There is a girl that works there that is quite rude in how she responds to request for sides, not just once but a couple of times which is the only reason I'm mentioning it. If you order on the app make sure you don't need any of the toppings you want on the side or ask someone else. Tried the new chicken bacon sandwich and the chicken to me taste like the remade packaged chicken you get at Walmart. It's doesn't taste of quality at all. I will stick to the firehouse hero, the engineer, or the hook and ladder. Can't go wrong with them. The food is not the best around but it's definitely better than subway.

Firehouse subs is my new favorite sub joint. Excellent food and great customer service. I’d do a free commercial for you guys. Food so good make you smile for the rest of the day!

Mariya Leach provided wonderful service. She was very customer friendly and created the BEST sandwiches we have ever eaten. She went above and beyond to provide us with an excellent eating experience here at Firehouse Subs.

Whenever I come to this place I always ask for my sub to be cold with no pickle and every time it’s toasted with pickle juice all over the bread

I eat here too much... this place is awesome and I am never unsatisfied when I come here. I've tried 10+ different sandwiches here and every one of them is great. They make sandwixhes I don't even like elsewhere, but they have the magic touch and make it one of my favorites at that.

Ordered 4 subs. Showed up at the time I agreed upon, sat down to gross soggy old food. Don't go here.. save yourself the disappointment.

I was greeted as soon as I came into this place which is normal. Waited longer than I anticipated for my sandwich to be made but I wasn’t too bothered by that. The biggest issue is that I found long black straight hairs in my food. My hair is naturally curly so it couldn’t be mine. My biggest criticism is that the staff need hairnets to avoid situations like this. I ended up throwing my sandwich away based on the amount of hair I found my food. If you plan on coming here don’t come here between 6-8:30PM

Fast service, good food and friendly staff.

All sandwiches are always freshly made to order. All orders are delivered to your table by a very friendly employee. You have choices of either small, medium or large sandwich. Don't forget to get the meal deal to include a drink and your choice of cookies, chips or whatever. You can't beat the reasonable prices and the family atmosphere. Oh yeah, free refills on your favorite drink as well. Give this establishment a try and you too will be hooked. Recommend!

Love firehouse sandwiches but not a fan of this location. Every single time I do an online order I will wait 10 min to go pick up my order after the time they say it will be ready and I ALWAYS end up waiting at least 10-15 min at the store. It is very frustrating and a waste of my time.

This is the best one we have been to since moving to Florida over 5 years ago. Everyone was very attentive. The place was clean. They got our order right and everything was really good. It's a little out of the way for us, but I'd consider it to be worth the drive.

Particularly I prefer a salad instead of a sub. My family loves them. We were happy with the specialty hot subs they had available. I chose a Club Sub regular which was cut in half. Enough left for brunch now!

I ordered an assorted sub platter, salad, and desserts for my staff for Employee Appreciation Day today. The order was ready when I arrived, and the manager went over everything to be sure it was correct and even carried the boxes to my car. I have never had Firehouse Subs before and my entire staff agreed they were the BEST sandwiches we've ever had - fresh, packed with excellent quality meats, and absolutely delicious! Thank you! I know where to go from now for meetings, etc.

Good quality, but was very surprised at how small the sandwich was.

Literally the worst roast beef sandwich I have ever had starting with the old bread.

Delicious subs, especially the Italian! Got the large with the intention of having half for dinner and the other half for lunch the next day. It was so good, I ate the whole thing for dinner!

Great food. Calm basic inside dining. Organized and steady handling of flow of orders.

The last 2 times I've gotten a mobile order, the lettuce has tasted just like rubbing alcohol smells. Also I customized our toppings on the app, but 2 of the 4 sandwiches we've opened so far have been wrong (one had added tomato and missing deli mustard. One was missing the lettuce and sautéed mushrooms).

The worst sub I've ever had. I ordered the new prime rib sandwich that had ZERO TASTE. The meat was also tough. When I ordered the sandwich I asked the guy to cut it in half and wrap it separately. He cut it in half but did not wrap it separately. Two of the guys are not practicing good health measures. One of them was wearing a mask over his mouth/nose but his long black hair was hanging down right over the food he was making, NO hat or hairnet. The other guy with a beard was singing right over the food. Do you think anything was coming out of his mouth while he was singing and landing on the food he was preparing? Last time I will be eating at FHS!!

I love this sub shop. They are always on par with their food. There is a employee I've never seen working before that had a bad attitude the last time I went. Will update if it was just a bad day and next time she has a better attitude

Best sammich I've had in a really long time

One of the workers was very rude to me because I accidentally picked up the wrong sandwich from the online basket. It was not opened & I promptly handed it back. He was mumbling under his breath & I heard him tell his woman co worker that I was STUPID. That was the first time I went to Firehouse subs, but believe me it will be the LAST !!!!

Very clean and pleasant staff. Got the cheddar brisket and there was almost no meat to it. Was just ok overall.

The sandwich size “S” must actually stand for “Snack” or “Slider” because that sandwich was seriously TINY … very good food though, I can appreciate that

I purposely went into the store to place my order because they always get it wrong online. I repeated the order twice and they still made mistakes on both sandwiches. I have no idea what happened to this location, it used to be one I liked to go to.

Food looks like the picture. If you go into any fast food place and see the product on the screen, you know it's not looking like that. At Firehouse they do.

Always satisfying! I love their products and service. Quick and easy, off the App. Their very far and few between, so try to purchase when their on my way home.

It's been about 8 years since I've had a sandwich at Firehouse Subs. I became allergic to wheat at that time. Today, I had an Engineer on their new gluten free roll and it was fantastic! So excited that Firehouse is now an option for me again! Thank you for getting with the times Firehouse! I appreciate it so much!

I have found there is no consistency in the way Firehouse makes their subs. Sometimes they're really good and other times not so much. It's a hit and miss. In my opinion there a little pricey but they're still open so they must be doing something right.

The cornbeef and pastrami... steamer...was delicious! This was my first time here, will definitely be back.

This place makes one of my favorite sandwiches in the whole world. I love sandwiches a lot, and there's a lot of choices out there, so I don't say this lightly. I don't know if all FHS are this good, but this one is totally worth it!

HUGE subs! I like how they had what I considerd bite size, for us that are weight conscious and large for are hubbies! My husband really enjoyed the Italian sub. He mentioned it had a sweetness to it. He finally figured it out...it's the ham that they use. He said it added a different flavor profile that he didn't expect, but enjoyed.

I’m not trying to exaggerate, but I have never but never had a sub as good as this one! When I first walked-in i was disappointed that they didn’t offer fries with the meal. But guess what?! You don’t need fries! You don’t need anything else other than the sub! Because it is ridiculous delicious!!!! As I was walking out I had a thought, the guys in the kitchen are not just regular employees that learned in 2 hrs how to flip a burger and got them selves a job. Those people back there are real chef! So for everyone, “Firehouse” is the real deal! Trust me, go there take your family members, friends and I guarantee you will have a awesome time and meal! And just for the record, my name is Pedro and I’m not getting paid to advertise they restaurant, I’m simply a happy customer and they deserve my compliment and review! Customer service 5 stars*****
