Absolutely delicious and 10x better than Dunkin or Starbucks! I wish I had a FLCR in my town!

Came across this place on our way to Niagara. Happily leaving with grinded Guatemala dark coffee along with in-house lattes. Cozy place to stop by and try out essence of different coffee beans. Amazing people who are managing the place!

Great local coffee place; especially enjoyed the Jamaican Me Crazy blend on ice! Ended up getting ground coffee at Wegmans to try at home. Ambience was also nice and reminded me of Gloria Jeans when we had one in my hometown years ago.

Excellent treats and coffee options. Drink sizes were a bit confusing though and didn't seem to match what was on the board.

I love this little gem in Farmington/Victor/Canandaigua. It’s always been one of my favorite places to grab a cup now that I’ve moved away. When I happen to be in town I always stop by and stock up on my favorite coffee beans for home.

The coffee itself was really delicious. The service was severely lacking. My mom and mom in law had coffees that were barely warm so they asked to have them remade and the lady with the dark hair was extremely short and rude about it.

Friendly helpful staff, great assortment of coffee. I only drink decaf and there were at least 10 flavors of whole bean to choose from! They grind it for you or you can bring home to grind. They had bagels and muffins as well as mugs, coffee press etc to purchase. Highly recommend.

Lovely local coffee shop with a number of great roasts!

I recently visited this coffee shop, attracted by the promise of holiday drink specials and a cozy atmosphere. However, I was taken aback by the display of a rainbow flag within the shop's decor. Personal political and social beliefs aside, I believe that a coffee shop should be a welcoming space that focuses on the service and products it offers rather than displaying symbols that may inadvertently communicate a sense of partisanship. My belief is that any establishment, especially those serving a diverse public, would benefit from maintaining neutrality to ensure that all customers feel equally welcomed and respected, regardless of their individual beliefs and values. While the drinks offered were satisfactory, the ambiance did not align with my personal preferences for a neutral space where the focus is solely on the craft of coffee and the community it serves. As a result, I feel compelled to seek out other establishments that prioritize coffee and service above all else. It is with a heavy heart that I say I won't be returning to this coffee shop.

I don't find the service here very friendly. The last time I was here the people just seemed annoyed that they had to take your order. Other times they just don't seem too enthusiastic to be working with the public and just talk amongst themselves. I wouldn't consider this a very customer focused place. The coffee is okay but not as good as working class coffee or next door coffee. It smells too strong of flavored coffee in this place, to the point where it made my party want to leave.

The espressos were good, the extraction technique was good and it wasn't bitter at all. Add a chocolate from the register. The toffee one pairs well with the coffee.

Their chai is me and my partner’s new favorite in the morning . They are very quick and generous with their drink in terms of ice to drink . I particularly enjoy the spiced iced chai latte while my partner enjoys chocolate and sometimes the raspberry .

I really like this place and its coffee is amazing. I just really wish they would re-evaluate their customer experience from the time they walk in the door to the time they get their coffee. It’s kind of a mess and you literally never know where you stand.

Their cold brew is the best around! Everyone else claiming to serve cold brew is either charging a premium for iced coffee or making cold brew with low quality coffee.

1st time here-passing thru on I-90. Forgot to personally thank the barista who made my double espresso macchiato (traditional) this morning- it was perfect. Thank you! I took the Finger Lakes brewed coffee to go, and it was hot & flavorful…kept me driving fast!! Also, there was a new employee being trained which made things probably slower than normal, but the barista asked me what I wanted & started on my drink while in the queue- good work!

This is a fantastic coffee shop. I stock up on the Canandaigua Blend every time we visit the area. They did have a few baked goods, but I didn't have any.

A bit disappointing. Our coffee unremarkable.

I was in the Canandaigua area and stopped at their coffee shop. The minute we walked in, we were greeted, and there was the wonderful smell of good coffee. We like the Canandaigua blend coffee because it is smooth and tastes delicious. I bought a 5# bag of coffee beans as I usually have to order it online.

Our first time there. The staff was pleasant and helpful. They had a large selection of drinks! And very tasty treats.

I have been a customer of finger lakes coffee roasters from the beginning when my daughter worked at the store in Bushnell Basin. Your coffee beans are on sale on the 9th of each month, I usually call the day before to place my order,but today I called for todays sale, and a friendly lady took my call, after she took my order ,she asked me to call the day before for pickup on the 9th. I am not upset by that, what bothers me is that when I arrived to pick up my order 4 workers were not waiting on any customers, so when I gave my name they said there was a mixed-up and gave my order to someone else. Now I had to wait for my order to be filled.. Also I am not happy about you not using the punch cards for coffee beans. Thank you for listening to me. M. Brown

I’ve been coming here a lot more often recently, the ladies are always kind, and quick at making my coffee. I love love the hot café mocha, caramello and white knight. I can’t wait to try some of their other hot and cold coffees. The punchcard with the ability to eventually get a free drink is a nice touch. 😊

Next to my home town coffee this is some incredible coffee. Staff is friendly and knowledge.

My father visiting from out of town asked if he could receive a veteran’s discount for the coffee he was purchasing. Instead of kindly replying, the lady who said that she has worked there for 13 years, gave a snotty response, “No! We’ve never given veteran discounts!” As if that wasn’t enough, my daughter wanting to find a suitable gift asked for a recommendation for a sweeter coffee that had hints of cinnamon. “No!” I’m so disappointed in the disrespectful and rude employee. Shame on you for not learning how to speak kindly to customers after 13 years! You’ve tarnished an establishment that has been nothing but kind to my family and I for the past 15 years.

I like this place, but I find the smell of Jamaican me crazy. A little overwhelming. I don't like the way they give you cream in your coffee. Since it's not set out, you have to ask them several times to adjust it to your liking, which makes you feel like you're annoying them. Staff is very friendly. Although it's small. The atmosphere is nice.

Coffee is good and reasonably priced. The sitting are is small but still,a nice place to grab a good cup of coffee.

Everyone is always so kind here & the coffee is amazing. My faves - if you're looking for a recommendation - Jamaican me crazy beans & a Jamaican me crazy cooler, if you're ordering a drink. So good. But I've never grabbed a bag I didn't enjoy. Especially love how everything has a flavor description!

I have loved Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters Coffee forever, I recently moved away from my closest location and started ordering online. When I quick paid with Google pay at 5:15 on a Friday evening it had my old address not my current address, I immediately emailed them asking them to send it to my current address (not expecting a response until Monday morning) and at 9:15 PM I got a response saying they'd take care of it. To make a long story short, not only do they have my all time favorite coffee, but also STELLAR customer service!

Wonderful experience. A pleasant aroma greets you as you enter and the barista greeted on arrival and was very friendly and attentive. The service was quick and enjoyable. They had a great selection of beans to go, and the flavors were varied and tasty, both in the cup and in the bag.

Wonderful coffee served by friendly staff are the hallmarks off this store. They offer many interesting blends and flavors. We're rather fond of the s'mores flavored coffee. Another important point is that when a customer purchases a pound of coffee they actually get 16 ozs of coffee not 12 ozs packaged to look like a pound.

I can't say enough about this place, their coffee, and the two young ladies who helped me during my first trip there!! We live close to an hour away, so regular visits won't happen...but you can bet I won't drive by the place without stopping!!!! Great product + Incredible staff = WINNER!!

FL Coffee Roasters has the best selection of fine coffees in the area. Their $9.99 per pound special that they run on the 9th of each month is the best deal around. Whole bean or ground, many flavors to choose from plus a cup for the road! Life is better with a good cup of coffee!

Met friends here. Outdoor seating was very convenient. Huge coffee beverage selection as well as smoothies. Excellent flavor and good prices. Staff were great. One snarky jackass customer behind us making judge-y comments about my friend's order but we didn't let that ruin our good time.

Come up from Philadelphia forba work trip, stopped in m for coffee in the morning. Both ladies were attentive and incredibly bubbly. They made a great suggestion for Joes Cold Brew Nitro with sweet cream foam, and its delicious. I will be back tomorrow morning before leaving.
