we are now at 9’weeks and still no credit i wonder if corparate actually looks at reviews for there stores or cares to ……7/31/24 still no response back from store on credit ….7/24/24. Still no response from five guys on my refund .I should have looked at the lowest reviews and I would have never ordered food from this place please do yourself a favor and go help a small Mom and pop restaurant and not this franchise who could care less about it’s patrons….I placed an order online may 21 for a reorder to be delivered and it switched to a pickup instead ,So I called store to cancel and they informed me they would refund my order .So I placed a second order for delivery which I received .The food was great as usual and the Uber eats was delivered in a timely manner .. I waited about 2 weeks and no refund to my account ,so I called back to the store and spoke to manager and he got my name number email and would let me know when I could expect my refund .Crickets so I called again same scenario spoke assistant or shift manager and it’s been another week no response I have given both order numbers placed on may 21 and now it’s July 18th .

Victor was amazing and helped us order everything the way we wanted !! So friendly and great service !!

Great food as always and the location was clean. They had crayons for kids so we kept ourselves busy while our food was being prepared. We also saw 7 guys 😜 in the kitchen not the said 5

Solid food and service. We ordered and got our food nice and fresh in less than 10. Everything looks really nice as well after the remodel. The place has some nice A/C for in the summer as well!

Very good Five Guys. Amazing Food and Milk Shakes. The service is very nice here, and the atmosphere is okay given how busy it can get.

This is my new favorite hamburger place in Florida. Great great burgers, and shakes are fantastic (although very sugary). They give you a large portion of fries. Little things like that are what show that they are more into pleasing their customers. I love the fries themselves. Real fries. Who does that. Quantity and quality. It just proves that you do not need some massive variety menu to have a huge successful venue. I go to 5 Guys at least 2 days a week now. Its great. Well done you guys. Really.

Just wanted to get 2 burger patties but they make you buy an entire $10 burger. Ridiculous

Salted caramel shake with whip cream. Great thick and cold. Server name is Saul C. And was very friendly. Cheeseburger was fresh and toppings were bountiful. Awesome always a repeat!!!

I had an appointment at hand and stone next to 5 guys. The music from their side was so loud , I asked the therapist if she could do something about it. Their response to being asked to turn down the music was to turn it up louder. I don't understand 😕

Other than a scene from Hitchcock's movie "Birds" with crows, in front of the place and around garbage can, if there is a place I eat french fries this is the place. Employees actually appear to have fun. That is the place I want to stop by, when in hurry and hungry. Great burgers and veggie sandwiches. Option of avoiding buns and carbs if you are into that.

NEW MANAGER. DONT GO TO THIS ONE. Ask could you please give us extra crispy fries. Cashier was rude saying we don't do that anymore. I ask to speak with Mgr. He said that's what owners want. No one else was even here ordering.

Food is fine; BUT when a "Little" Burger and Fries (without drink), cost the same as an All you can Eat Buffet... I'm going with the Buffet EVERY time, from now on!

Great food but what makes this location exceptional is the customer service of the awesome team! This has been my mom and I’s treat place once every few months for lunch since they opened. My mom always gets the plain little cheese burger and I get the little bacon cheese burger. We love the little fries but so sad that they had a change at the corporate level that says no more extra crispy fries. Probably someone complained and changed the policy sheesh 😒 That aside the team at this location always greets me with a smile, makes delicious food and are so nice! Such a credit to #fiveguys Plus I love how happy they are and the thumbs up I get when I bring in my small bag of costco candy and they pick a treat 🍫

I have a son that is gluten free and we provide his bun at home. Used to be we could get an extra Patty for a dollar and then it went up to $2 which we were ok with. Now they want to charge us for a little hamburger for just the patty. As much as we loved your food we will never be back!

I'm a regular at various Five Guys locations in upper Pinellas County, but my experiences at the Boot Ranch branch have been repeatedly disappointing. On multiple occasions, my order of a bacon cheeseburger with extra bacon and cheese was served without bacon. Last time, I just accepted it, but this time I mentioned the error to the manager. I appreciate that they quickly prepared a new burger correctly, demonstrating good customer service. However, despite this positive aspect, the consistent issues with orders and the smaller fry portions make the Boot Ranch Five Guys the least favorable choice in the area. This pattern of incorrect orders is becoming the norm at the Boot Ranch Five Guys, leading me to consider avoiding this location in the future.

Typical burger shop, but most times it feels like the customer service is better than most

Employees of this restaurant needs to stop alerting 3rd party delivery services that their food orders are ready for pickup when they are not even close to being ready. Not doing so results in excessive wait times and miscommunication and the customers take it out on us drivers.

5 guys burgers and cajun fries are some of the best out here. Hard to top them. Quick and friendly staff. No complaints. I need to try the milkshakes next visit. I get a bacon cheeseburger with mayo and BBQ and a side of Cajun fries every time. You can't go wrong with that. I'll update when I try the milkshakes and see if it brings the boys to the yard.

Anyone who rated them less then 4/5 stars should be placed in an insane asylum. The best 5 guys I’ve been to. Veryyyyyyyy clean.

Coming from the West Coast, I thought In and Out was king... not any more! Five Guys blows away any other buger joint. Five Guys rocks the burger and fries!!!

French fries were very greasy and not done. Food is not worth $30 for two burgers, two drinks and nasty fries.

I was craving seasoned fries so my husband drove to this location to get an order. He asked for large seasoned fries and when he brought them home they were just salty fries. I had been craving them all day, and you could clearly see my sons and I disappointment when we opened the bag to discover just regular fries. To make us happy, my husband drove back to tell them he received regular fries not seasoned, so they just offered his some seasoning. I am appalled that no one offered a new order knowing that the seasoning sticks better when they are just out of the deep fryer. Instead of rectifying the mistake they simply handed him some seasoning to put on instead of a fresh batch. When you pay $7 for an order or fries, I expect them to be fresh and right, especially when someone returns 30 minutes later to inform of the mistake. This was the 2nd time they got the order wrong. 2 times I have been there in 3 months craving seasoned fries I got the wrong order. I understand people may be tired at the end of their shift, but there is no excuse for simply not offering satisfactory solutions for such issues. I hope management can teach employees to properly replace a wrong item. We don’t order food out that often, but it seems like every where you are expected to tip, and you can’t even get the right order.

After church family lunch, this time my wife, granddaughter, her friend and myself. The girl’s begging for burgers and fries. So we decided to try 5 guys. Arriving about 12:30, the parking lot was mostly empty. Turns out good timing because when we left the lot was full. Over to the ordering station we glanced at menu though I had already checked it online A bit on the expensive side at $10.29 for a Cheeseburger. Probably because you can add any or all the 15 toppings at no extra charge. My wife and I got a Small (1 patty) Cheeseburger with the regular toppings plus jalapeños. Granddaughter got the same and requested lots of pickles. Her friend got a Double Cheeseburger plain. We also got drinks for wife and I and milkshakes for the girls. Again, a hefty $5.19 for a shake. Also for that you can have any or all of the 9 item adds. I was disappointed that each only chose 1 item. And we ordered a large $6.19 Fries to share. Drinks were self serve. Milkshakes came quickly. After a few minutes wait our meals arrived. Granddaughter was disappointed that her burger the same amount of pickles. Burgers were ok, nothing very special. I can’t imagine more than the regular toppings - you would need a plate with knife and fork! Our Jalapeños were very mild, fresh instead of pickled would be better. Fries were ok but no better than most fast food restaurants. I was surprised at the amount of fries. They filled a large cup plus enough loose in the bag to fill another large cup. At over $60 for a hamburger place, for four people, more than a bit expensive. Maybe great for someone that wants many extras but to us, not worth double the price of others.

I usually have high expectations for five guys but the burger patty I got today was just sad. 8 bucks for a burger that looks worse and is smaller than a McDouble. Probably won’t be going back here for a while. Would hope that five guys gets better because it’s sad to see them go downhill.

The food and service is always fantastic!! The window sills however, we're another story. Really dirty. A note to management. Please do a better job at cleaning the inside of your window sills for tables next to your windows. They were awful. Other than that, our experience was excellent.

only critique I have is...when this location was new, the fries were crispy and fresh where every other chain was using frozen fries or some cheap fat to cook it in. The fresh cut potatoes were just as important as the burgers, but somehow that has changed. The fries here are now limp & greasy; speaking as an Irish-American...its almost sacrilegious to treat fresh potatoes 🥔 in this manner. Respect my taters and I'll give you 5 stars...but still good burgers and service. 😉

There were three gentleman that I was impressed with, all had great customers skills and they were so pleasant with smiles on their faces. Five Guys has drastically improved since my last visit! My chesseburger was fresh off the grill and the fries were fresh out of the fryer. I was impressed! It was great to see the outstanding teamwork the staff used to prepare my order. My burger and fries were once again outstanding.

Great with not cross contaminating my food being I have a gluten allergy (Celiac disease). They are efficient and customer service is great.

My first time for Five Guys. While the burgers are excellent they are more pricey and taste like the less expensive Stake & Shake to me.

1st time with an online order. All 4 burgers were labeled, so there was no confusion. Only ordered 2 fries, but there were plenty for 4 people. Food was hot and fresh.

I have never eaten inside the restaurant, we always place our order online and then pick it up. I have only had to wait about 5 minutes on a Friday or Saturday after placing the order and arriving (drive from house is about 10 minutes). I have never had a bad order here and really like this location. Parking is tight and they could use more parking near the place. It is located in a plaza with other stores and there is parking with a short walk. They have an area to eat outside as well as inside the store. Limited seating though.

Just ordered here and got extremely rude and disrespectful customer service first off . As well as food being raw when given to me . Receipt below for proof of purchase . The encountered started with a nice girl taking our order and when we clearly stated two Pattie’s on our order she understood and proceeded and even put it in the notes on the receipt seen below . After paying and assuring that everything was good Javeon C came up rudely and said that they won’t fulfill the order and that I needed to “pay for the additional patty or they can not make my food “ which that was one item on all the different items purchased . So to avoid a big show I paid the additional money for the pattys no issue but the issue was that he ended up being disgruntled with the lady whom took my order in front of me and was very unprofessional and did not utter any words to me besides the ones above . Nothing about apologizing about the encounter or being personable . He was upset it seemed and just all around rude . And to top it off the food was raw . If I could give this place zero stars I would . DONT GO HERE .

I've been to Five Guys in many different locations, including Brooklyn NY(which is filthy). This location is the cleanest one I have ever been in! The food tastes fresher here and the workers are all very nice, very polite.

Over priced "just ok" burgers... Cajun Fries are always the best part.

Arrived just before order was ready and ate right away so it should have been fresh. Buns were crushed and mushy. Fries were greasy, limp, and flavorless. Bag was dripping g with grease; I had to put something under it to set it down in my car. . I won’t return.

My burger was excellent and the service was very good. There is an outdoor sitting area even though it's technically in a parking lot. I had no complaints and was pleasantly surprised considering it's a fast food chain.
