Salted caramel latte was disgusting.

Coffee had good flavor, cinnamon roll was fantastic, and the staff were warm and helpful. Would definitely visit again!

In the past week, I’ve had three drinks from enlightenment on two separate occasions. Both experiences were beyond amazing. The shop is clean, and the staff are kind. Perfect place for a coffee date or quick pick me up. Love having small coffee businesses to support locally and will definitely return.

Quaint spot with 7 tables, definitely appropriate for quiet conversation or relaxing. Atmosphere was good but overall would have enjoyed music or some type of ambiance. Can't say anything bad about Enlightenment... the barista was very friendly and everything was consistently cleaned. Not a huge selection of breakfast/lunch items but it's a coffee shop. We needed low/no sugar items but I will say the breakfast burrito was surprisingly delicious and filling. Certainly not McDonald's grade ingredients. Bathroom (shared) was clean and stocked. There's no baby changing table but it is handicapped accessible. Ramps are not close to the door but there are 2 available.

Coffee was great for a small spot and pleasantly surprisingly served at a good temperature. As in not too hot and immediately drinkable without risk of burning your mouth. Solid choice of speciality drinks I wish I could try out too.

Nice comfy place with great coffee (pour over this time)! Plenty of seating Beautiful decor Yummy homemade sandwiches and treats Fast, friendly staff I stayed for several hours - working (good Internet) and reading. I'll be back - often!

Wonderful coffee. Capp froth and temp on point. I witnessed them tasting the espresso, always a good sign.

Delicious coffee! I didn't get the chance to take a photo, but I had a delicious brown sugar cinnamon latte served in a mug, which is my favorite thing ever! I was a little worried it would be too sweet so I asked for less sweetener. After tasting my latte, I think I should have probably not said anything. It was still really good, but definitely not as sweet as I was expecting. The atmosphere was pleasant, more upbeat, city vibes. The barista was very friendly and helpful. Altogether a lovely coffee spot. I will certainly be returning!

First doesn't enlightened me at all,the food was sub par as it was nothing as it describe it was pre made in a package fresh from the microwave,then I ordered caffucino then I inquire about the artistic design on the top the waitress said that's how it be made when she delivered it with the paper go cup which is only half full with not semblance of any design except for that of a hot coco cup .my husband said his sandwich tasted like a microwaveble bun and his coffee tasted bitter and his enlightenedment was to never come back and wasted my time and money

Amazing people work here that make you feel loved. The lattes are amazing, overall my favorite coffee shop in Boone county. Love coming by for my morning coffee.

Comfortable little coffee shop. Very clean. Nice homemade type mugs. Had a house roast followed by a vanilla latte for the road, both were pleasant.

The only enlightenment I experienced at this establishment was to never return to waste my time or money. I ordered a sausage, egg,and cheese on a bagel. Apparently it was pre-made and straight out of the microwave still in the wrapper.The coffee tasted bitter and was overpriced. The two girls working the counter were much more interested in talking with each other than tending to their customers. All in all,a terrible experience.

Absolutely DELICIOUS lattes! I had the Honey Lavender Latte today and it seriously transported me back to the Lavender Festival we would go to in Los Ranchos, NM! The Cinnamon Roll Latte is another favorite too! Super cute shop with friendly employees and perfect ambiance for a coffee shop!

I stopped into this delightful coffee shop with my two kids when we were visiting a nearby business. The barista was extremely patient with my kids who were having trouble making up their minds. The turkey sausage breakfast burrito was great and the cinnamon roll was delicious. My only suggestion would be for them to up their tea game a bit. I know it's a coffee shop, but I appreciate it when coffee shops have some excellent organic loose leaf teas such as Numi or Rishi. I definitely recommend stopping in!

Great coffee! I got a hot latte and the turkey sausage burrito to go, both were delicious! Both batistas were very nice and friendly. Bought some swag too, t shirt and hoodie, both are comfortable. Needed the hoodie while I was in town for the chilly nights. Can't wait to go back!

Enlightenment had an amazing coffee on special, the Heavenly Sweet Caramel Latte. The storefront was a cute little place with indoor seating. My drink took a reasonable amount of time to be completed and was hand delivered to me in my seat because they remembered who order what. Will definitely be stopping back again.

Started to come to this places cruise ins. We love stopping in and hanging out. It's very comfortable. The Chai and cinnamon rolls are incredible. Staff is super friendly.

Wow am I back in Italy? Espresso was $1.00 served in ceramic with a spoon and well extracted may I add. The barista (sorry I didn’t get her name!) was awesome!

The coffee is from carrabella and was very good. This has a very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. It's very clean and simple.

I visit this coffee shop every time I'm in Kentucky and I absolutely adore it! Small lil place but the staff is so nice and they have creative coffee drinks.

The staff was very nice, but honestly our latte was pretty watery. The breakfast sandwiches and burritos are premade and warmed in microwave. While I would say they were definitely better than many fast food locations. If you're expecting a fresh hand made one look elsewhere.

My wife and I stopped here on our way up to Cincinnati and stumbled upon this delightful coffee shop. You are immediately greeted when walking in, and the cozy atmosphere makes you feel right at home. My wife enjoyed one of their new seasonal drinks, Chocolate Hazelnut. She loved it as every note on the drink came through and wasn't overly sweet. I chose to stay in summer and ordered a Frozen Strawberry Lemonde. Simple, and refreshing. We finished our drinks alongside a Blueberry Coffee Cake, and recommended you grab one of their delicious pastries. We will stop here again!
