Called three times over the course of two weeks to make a reservation for afternoon tea, which requires a reservation. I even left messages, they never called me back.

We were scheduled for high tea on July 20th, and just received a text saying it was cancelled with no explanation. When I called the shop they said they were moving and didn't know when they'd be operational again. I'd expect someone who served a proper high tea would have the manners and etiquette to send an email, text, or call with an explanation. We're very dissapointed, but simultaneously relieved if this is indicative of the services provided.

Booked a high tea for my husband and I as his birthday celebration. What a wonderful Tea...food, atmosphere, and service did not disappoint. They were also able to accommodate our dietary restrictions with advance notice. I wholeheartedly recommend a High experience at Etagere!

I took my Mom here for Mother's day and we had a great time. We had high tea, which offers you a lot of food. Very delicious and well made. I don't normally like tea but I very much enjoyed their strawberry kiwi tea! The atmosphere and vibe is great here. They were understaffed that day but we still very professional and helpful. We will come again for a fun thing to do.

Awesome place. Must make reservation. This is a great experience, lovely shop. Food & tea excellent! Also ordered hot coffee & iced latte to go, excellent! I watched a couple with their young daughter making wonderful memories by enjoying a tea party! Atmosphere is awesome. Hosts are so nice and the tray of food, Amazing !! You get your own table and just chill out ! I made new memories with my 2 nieces and great niece about to turn 1years old !

Cute place I got the Groupon deal for a foot soak, foot massage and eye treatment. They skipped the eye treatment, I had to ask prior to leaving which we then left with the eye treatment as a to go gift. Not what I expected but still great service and staff.

I can't believe it's taken me this long to find this place.. I was looking for a tea room and this is so much more than I could've hoped for. They have a very large selection of drinks, including coffee & hot chocolate if you don't like tea. You can book for low tea or high tea and also be accompanied by snacks & the like. They also have salon services! You can get your hands or toes done, a facial etc. AND IF THAT WASNT ENOUGH- they are also an antique shop! You're surrounded by literal gems of history and even drink out of some. The music, the vibes, the service and of course the artisan tea.... a MUST VISIT for sure.

This store is unlike any I've ever gone into. I love the tea and tasty goodies. The atmosphere and unique decor are an eye-explosion! You just can't see it all! The coffees and teas are very good. My favorite is the Berry tea, hot or iced. The dessert case is fantastic! With everything made in-house, it's a fancy bakery too. Now I know they also have a Spa in-house too and offer a lot of services but I haven't visited for that. But it's very popular and always busy. The staff and owner are all very nice and helpful. Very generous with their time helping you. It's worth the trip to visit. It's an experience!

Tea, food and service were great! I love the vintage decor and aesthetic. The staff were super friendly and attentive. They were accommodating to vegetarians (call ahead!) Me and my partner had low tea there for our monthly date. I recommend you try it out if you're thinking about it-- support your local businesses!!

I went here to get a foot soak with my mom for her birthday. I didn’t expect to have such a great time! The service the great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Another great birthday for the books

Second time here but 1st time trying their food. We tried their "elevenses" platter. Very generous and a lovely variety. I was however disappointed that this time our beverages were not served in real mugs but in take out cups. I was delighted the 1st time we came for just coffees and had them served in proper glassware. A hidden gem for unique gifts, spa treatments, delicious coffees and a lovely tea experience. My bride loves this store, it's part coffee shop, part antique shop and part spa. She goes for the tea but it seems like there is something for everyone, even us coffee drinkers. so many things are stuffed in here I would need to spend more than the couple of minutes it took to get our order.

I had a fabulous time at Etagere this afternoon. My experience began with a relaxing and meticulous pedicure followed by high tea. Every morsel of the meal was scrumptious and the service was excellent. The atmosphere is eclectic and inviting. I could spend hours just browsing the shop. I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

My sisters and I had a great time today perusing, soaking, and sipping! We loved the staff and enjoyed the pastries, truffles, and toffee that we took home. I will be back to support a lovey business with lovely owners and staff!

Do you like tea? If you prefer low tea, high tea, elevensises, second breakfast, afternoon tea, dinner and supper, you might be a Hobbit. This quiet cafe is tea with a cozy atmosphere. Book ahead for a group and they have plenty of products to purchase should you come across a flavor you enjoy. Menu appears to rotate and offers finger sandwiches to munch on while you catch up on Bridgerton Abbey.

Comfortable. Went for a pedicure. Nicely done. The pedicurist was kind, pleasant and not too chatty. The atmosphere is relaxing and employees are happy. They will leave you smiling!😊 I didn't eat there. I had a stawberry cool drink which was just fine

I am a huge fan of a delicious croissant, and that’s exactly what I was given! Friendly staff lovely atmosphere.

I had high tea and a foot soak. The food was out of this world. So flavorful and delicious. The foot soak was very relaxing. The service was very friendly and made everyone in my group feel welcomed. The atmosphere was eclectic and different in a good way. I've never had an experience quite like this one. I would definitely recommend for anyone who likes good food and unique experiences.

My Christmas gift to my mom was pedis and tea at Etagere. We had a wonderful time getting Low Pedicures in the spa followed by Low Tea in the tea room. The decor was just as the pictures advertise. The food was delicious, and the service was great. I highly recommend!

I hope this place is around for a long time because there's nowhere else like this. Pedicures and a tea party...so much fun. Low tea was inexpensive with generous portions . I've been to other high teas that were much more pricey with far less portions. I love this place. Cozy and so much to look at. I love it so much!

Outstanding time with a family outing to "low tea"! The entire tea experience was great; booking was easy, parking was easy, the atmosphere and presentation were gorgeous and we all just had such a fun time. The low tea is very well priced for all the "bites" each person gets. When you add in friendly staff and owners, plus a beautiful presentation and experience, it becomes a great value. Thank you so much for a great family event!

This place is amazing a huge shop of beauty and a beauty bar, foot soak .. life changing experience with tea and baked goods and charcuterie and wow amazing staff. We did a ladies night and was sooo worth it .. amazing value

Working with Brook to plan the most perfect Bridal Shower for my daughter was a dream. The event couldn’t have been any more elegant, from the table setting to the amazing food and presentation. Brook made the process seamless, all we had to do was show up! The owners are completely accommodating and I felt like I got the best value for what I was looking for. The day couldn’t have been anymore perfect

Great speciality coffee, tea, desserts and high tea. Antiques and thousands of rare items for purchase. Staff is excellent. Brooke and Joy are the best. You feel as though you are sitting in a classy version of your kitchen or dining area.

So unique an experience. Will definitely be returning. Such a nice way to visit. Quaint shopping and spa is top of the line. I come here probably every couple of months with either my mom or my BFF

What a great space! Eclectic mix of antiques and interesting décor. They sell tea, coffee, chocolates, supplies, antiques and more. They also do manis, pedis, foot soaks ect. I got a chai and some chocolate. chatted with the owners. Very friendly and helpful! Best place for a drink and a break in the area.
