet and personable. It’s the pick-me-up I always enjoy giving to myself whenever I’m able to get out and about in town. Treat yourself, people! And support local!

Since we moved to Hermitage two years ago, we have been regulars at Elevate Coffee! They are the absolute best! The quality of the coffee, the friendliness of the staff, and their rewards system is unmatched!

This coffee bean is so yummy- strong enough to taste even in a yummy sweetened iced coffee! Most get so watered down all you toast is the cream and syrups!! I love it!

Lebanon Location The only reason I gave the service a 4 is because in the afternoons there's only one girl working and she does both windows so the wait time can be find of long. Even if I stop by with 30 extra minutes to spare before I go into work I'm there waiting for at least 15 minutes to get coffee before work. All staff so far have been amazing so I know the wait time isn't on them it's just only having the one person. Only suggestion I have is adding a second person in the afternoons to help with speed of service not to mention probably safer having two closers. LOVE THE COFFEE AND STAFF THERE ! I would and do still recommend trying them out!

Over 700 reviews and 5 stars is not a joke. This is the best coffee house in Nashville HAND DOWN!!! If I had more mula I would give them as much as I need to be in everywhere in Nashville so they can take down Starbucks. Nothing compares to their beans! There is just not enough stars to give Elevate. I have lived in NYC and LA, I have to get an Iced Americano to wake up, and there is no better place that I have gotten one combined with superior, friendly service than ELEVATE! They are fast and efficient and their espresso gets me through the day. Also I am addicted to their blueberry muffins. My two Yorkies love em too, they always have a treat for them. Thank you for everything Elevate!!!!

We stop by this little spot pretty regularly. I usually get a dirty chai, but I really love the Mamakope special. I also love the lotus beverages as a lighter refreshing energy boost (the pink starburst or pineapple upside down are my faves!) The staff are always so friendly and remember us. We normally love going here, and have somewhat been regulars for the last few years. However there is one barista who no matter how kind we are, we are met with attitude and our drinks ALWAYS wrong. We have had to return drinks at least twice due to them being so gross we couldn’t drink them. One instance we ordered 2 of the same drink and they tasted and looked completely different that even the barista who remade them said “These aren’t even the same color.” After waiting in line sometimes for 20+ minutes it’s a pain to decide to either turn around and wait for a remake or just lose the roughly 20 dollars we just spent.

Can't ever go back to Starbucks again after having these amazing drinks and food haha

I absolutely love Elevate and have an addiction to them actually. I am sadly moving to Hartsville and won’t be close to one anymore. They’re amazing, their coffee and lotus’s are amazing, and I will miss them.
