Love the delicious treats this establishment offers. It is always a good day when we go to Ritas! The prices are fair for the amount served.

If you like frozen custard and/or Italian ice, you will like Rita's.

Hard to get in and out of parking lot and the service is a little slow but overall the food is good and prices are fair.

This place is lit .. they have so many different varieties of ice-creams , custards and mix and match combos .

Well priced and well flavored ices and custards. Diverse set of flavors that changes daily. Service is usually quick, even when they're busy (which is often). Ample seating on the sides of the building if you want to enjoy your treat asap.

I love Rita's for it's refreshing Italian Ice. There may not be much parking, but it's situated in a nice suburban neighborhood that fits the mood

New owners??? Shrunk the size of a waffle cone and just filled the cone to the top of the cone stingy on their custard.. Dogs dish was the size of a sample maybe a tablespoon of custard with not even a half of a milk bone biscuit...Dog was looking for more and so were we! Been going there for many years till today..Not happy with the portions at all ..What's going on there..

Hands down favorite place! Custard is amazing and the ice is delicious and refreshing! Gelatti highly recommend!

Nice little ice/custard stand. Nothing really sets it apart from others. The peach lemonade was very tasty. Staff was fairly polite. Wasn't busy.

This was my first ever visit to Rita's and omg delicious. I got a hot fudge sundae. So good soft and smooth

This is for the West Gore location. I had the Swedish Fish/Cheesecake Misto shake and it was fantastic! There's plenty of options for a cold treat. The staff here was extraordinarily kind and helpful and knew the menu very well. Parking here isn't great but that's my only criticism. Hope you Enjoy!

never had custard befor so i was unsure,but this stuff is awesome. do not be turned off by the length of the lines, they are well staffed and knock out orders fast and correct.

The line was long but worth the wait! We tried butter pecan and a chocolate chewies and cream in waffle cones. Honey almond features Savannah Bee honey. Some inside seating and clean restrooms made this a great mid-day treat stop.

Service was very fast. Girl that waited on me was very friendly. Very many choices at reasonable prices.

Wow, I don't know why I have overlooked this spot! It's frozen custard is fabulous! Luscious and rich. There some off-street parking, but don't park in the beauty shop's parking lot.

This is the best "ice cream" place in Erie. I don't want to eat regular ice cream from anywhere else again because their custard and ice is so awesome. I moved across town and still drive over just for Ritas!

I have lived in Erie most of my life never have I been here till this summer. I was there years ago to strip and wax the floors and the owners was such a nice lady but that's another story. But such amazing frozen treats and Italian ice must have this if you never have.
