The bone-in pork chop was perfectly cooked and perhaps the best I've had. Brussel sprouts also tasty, and marginally better than I make myself. A little loud on the bar side of the dining room.

We were at the restaurant three times . Twice the food was excellent. Last night not so much. I ordered the same food like last time Cesar salad and fish. It was not even close to my previous experience. Very disappointed this time. Sorry. Did you change the chef?

It is a local restaurant, and they have a special meal every month. The food was average, nothing special. We went there in the middle of the night; there wasn’t anyone else waiting, but they rushed us to leave. We weren’t even there for an hour, so I do not recommend this place to meet a friend or spend time with a friend because you won’t be able to sit, enjoy, and talk.

My husband and I went here last night on a whim and it was so good! The food and drinks were delicious. We shared the pork chop and a salad - both great! The inside is tiny so we had to wait a little. Friendly staff!

Very kind and considerate owners and staff, they were all so friendly, engaging and even remembered everyone’s names. It has a special family owned feel.

We had an excellent time here. I got the Chicken Parm, my wife got the Burger, and we split the brussel sprouts. Everything was excellent! The portions were just about right; not too little and not too much. We each got a cocktail and the whole bill was right around $100 before tip. It's a little cramped inside, but it never felt claustrophobic. The only reason we didn't get dessert is that we wanted a reason to come back and try more things in the menu! Can't wait to go back!

I just moved back to the area and I am so happy to live close to a restaurant such as this gem. My friend has an allergy to onion and garlic and the chef personally came out to check-in about a few dishes. The manager did not rush us and made us feel very welcome. The espresso martini was well balanced and the food was very fresh. We will definitely be back and we are very happy to support local!

Rating 5 stars as to not hurt the rating of a new local restaurant, overall experience closer to 4 stars. Service and atmosphere were outstanding, my only critique would be the food. The wings appetizer was very good, but my wife and I were disappointed with our entrees (scallops and sirloin). We both thought our entrees were a bit bland and could use more salt/seasoning, especially the veggies/potatoes/risotto. Willing to come back and try other entrees though!

My order got misunderstood and my steak got burnt. Might have been a one-off, but I didn’t have a great experience here.

First time at Elsie’s table tonight and I was extremely impressed. The staff was beyond welcoming and the owner even came over and introduced herself which was a nice touch. We had Devin as our server and she was absolutely amazing! All of the food met expectations and beyond! I absolutely loved the raviolis and the bolognese! I highly recommend both dishes! We will definitely be back again! They didn’t have a kids menu but our one year old chowed down on the raviolis and the crème brûlée! She loved it!

Spontaneous stop for a cocktail & appetizer! The bar tender was very quick to acknowledge us & made adjustments to our drinks to match our requests. The social butterfly is a gin based drink & was very refreshing. Lovely atmosphere & will go back to try more food

My first visit and I was so pleased with everything! We sat at the bar for brunch. We ordered a manmosa which was made to perfection and the bartender, Jaz was so personable. Food was delicious with good flavor! Place is small but has a nice vibe!

We had a wonderful meal at Elsie's Table and I cannot even begin to describe how incredible the service was...i would give 10 stars if possible! After being appallingly let down by a restaurant in Seaport we tried to find somewhere closer to home and when I called in to make a booking and explained that we were all very hungry I tried my luck and asked if they could take my order on the phone and have it ready when we arrived and to my amazement the hostess graciously took our order. When we arrived it felt more like we were visiting a dear family friend for dinner, and waited just a few minutes for our pre ordered food which was delightful. The steak was cooked well and the burrata salad was lovely. My mother was visiting from the UK and was telling Eric, the gentleman serving us how much she missed English breakfast tea with whole milk and he actually ran across the road to the shops to buy some whole milk so she could enjoy a cup of tea. Eric really made our day with his impeccable service, kindness and quick wit and we will be regular customers now.

My wife and I ate there about 2 weeks ago. The place is pretty but the host calling to customers from across the room was pretty distracting. It's a small restaurant. Walk over to the table. The bar tender was great. The serving of wine is ample. We split a chicken croquette appy. It was crispy on the outside but still cold in the middle. You'll get a better meal at Rosette's a few hudred feet down the road for less money. If you want higher end dinning, go to Amelia's in Stoughton or Vico's in Norwood.

We had an awesome experience here on Mother’s Day! Very accommodating crew with great energy and personalities. We had Nicky serving us and we would come back for her service! Highly recommend.

I found the restaurant was extremely loud which made it difficult to converse with the people in my party. The service was great. Even though they were very busy they made sure to check on us. The food was mediocre. I had the salmon which was extremely bland. It was supposed to have a fruit sauce, but I did not taste any sauce at all. I thought it was overpriced for the amount and quality. The drinks were very good. All and all I would not recommend this restaurant. I feel really bad because I have heard such great things and I was looking forward to going there.

Awesome Mom and Pop restaurant with excellent food and service. Everything was fresh and made exactly to order. Service was friendly and quick. We will be back.

We had a wonderful experience at Elsie’s Table. The food, drinks, and service were excellent. Great value and we will definitely go back. We had the Caesar salad, fig prosciutto flatbread, bolognese, and crème brûlée and it was all very good.

Cozy yet classy! I had a lovely Sunday brunch date here! Making a reservation was very easy with OpenTable. I had a delicious blueberry limosa and the Steak Benedict, would recommend both! They were not exaggerating with the title “gourmet home fries” they were fantastic. The service was incredibly attentive and friendly! I clumsily knocked my lemon wheel garnish off my glass onto the floor, and literally before I could even reach down to pick it up, our server Jess had grabbed it and brought me a fresh one to replace it! Everyone there was exceedingly kind and we will definitely be coming back!

We dined with friends and we had such a great experience. Our server, Nicky, was over the moon with her recommendations, attentiveness, and amazing personality. The meal was delicious. We didn’t have a negative thing to say. I especially liked how the chef was bringing things out to us. I strongly recommend giving this place a try.

I had an amazing experience here the food aaa so unique and delicious. Not to mention the drinks were just as good! They were very accommodating to my needs due to my food allergies which the server had asked us prior. The managers and owners came up to our table and were so friendly and nice making sure everything was to our liking. The chef also had greeted us making sure she knew my food allergies and made some special recommendations for my meal. I will def be going again!!!

Wow. We had been hearing about this place since before it opened, and finally made. Our biggest mistake was waiting so long to go. When you walk in, you're greeted by a smiling and friendly hostess, who helped us find seats at the bar while we waited for our table. At the bar we delighted with a lot of options for fabulous cocktails, the bartender was friendly and REALLY good at his job. EVERYTHING that was put on the table was AMAZING. Cooked beautifully, thoughtfully plated, & seasoned to perfection. Our server, Nikki, was not only attentive but charming, funny, and helpful with the options on the menu. Go for the Brussels Sprouts and the burger. We were also lucky enough to get to chat with the owner and the chef while we were there. Both women are so friendly and sweet, I cannot wait to go back and try all of the menu.

The food wasn't bad but it certainly wasn't worth it. Got the Arancini and an orecchiette pasta. Food I think truly deserves a 3/5. Arancini had far too much red sauce for the portion. Also $18 for some leftover deep fried rice with dry bison is a stretch. The orecchiette had a tiny amount of sausage and was drowned in cream. For $28 I expected a more refined dish and not a pasta soup. I wouldn't get it again if I go back. Strong emphasis on the if at these prices. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't worth it. Scanning the menu I knew it would be a stretch because $27 for a burger is out of this world insane but after seeing how small the place was I get that they need to make $22 profit on that $5 food cost. The service was not great. To put it in perspective there are about 10 tables in this place and we sat for 10-15 minutes before the waitress touched our table. She kept with the "I forgot about you... It's the Bermuda Triangle over here" line for the night and she wreaked of cigarettes. Not something I want when I go out to eat. It got old and really she didn''t provide any service. Was lucky to get a 16% tip in my book. They used to tell us to smoke menthols if we had to during service but I understand those days are over. So service, really not good. Food really just flat out isn't worth the price. It is a cute spot in terms of atmosphere but I probably won't go back especially considering the Italian place across the street is just as good for half the price.

Came back a second time welcomed personally by the owner Renee and the amazing Chef who catered to my dietary needs. The brussel sprouts are amongst the best I’ve ever had. The salmon was cooked perfectly. Others at my table loved the lamb and chicken parm and french onion soup. The bread and dips prior to dinner was a nice touch. A very small intimate elegant vibe hard to hear your companions but worth the experience. Book in advance this place sells out!!

Clearly this is a neighborhood gem from the line at the door and the full tables and bar. Everything was excellent at our table for 6. Food and drink were delicious, served hot and at decent intervals. We will return!

We had a delicious dinner from appetizer to dessert. The lamb chop and pork chop entrees were perfectly prepared (tender and moist) with delicious vegetable sides. The creme brûlée was divine. Portions were generous. Our server was very attentive and the chef checked on us and brought our dessert to the table herself. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

We had Brussels sprouts, mussels (special), and eggplant parmigiana. Everything was incredible! Our waitstaff Nikki was so helpful and personable. The drinks and dessert were also delicious.

It was our first time ar Elsi’s and we can’t wait to come back! We chose the Filet Mignon and the Parmesan crusted Cod and we were amazed by the taste at every bite! Save room for dessert: The Chocolate torta with caramel truffles was delicious and the service and atmosphere an invite to come back!

Fabianna is a fabulous chef, unique, delicious food! Renee, Don, Eric, Kelly, Nicki, Adison and the rest of the team go above and beyond to make sure customers are completely satisfied.

We went to Elsie's for the first time to celebrate a couple of birthdays. We were truly blown away by the customer service, friendliness of everyone working there, and the amazing food. We were treated like VIP guests and/or like family. When asked what wines would go well with specific entrees, the chef came out to our table to give us her recommendations. We cannot wait to go back to try other things on the menu and will definitely try brunch one weekend. When leaving my husband said "I think this will be our new Go To spot".

Many thanks to Rene? (the owner) and team for providing an outstanding experience for our party of six and two birthday ladies. Appetizers, meals and desert all phenomenal and the whole team bent over backwards to ensure our experience was great. We look forward to returning many times!

Elsie's is truly amazing. The hostess, Kelly was extremely pleasant. Renee the owner and her manager were genuinely concerned that our party had a wonderful dining experience. Our server, Nicky was exceptionally responsive and also very pleasant. Fabi the Executive Chef prepared an awesome meal and took her time to share her experience and suggested the best wine that would pair well with her meals. Our party of six shared such a memorable experience and we will definitely be back soon!

Extremely rude staff… don’t waste your time

This is the place for you! Upon walking in, you are immediately greeted with a smile! Once we were brought to our table complimentary bread and water was quickly given to us! Our lovely server Nikki was go easy to talk to and built a fantastic rapport with our table. We ordered some alcoholic drinks and they were amazing! We then decided to order the clam chowder, butter and sage raviolis, a smoked pork flatbread and tomahawk steak! I don’t know how else to put this… but I wish I could have chef Fabi’s food everyday! Fabi came out and introduced herself to our table and spoke with us for a few minutes before heading back into the kitchen. She was very eager to get to know her audience and create relationships with every table inside this restaurant. I honestly don’t know what’s better than that. Fabi is very caring when it comes to any concerns with food and what a person’s preferences might entail. as soon as I told our server, Nikki that I have an allergy to nuts, she immediately went to the kitchen to discuss with Fabi to make sure all of my food was nut free. You could tell the staff was very concerned with the safety of their guests and made everybody feel as if they were priority number one. Anyways, back to the food… Fabis food was so amazing I almost melted in my seat with every bite. Eating her food feels like the epitome of cooking with love. Just from reading about her cooking experience you can tell she cooks with passion. After eating all of that food, Fabi came out to check back in! She truly cared about our opinions and would fix anything that wasn’t to our liking. But everything was! I wouldn’t change a damn thing! We finished off our evening with a s’mores martini… TO DIE FOR😍 and a chocolate torta that was accompanied by cherry ice cream and caramel truffles! I must add to this message by saying that I also met both of the owners Renee and Donny as well as the general manager Eric. I personally saw them running around and helping out their staff! They were consistently talking with customers and getting to know every single table. Our table was checked on at least 5 times in one night! We were able to have fantastic conversations with this staff and I can’t wait to come again! I might also go to brunch tomorrow!!! I quite honestly can’t say enough about this restaurant but my fingers are sore so I will finish this off with some pictures!

From the moment we walked in we felt at home. The front desk staff was professional, attentive and friendly. Our server was accomidating and there for everything we needed. Our drinks were fabulous. The initial disappointment was quickly replaced by the BEST bone-in pork chop of my life, tender as filet mignon. A missed dish - a reason to return tomorrow. Ok, Back to the culinary dream that awaits you, Chef Fabi, a tier 3 Somalia, has personally selected exclusive wine pairings for every menu item. Wine use to be intimidating - Approach her, and she's eager to share her thoughts and experiences. Think of the best you ever had when ordering French onion soup, Caesar salad-I won't spoil it for you...you're in for a surprise, Arancini they are impossible to finish and soooo good, Bolognese that will make your Italian Nana cry, or a 32oz tomahawk seared to perfection. Risotto - I've never had or knew it was possible to be right on the edge of al dente. Even Brussels sprouts, once a GreenGiant childhood gag-trauma, are transformed into a gourmet delicacy crispy but juicy, I can't stop eating. If Herschel or Nikki serve you, it feels like the restaurant belongs to YOUR family—a VIP gold fork Club membership feeling with relaxed family vibes. Twice I've had complete strangers excited to share and treat me like close friends from neighboring tables. It's small so expect reservations hard to find or waiting for bar seats; the experience is worth it. Tomato Tornado or the Filthy Martini were the BEST. What's not Amazing? all I can say is the coffee is "not bad" but, I've built thousands of Cafes so I'm a coffee snob....And brunch? Picture perfect homefries and the lobster eggs Benedict are the best I've ever had. Croque Monsieur. -had never heard of and it's like a warm hug from my grandmother when I was a kid...No idea how that's possible in a dish. Bottom line? It's a guarantee of "amazing" or "the best I ever had—anywhere—evvvvaahhh!" after every meal, the 5star bar was just reset, and, we're in Canton! with free parking next door. Prices...it's fair but not free and you won't be disappointed...especially after a cremeBrûlée desert or the insane Caramel Truffles - can't describe - it's a Brazilian experience that doesn't exist here. First time going to Elsie's a couple weeks ago for brunch. I was so impressed by everything. The decor was beautiful. The food was delicious. The owners, chef, and staff are all so friendly. Great asset to Canton.

Just returned from our first visit to Elsie's Table in Canton center and everything was top notch. The building was been completely renovated inside and out, and the result is a warm cozy atmosphere. Service was spot on and the food was outstanding. My wife had the Eggplant Parmigiano and I opted for the Bolognese, which were both excellent. We ended the evening with chocolate and vanilla gelato. Definitely adding this to our regular rotation.

Recommend reservations as its small but awesome! Highly recommend for a nice night out. Fig Flatbread was my fav.

Loved the place! Very elegant but with a really warm and comfy atmosphere. The staff were wonderful. Genuinely friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious! Looking forward to another visit so I can try something else from the menu!

Incredible experience for new years brunch. Got a reservation the day before and they easily accommodated our toddler and infant. Our waitress was so good with our son and was friendly, upbeat , and offered great service. She started us with the Brazilian Cheese bread which was delicious. We ordered Bloody Mary tornados and it was the most stunning drink I’ve ever had. There was a full, fresh lobster tail, jumbo shrimp, bacon stick and bacon wrapped stuffed pepper. It was truly a really good deal for $30, considering it is a drink, huge piece of lobster, and a full surf and turn all in one drink. We ordered tons off the menu and everything was cooked perfectly and tasted wonderful. The fried French toast was crisp and delicious, the eggs and salmon, creamy French eggs, and omelet were all done well with tasty home fries. The açaí bowl was huge and filled with super fresh fruits and homemade granola, and the ice cream/ peanut butter waffle was thin, slightly crisp, and very good. The ice cream tasted homemade as well. Despite it being first thing on a Saturday morning, the restaurant was filled up and there was a good buzz, though tables are slightly crowded - it maybe just because we were a group of six as was the table next to us- Would recommend 100% and really look forward to going back soon!

Elsie’s table is SO good that me and my husband already went twice! We were there for the opening night and then over the weekend for the amazing brunch!! Top notch on every aspect: the quality of the food, the kindness of the service, the great atmosphere… We are planning to be regulars at Elsie’s table. The food, atmosphere, and staff are all amazing! We had the prosciutto and fig bruschetta, parmesean crusted cod, butter and sage ravioli, creme brule, and chocolate tort, along with several tasty cocktails. The entire dinner was delicious from start to finish and left us both very fat and happy! The service was perfect and everyone was very friendly. I also really appreciated that they were able to accommodate my mother who has a hard time sitting on the high tables, even though they were very busy. 10/10, highly recommend!

Elsie’s is a perfect addition to Canton. The food is amazing the decor is stunning and the staff is awesome. All around a 10 out of 10. We had the arancini - it was delicious and we also had fontina and spinach chicken which was out of this world. Can’t wait to try everything on this menu. Best of luck Elsie’s you are going to do amazing.

I can’t remember the last time I had such a great meal. The food (thanks Fabi) and service (thanks Nicki) were top notch. My wife and I had such a great time. We’re already making plans to go again next week. Thank you so much for making our night so memorable 🙂
