Excellent customer service super friendly and the BEST sub sandwich we've ever had!

Cozy little establishment. I visited for the first time today. The lady that took my order was very kind, and well spoken. I asked what salad dressings they had and she advised me of all the different kinds. I ordered a chef salad and my order was done and completed within 3 mins. Honestly the best customer service. The chef salad was like no other. I'm sad I didn't try them sooner. I will be back! The food was amazing!

I’ve been coming here for lunch for over 10 years and can’t recommend it enough! The food is always fresh and the staff is very friendly and efficient. If you are a frequent visitor and order the same thing, then they can save your order for your next visit. When you walk in, they automatically remember you and start preparing your order automatically.

I went because I’ve never seen a 4.9 rating for a sandwich and those ratings didn’t lie. I thought about the sandwich I had for the rest of the day and wished I would’ve gotten more. Next time I’m in town, I’m coming back.

If anybody ever ask you and say “hey, what is the best samwich in the downtown Baton Rouge area.” Everybody can confidently say “Uhh, hmmm let me think about it…. JUST KIDDING! FAYES SUBS AND SALADS” joking joking on baby and em though, Faye’s subs provides some of the most consistent, high quality lunches downtown. Affordable and friendly! They make you feel like family every time you come in. Cannot recommend it enough! doing business with and/or having a casual lunch downtown with Faye’s subs is always a win. A downtown GEM everybody needs to add to their routine.

Family owned/run. Fast, Fresh, and Fantastic. I grab lunch from here most days I’m working downtown. Not sure why anyone in the area would choose Subway while Faye’s in open.

Food was very delicious. The ladies there were very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Fun local place. Found it due to Google reviews (good job y’all). Defining right on track with quickly and friendly service. The food came out quick and made right to order. Looked and tasted fresh and on point. Recommended when in the mood for a sandwich or (yummy) salad.

I have been a regular of Faye's for about the 5+ years. I love the food, the staff is absolutely awesome and has to be my favorite lunch spot. In spite of them having a huge lunch crowd, I always appreciated how kind they were to me and even to the point where one of ladies who regularly ran the register would remember what drink I liked with my meal. I recently had to move from BR for work and honestly will miss Faye's. I will definitely be eating lunch there when I come to visit.😁

Have gone here for 20+ years at least once a week! Line may look long but don't let that stop you from coming in for a bite... it moves FAST!

I used to come here on Wednesday’s; I’d call it Faye’s Wednesday’s. I’d get the veggie sandwich and some Zappos. This place was a sanctuary to me - the only place in BR Downtown that can make a mean veggie sub. I wonder if they still saved my order; I was a frequent customer and I miss them so much now! I hope all is well. Everyone is so nice 💜💛

Really enjoy their subs. They are practicing social distancing and slinging delicious fresh subs daily. I highly recommend the "Best" sub but I'm sure everything they make is great

Very good food, good customer service and friendly and patient employees. Explained the options to my kiddos as we'd never been there before. My only complaint was the music, had my little kids in there and they were playing music with tons of f-words and other garbage language.

Faye's is the best sandwich place to me.ive been coming here since I was a baby. The food is still awesome. I recommend the grilled chicken,mayo, lettuce,tomato,etc with light Vinaigrette ...salt and pepper 🤗❤️ with a bag of regular lays and a coca cola lol

Great family-owned sandwich shop. If you're downtown for lunch and want a quick, simple, and really good sandwich come here. Their "Best" sandwich is great and their potato salad is good too. Even if there's a line I'm never waiting more than a couple minutes max.

Wonderful sandwich and salad shop. Hole in the wall and very easy to miss, next door to Schlitz and Giggles. To me, very comparable to Inga's near LSU. Great service and kind of an experience to watch the cook at work. They also have Zapp's potato chips. :-) Support local business and visit today!
