We have been ordering fitex meals for a few months (with a couple paused weeks). The meals have all been tasty & fresh. There have been very few meals we haven't wanted to re order, but that's just our tastes. They always deliver within the time window they provide me. I get reminders to order my food for the week. They always have a good variety of meal choices. Their website is user friendly. Whenever I have had a question they replied quickly to my emails. Enjoy the convenience of having a healthy meal ready to heat & eat after work. Would highly recommend!

I’m a returning customer and have been buying FitEx meals for many months. I found it to be less expensive overall than buying groceries, ordering pizza, and grabbing fast food. I’ve also saved time as I no longer have to prepare meals and no longer run to the grocery store every other day. Overall, I’ve saved money, time and improved my nutrition. The meals are fresh, tasty and the menu changes frequently. I tried Factor for a few weeks but found FitEx meals to be better from a cost and taste perspective. I also like that I’m supporting a local business. I highly recommend the service.

My wife and I have been using Fit ex meals for over a month. We get 20 meals a week covering our lunch and dinner through the work week. We have been BLOWN AWAY by the flavors each and every week. The menu is updated weekly and every meal has been incredible! Not having to think about shopping or if we have time to cook has been an added blessing. If you are on the fence I would 1000% recommend giving them a shot.

FitEx Meals has the freshest meals, more meal chocies than the competition, the best price point, and will deliver to your home. The taste is the difference. Their meals have great seasoning! These meals aren't mass prodcued in a massive offsite industrial kitchen. The owner Mike and Molly who runs the front of the store are great. Molly is very healpful and effotless to talk to. You will get great service here becasue they care. Very unique. Every meal is 600 calories or less with a balance of protein, carbs, and fats. It makes it very easy to be healthy and you never have to think about what to eat, spend hours a week preparing food, and it's so much more affordable than takeout during the week. I used to go to Fitfood on McMullen Booth Rd. In Clearwater. I watched a segment about FitEx on the news and absolutely loved the fact that they measure every single ingredient that goes into your meal. When you are trying to lose weight that is crucial! . I looked Fit Ex up online and could not believe all the choices in their menu. I decided to take a drive over to Tampa and went in on Sunday morning when they just received a new delivery. Molly was the person on staff and she was absolutely amazing. She was very knowledgeable and patient. As I started to choose my 14 meals people started coming in and I felt like I needed to hurry. Instead, the customers were so nice and told me to take my time. They were giving rave reviews about the food and telling me how much I would love it! So far I have tried 4 of the 14 meals that I purchased, and they have all been outstanding. They were so good in fact, that I would eat these meals regardless of dieting, I love the fact that the food is freshly prepared, never frozen, and basically clean eating at its finest. All the meals that I saw were under 500 cal. I do not know how you pack that much flavor in a meal that is under 500 cal but THANK YOU! This is absolutely the perfect option for me. As a single person it is way more expensive for me to buy groceries and cook for myself, than to do their meal program (not to mention the fact that these were absolutely restaurant quality and my dinners generally do NOT taste this good lol). All the work is done for me, and I can just enjoy a fresh cooked meal without even thinking about it. Hopefully they will not raise their prices! It is at the perfect price point in my opinion. They also offer a delivery service that is very reasonable, which I may choose to do in the future. Excellent quality and value! Highly recommend.

This by far is the best meal prep company I have found! The food is delicious, it always taste fresh, and it doesn’t feel like I’m eating diet food!. The staff is so friendly, they remember my name, they always have my food ready for me. The website and ordering meals makes it even easier! With a busy schedule and constantly running around, FedEx meals has been the solution I needed!

This company is AMAZING. Please do yourself a favor and buy the meals. It is so easy to pick your meals and honestly pretty affordable than other companies like this. I also love that this company is local. Every single dish I have had has been amazing from here and it helps me stay on top of my fitness goals. I recommend, if you're still on the fence just go buy an individual meal that they sell there and try it out!

Currently eating a Beef and Broccoli over sweet potato noodles and it is delicious. I just popped it in the microwave and it was ready to go. Can't wait to try the other meals.

I loved the idea of a local food delivery company. There reusable packaging was refreshing and I liked the returnable cooler bags. The place where this fell short was the flavors of the food, I just simply did not enjoy eating most of the meal and had to force them down even with added spices. Some of the ground meals with vegetables added reminded me of dog food. Even though this is cheaper and locally owned we are returning to factor meals as the flavors are far more enjoyable for us.

Molly was exceptional is assisting me and my girl friend get the right meals for our life style… highly recommend if you are in Tampa to try this place out. Perfect for busy families and excellent value A+

Absolutely love FitEx. My boss recommended the service at the perfect time when my partner and I were trying to cut down on the time it took to meal prep. We get 5 meals each per week for our lunches and there’s no way we could get this level of variety for the same price at the grocery store. The portion sizes are spot on for us and I love that they offer body builder meals if we would ever need to eat more calories. If all that wasn’t enough, their delivery execution is amazing. They send multiple texts letting us know when the meals will arrive and bring them in durable cooler bags that actually keep the meals cold if we aren’t home right away. I can’t recommend this company enough for people who want to eat delicious, healthy meals every week without spending hours and a fortune to do so.

I love this place! Jigglypuff used to be 25 pounds (which is a lot for a Jigglypuff) and I was, honestly, demotivated. I didn't want to chug down protein shakes and go on intense diets. But, Cottonee told me I should try here, and I keep coming back every day! The food is delicious and, currently, with some exercise, I lost 5 pounds! The food is yummy, and it, honestly, is the best kind of meal if you want to be satisfied while eating healthy! An overall 5 stars for FitEx Meals!

The best decision ever. Food is great, like great, customer service is second to none. For a person working 12+ hrs a day, always on the run, traveling a lot, being able to hit the microwave for 2 minutes and have a fresh cooked, delicious homemade meal, this service is priceless!!!

I love this place! Perfectly portioned food dishes that are healthy and delicious! If you don’t have time or energy to cook and want eat healthier, FitEx is the best. They offer an amazing selection that changes from week to week so you’re never bored by the menu. Plus they deliver, too! I’m on the weekly plan and so far I’m down over 10 pounds in 6 weeks. I can’t recommend FitEx enough!

The selection of meals here are great! The salmon with the rice pilaf was so good after my workout! Very convenient since I was leaving the gym during rush hour and didn’t want to wait until I got home to eat. The girl working was very kind and helpful and I was able to use the microwave to heat up my food and eat it right away! 🍱 I really like that the macros are on the side of the label because I’m on prep for my next bodybuilding show, I like to know exactly what I’m eating! 🍴

Mike and the crew are always so nice and professional. We drive 45 minutes every week to pick out our meals because they are so good! They do deliver all over Florida, but our drive is worth their friendly service. Thank you all for what you do!

It’s almost been a year since I started using FitEx. During the summer I saw a documentary about food waste and I knew how much food I waste. I love using FirEx! I can stop for a week or 2 if I want. I always get excited when I restart. The food is so good, so many choices. I save money over all, eat better. I just love it!

FitEx's menu features so many delicious, healthy options. Their delivery service is reliable and convenient. Their prices are fair. But perhaps most importantly, their customer service is exceptional. When we needed to end our subscription, it was the most painless customer service experience I've ever had. Can't recommend them highly enough.

We have been using this meal service for a few months to support family while my father-in-law is in and out of the hospital. We order meals when we travel in from out of state, and stock up for my mother-in-law. Not having to think about grocery shopping or meal prep during this difficult time is such a relief. And we're eating tasty healthy meals. Portions are plentiful, nice to be able to select keto. We tried a couple different services and these guys aren't the cheapest, but having everything online is a huge help for us. This week I didn't unpause in time to place an order for next week when my husband will be there. I sent an email late Wednesday night and got a call first thing Thursday morning - they were able to unpause and manually get the order processed. So grateful for this. Try them!

I started getting these meals back in 2019 because they were easy to manage with my school schedule. Now 2 years later I have started to get these meals again because of the vast variety of meals they offer, along with the great quality you get with all of the meals. The owner is super nice and is always looking for ways to improve or create different meals which is where I think they separate themselves from other meal prep companies who only offer the same food options week to week. I have not had a bad meal that I didn't enjoy yet, but my personal favorites from Fitex are the enchilada bowl, cheeseburger bowl, and the Shepards pie bowl. These meals are so good I have to hide them from my girlfriend so she doesn't eat them.

My original review was unfair, and I have decided to up the rating to 3 stars. To first emphasis the positives with Fitex the food was amazing, and the ease of ordering meals was very convenient. The delivery was always spot on and the texts letting us know when to pick our meals and when the deliveries were made are very thoughtful. Now the negative. Although I still feel the same regarding the portion sizing, I did make a mistake on choosing my original rating. Also, it has nothing to do with whether or not I can afford it and was inappropriate for the owner to put down a paying customer but rather it has to do with the cost to benefit ratio in regard to the portion sizing. I chose 4 meals a day for seven days even if I chose 5 meals which is the max according to the website the calorie count (being on average 400 Cal per meal) is not sufficient for a healthy diet, for two people that is. Again, this was a factor because my (small) wife is a new mother who is breastfeeding and needs the calories, and I am an active average sized male, and the meal sizes definitely were not enough to be considered a proper meal. When my wife says she is still hungry and of course I am too, that’s when you know it’s not enough to be considered a dinner or even a lunch. Although I love the variety and the taste and the whole premise of Fitex, I cannot justify going grocery shopping to supplement my premade meals. Lastly, yes, the website states the calorie count of the meals and that was my oversight when purchasing them but after reviewing others reviews, many other reviewers agree the portion sizes are just too small. After I spoke with my wife about the review, I was going to up the review to 4 stars, but the owners callous comment kept it at 3.

This rating is based on the food "so far" but it's only been my 3rd day of it. I will update after a week but I was excited about this so much that I couldn't wait. First off the food is so amazing every item so far I have tasted has not disappointed. The customer service is awesome as well they really do try and help you out. Very nice and informative

1st day in today. Greated immediately by the staff. They explained the subscription process while I shopped from their "grab and go" refrigerator in store. Had the turkey meatloaf this evening, very tasty!

The entire business is a great example of how things should work. I get reminders to select my meals, notifications when they are delivered and deliveries are on time. Top quality experience overall.
