The cutest!! Vibessss! Fun and delicious menu. Changes often so don’t even ask for whatever you see on here, they probably have a new menu already. But worth the trip!! Cashier was sooo nice and even gifted me a Luke’s sticker. I’ll be back!!

Such a cute coffee shop and bakery! Went with my sister and her baby. Had the best cornmeal and blueberry cookie and fizzy coffee. Good vibes and really nice staff. I wish I could walk here every day. Aesthetic inside and outside seating.

Elevenses is 45 minutes away from my house and quite expensive but because I love supporting small businesses I wanted to give it a shot. I paid 6.50 per cosmic brownie (I pre-ordered two 5 hours before I wanted them) only to be given a completely different type of brownie(that they didn't tell me the name to). I realized I didn't have my correct order and went to ask futher questions and was just told we don't have cosmic brownies which I think is false advertising because I wouldn't have ordered and drove all that way for whatever brownie they did give me. Whether they just ran out and gave me what they had on hand or whether they don't have cosmic brownies at all is still false advertising especially since no one told me and I found out myself. I ordered these special as a childhood nostalgia treat for my husband's birthday whatever brownie I was given will not have the same effect. Maybe they were just trying to sell what they had in stock so things don't ho to waste and I admire that but I did place an online order specifically for those items. Update: The owner reached out and they were able help resolve everything by making sure we got some out of the next batch made. And the cosmic brownies are amazing; my husband absolutely loves them! They are the perfect nostalgia treat for sure!! The pavlova is honestly one of the best things I've ever had. Each time I go I usually get whatever pavlova favor they have that week and it never disappoints! My mom's favorite was the Key Lime pie but mine has to be the Mango rice pudding they made this week.

Went for the Gilmore drop and was not disappointed. The service was quick and friendly. There isn’t a lot of parking but so worth stopping in for. Arrive early because they sell out fast!

An invitation to slow down from a busy day and to enjoy the calmer moments in life. My partner and I went here a few weeks ago and we ordered lattes and a couple of the pastries. The coffee was divine and the pastries were huge and delicious. I highly recommend this spot to take a little time out of your day to enjoy a taste of the shire, and appreciate the small things in life for that is what life is made of.

Jade truly made my wedding cake dreams more than a reality. This was the most amazing experience working with her and the taste was to die for!

I saw this on tik tok and was said it was a LoTR themed Cafe, it is not that-there are themed treats, the lemas bread macaroon I'd recommend if you like citrus like I do-however the decorations are beautiful in a pastel color scheme, cute and homey. My fiancee and I came here on a date and got the orange blossom latte, banana latte, both being seasonal specials, "black" coffee macaroon, lemas bread macaroon, stuffed chocolate chip cookie, coffee cake and cortardo. The black coffee macaroon was very coffee forward which my fiancee liked, the cookie was stuffed with carmel and was decadent and the coffee cake was cinnamony and all toghther was delicious. The coffee was very fruit forward which I don't like coffee so really enjoyed and with the cortardo they can do straight coffee just fine too but I like things you can't get just anywhere else, especially as this is an hour from my house-I wouldn't recommend a weekly trip at that distance but 1-2 times a month well worth it. Service was great, the people were friendly and kind and little things like asking for a to go cup and they offered to put ice in it as we had the iced coffees, and asking if we wanted oat or whole milk-especially as I'm lactose intolerant and I've paid for it when I forgot to ask for milk substitutes. Overall really felt like a nice vibe! The parking can be a struggle as its street parking but this place is 100% worth giving a shot.

Not only is this my favorite coffee shop, it’s one of my favorite places on earth!! This little cafe is so special, the treats are delicious and they have the most unique coffee on seasonal rotation. If you are into specialty / third wave coffee you have to check them out. They always have a vegan option and it’s never an afterthought, you can tell they put so much care into both the bakery and coffee program. Great place to go on a date or meet with a friend.

The moment I walked into the cafe, I felt at home. It is cozy and so inviting. The staff is extremely friendly and the desserts and coffees are to die for. They have little Debbie beat with their in house recreation of the cosmic brownie and the oatmeal cream pie. You won’t be disappointed. I had to grab a couple treats to go, but enjoyed a delicious Cardy V latte in the adorable cafe and a piece of strawberry mango key lime cake💚🩷💚🩷

I visited on a Saturday afternoon, it was fairly busy but the line wasn’t out of the door (as I’ve seen in photos). I got a salted orange blossom latte that was out of this world! I’ve had coffee at other places since and I just keep dreaming about Elevenses! I’ve tried a lot of coffee places and not often does somewhere get the flavor, coffee & milk ratio to such perfection. As for the baked goods I got 2 cookies & a pretzel. The cookies were both stuffed, one with Ube and the other caramel. They were out of this world, they were moist and delicious. The salted pretzel chewy and fresh as well! Parking wise you may struggle especially if it’s busy and there is very limited seating inside with about 4 tables available and a few outside.

We ordered a salted caramel iced latte one with oat milk and one with whole milk. We had already left in the car when we tasted it. It was some sort of fruity flavor and barely tasted coffee. I had a few sips trying to figure out what I was drinking and my son had one sip. My stomach was upset when we finally got home. It also had a sour taste to it. I bought some snacks and now I’m afraid to try them. I looked at the receipt and it had salted orange blossom which I didn’t order. I wish I would’ve checked the receipt before putting it in my purse. But I didn’t taste anything like orange blossom. Don’t think I’ll be back unless the snacks are good. But it’s a No for the coffee.

This shop is absolutely dreamy, definitely great for catching up with a friend or reading a book and getting yourself a little treat! The food is unreal delicious, especially the coffee macarons and oatmeal cream pies, and their theme menus are worth the preordering or the wait! Feels like a secret in VM Ybor but everyone should know about it!

Stopped by for their annual Gilmore Girls event and it was outstanding. Clean and beautiful store, lovely staff. The food was amazing! The tomato tart was out of this world, the macaroons were delicious. The cookies were delectable. Overall go visit them. You can tell they are hand crafted goodness.

Jade has opened such a special space, one that doesn’t exist anywhere and definitely nothing like it in Tampa. Aside from the dreamy corner cafe aesthetic with wrap around windows and pops of color branding there’s art all around the shop. There’s multiple comfy places to sit and enjoy *award winning* latte art and fresh, high quality, handmade pastries. These are pastries that will be the best version of a chocolate chip cookie you’ve ever had, or a oatmeal cream pie. She also makes insanely gorgeous cakes, creative pies, brownies, cinnamon rolls, and really impressive savory treats as well (like scones and pretzels). I’ll never stop thinking about the mistletoe cake. She also makes creative drink offerings and is constantly updating them. If you’re into specialty coffee she’s always featuring the best roasters in the country and has it all dialed in. If you’re reading this and are also seeing the negative comments just keep in mind (like with any bakery) the early bird gets the worm. She sells out for a reason. She’s a small (and new) business and she’s doing the most (with the littlest sleep) she possibly can.

This small business has created something so special, people come from all over to enjoy it. Stuff runs out. People pout and write an essay about how mad they are. If you don’t like waiting in lines with no guarantee on what will still be available then make a pre-order or stay home. Love this place everyday of the week.

Cutest little small-batch bakery in probably the entire state of Florida. Sweet employees, creative and delicious treats and drinks, 10/10 all the way around

Unfortunately this business takes no accountability or responsibility for their continuous lack of service. They’re a small bakery that provides various themed menu items and on the surface level looks to be a pretty nice place with extravagant theming that attracts a large group across multiple fan bases. Last fall they had a Gilmore Girls event which was posted on TikTok by someone not affiliated with the bakery. This video went viral which led to high traffic for Elevenses. My friends and I drove to Tampa knowing some of their items would be sold out but with the hope of getting anything Gilmore Girls themed at such a cool place that was close enough to us. We got there and as expected there was a long line, which is not the issue. We waited and waited with little movement in the line. We checked their social media and no updates were being posted. No one was informing the line of anything going on inside. We had to stop people who had already come out of the bakery to ask them what was still available. To give the benefit of the doubt, it was extremely busy. To be perfectly honest, everyone in line around us was annoyed because no one took 30 seconds to say anything except the owner’s boyfriend who whispered something to the very front of the line. Mind you, this wasn’t their first day of this event. They were aware of the crowd they drew. At the time, the staffing issue could be forgiven. However, currently they are holding another Gilmore Girls event which is actually surprising considering when I emailed them to let them know that we left the line amongst many others and offered constructive criticism since we were so disappointed and wanted to see a small business thrive when they have such good ideas, they mentioned considering never doing the event again since so many people were left unhappy. They’ve already posted that they don’t have good staffing for this, that they don’t know how long the lines will be, and that they don’t know what they’ll have in stock. Here’s the thing: they DO know how long the line will be. They do know what the crowd will be like and they will once again leave people in the dust with no communication and then be praised on social media by the small percentage of people who will actually get to try their goods. They also are deleting negative comments on their posts and only liking comments that defend them rather than having honest communication with people who attempted to be customers of theirs. They consistently use the excuse of being a small business which would be fair if they didn’t already do this event at least two times before, one of those times going in with a viral TikTok that caused them major traction. No one is forcing them to do this event, no one is expecting anything more than what they’ve posted about this event, and yet they crumble at the sight of any criticism towards their insanely inefficient business. The problem was never the long line or shortage of goods, it was the fact that there was no actual accountability and instead cowardly responses about how they’re just a small business and that they weren’t planning on doing another Gilmore Girls event if it would just make people upset. I look forward to the same response to this review as they give everyone else who gives them negative feedback, that they’re a small sleepy neighborhood bakery with very little staff who didn’t expect their event to be viral; that their communication is fine because they posted a 10 slide post on Instagram and a couple of stories reiterating that. Being a small business owner doesn’t make you a good person or that you should be forgiven for your immaturity, your disconnection to people who want to support you, or your weird, constant need to get upset when any video in regards to your bakery goes viral because you can’t handle the pressure.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. THE worst run coffee shop I've ever been to. On top of that they're so delusional they can't take criticism and call you crazy.

In response to your comment: Gimmick may have been a strong comment. I am aware of places to buy merchandise...my daughter and I even bought and wore matching gilmore girls shirts to your shop. Purchasing a piece of merchandise to save as a momento of our trip to your bakery, that my daughter could keep after I'm no longer here, that she could share with her daughter one day is not the same as getting them from an online source. As previously stated, I wish you the best. This is a one and done for us. Long way to go to be disappointed, especially when we prepaid over $100 for food and drinks for the mother's day Gilmore girls event. They advertised super cute merchandise items for sale, however if you didn't make a reservation earlier in the day then you won't be lucky enough to have items to purchase. Was informed they are a small restaurant without a lot of storage and they reserve a certain amount of merchandise per day of the event. Wish them all the best, great gimmick to make money.

I’ve been soooo excited about the Gilmore Girls menu since they announced it, and it didn’t disappoint!! ☕️ Everything we got was completely delicious, the macarons were definitely a family favorite. The yellow daisies and GG decor were so cute. The employees are always kind and sweet whenever we visit, even when they’re very busy! Thank you for a wonderful experience! 💜

Came here today for the first time because we saw the pizza scones online. Ended up getting another savory scone too, the cheese & onion. That one came with some kind of creamy dill sauce that is the best friend I never knew a scone needed. We also got sweet treats, including melt-in-your-mouth macarons. Delicious! I've been served fabulous cake from this bakery a few times before, but this was my first time going in myself. It's adorable in person. Chic. Retro. Mustard-coloured felt rose as décor - darling! I will definitely go back. I would buy more of this scone. Warmed up in the toaster oven at home was extra yummy.

As a huge LOTR fan, I knew I had to check out Elevenses and I'm glad I did. It was a fun little shop with great drinks, food, and service.

It's absolutely adorable inside-- the dark chocolate and lavender latte was possibly the best coffee I've ever had and the carrot cake cheesecake was amazing (and I don't like carrot cake)

I ordered a specialty cake for my friends birthday and I cannot say enough good things about my experience! I sent Jade photos of my friends cat to put on the cake and was expecting mostly just a cat on a cake but when I picked up the cake I was blown away at the detail and how perfectly the image looked like him…my friend cried when she saw the cake, she was so happy and taken aback! The cake was also absolutely delicious as well! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Will definitely only be ordering cakes from Jade from now on!

Wow! Wow! Wow! I’m so intensely impressed by this bakery and I didn’t even get to try any drinks because it was so late. JUST WOW! Stupidly I didn’t take any photographs because we got our stuff to go, but I am an avid baker and I’m always so underwhelmed when I go to bakeries. I’ve been to so many bakeries from Sarasota all the way up to Indian Rocks, forget about in different states. NYC/Philly/DC ETC! We kind of just stumbled upon this little gem as we were nearby. This is definitely the Tampa areas best kept secret. We had a key lime/passion fruit pie, Samoa pie, a key lime cookie, Oreo cookie, THE OATMEAL PIE cookie 😭, and a brownie. I can’t even pick a favorite - maybe top 3. The Samoa, oatmeal pie and Oreo. Seriously - I’m a tough critic in regards to bake shops. GO NOW!!! I can’t wait to return to the area so I can go back to this bakery. -Sincerely someone who loves sweets 🥰

Fantastic new neighborhood spot. Baked goods were incredible, and espresso drinks were fab! Inside or outside on the large Ybor front porch are both comfortable and welcoming.

What a cute find!! A beautiful mix of regular and vegan baked goods, and a lovely selection of hot and iced coffees, complete with some specialties. Street parking and a corner location makes every seat in the cafe scenic, and the music is great as well! Don’t miss this gem.

What an absolute gem. Brought the whole family, and it was an incredible experience. Everything looked amazing, the vibe was perfect, and oh my god everything tastes soooo good. It’s pi day so we had to.

Blown away by the quality and vibe of this place. My husband is a coffee enthusiast and thought this cortato (with the “fruit snacks” beans) is the best one he’s ever had. Their strawberry shortcake latte had the perfect amount of sweetness. Whatever you do, get the brown sugar poptart. You will not regret it. The Nutella stuffed cookie was also fantastic. All in all, this is probably my favorite coffee shop/bakery ever for the awesome food, extremely high quality coffee, and LOTR refs. (I also got a shirt)

The drinks here are 10/10! This *seasonal* strawberry shortcake latte is so delicious, it’s my 2nd one this week. This shop has a rotating menu that keeps you coming back.

Loved the daring menu ( lord of the rings themed coffee and food)... but having the charcoal in the coffee was not my cup of tea, per se.

This is a cute, eclectic, quaint bakery. The service was good and the food was homemade and fresh. The hand crafted beverages were delicious, as well. There was a very long line when they first opened, so get there early if you want first choice of food items. There is limited space and a small amount of seating. We sat outside and enjoyed our delicious food and beverage.

The food, drinks and staff are all phenomenal. I'll definitely be going back. Everything we ordered was fantastic. So excited for this bakery to be a part of the Tampa community.

My coffee drink was beautiful and delicious. I bought chocolate almond biscotti. Yummy! A really nice place to enjoy a sweet and a warm cup of coffee or tea.

Cute cafe serving lovely cakes and macaroons. They have lovely teas as well. We had the matcha iced tea and the genmai tea with the mistletoe cake and a couple of macaroons. Peaceful, pretty ambience and spotlessly clean. Highly recommended 💖

I had a great experience at the Gilmore Girls pop-up at Elevenses! The people were nice, the service was great and the interior was adorable. I think they learned their lesson about how powerful the internet is and what a demand it can create — I don’t believe they were quite prepared in any way for the crowd they drew, but regardless the team was very nice and they did their best. I’m glad they did this pop-up because I’m not sure I’d have found their cafe otherwise — and now I’ll be sure to stop by during normal business operations.

I first came here for their Gilmore Girls week and it completely lived up to the hype! The s’mores cake is one of the best things I’ve ever eaten, the oatmeal cream pie was incredible and the pop tart was perfection. Plus, the owner is so sweet & clearly cares a lot about the quality of her product and customer satisfaction. I’ll be ordering every celebratory cake I need from Elevenses from now on. So glad I found this place!

I came in for the Gilmore girls theme popup, and I got a coffee, they were completely sold out of all pastries and most of the drinks, and were way busier than they could’ve predicted. Just wanted to say that the workers were amazing and they were working so so hard despite the craziness, I’m sure they were super overwhelmed but they were so nice and helpful!! So excited for your success y’all killed it!! The coffee also exceeded my expectations and I’ll be coming back soon to try a pastry!

Long time follower first, time taster. So impressed! Very rarely do I visit a bakery in Tampa that I feel the need to return to. Not only are the baked goods beautiful & unique, they actually taste good. Fresh, bright flavors that are well executed.

Pastries and beverages where excellent. Service was friendly and informative. Jade, the owner, is the baker and very friendly and available to customers. I will visit again and enjoy the atmosphere and food.

I'm really impressed by this operation. As soon as you step inside this cute cafe you can tell it is truly a labor of love, and as soon as you taste the goodies offered, you can feel the enthusiasm with which they are made. We went on a Saturday morning as soon as they opened and I was surprised to see there was already a line. There was a special Gilmore Girls theme that week, so perhaps that had something to do with it. We got a salted pretzel with wasabi mustard ($10) and a few macarons ($3.50 each). Delicious, all of them. That Jane Eyre macaron (lemon and poppy seed cream cheese icing and Earl Grey ganache) was one of the best I've ever had. I will say, though, that it was pretty quiet the entire time we were there...about 40 mins or so. It almost felt like a library, everybody was so hushed. So, perhaps a more lively atmosphere might be more inviting in the future.

My partner and I have never really had macarons, and he loves tiramisu, so I asked around looking for a place that could make some tiramisu macarons to give him for his birthday. This place came through and is absolutely outstanding! The macarons are so cute, soft, and delicious! He finished off half the box in the first 30 minutes of me being home 😂 We will definitely be ordering from here again sometime in the future! 10/10 would recommend!

As Tampa continues to grow into a thriving city, so does the food scene here as well. Elevenses is a hidden gem for Tamp located in the historic Ybor City neighborhood. From the cakies (cake/cookie combination), cinnamon rolls, macarons, and even latte drinks, everything is thoughtfully created and aestheically pleasing. Items sold are baked in small batches and limited quantities so you know they are fresh and delicious 😋 If you are looking for a unique place to grab a coffee and enjoy a sweet treat, this is the place!

The hazelnut macaron is elite. 10/10 no notes. I’d inject it into my bloodstream if I could.

My favorite bakery of all time! I used to go to markets just to catch Jade for her macaroons & other sweet treats. I’ve never had anything I didn’t like and when I ordered my birthday cake it was INCREDIBLE!

Jade is an Amazing & a Highly Experienced Baker. She makes the Best & Most Flavorful French Macarons I've ever had. Don't Sleep on Elevenses Co. Baked Goods. So Fresh & Delicious. Customer Service is Outstanding as well.

Quick Read: Beautifully creative flavors and breathtaking attention to detail. Each delectable item at Elevenses is unique and thoughtfully crafted. Their rotating menu of Monday Market items never fails to impress, especially with items like their Ube Vanilla Macarons or Miso Caramel Macarons. The balance of ingredients is always perfection, and artfully done, sometimes presenting a shockingly unexpected but winning combination. I cannot recommend Elevenses more, and have yet to find an item that disappoints! We had our wedding cake made by Jade, and it was literally one of our favorite parts of the day (aside from getting married of course). She managed to blend our cultures into the most special cake I’ve ever eaten. Cannot recommend enough!

I’ve LOVED Jade’s baked goods for years! So excited for her new shop - everyone go.. NOW! Everything she makes is unique to tampa - flavors and treats you can’t find elsewhere. She accomplishes a balanced sweetness in all her baked goods. And her artistic talent in cake decorating is phenomenal. I can’t recommend this baker / bakery enough!

I’ve been a fan of Jade’s magical baked products for a loooong time. She’s a person that carries a passion for what she does in her blood. She’s taken the time and effort to develop her own personal style/technique and it shows. You can’t go wrong with anything you order from Elevenses. I promise, you will not be disappointed.
