Very nice and friendly Alfredo is the epitome of awesome customer service I was greeted, engaged, and treated like my business mattered. I just left there and I wanted to give out a shout out to the guys working right now. You should be proud Five Guys!!!

Food was great! The cashier kept coughing though and looked sick, I know that's not his fault, but you can only imagine how that would make you feel if you're buying food from them. Makes you wonder if you'll get sick, I would of given it 5 stars but it turned out to be really expensive

$27 dollars for a burger and some french fries.... And a drink. Lol I was done eating in 5 min. Wasnt even full.

Awesome!!! A werid guy was trying to flex his money and got into an argument with the workers. And the workers gave us gift cards for the inconvenience after the weird guy left.

I’m very picky when it comes to fries and Five Guys has the best I’ve ever tasted. Whenever I order a large for my family is enough, they give you so much. Today, however, it was less than usual and we were going to add the fries to our dinner at home. We’re on a tight budget at the moment, but the amount was not going to be enough for my family. So, I was going to buy an additional order of large fries when the cashier told me not to worry because he was going to give me an additional bag of fries! I was not expecting such a kind gesture is as if he knew what I was thinking. Thank you, happy holidays and God bless you!

When I went here the food was alright but this one worker, I believe his name was Erik had a nasty attitude, it just ruined my whole day. He was being rude to his other employees, it was so hard to watch. His customer service was horrible as well, they way he treated me and other customers put me in utter disbelief. I am disgusted I had to witness this. Trust me, I hate being negative but if u saw this young man’s behavior you would understand. I would’ve gave this place zero stars if I was able to, honestly maybe even negative stars.

OMG! Such nice crew! My nephew performed in his first play ever and he wanted Five Guys for dinner. After placing my order the young man thar took our order gaves us gift cards as a thank you for coming!!!!!! Christmas spirit and kindness still exists!!!!! Thank you for making our night!!!!

Burgers were delicious, and those Cajun Fries are out of this world wonderful. The staff was friendly and super nice. Love this place.

This location needs better signage and outdoor lighting . I drove around twice before I found their parking spaces and even then I wasn’t sure I was in the right place . Maybe an illuminated arrow on that dark little street that leads to their parking lot?

Best damn build your own burger or have it all the way you get seven million fries like potatoes are going outta style joint around town fool!

They can say what they want about how good in-n-out is but Five Guys is undoubtedly up there in consideration for top quality fast food burgers. The staff is always friendly, orders made timely and the food has a great flavor. Can’t go wrong!

Very tasty bacon cheeseburger and the fries were great too. Nice friendly atmosphere with a good music mix. Clean and tidy. Great variety of soft drinks in 2 state of the art mix your own flavors dispensers. More choice of ingredients than In & Out, but similar in quality.

Friendly atmosphere, burgers are hearty. And ofcourse the peanuts

I will never ever go to five guys again. For two meals it came out to $49.65 and seeing how small the burgers were I never felt so robbed in my life

Overpriced but really good, due to the ridiculous prices we only get it once or twice a year. Definitely better than in n out, but with the current prices in n out is a much better value.

It's a regular 5Guys. Though the service was a bit sub-par, the food took longer than expected and the drink a shake, I had to ask twice. Overall I think should have gone next door to In-n-out

Nobody told me about the peanuts!

One Star for making me go to the super market 1 hot dog w/ bacon $15, 1 burger $14, $16 for regular cheeseburger $11 for a little burger (That's actually the name?) They don't even advertise a double burger I imagine that's because its about $25 -$10 Lrg Fries?? $4 for a 6oz soda, $4 for water?? water. If you eat here you should never complain about super inflation ever again. Shhhh Remind me why we are eating here again: its definitely not the taste?? PASS

Delivery through their own website is apparently farmed out through a third party. They missed part of my order and neither the driver nor the restaurant could/would do anything about it. I am still waiting for a refund.

I came to this five guys location multiple times asking for 'solo patties', but they just up charge me as a regular bunless cheeseburger. Food is always delicious, but don't come here if you're doing keto or trying to save money.

Not sure how this location stays in business. Their food is good but not good enough to justify their prices. A cheeseburger here is about $12. Over $6 for fries. With fries and a drink, you’re paying over $20 for a basic cheeseburger meal. Go to in n out next door and get a whole cheeseburger meal for $8. A cheeseburger at in n out is $3.65.

The food was hot and delicious .

Burger was good. A solid 7 or 8. Fries were greasy. They were tasty but just too greasy. Two cheeseburgers, one frie, one soda shouldn't cost $40. Including a tip .

My second favorite burger joint in the US. Disappointed that a few locations closed on the West Coast. Bring them back

Always slow had to wait 30 minutes for burger and drink and wasn't even busy. 5 guys in the kitchen just standing around.

Don't take orders from here the food is never ready when you arrive

It was good, but there was onion in the very last part of my burger. I don't like onion, but I'm assuming they cooked a burger next to mine with onion. Besides that it was good.

You can never go wrong with Five Guys. I'm visiting as I travel around the country and took my local friend there for his first experience and now he's a convert.

It's such a delicious home style burger. To me, completely different from In n Out, so I don't compare the two. Their fries are so damn good as well. And don't think they'll skimp, they always add an extra scoop in your bag! I've yet to try the banana milk shake, THEY'RE ALWAYS OUT! if you go and they have, try it and let me know if it's worth it!

Came into 5 guys and was able to enjoy my burger. Well cooked and seasoned, and an insanely large amount of Cajun fries. Staff was super friendly and got my complex order correct on the first try.

Ridiculous high prices for some really small burger. Won't make that mistake ever again.

This location usually has the nicest and friendliest employees. They work very effectively and efficiently and seem to enjoy working there. The food is made fresh and tastes so good! This is not a cheap burger but definitely a burger worth buying. With unlimited toppings, also become worth the price. You will definitely become a fan and know the 5 Guys difference.

רשת ההמבורגרים המוצלחת ביותר בארה״ב לדעתי, הכל טרי וטעים. הדבר היחיד בוא שלדעתי המחיר גבוה מידי וחסר קצת מלח בקציצה של ההמבורגר. לדעתי יש להם את הצ׳יפס(פרנץ פרייז)הכי טוב בכל מסעדות המזון המהיר.

First, the burger WAS delicious and the employee who took our order was so nice. But they made my son's order all wrong, which we didn't realize until we got home. And two burger meals cost over $40 which I think is somewhat exhorbitant.

Hours say 11am to 10 pm Monday -Sunday, Im here 5:45 pm and they are tell me they closed.

Wonderful experience at this location everytime we go. Without a doubt best service in the food industry. The Five Guys in Simi Valley shutdown, so whenever we want to get our burger fix we have the option to choose between the Thouand Oaks location or the Northridge location. We went to the TO location once and service was okay, they messed up our order and the layout of the seating was a bit blocked off. We then tried the Northridge location, and from our first visit there, and everytime since, service has been out of this world wonderful. The staff greet you, like genuinely greet you. They are patient when you order. They literally treat the place as if it were their own. They come to work and put their heart and soul into what they do. I always leave the Northridge location satisfied knowing they made my food with good energy. God Bless, y'all!

It's a shame when employees are soooo lazy that they cut their phones off 20 minutes before they close so that they don't have to fill orders trying to get out of there early smmfh... shame.

Five guys is literally the best "fast food" place i have been too. Their fries are ALWAYS fresh and dont even get me started on the burgers😂🤤 they are so good. Other people say they are expensive but they really aren't, it is totally worth it.

Location had good and quick service. Food didn't disappoint. Just know 5 Guys is not your average burger joint, I got a bacon cheeseburger, small fries and a shake...$25. A bit pricey for a burger, but damn it was good!

Food is pretty good hear but quite overpriced. I spent $15 on a double cheeseburger, small fries, drink combo. The burger was delicious and tried my fries with the Cajun seasoning which was very good, but when you can walk across the driveway to in and out and have a better burger combo for almost half the price, I'll choose in and out Everytime.

My son loves this place. They staff is very nice and hard working. Problem seems to be that they are short staffed big time. So staff is trying to keep up with every aspect of running a place like this. Which short staffed means long wait for food!! Felt bad for those guys. Good food. ❤

Good burger a little bit greasy and where are the peanuts???

I must have been living under a rock because I just had Five Guys for the first time and boy was it amazing. I'm not sure why I had never been here before. I absolutely loved the mushrooms I was able to add to my burger and the fries were delicious. They have a little patio for outdoor seating if you enjoy the breeze of being outside. I didn't order one but the milkshake looked delicious and I need to go back and try it!

Immediately post pandemic and reopening, this place was deserted at 8:30pm. It was meticulously clean, well staffed, and the food was as always really, really good. My first 5 Guys burger in 18 months didn't disappoint. It was unctuous heaven in a bun. They are open for business and you can eat inside. :)

Food was good service was fast. Biggest and only problem was they still haven't put any tables out. Had to eat in the car. Hopefully this sad state of affairs to go only will end soon.

Very rarely do I give 5 stars. I ordered to go. You May dine outside, but inside dining isn't open yet. The service was excellent and the food was really really good. I ordered a double hamburger with everything and a medium order of fries and a strawberry milkshake. All three excellent

Little cheese burger little fries exyra patty

So I ordered a burger and fries through the new Google pay app, it took longer than wait the app said. When I got my order the bag was hot because the fries (the Cajun fries was good), when I got home took off the bun and see they gave me an extra patty, put back the bun then started to eat it and was disappointed that they burnt both patties. If I ever go back I'll stick with their Cajun fries and sodas/milkshakes.
