I get a steak and cheese about every other week. I miss the American la France (I think that's what they used to call it) same sandwich with au jus for dipping. Similar to Philly cheese steak. But still a great sandwich and I'll probably continue to order bc it's soon good🤣👍

The food was good, but the two employees decided that it was social hour during my lunch break, and I was forced to listen to every aspect of their personal lives very loudly because they were at opposite sides of the counter. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Have eaten there many times and love to stack up my rewards and use them for free sandwiches especially with how expensive they are it's almost $20 for a large sub sandwich with that being said sometimes they offer half off after a certain time for online orders but what they do not tell you is that after 8:30 their online order shuts down and they will not recognize a deal from online due to that if you were to call in they just say nope once 8:30 hits our system shut down for the night for online orders even though it's 8:25 when you call and it's 8:20 when you're trying to place your order so their solution is with an attitude the deal runs until Thursday so you can just do it tomorrow I will say the actual employee was very nice and was trying to help me out it was the manager herself with the attitude other Firehouse Subs are the best customer service from the staff to the managers this is the third time I've had a very rude manager issue

Got the Cuban sandwich….sadly it’s what my uncle would call belly wadding. Filling but unsatisfying. I will go to Andy D’s for a good Cuban sandwich

I had the bbq Cuban tonight and it was the best sandwich I've ever had from Firehouse. It didn't fall apart on me and it was made perfectly. The flavors were so good together. Thank you for an enjoyable experience.

We do a lot of phone in orders and they are always cheerful and punctual. I appreciate it.

I had the roast beef sandwich with provolone etc and it was delicious! The bread was toasted to perfection and was buttery in the best way! I'm craving it again actually 😂

I get to-go orders from here often. The food and service are consistently above expectations. Their staff is always hustling and friendly. The firehouse mobile application is glitchy, but that doesn’t reflect on this crew in Navarre.

I took my family here. Once we sat down I realized the worker who prepared our food was hacking and coughing and we were already eating our food. She was obviously sick and still made our food. I’m only posting this review because now my entire family is sick a few days later. We haven’t been sick in 6 months plus. Someone preparing food whom is obviously sick is unacceptable. At one point she ran past us to the bathroom, because she was coughing so badly. I couldn’t just snatch the food from my kids. At this point it was too late. I hate posting this review and I feel for her that she was sick, but there needs to be some kind of protocol in place for obviously sick employees, so they do not contaminate the food.

Worst cheese steak sub I’ve ever had in 65 years. Just horrible. Nuff said.

Good quality, quick subs and friendly staff. They got the cool Coke machine with like 100 flavors as well. Can get a little smokey inside from cooking but its not really noticable unless you are sensitive to that kind of thing.

I usually like this place but today ,after a few hours of eating a hook and ladder, I am stuck with a nasty case of food poisoning.

Clean, great service, good food, fresh ingredients and they support local charity. Couldn't ask for a better business!

Ordered a sandwich with just one modification - no mayo. It was correct on the receipt, get home, mayo all over the sandwich. Amazing that such a simple request gets missed.

I have to eat gluten free and Firehouse subs is one of the only sandwich chains that offers a GF bun. And it's good. Also, the manager, when he heard I needed gluten free, made sure to check other ingredients and also asked if I had an allergy or was gluten intolerant. This is great service!

Great staff and some of the best subs in town.

I come here often and never had issue but this time I thought I would have my wife order ahead so order could be ready I got here at 5:50 to pick up my order. It wasn't started yet. It is now 6:15. Still waiting on order.

Great place came in last minute before close and they where super friendly I hate to be that guy when your tired and just want to go home made me feel welcome thanks again very happy last minute customer

Food was quality but the older female manager made a complete fool of herself yelling at the other employees tonight and it was so bad all the customers looked at each-other in disbelief. Respect goes so far in the work place and I felt so bad for the young girls being berated in front of strangers.

I went to Firehouse subs and got the new prime rib sub sandwich. It was so good, best sub I have had since the last time I was there and got their New York sub. And my husband loved the subs we got for him as well. I highly recommend Firehouse subs in Navarre, it doesn't disappoint

Great example of the company values at this location. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Store is well kept including the restroom. {Can only speak to the ladies room.} My sandwich was so fat with toppings it made a hot mess on the wrapper. The good kind you add back as you reposition your bread. Best of all they didn't punish me for ordering it with less bread. Some locations add extra sauce as if offended by the removal of already baked bread. The mix master soda machine is always fabulous.

I personally like the hook and ladder sub,,but any of their subs are great,,good service as well

It's not as good as other Fire house subs I've been to. As for as my opinion there are other sub shop's that are better than this one.

Got the New York steamer usually very good this time your dry as could be pay 26.00 for two sandwiches seems a little much

Sandwich was okay. Subway was better, plus they forgot my pickle.

It's a great place to grab a sandwich and chips and drink the people that work there especially Alec are great and is good it's prepared as you wait for it which is really good

The meatball sub was the best I've ever had. I shared it with my wife and she agreed The bread was so soft and the meatballs and provolone cheese and sauce was very tasty. The meatballs were end to end on the sub.

Good food, employees aren't mean or anything, always hard working, pretty clean and ok store.

We enjoy coming to this Firehouse for a quick bite. One of the few fast food places that is clean and is open for dine in. The staff is courteous and efficient.

Great service, great food. One employee wasn't wearing gloves with food handling, but otherwise a great crew and delicious food. Greeted on the way in and out, restaurant was pretty clean throughout. Team is pretty efficient overall. Thanks as always! Love the Hero and Datil Pepper sauce. Bread is pretty dang good, too!

The service was somewhat slow at this location. However, the food was excellent and the staff was friendly. The bathroom was clean. The carbonated cherry limeaide was a treat. The store appeared clean as well. I like that they let you round up your total to support firefighters. I will definately try this again in the future. My only complaint is the parking. The spaces are small and hard to navigate.

The sandwiches are delicious and the staff is very friendly. However, the place is not well ventilated and when they are filling a number of orders the place does smoke up pretty bad. If you order carry out/takeout then the smokiness probably will not bother you.

We always have the Italian Meatball large sub on white with extra cheese. It is fantastic. Everyone is always so nice.

Food is consistently good, but the Mac and cheese unfortunately looks nothing like pictured. Received about half of a cup no bread crumbs, rather soupy.

This is a great Firehouse Subs. The manager came over to make sure our food was ok. Staff is friendly. Our Hook and Ladder was excellent. Warm and full of meat. Fast service. Clean restaurant.

I ordered the pub steak sandwich. The sandwich was okay and the meat was delicious. There just wasn’t enough meat which led to full bites of bread. I recommend ordering double meat. Or avoiding this menu choice.

I like Firehouse but some of the staff here should develop a satisfaction for being there or they should move on. You dont have to welcome me loudly as I arrive but some recognition that my business helps provide you with a paycheck would make me want to do business with you again.

Friendly, quick, and efficient service. Haven't had any issues at this location. The staff is typically very proficient and professional, none of the usual horseplay going around that I've seen at other locations that wastes time and ruins the atmosphere.

Food has always been good, and as ordered. No complaints.

Quick and always fresh tasting food. The restaurant is occasionally littered with straw wrappers and napkins from past customers but that has minimal bearing on the experience we get from this firehouse.

I have been a regular for about 2 months now and I think it's the best resteraunt in town for the price. And that's not to mention the incredibly homely and nice staff that makes the place feel of a soothing mood during each visit.

Great service... Went here with my wife and young son, my son made a big mess throwing food on the floor as I didn't want to leave it for a employee I asked for a broom to clean it up and was pretty pushy to try to clean it up myself. The employees then said they are more than happy to clean it up. Very pleased with the staff and food was fast and good.
