Fat Jack's is an amazing little bakery in N. Odessa. The people there are always great: they're helpful and kind, their quirky signage is really funny if you're not the "Karen" type, and their selection of baked goods are always delicious. I love sweets and will say you have the right amount of sweetness and sugar with every bite without it being a full on diabetic attack before finishing your snack. Everything I have tried so far is great: cupcakes, cookies, lemon bars, & cinnamon rolls.

Loved the Pies and The Cinnamon Rolls!!! Also loved the “ Tongue in Cheek/Sarcastic/ SnowFlake and Karen Offending” signage😎👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Today, my husband and I tried Fat Jacks Bakery. We bought a cinnamon roll, cookies, croissant, peanut butter square AND the owner gave us complimentary kolaches. It was delicious and tasted so fresh. The customer service was amazing! We will definitely be visiting again.

Ordered a birthday cake and it was the cake that was the hit of the party not decorations or festivities!

Their food was tasty. Their customer service was nonexistent though. I would not recommend this establishment due to their poor customer service skills and negative attitudes of the staff.

They made a really awesome birthday cake for us. Everyone enjoyed , it added to our great evening. I wish I would have taken a picture of it. That's not the last I'll be buying from them. So I'll get a picture of the next one.

really good from the Pies to the Biscuits and gravy to the Kolaches which they have several variations of.

Wife been asking to try FJ for a while. I regret not going sooner! Best Kolache's I've ever had. They serve fast n friendly, served brkfst to go for a deliver driver dropping off supplies and even sent me with a big sausage for my service dogs I barely mentioned! These guys are at the top of the service chain by far!

We are traveling to see children/grandchildren and looked up ‘best cinnamon rolls’….Fat Jacks came up!! ABSOLUTE best Kolaches, EVER with the dough being fabulous! With it being 1 hour to closing, they were out of cinnamon rolls😢 but the chocolate chip/pecan cookies and blueberry and apple pies were GREAT!! Thanks Chris! It was a very happy experience!

Fat Jack’s is ok to try but you will be let down by the selection. Staff here isn’t very pleasant, and prices are a bit on the higher end. Worth a try to say the least .

Wow, wow, wow, I’ve always thought Cinnabon was the best. But the reigning champ has fallen. These cinnamon rolls are unbelievable delicious. And did I mention enormous! Definitely a shareable confection. Plus they have a lot of other incredible goodies including incredible burritos.

I had a Cinnamon Bun. It was huge and very good. Their savoury breakfast options are also amazing and a favorite at work shops in the area.

I've been wanting to try this place since we moved here almost a year ago. I took my niece and daughter there. The baked goodies were good, not amazing but good. Older man seemed to get annoyed at kid noises easily though. We were in the store maybe 5 minutes and obviously the owner/ employees do not know me or my kids ..don't need parenting advise from a bakery, stay in your lane and sale your product.

Never trust a skinny cook/chef.

Love this place! Everything is made in house! I haven't been disappointed with anything I've tried. Everything is fantastic! Especially the cinnamon rolls and kolaches

A salesman or vendor brought some cookies from Fat Jacks and they were amazing! They were at least 4” in diameter!

Cinnamon rolls , just order the cinnamon roll. look every salesman grabs 20 kolaches and passes them out but the cinnamon rolls oh yeah

The kolaches were delicious (hogs in a blanket)! My family, in laws, and Texan family all had these for brunch. These most definitely hit the spot. The desserts are delicious too! Service was professional.
