Very good and very large selection of soft and hard serve ice cream plus milkshakes. The service was shockingly fast even on a summer afternoon, and the staff was willing to mix together different soft serve flavors how we wanted. They have a lot of more unique flavors, which is always fun too. There are also picnic tables in the sun and shade around the parking lot too

Easily some of the best ice cream in Maine! I absolutely love coming here. I have tried probably 10 different flavors and they were all soo good! Peanut butter is AMAZING! Love this place. and to top it all off, the prices are so affordable.

To die for ice cream. We will come any hour of the day and day of the week if we’re craving it. Highly recommend their special Sundays or the cookie sandwich. Only item to note is the are cash only. There is an ATM on site.

There was about fifty customers either eating at picnic tables, in line ordering or eating at their cars but it was a hot and busy night for them. For as busy as they were, service was fast and correct. They have picnic tables to eat at, unfortunately this isn't a place you can eat inside at but there's a lot of picnic tables around the front of the building. This is a cash only business they don't accept anything except cash but they have an atm. They had quite a few staff on tonight which was good because it was really busy. There's tons of parking so you should always be able to find a spot. The location is easy to find, it's right on the main drag of western avenue. Prices are decent and cheaper then dairy queen. They are open seasonally until nine at night. I got the black raspberry home run, my husband got the peanut butter dug out and our friend got the mint with oreos home run. Big portions for under twenty bucks. We were all happy with the ice cream and service. Thank-You! Overall, 4 stars! <3

One small bowl of icecream is like a pint and it's only $2.90. great quality, too. We stop here on our yearly trip up north every time.

Always a place to get a yummy treat. FYI they only take cash. They do have a cash machine outside that you can use.

If you like to chew your ice cream, this is the place for you. The flavors are great; I'm just not crazy about the texture.

Good ice cream but often fairly slow service at the drive through - and note that they only take cash. A small size ice cream is LARGE so be careful - a baby cone is enough!

WHAT??? You want a SMALL??? Their small is bigger than Daory Queen's large! All their ice cream is made there daily and it's rich, creamy, and great tasting👅 Once you go there you will be addicted to some of the best ice cream you've ever had❤️😍

Nice enough ice cream stand but ...it's not Gifford's.....on the positive side they have unusual flavors and combination suggestions for sundaes as well as unique toppings like maple syrup, raspberry, blueberry, etc

Worst ice cream I’ve ever eaten, I don’t want to know what they are putting in it to give it that “play dough” type texture and lack of any creaminess. Nothing about this place makes it worth trying to eat that garbage.

Hands down the best tasting ice cream that I have ever experienced. This shop in Manchester Maine is open year round. Cash only. No credit or debit cards accepted. There is an ATM on site. They offer an order/take out window in addition to a drive thru. Excellent menu options offering many different flavors. Very high quality products. Can’t say enough about Fielders Choice. You know it has to be good whenever my nephews visit from Connecticut this is the only ice cream shop they ever ask for.

I can no longer have ice cream, however, I bring my family here all the time. The ice cream sizes are much more than you expect, the quality is top notch and no matter when you go, the staff is always attentive and friendly!

Wow. We had a small ice cream in a waffle cone. The portions are huge. The flavors are delicious. They do have picnic tables set up around the shop. They only take cash but have an ATM available in front of the shop. We had butter pecan... so many pecans. Yum. Also, a coffee oreo. There are so many oreos, so yummy. It's always fun to try different flavors.

Most people I know absolutely love this place. It's not my favorite. I find the hard serve too sugary and the soft not creamy at all.

Portion sizes are pretty big compared to other ice cream shops. Be prepared. The small is the size of most larges. Their ice cream is rich and flavorful and service is very prompt.
