Exotic Snack Factory in NY is a hidden gem in the mall!** I recently stumbled upon Exotic Snack Factory while shopping at the mall, and I have to say, it's one of the most unique and fascinating stores I've ever visited. The concept is really interesting, offering a wide variety of snacks from around the world, many of which are familiar brands but in flavors that are almost impossible to find elsewhere. The store is well-situated in the mall, making it easy to pop in while shopping. The layout is inviting, with shelves stocked full of brightly colored packaging and intriguing treats that immediately catch your eye. It's a snack lover's paradise! My kids absolutely loved it here. They were thrilled to find so many fun and unusual snacks, from different flavored chips to candies we had never seen before. It's a great place to explore as a family, and we spent a good amount of time just browsing and picking out new things to try. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering suggestions and even letting us sample a few items before buying. This really added to the experience, making it not just a shopping trip but a little adventure. Placed an order online a few weeks ago, they took my money and didn’t ship anything. They don’t answer their calls or emails either, just flat out thieves. Going to file complaint with local authorities for theft

Placed an online order and when I received it I was missing a third of my order and a few of the items i did recieve were wrong. I have now reached out twice to support to fix this or give me a partial refund considering I spent almost $150 and still have gotten no response. Probably will never order from this company again.

Very small store with not a huge selection. Also, items don't have posted prices, and I am not in the habit of being surprised at the checkout. There are much better choices for this sort of thing elsewhere.

Bought some snacks today. After I opened the snack and it tasted weird. Looked at the expiration date and found it was expired. Three items out of four are expired!!!!!!!, It shouldn’t be based on the price they charge. Make sure to look before you buy anything

Purchased a bag of bacon and sour cream chips and a FIJI water. It cost $11. Price gouging for the drink. FIJI water is normally a bit higher but not $8. Disappointed that this is ok.

Ok I get a little shop like this is going to be expensive but really. I can not imagine them being open for long. Good luck This is marked as a restaurant, it is not, just a tiny store that sells snack type food.

So overpriced and not worth a visit order online if possible the price of the items are insane.

Had a lot of fun looking at all the snacks… they really should put the prices on things though. We paid about $55 for 5 items.

My only complaint is you should definitely have the prices of the items listed on them. I went crazy grabbing snacks and was shook when my total was $53 for this little bag. I’m not going to complain about the prices, though. I bet it’s expensive as hecc to get it all here. Maybe just be a little more transparent before an ambition person like myself grabs a bunch of snacky snacks😂

Love this store! But we drove all the way there on 2/11/23 and it was closed down! Are they all closing?

Definitely a cool spot to find some rare imported snacks but there NEED to be prices on things otherwise it feels like a scam. You grab 4 sodas and a small snack and suddenly your total is $50. And I understand that importing goods can be expensive but at least display and warn your customers of this first so that there isn't any confusion.

Great selection, but high prices. I understand the snacks are imported and they're renting space in a mall, so prices will reflect that; however, at least for many of the Asian snacks, I know you can get them for much cheaper at the Asian markets in Rochester.

The snacks are so good and it’s always so cool to see all the snacks from around the world, I can’t stop coming back for more😋

Went there on 8/29, first thing I noticed was nothing is priced so I was kind of taken by surprise when I was told my total was $10.14 for a bag of skittles cloudz. I looked at my receipt when I got home and noticed that I was charge 8.75% sales tax. Victor is 7.5%. Also was charged a 4.0% service charge that was never mentioned. Cool products but overall kind of sketchy pricey that I’m sure Ontario county weights and measures would also have issue with.
