Discovered this place when i moved into the area and is probably the best Ice cream I’ve ever had with such a cool atmosphere. Wish they were year round!

My family and I happened to find Heidi's Hollow while in the area for a sporting event and we fell in love. We make a detour whenever we're close and never leave without some big smiles. Thanks to the team that makes this shop such a fun and pleasant stop for the whole family. 🍨 ❤️

Heidi's Hollow has always been our Go-to place for ice cream. Now under new mgmt. They have changed a few things and it looks great. Last 2 times we stopped in the owner came out & said Hello. Very nice ladies! The staff is super friendly and polite. Not sure if they changed companies but the ice cream tastes better than I can remember? Hope they will be open year round.

Great old-timey spot for homemade ice cream. Big yard out back to relax with your treat and sometimes games like cornhole and soccer out back to play. Worth a stop❣️

Great staff and ice cream! My son has a serious peanut allergy. One bite and he becomes anaphylaxis. The girl at the container was so sweet. She made sure everything was clean and peanut free. I just wanted to come on here and say thank you again for your great service. :) We'll definitely be back.

Wonderful place to grab ice cream!

Since the new ownership, Heidi's has only gotten better (and it was great before!). Everyone working there is super polite, the menu options have expanded and are great! My son loved his cookie ice cream sandwich. They make them when ordered so you can pick soft or hard ice cream and your flavor. Don't forget to request sprinkles on the outside! We will continue to go back for sure, especially as the weather warms up to sit out back at a picnic table.

Heidi's catered our office party and they were absolutely fantastic! I would strongly recommend them to anyone searching for an ice cream caterer for an event!

Went tonight and even though there was a long line the staff got through it fast and was super friendly at the window! The seasonal coconut ice cream is amazing and is a must try! Heidis is the best ice cream shop around in my books!

Very good ice cream. Owners are nice and they have done a good job of improving upon their business while keeping a similar aesthetic to what many have been used to for years. Only complaint I’ve had: I like ice cream sodas (I don’t think they are even on the menu to be fair), so I’ll occasionally ask if the staff knows how to make them. They usually say yes, but they really don’t know how to make them . They should probably be trained how to, or told to just say no and suggest something else. I’ve gotten some pretty interesting concoctions. One of the girls told me she absolutely knew how to make it when I ordered a chocolate ice cream soda with banana ice cream. I got soda water and cream/milk with cut up banana chunks (the fruit) floating in it. I’m not mad though, considering it isn’t really on the menu and the staff is young. Everything else I’ve gotten there was great though.

Ice cream is super good! But poor staff ordered a large but barely got any ice cream! A medium was bigger than it. Ordered three cones and got none, the staff stand around talking while two people make the ice cream. It wasn’t busy it was practically dead.. Also takes super long just for an ice cream!!

YES...there are still beautiful souls around. I want to thank the woman who took our order tonight & wanted to remain nameless. She didn't give a second thought helping me in a tight situation. Angel in disguise. I am sooo grateful for what you did for my daughter! On the ride home she says "Mom, they're like family there." Thanks again.

Cool ice cream place! Delicious flavors and friendly staff. Very large selection of flavors and varieties of ice cream treats. Size was great for the price. Would definitely retun here again.

Seem to be only one person working so it took a very long time to get our ice cream but it was delicious.

Nice enough staff. Cool decor. I had the soft serve, though, and it was OK at best. My girl had the regular ice cream, and she rather liked hers, so, I'd say check it out, but maybe pass on the soft serve.

Been going here for 16yrs or so. They have landscaped it nicely. It has shaded areas to eat out back, good for the kids. You can eat in or out.

Got a delicious root beer float from here. Staff was super friendly. I like how they are dog friendly as well, and they even have pupcups! Took my dogs over after their vet vet visit.

Great ice cream and workers! Always friendly service. However, portions are very small for the price. They also need a better system in place. Every time we go, even with a few people ahead of us, it's a very long wait.

Great place to get an icecream! I’ve been coming since I was a kid and since the new owners took over it’s gotten even better! They take cards now and the outside seating areas are so clean and look amazing! And there are more places to sit! Also, great idea to put stairs in the hill going up to the window too. No more slipping down the rocks! The staff is so friendly and the icecream itself is the best!

Best ice cream anywhere hands down! The Tollhouse Cookie is incredible and so are the other flavors. Great place to take the family and grab a cone or sundae!
